According to the requirements, the postgraduate education departments for dentists should be the first to adjust their programs and equipment to technological progress in the branch. During the last two decades the department solved issues of optimal implementation of each technology in the educational process. The object of the paper was the analysis of organization of practical dental training for residency/intern at the Department of Postgraduate Education for Dentists of the "UMSA". At the moment of establishing the Department the features of practical dental training included the maintenance of organized and decreed groups of population by the advanced principle of dispanserization, and also provided physical therapy in dentistry. The examination and rehabilitation of organized groups such as students of the medical school, medical college, participants and “children” of the Second World War, is the priority direction of dental care provision by residency/interns, lead by teachers up to this day. Since the beginning of the photopolymers (or light-activated resin) era in dentistry, a phantom course in restorative dentistry has been introduced in the form of a master class, the achievement of which now is a competition among dental residency/interns for the best restoring front teeth, entitled "The Road to the World of Excellence". Technologies in periodontology are required by trained specialists to improve results of periodontal treatment, which was reflected in programs of the Department and results as organization in 2009 the periodontology course supplemented with master class in Gracey curettes using. In 2007, the Department reviewed the curricula on endodontics standards and organized a phantom course with purpose to profess the method of lateral condensation. During the past 5 years, the course has been converted into a video for demonstration in larger groups to dental residency/interns with phantom equipment such as Endo training blocs, manual endodontic instruments that are close to machine driven ones. The close interaction of dentistry with oncology is realized by the creation of a regional scientific and practical Center for oral mucosal diseases in Poltava, which is a medical institution of the "UMSA", and has the main goal of preventing cancer and precancerous diseases. Professor of the Department, Skrypnikova T.P. is a member of methodical council of Center and she organizes demonstrative consultations for residency/interns which are directly involved in work with patients and treat them according to clinical pathway. Conclusions. 1. Analysis of dental practical training organization reflects the development of new technologies in dentistry, with a little delay. Organization of master classes, video demonstrations, phantom courses and the involvement of private offices as clinical bases of the Department provides opportunity for optimal acquaintance with or mastering over the modern technologies in dentistry, overcomes disadvantages of state financing, allows to set effective practical training and to reduce tedious of training.

With the onset of the coronavirus pandemic, the only way to learn and communicate with students is distance learning. The aim. Analyze the features of the student scientific circle on surgery in the mode of distance learning in quarantine. Materials and methods. When the pandemic has suddenly spread to all spheres of life, the only way to learn and communicate with students is distance learning. In Ukraine, distance learning is regulated by an order of the Ministry of Education and Science from 31.10.2013 № 1518 "On approval of the Requirements to higher educational institutions and institutions of postgraduate education, scientific, educational and scientific institutions that provide educational services in the form of distance learning to train and improve the skills of specialists in accredited areas and specialties." With the approval of distance learning, the work of the student scientific circle (CSC) "Sharp Scalpel" at the department also went online. The structure of classes during studies in the CSC consists of a theoretical part where students report the results of scientific research from literature sources according to the topics they work on with supervisors, as well as a practical part where they work directly with patients under the supervision of the CSC leader. Some classes are held in the vivarium, where they learn to suture the intestines of animals. Often the structure of practical training in the CSC is not so clear, because in the presence of an interesting clinical case in the hospital or operating room, students are fully engaged in practical work. Results. With the transition to distance learning, the structure of classes in the CSC has undergone a significant transformation - the most important and interesting part for the group has fallen, namely the possibility of contact with the patient. The group members were divided into two groups: Group I – 8 students (25%) - students who, in addition to the practical part of the lesson, are also interested in the theoretical part of the group, who continued to study literature sources according to the topic they received and actively prepared for the scientific-practical conference. Group II-22 students (75%) – those, who lost interest in the CSC, when the opportunity to work with the patient became inaccessible. Another disadvantage of online learning is the loss of society, are the possibility of direct communication between students is lost, the necessary skills in communicating with the patient are not acquired, which is extremely important in the medical profession. Conclusions. In the case of quarantine, distance learning is an important and necessary form of educational process, even in medical schools, but it can not replace live communication between students, with the patient and the teacher. Online learning does not provide a practical part of the CSC work, which is manifested in the loss of interest in classes in the CSC among students.

The process of teaching physics at a medical university is developing within the framework of a fairly rigid modern educational paradigm. On the one hand, there is a steady reduction in the study time allotted to the academic discipline, both lecture hours and hours of practical training. On the other hand, the role and place of physics as the basis of radiation medicine in the health care system, and specifically in medical diagnostics, is constantly growing. In addition, modern physics, following in the wake of the advanced achievements of science and technology, is actively replenished with new technologies and teaching methods, which leads to a significant increase in the material required for assimilation. There is no doubt that this problem is not specific to physics and therefore its solution is not in the plane of increasing the volume of hours at the expense of other disciplines. Innovative approaches are required that take into account modern realities and general trends in the development of the educational process.

