The role of universities in motivating their undergraduate graduates to become a young entrepreneur is very important in growing the number of new entrepreneurs. With the increase in youth entrepreneurship will reduce the increase in the number of unemployed even increase the number of jobs. Pekanbaru City is an area with abundant natural resource potential. For this reason the phenomenon of unemployment among young people, apart from being caused by limited employment, is also due to the synchronization of graduates' qualifications with the needs of the labor market / business (link and match). However, this also explains the low level of entrepreneurship that can be generated from the world of education. To that end, efforts to develop entrepreneurship, especially at the age of youth through training and community service activities must continue to be encouraged. This effort needs to be done as an effort to create young and strong young entrepreneurs. Based on this, a community service program was designed with the title "Growth and Development of New Entrepreneurs in the Digital Era for Young Generation in Agrowisata Village, Rumbai District, Pekanbaru City, Riau Province

This paper intends to show, based on the contributions of Latin American Cultural Studies, that the difficulty children and young people have with the organization of written texts, such as that found in books, is determined by the impact that the technology of images exercises over the ways in which they learn to read the world. An analysis of the first interviews with young people, conducted as part of an institutional project in progress, point to the role played by the language of television cartoons in their development as readers.

This chapter looks at “cool hunting,” the brand of trend forecasting that took root around the world during the 1990s and 2000s. Companies of the era were becoming increasingly obsessed with understanding youth trends, thereby inspiring a fleet of upstart advisory companies spearheaded by young people. The chapter discusses how these services developed and popularized and pays close attention to the role of Malcolm Gladwell, whose 1997 New Yorker article “The Coolhunt” named and rapidly spread these practices.

Chapter 8 discusses the significant negative social and economic impacts of the mass out-migration that many postsocialist countries have experienced since the lifting of the “Iron Curtain,” balanced with the positive impacts of remittances and circulation of talent and capital. It also explores the negative side of out-migration, suggesting that the mass exodus of young people has had significant deleterious impacts on a number of sending countries and that many migrants faced hostile, exploitative, and sometimes dangerous conditions in the West. The chapter points to the collapse of rural villages and brain drain as having catastrophic prospects for the postsocialist world. This chapter highlights the role of European Union accession in 2004 as a possible contributor to Central and East European countries experiencing the sharpest population declines in the world and the largest peacetime migration in modern history measured as a percentage of sending country population.

The objective of this community service program was to raise awareness about sexual harassment in the workplace, particularly in the media industry. This community service was comprised of two sessions – at Swiss German University and SMK Paramarta, Tangerang. The targeted audiences were:1. High school and university students; 2. Media practitioners. Each session was consisted of the following activities: 1.Movie: “More than Work”; 2. Information session by the Director, Luviana; 3. Panel discussion; 4. Question and answer session; 5. Survey. Prior to the execution of each session, a survey was conducted on those who registered to attend. The purpose was to compare the pre-event results with the post-event results of each session. Results of the post-event A survey showed that 84,6% of respondents felt that they have acquired new knowledge about the media industry; and 84,7% of respondents felt that trough this panel discussion, they’ve become more knowledgeable about sexual harassment. Therefore, it can be concluded that the event A was effective in achieving the objective of this community service. Unfortunately, there was a high discrepancy in the number of respondents of the event B at SMK Paramarta, with 32 students responding to the pre-event survey, and only 7 students responding to the post-event survey. Therefore, the comparison was not valid. However, some results were alarming. This means that there is still a long way to go in the mission to educate the young generation about sexual harassment. Through these findings, it is concluded that a special effort must be made for teenagers.

Praktisi media. Setiap sesi terdiri dari kegiatan-kegiatan berikut: 1. Film: “More than Work”; 2. Sesi informasi oleh Sutradara, Luviana; 3. Diskusi panel; 4. Sesi tanya jawab; 5. Survei.

The purpose of this article is the socio-psychological analysis of the process of radicalization of young people through the use of social media. The article considers the role of social networks in the life of modern youth, touches upon the problem of "clip" consciousness in the perception of media space, and analyzes the features of the radicalization process through the use of modern media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook. It is noted that online chats today are a key tool for radicalization of young people. It is emphasized that social media contribute to the fact that young people have a distorted picture of the world, which ultimately contributes to the loss of a sense of self-identification and the emergence of uncertainty. Extremism and radicalization are considered as a way to overcome uncertainty in the modern world, as well as an attempt to solve the lack of time. The article discusses that the state of boredom and a sense of uncertainty are fertile ground for radicalization of young people.
