Permendiknas No. 16/2007 concerning Academic Qualification Standards and Teacher Competence, Pedagogical Competence of 5th / Senior High School teachers says that "High School / Vocational Teachers must utilize information and communication technology for the benefit of learning". Reinforced in Permendiknas No. 41 of 2007 concerning Process Standards, in accordance with Graduates Competency Standards and Content Standards, the learning principle used in point 13 states that "Utilization of information and communication technology to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of learning". But now when the world is entering the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. or the fourth world industrial revolution where technology has become the basis in human life the use of information and communication technology for learning must begin at the Early Childhood Education level (PAUD) in order to be more interesting and interactive and increase children's interest and curiosity in what is taught . The method of applying science and technology used is mobile technology which is very popular at the moment, namely the Android-based children's learning application as an effort to increase knowledge and understanding as well as increase the learning interest of students in grades 2, 3 and 4 of Bereng Kajang Elementary School I. The purpose of this program is to increase knowledge and understanding and increase learning interest of students in grades 2, 3 and 4 of Bereng Kajang I Elementary School on various things including letters, numbers, colors, vegetables, animals, fruits, jobs and vehicles. Both in Indonesian and English pronunciation through the implementation / dissemination of learning applications for children based on Android. The influence of the development of information and communication technology encourages innovation in learning activities. This study aims to describe the use of ICT as a medium and source of learning in schools. The research was conducted in 3 locations, namely Public Elementary School 2 Gelumbang and Public Elementary School 29 Gelumbang, Gelumbang District, and Senior Scondary School 1 Sungai Rotan, Sungai Rotan District, Muara Enim Regency, South Sumatra Province. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive approach, with observation techniques, and interviews. The results of the study concluded: (1) the teacher invites students to use ICT facilities in schools in learning activities; (2) the use of ICT-based resources and learning media in schools, among others, using computers, laptops, LCD (Liquid Crystal Display), smartphones, internet networks, and Microsoft office applications; (3) to improve teacher competence in utilizing ICT, teachers need to continue to familiarize themselves. Besides that, there should be a solution to the barriers to the use of ICTs, including conducting training through teacher working group activities (TWG), in order to support the improvement of teachers' abilities and knowledge in the ICT field.

So far, in implementing school strategies, they tend not to utilize Information and Communication Technology (ICT), despite the availability of ICT resources available. Stages of strategic management are needed to generate the vision, mission, objectives, policy, program, budget, and procedures as well as control and evaluation process as an effort to utilize ICT to improve school quality. Based on the interpretation and the results of the study, it is concluded that schools have organized stages in strategic management that enable schools to have a quality profile. The impact of effective utilization of ICTs for schools is the achievement of effective school management, as per the National Education Standards, which is characterized by effective planning, implementation, control, and evaluation of school ICTs.The purpose of this study is to get a general description, describe, and reveal the Strategic Management of Information and Communication Technology Utilization to Improve the Quality of School Learning in Ciledug Al Musaddadiyah Vocational High School and Garut 1 Vocational High School, both on environmental analysis, strategic formulation, implementation and strategic evaluation. The research method used in this research is the case study method, because the problems studied occur in the place and situation of Ciledug Al Musaddadiyah Vocational School and Vocational High School 1 Garut. The use of case study models in this study is based on the consideration that to provide an overview of the strategic management activities of the use of ICTs carried out at vocational high schools with the ultimate goal of being able to improve the quality of school learning. Based on observations in the field of SMK 1 Garut and SMK Al Musaddadiyah Ciledug Garut is one of the public schools and private schools that have these advantages.