The paper presents the results of the study aimed at improving the quality of specialists training in higher educational institutions who will fork for industrial enterprises where hazardous production facilities are operated. The quality of training depends on the level of industrial safety of hazardous production facilities and as a consequence the likelihood of accidents. At the moment, despite the general trend of reducing accidents at hazardous production facilities over the past ten years, their number remains quite significant. At the same time, social and economic damage from accidents can be estimated at 600-700 billion rubles per year, which will have a negative impact on the economic stability of the Russian Federation. The obligations of industrial enterprises where hazardous production facilities are operated and its employees are defined by the legislation. The content of education should take into account these basic requirements, which should be formed into separate themes. Accordingly, the modular principle is used in the design of the training content. The development of content in the form of modules will ensure the organizational and substantive unity of students training. We accept lectures and practical classes, as well as group and individual ones as the main methods of the educational process. Learning the material based on the results of lectures, practical training and self-training should allow students to form the qualities specified in our profesionogram. How the educational material proposed for study is learned should be checked during the control activities, starting from the initial-input control and ending with the final control.

Introduction. One of the important problems in the Russian Federation is road safety improvement (RS). This is due to the enormous damage that accidents inflict on the national economy. The Russian Federation lags behind the leading countries of the European Union in the field of road safety in terms of key indicators by 3.5 times. To close the gap, in January 2018, we adopted the 'Strategy for road safety in the Russian Federation for 2018 - 2024’ (Strategy). The goal of the Strategy is to strive for zero mortality in road traffic accidents (RTA) by 2030, and in 2024 to reduce the social risk to 4 deaths per 100 thousand inhabitants.Materials and methods. The developments are based on a new theory developed at SibADI - this is the cyclical dynamics of road accidents on a national scale, subordinate to the level of the economy. During crisis, there is a decrease in the number of accidents; this is influenced by a number of factors, the main one is a decrease in the total mileage of vehicles. During such periods, the effectiveness of measures to reduce road accidents is often confused with the real cause, which leads to a decrease in funding and the curtailment of work to improve road safety, which should not be done. When the economy recovers, the level of road accidents recovers and even begins to grow due to the loss of qualifications of drivers who are idle during the crisis.Results. There are two different approaches to achieving this goal. At the federal level, there is a programmatic approach, while in the regions the project method is used within the framework of the 'Safe and High-Quality Highways’ national project (BKAD). A similar project was adopted in the Omsk region. A feature of the road safety project implementation in the Omsk region is the involvement of science. Research is carried out at the Organization and Traffic Safety Department and is introduced into the educational process and implemented at the Federal Training Center for advanced training of workers involved in the training of drivers, created in SibADI.Discussion and conclusion. The scientific approach guarantees the identification and quality solution of the main problems of the road safety project. This applies to recommendations for stabilizing project financing, justifying the development of public transport, using new technologies, improving the regulatory and legislative framework in all areas of urban planning and infrastructure.

Aesthetic moments of revelation – intense, sensual, internal, and individual –are so key to modernist culture that the idea of them in criticism has become commonplace. Here I seek to breath life into this humdrum formula of modernist criticism by exploring multiple responses to an alternative moment amongst British cultural figures: the declaration of War against Germany at 11.15 on September 3rd, 1939. This was also an intense moment, but it was social, political, communal, mediated and disseminated publicly by new technologies. As my archival research here reveals, a wide spectrum of responses were recorded, so we can think of such a moment as ‘prismatic’. I will also show how this moment was a shock to culture, which went into a state of suspended animation. As well as offering critiques of the moment as a fetishised form, I argue that modernist culture and the idea of the moment would never be the same again.

