<p><em>The objective of this community service program was to raise awareness about sexual harassment in the workplace, particularly in the media industry. This community service was comprised of two sessions – at Swiss German University and SMK Paramarta, Tangerang. The targeted audiences were:1. High school and university students; 2. Media practitioners. Each session was consisted of the following activities: 1.Movie: “More than Work”; 2. Information session by the Director, Luviana; 3. Panel discussion; 4. Question and answer session; 5. Survey. Prior to the execution of each session, a survey was conducted on those who registered to attend. The purpose was to compare the pre-event results with the post-event results of each session. Results of the post-event A survey showed that 84,6% of respondents felt that they have acquired new knowledge about the media industry; and 84,7% of respondents felt that trough this panel discussion, they’ve become more knowledgeable about sexual harassment. Therefore, it can be concluded that the event A was effective in achieving the objective of this community service. Unfortunately, there was a high discrepancy in the number of respondents of the event B at SMK Paramarta, with 32 students responding to the pre-event survey, and only 7 students responding to the post-event survey. Therefore, the comparison was not valid. However, some results were alarming. This means that there is still a long way to go in the mission to educate the young generation about sexual harassment. Through these findings, it is concluded that a special effort must be made for teenagers.</em></p><p><strong>ABSTRACT (INDONESIAN):</strong> Tujuan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran tentang pelecehan seksual di tempat kerja, terutama di industri media. Pengabdian masyarakat ini terdiri dari dua sesi - di Universitas Swiss German dan SMK Paramarta, Tangerang. Khalayak yang ditargetkan adalah: 1. Siswa sekolah menengah atas dan mahasiswa; 2. Praktisi media. Setiap sesi terdiri dari kegiatan-kegiatan berikut: 1. Film: <em>“More than Work”</em>; 2. Sesi informasi oleh Sutradara, Luviana; 3. Diskusi panel; 4. Sesi tanya jawab; 5. Survei. Sebelum pelaksanaan setiap sesi, survei dilakukan pada mereka yang mendaftar untuk hadir. Tujuannya adalah untuk membandingkan hasil pra-acara dengan hasil pasca-acara dari setiap sesi. Hasil survei pasca-acara A menunjukkan bahwa 84,6% responden merasa telah memperoleh pengetahuan baru tentang industri media; dan 84,7% responden merasa bahwa melalui diskusi panel ini, mereka menjadi lebih berpengetahuan tentang pelecehan seksual. Maka, dapat disimpulkan bahwa acara A efektif dalam mencapai tujuan layanan kepada masyarakat ini. Namun, ada perbedaan yang lebih tinggi dalam jumlah responden pada sesi B di SMK Paramarta, dengan 32 siswa menanggapi survei pra-acara, dan hanya 7 siswa yang menanggapi survei pasca-acara. Karena itu, perbandingan dianggap tidak valid. Namun, beberapa hasil mengkhawatirkan. Ini berarti bahwa jalan masih panjang dalam misi untuk mendidik generasi muda tentang pelecehan seksual. Berdasarkan temuan ini, disimpulkan bahwa diperlukan perhatian khusus bagi kalangan remaja.</p>

This study analyses articles of three Russian and four Japanese newspapers covering the cases of journalists facing sexual harassment from their news sources. It aims to assess the ability of the news media of the two countries to expand the coverage of these cases to a larger debate on the position of women through framing analysis of 431 articles. The study reveals that most of the examined articles emphasized the individual aspect of sexual harassment, confining the understanding of sexual harassment to the private sphere. In both countries, work culture of government organizations was linked to the issue of sexual harassment while reflections on the institutional context of media industry were minimal. In Russia, representation of the issue as a conflict between the media and the government was prominent. This was reflected in the unprecedented boycott of the State Duma by Russian journalists. In Japan, the establishment of an informal network of women working in the media industry was a positive development. However, overall findings suggest that the newspapers’ potential to become a forum where the problem of sexual harassment could be debated in relation to broader issues, was not realized to its fullest.