Abstract: The development of Information Technology in the field of education, a survey on the Use and Utilization of Information and Communication Technology was carried out on 4,014 schools in 34 provinces. Based on the level of education, elementary and equivalent as much as 64.55 percent, junior high school and equivalent as much as 19.22 percent and high school and equivalent as much as 16.23 percent. While the use of applications in the field of education is still felt to be lacking especially in rural schools so that there is a gap between urban schools and rural schools. This condition occurs in SMP PGRI Malangbong where the use of applications is still lacking. One example is in the recording of books in schools that are still manual which complicates operations in the school. The solution offered is to create an online book recapitulation system which is expected to be very useful for school operations. The online book recapitulation system was built using the waterfall method starting from the analysis, design, implementation, testing to maintenance stages. Keywords: Book Information system; Books; Schools            Abstrak: Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi di bidang pendidikan, survei Penggunaan dan Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi dilakukan terhadap 4.014 sekolah yang tersebar di 34 provinsi. Berdasarkan jenjang pendidikan, SD dan sederajat sebanyak 64,55 persen, SMP dan sederajat sebanyak 19,22 persen dan SMA dan sederajat sebanyak 16,23 persen. Sedangkan penggunaan aplikasi dibidang pendidikan masih dirasa kurang terutama di sekolah-sekolah pedesaan sehingga terjadinya kesenjangan antara sekolah diperkotaan dan sekolah pedesaan. Kondisi tersebut terjadi pada SMP PGRI Malangbong dimana penggunaan aplikasi masih sangat kurang. Salah satu contohnya adalah dalam perekapan buku di sekolah yang masih bersifat manual yang menyulitkan operasional di sekolah tersebut. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah dengan membuat sistem rekap buku online yang diharapkan sangat berguna bagi operasional sekolah. Sistem rekap buku online ini dibangun menggunakan metode waterfall mulai dari tahap analisis, desain, implementasi, pengujian sampai dengan pemeliharaan. Kata Kunci : Buku Sekolah; Sistem Informasi Rekap Buku

The rapid development of information and communication technology offers solutions in effective and efficient organizational management. The implementation of information technology becomes an important aspect in the competition in the digital arena. This study aims to examine in-depth about how the application of HRIS in STPBI. The research results showed that the implementation of HRIS at STPBI is used as a strategic activity in optimizing HR functions. The transformation and implementation of HRIS has several supporting and inhibiting factors. These supporting and inhibiting factors are combined in the development of HR in line with the theoretical and literary concepts used in this study. Through integrated work synergies in the field of staffing, transparency and availability of information is very helpful in decision making. The implementation of HRIS at STPBI is based on the paradigm of a balance between supporting factors and inhibiting factors.

The implementation of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) into learning activities presents a significant effect on the quality of education, especially in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. The present study aims to evaluate the level of implementation of ICT in learning activities for vocational teachers. This experimental research used survey method by distributing questionnaires to respondents with different subject expertise.The results showed that the use of ICTs in learning process has not been implemented optimally. This is caused by the low competence of teachers in the sector of information and communication technology. In addition, the lack of ICT infrastructure in schools causes a deceleration in the development of ICT-based learning models. Comprehensive improvement need to be implemented so that the development of ICT-based learnings model can be performed. The results of this study are expected to provide positive feedback to improve the quality of Indonesian education

Abstract The development of information and communication technology (ICT) at this time cannot be avoided by various parties. This development has positive and negative impacts on human life. However, these impacts can be managed by humans themselves such as by studying and utilizing these developments in daily life, there will be many positive impacts felt, one of which facilitates the search and dissemination of information, as well as accelerating and facilitating work. However, in reality, utilizing ICT in daily life in accordance with the work of each individual has not been fully implemented. Therefore, this research was carried out with the aim to find out the profile of the use of ICT by Menelik in the Cimahi city education department. The instrument used was a questionnaire that was developed in accordance with ICT literacy level indicators. The results of his research show that the use of ICT by the Penilik in the Cimahi city education office is in the medium category or can be interpreted quite wellKeywords:  penilik, literacy, ICT  Abstrak Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) pada saat ini tidak dapat dihindari oleh berbagai pihak. Perkembangan ini memberikan dampak yang positif dan negatif bagi kehidupan manusia. Akan tetapi dampak tersebut dapat di kelola oleh manusia itu sendiri seperti dengan mempelajari dan memanfaatkan perkembangan tersebut dalam kehidupan sehari-hari maka akan banyak dampak positif yang dirasakan salah satunya mempermudah pencarian dan penyebaran informasi, serta mempercepat dan mempermudah pekerjaan. Akan tetapi dalam kenyataannya memanfaatkan TIK dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sesaui dengan pekerjaan masing-masing individu belum sepenuhnya dilaksanakan. Oleh karana itu, dilaksanakan penelitian ini dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui profil pemanfaatan TIK oleh penilik di lingkungan dinas pendidikan kota Cimahi. Intrumen yang digunakan adalah angket yang dikembangkan sesuai dengan indikator tingkat literasi TIK. Hasil penelitiannya menunjukan bahwa pemanfaatan TIK oleh penilik di lingkungan dinas pendidikan kota Cimahi berada pada kategori sedang atau dapat diartikan cukup baik.Kata Kunci: penilik, literasi, TIK