Urgency of the research. Mechatronics products become more sophisticated and complicated. Mechatronic engineers should be prepared for this complex design process. Practical experimental model helps improve educational process as preparing for practice. Target setting. Miniaturized model of the lift suitable for practical training on subjects focused to microcontrollers, sen-sors, actuators etc. Students have possibility to make practice on laboratory exercises, where they can verify theoretical knowledge obtained on lectures. The arrangement of the model has modular character, because of possibility to rearrange or adding of new function into model. The aim was to create minimized model of real lift with all functions and systems. Actual scientific researches and issues analysis. Many universities are oriented only to finished robotic kits and do not support creativity of students. Open access and open structure model missing in this field. There is a need for fast prototyping model, which allows the creation of new design of product. Uninvestigated parts of general matters defining. The question of the design of printed circuit board are uninvestigated, because they need more time than allows normal exercises. The research objective. The main aim of educational process is to educate engineers with basic knowledge, skills and handicraft. Practical models help as support devices for fulfil of this aim. All mechatronic students can practice a training on these practical models. They become as more skilled and well-oriented engineers.. The statement of basic materials. Construction consist of upper and lower base plate connected with four pillars used as linear guide for moving of lift cage. Lower base plate includes base microcontrollers boards, resistor network, power transis-tor array board, power supply terminals, relay modules, PWM module and signals terminals. Upper base plate consist of DC motor with gearing and screw mechanism for moving the lift cage. Conclusions. The model enables supports the creativity of the students. The starting point of the using of the model can be without any wired connections. Students should connect every part and try functionality of every function. Modern youth and the student community today play a key role in the development of social and social life. Due to the peculiarities of the university space, the student community is in constant interaction and communication, both in the framework of the educational process and events of various formats, and in social and everyday conditions. In the context of interactions, this social group, which is most at risk of spreading negative ideologies that threaten not only the personal security of everyone, but also peaceful coexistence in the conditions of a multinational society in Russia. In the absence of educational measures as a prevention, an unfavorable environment arises in which it is very easy to influence the thinking of young people, their involvement in nationalist movements, extremist activities, etc. Hence the concept of «youth extremism» appears, which is manifested in the views and behavior of young people based on the manifestation of aggression and non-acceptance of dissenters. The search for new technologies of psychological support that allow to form cultural tolerance, value orientations and prevent the spread of extremist ideologies becomes relevant. The authors consider a set of measures that contribute to the generalization, dissemination, as well as the introduction into the student environment of the best practices of spiritual and moral education, the development of interethnic and interreligious dialogue, and the prevention of negative ideologies. To implement these tasks, it is necessary to form a pool of specialists in the prevention of extremism in the student environment, hold seminars and meetings for vice-rectors of universities on security and educational work, as well as educational seminars for managers of student organizations. This will make it possible to form leadership student associations that broadcast the values of cultural tolerance to the youth environment.

Abstract. The article presents a practical training’s analysis on the discipline “Pathomorphology” at the Department of Pathological Anatomy as a tool of forming the future doctor’s professional competence. The main purpose of practical training on “Pathomorphology” is the formation of skills and abilities of pathological processes and diseases morphological diagnostics by studying morphological pictures with the analysis of pathogenetic mechanisms and clinical symptoms of diseases. Practical training on “Pathomorphology” covers the analysis of incomprehensible and complex issues of the topic during the lecturer and students’ interview, recognition of pathological processes and diseases main manifestations, students’ independent in-class work with macro -, micro -preparations and electron diffraction patterns, solving typical situational clinical tasks with the analysis of mistakes made. The students have the opportunity to observe online autopsies in dissecting room. We created and constantly update archive videos, thematic autopsies. A multimedia presentation has been developed for each practical training topic of the discipline, which contains a practical training scenario according to the guidance papers for teachers. This presentation contains illustrated questions in the form of flowcharts, macro- and micro-preparations, which are proposed to recognise a pathological process or disease. The modern education main provision is to provide students with knowledge, skills and abilities that they should master, mainly in independent in-class work, managed and guided by a lecturer. For this stage of practical training developed an album with consideration to the peculiarities of teaching the discipline at various faculties. In the album, students draw micro-preparations, according to the chart, describe macro-preparations, micro-preparations and electron diffraction patterns. This comprehensive approach to the study of “Pathomorphology” allows to discuss divisive interpretations of complex mechanisms of pathological processes development, demonstrate modern research methods in pathological anatomy, as well as better prepare the student for the final controls, the unified state qualification exam and the exam on International fundamentals of medicine. The students’ educational process in the study of the basic medical discipline “Pathomorphology” is focused on the introduction of new techniques and innovative teaching technologies. In pathological anatomy, a significant place in the assessment of the phenomena studied is given to visual macro-, microscopic, and electron-microscopic analysis of pathology. At the same time, particular importance is attributed to the visibility of the educational process, including with the use of modern multimedia technologies, which is embodied by the faculty of the Department. Active forms of training used in a practical training on “Pathomorphology” allow students to form basic doctor’s professional competencies. The practical training system used on the Department of Pathological Anatomy makes it possible to, first of all, motivate the student to study such a complex discipline as “Pathomorphology”, to ensure the theoretical knowledge acquisition, development and harness skills in the pathological processes and diseases morphological diagnosis as well as to form personality, which is well-versed in the professional field and has competencies for further growth in professional and personal terms.