[Bahasa]: Program PKM  ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan: (1) keterampilan guru merancang dan mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia interaktif; (2) keterampilan guru dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan dan respon guru SMP N 8 Sungai Kakap Kabupaten Kubu Raya  melalui kegiatan ini yang meliputi penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia interaktif. Metode yang digunakan adalah adalah metode deskrptif. Langkah-langkah yang digunakan yaitu sosialisasi, ceramah, latihan dan pendampingan, evaluasi. Pelaksanaan dilakukan sebanyak 5 kali pertemuan, dimana pertemuan pertama berupa penyajian materi, dan dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan pembuatan media hingga selesai, dan terakhir dilakukan evaluasi berupa peserta mempresentasikan media yang telah dibuat dan respon peserta terhadap pelatihan melalui pengisian angket. Hasil yang diperoleh peserta dapat membuat media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia interaktif menggunakan software sothink swf easy. Hasil respon peserta  melalui wawancara diperoleh hasil 100% peserta memberikan respon positif terhadap pernyataan positif yang dimintai tanggapan. Selain itu, 75% peserta memberikan saran untuk terus melaksanakan kegiatan pelatihan ini secara berkala. Kata Kunci: media, multimedia, interaktif [English]: The purposes of this community service program are to improve: (1) teacher skills in designing and developing interactive multimedia-based learning media; (2) the skills of teachers in the implementation of training and response of teachers in Sungai Nap Middle School 8 N Kubu Raya District through this activity which includes the use of interactive multimedia-based learning media. The method used is descriptive method. The steps used are socialization, lecture, training and mentoring, evaluation. The implementation was carried out in the five meetings. The first meeting was in the form of material presentation, and continued with assistance in making the media to completion, and finally an evaluation in the form of participants presenting the media that had been made and participants' responses to the training through filling out questionnaires. The results obtained by participants can make interactive multimedia-based learning media using Sothink Swf easy software. The results of the participants' responses through interviews showed that 100% of participants responded positively to the positive statements asked for responses. In addition, 75% of participants gave suggestions to continue to carry out these training activities regularly. Keywords: media, multimedia, interactive

ABSTRAKMedia pembelajaran berbasis online atau kelas virtual cukup populer dikalangan para guru dalam proses pembelajaran, karena mudahnya akses dan ketepatan penyampaian informasinya. Salah satu media yang digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran ialah Edmodo. Media berbasis aplikasi belajar ini diyakini menyediakan dan menyesuaikan pembelajaran secara virtual. Disamping itu, Edmodo juga hadir dengan fitur-fitur seperti: diskusi, quiz, agenda pembelajaran, pemeriksaan tugas, dan pemberian nilai pada setiap pembelajaran. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan pemanfaatan media pembelajaran Edmodo bagi guru dalam menunjang aktivitas pembelajaran di SDIT NU Telukjambe Timur Karawang. Selain itu pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi dalam menanggulangi kurangnya media pembelajaran berbasis online agar proses ajar-mengajar lebih luas, cepat, dan menyenangkan. Pelaksanaan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, tanya jawab, diskusi dan praktik penggunaan Edmodo. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah guru memperoleh wawasan terhadap E-Learning dengan menggunakan media Edmodo. Selain itu pelatihan media ICT “Edmodo” ini, guru merasa senang dan puas dengan adanya pelatihan ini, karena dengan adanya memanfaatkan media Edmodo sebagai media pembelajaran, mereka dapat mengemas pembelajaran menjadi lebih efektif, efisien, dan menyenangkan. Kata kunci: pelatihan; media ICT; edmodo. ABSTRACTOnline-based learning media or virtual classes are quite popular among teachers in the learning process, because of the easy access and accuracy of delivering information. One of the media used in the learning process is Edmodo. This learning application-based media is believed to provide and adapt virtual learning. In addition, Edmodo also comes with features such as: discussions, quizzes, learning agendas, examination of assignments, and giving grades for each lesson. This training aims to introduce the use of Edmodo learning media for teachers in supporting learning activities at SDIT NU Telukjambe Timur Karawang. In addition, this training is expected to be a solution in overcoming the lack of online-based learning media so that the teaching-learning process is wider, faster, and fun. The implementation of this community service program is carried out using the lecture method, question and answer, discussion and practice of using Edmodo. The result of this activity is that the teacher gains insight into E-Learning by using the Edmood media. In addition to this "Edmodo" ICT media training, teachers feel happy and satisfied with this training, because by utilizing Edmodo media as a learning medium, they can package learning to be more effective, efficient, and fun. Keywords: training; ICT media; edmodo.

The role of universities in motivating their undergraduate graduates to become a young entrepreneur is very important in growing the number of new entrepreneurs. With the increase in youth entrepreneurship will reduce the increase in the number of unemployed even increase the number of jobs. Pekanbaru City is an area with abundant natural resource potential. For this reason the phenomenon of unemployment among young people, apart from being caused by limited employment, is also due to the synchronization of graduates' qualifications with the needs of the labor market / business (link and match). However, this also explains the low level of entrepreneurship that can be generated from the world of education. To that end, efforts to develop entrepreneurship, especially at the age of youth through training and community service activities must continue to be encouraged. This effort needs to be done as an effort to create young and strong young entrepreneurs. Eve-teasing is a euphemism for street-based sexual harassment, which is a widespread issue across Bangladesh affecting the emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing of Bangladeshi women. The media can play a vital role by covering news and raising awareness of eve-teasing. Historically, the headlines in Bangladesh focused on more obvert forms of gender violence—rape, murder, acid attacks—framing eve-teasing as a mere nuisance, a fact of life in the country. How the media portrays eve-teasing in Bangladesh is a subject about which there is currently very little research. This content analysis of the two main national newspapers in Bangladesh assesses how the media reported street-based sexual harassment over the course of a seminal year—2010. It was during this year that the government of Bangladesh enacted the Family Violence Prevention and Protection Act in acknowledgement of the prevalence and seriousness of gender violence in the country. Similar acts had been passed by the governments of nearby countries India and Sri Lanka in 2005, and Nepal in 2008 (Fardosh, 2013). This study looks at how Bangladeshi newspapers covered ‘eve-teasing’ prominently (as front-page news), in a year when it was acknowledged as a serious issue, through the passing of a law by the Bangladeshi government.

Family law is part of the clump of civil law that discusses the problems of civil relations in a family, including marriage, divorce, inheritance, and so on. The purpose of this service is to provide an understanding of aspects of family law for the people of Depok. The method used in the implementation of the service is to provide counseling to the people of Kampung Pulo, Leurahan Beji Depok through the media zoom meeting. The results of community service show that some people in the city of Depok, especially in Kampung Pulo, Beji Depok Village, still do not understand the efforts that must be made when problems occur related to family law. Community Service Program activities are very helpful for the people of Depok to better understand the efforts that must be made when problems occur in family law.

ABSTRACT  Community Service Program (KKN) is a manifestation of the Papua University Higher Education, namely community service. Community service is a form of knowledge that is expressed theoretically in college to be applied in real life in the Dindey village community, so that the knowledge gained can be applied and developed in the life of the wider community. In general, the objectives to be achieved from independent learning KKN are; Train and instill personality values, change the perspective, mindset and attitudes, behavior and work methods of both students and society in solving problems in society, raising awareness and building an optimistic attitude, enhancing Indonesia that is sovereign, independent and has personality. Raise public awareness about health protocols in the midst of a pandemic. Developing the independence of students and society in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. Kampung Dindey is one of the areas targeted for KKN-PPM activities in providing religious, education, health, environmental, agricultural and village administration assistance. Through this activity, it is hoped that the implementation of teaching reading and writing to eradicate illiteracy, so that there will be a decrease in illiteracy, especially in Manokwari Regency and public awareness of the importance of protecting yourself from the corona virus pandemic. In general, all programs can be absorbed thanks to the support of the local government. Constraints that are still encountered are the low level of community participation in several activities and the low independence of the target groups. Hopefully in the future to be used as a model, the assistance of programs that have been formed must be continued through the next Community Service Program.  Keywords: Freedom community service; independence; covid pandemic 19.   ABSTRAK  Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) merupakan salah satu perwujudan dari Perguruan Tinggi Universitas Papua yaitu pengabdian pada masyarakat. Pengabdian merupakan suatu wujud dari ilmu yang tertuang secara teoritis di bangku kuliah untuk diterapkan secara nyata dalam kehidupan sehari-hari di masyarakat kampung Dindey ini, sehingga ilmu yang diperoleh dapat diaplikasikan dan dikembangkan dalam kehidupan masyarakat luas. Tujuan dari KKN merdeka belajar adalah melatih dan menanamkan nilai kepribadian, mengubah cara pandang, pola pikir dan sikap, perilaku dan cara kerja baik mahasiswa maupun masyarakat dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada di masyarakat, membangkitkan kesadaran dan membangun sikap optimis, meningkatkan Indonesia yang berdaulat, berdikari dan berkepribadian. Meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang protokol kesehatan di tengah pandemi. Mengembangkan kemandirian diri mahasiswa dan masyarakat di tengah pandemi COVID-19. Kampung Dindey ini merupakan salah satu  daerah  yang dijadikan target  kegiatan KKN-PPM dalam melakukan pendampingan keagaamaan, pendidikan, kesehatan, lingkungan, pertanian  dan administrasi kampung. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan terjadi  pelaksanaan  pengajaran  membaca  dan  menulis  untuk  pemberantasan  buta  aksara, sehingga terjadi penurunan buta aksara khususnya di Kabupaten Manokwari serta kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya melindungi diri dari pandemi virus corona. Secara umum  seluruh  program  bisa  terserap  berkat  dukungan  dari  pemerintah  daerah. Kendala yang masih ditemui adalah masih rendahnya partisipasi  masyarakat  di  beberapa  kegiatan,  serta  masih  rendahnya  kemandirian  pada kelompok  sasaran.  Harapannya bisa dijadikan model,  maka pendampingan  program yang sudah terbentuk harus dilanjutkan melalui KKN berikutnya. <p><strong><em>Abstract.</em></strong><em> Amadanom Village, Dampit District, Malang Regency is known as Robusta coffee granary but at present there are problems faced by coffee farmers in Amadanom Village. The problem is about the regeneration of coffee farmers who are hampered by the lack of interest in the young generation in Amadanom Village to continue their parents' profession as coffee farmers. So, in this service program we focus the program on coffee literacy classes which are held intensively for 30 days. The purpose of this activity is to encourage young people in Amadanom Village to continue their parents' work as coffee farmers. The method of activities that we do is to hold workshops that bring experts in the fields of Branding, Information Technology, Agrotechnology and Online Marketing. This community service has succeeded in forming a Young Farmers Group who is committed to continuing the profession of their parents as coffee farmers in Amadanom Village.</em></p><p><strong>Abstrak</strong>. Desa Amadanom, Kecamatan Dampit, Kabupaten Malang dikenal sebagai lumbung kopi robusta namun pada saat ini ada permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh para petani kopi di Desa Amadanom. Masalah itu adalah tentang regenerasi petani kopi yang terhambat akibat dari kurang berminatnya generasi muda di Desa Amadanom untuk melanjutkan profesi orang tuanya sebagai petani kopi. Maka, dalam program pengabdian ini kami memfokuskan program pada kelas literasi kopi yang diadakan secara intensif selama 30 hari. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah mendorong generasi muda di Desa Amadanom untuk melanjutkan pekerjaan orang tuanya menjadi petani kopi.  Adapun metode kegiatan yang kami lakukan adalah dengan mengadakan workshop yang mendatangkan para ahli di bidang Branding, Teknologi Informasi, Agroteknologi dan Marketing Online. Kegiatan pengabdian ini berhasil membentuk Kelompok Petani Muda yang berkomitmen untuk meneruskan Profesi orang tuanya sebagai petani kopi di Desa Amadanom.         </p>

[Bahasa]: Perkembangan teknologi informasi menjadi salah satu peluang yang dapat dimanfaatkan guru dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di kelas. Banyaknya perangkat lunak (software) yang tersedia dapat dimanfaatkan guru untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan menarik minat belajar siswa. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme guru-guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri (SDN) 2 Palembang dalam membuat media pembelajaran berbasis komputer dan multimedia sehingga lebih meningkatkan efisiensi waktu penyampaian materi pembelajaran dan proses belajar mengajar menjadi lebih menarik. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode ceramah, praktek/pelatihan, dan tanya jawab. Hasil PKM ini menunjukkan guru-guru SDN 2 Palembang dapat mengikuti pelatihan ini dengan baik. Melalui kegiatan ini guru dapat membuat presentasi berbasis media dan mampu menambahkan animasi pada media tersebut sehingga menjadi lebih menarik. Dengan demikian kegiatan pelatihan pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia ini efektif dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru sekolah dasar. Kata Kunci: media pembelajaran, multimedia, profesionalisme guru [English]: The development of information technology is one of the opportunities that can be utilized by teachers to improve the quality of learning in the classroom. A large amount of available software can be used by teachers to develop interactive learning media and attract students' interest in learning. This community service program aims to improve the teachers’ professionalism in Palembang Elementary School (SDN) 2 in making computer-based and multimedia-based learning media so as to increase the efficiency of time delivery of learning materials and teaching and learning processes become more interesting. The method used in this program was the lecture, practice/training, and question and answer. The results showed that the teachers of SDN 2 Palembang take part in this training well. Through this activity, the teachers are able to make a media-based presentation and add animation to the media so that it becomes more interesting. Thus, the training of developing multimedia-based learning media is effective in increasing the professionalism of elementary school teachers.
