Merauke has a large potential for agricultural land with a type of agriculture that can be developed, namely a wetland farming system that is very suitable for paddy production. The objectives of this study are: a) to know the patterns of paddy farming, b) analyze the level of production from land tenure patterns, and c) analyze the level of economic efficiency of paddy farming in the pattern of paddy farmland ownership in Marga Mulya village, Semangga District, Merauke Regency. The study used 60 respondents as a source of data and information on primary research data. Data analysis method used to answer the research objectives is farming analysis and R/C ratio. The results of the study concluded that there are two patterns of rice farming land ownership, namely the pattern of ownership of private land and leased land. The two patterns of land ownership show that the pattern of ownership of private land has a higher production compared to the pattern of ownership of rent versus 2,785.71 kg/ha/season and 2,313 kg/ha/season with an efficiency level of 2.57% and 2.51%.

<p align="center">ABSTRAK</p><p>Artikel hasil penelitian tentang kajian normatif keberadaan toko modern di Kota Semarang akan mengkaji mengenai keberadaan toko modern di Kota Semarang apakah sudah  memenuhi ketentuan dalam Peraturan Presiden Nomor 112 Tahun 2007. Untuk membahas permasalahan tersebut, metode pendekatan yang dipakai adalah yuridis normatif, dengan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif analitis, metode pengumpulan datanya : studi dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan, sedangkan metode analisis data yang dipergunakan adalah analisis kualitatif.</p><p>Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  keberadaan toko modern di Kota Semarang sudah memenuhi beberapa ketentuan yang ada dalam Peraturan Presiden Nomor 112 Tahun 2007, yang belum terpenuhi adalah : ketentuan Pasal 13  &amp; Pasal 15 Peraturan Presiden Nomor 112 Tahun 2007.</p><p><em>Articles of research on the normative study of the existence of modern stores in the city of Semarang will examine the existence of modern stores in the city of Semarang whether they have fulfilled the provisions in Presidential Regulation No. 112 of 2007. To discuss these problems, the approach method used is normative juridical, with the specifications of analytical descriptive research, data collection methods: documentation and literature study, while the data analysis method used is qualitative analysis.</em></p><p><em>            </em><em>The results of the study show that the existence of a modern shop in Semarang City has fulfilled several provisions in the Presidential Regulation Number 112 of 2007, which has not been fulfilled are:</em></p><p><em>p</em><em>rovisions in Article 13 </em><em>and p</em><em>rovisions Article 15</em><em> </em><em>of the Presidential Regulation Number 112 of 2007</em><em>.</em><em></em></p><p><em>Keywords: Study, Normative, Modern Shop, Semarang City.</em><em></em></p><p> </p>

Banking in carrying out its operational activities is always required to achieve high profitability. This study aims to examine the effect of Bank Size, Capital Structure, Interest Rates and Loan to Deposit Ratio on the Profitability of Banking Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2019 Period. The approach that processes the research data is a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 43 companies with 25 samples of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 period. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression test. The results of this study are that Bank Size has an effect on Profitability, Capital Structure has an effect on Profitability, Interest Rates have no effect on Profitability, and Loan to Deposit Ratio has no effect on Profitability in Banking Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2016-2019. Simultaneously, Bank Size, Capital Structure, Interest Rate and Loan to Deposit Ratio affect the Profitability of Banking Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2019 Period. This study attempted to uncover the factors that influence preferences of the poor farming households for the attributes of Payment for environmental services (PES) in the Oyo State farm settlement Nigeria. Educational attainment, age of the respondents, previous knowledge of PES, land tenure, provision of micro credit, number of dependents, marital status and main occupation of the respondents. Dependent variable is preference for PES attributes.A multi-stage sampling technique was employed for this study.This study used exclusively Primary data.Which were collected through the use of a well-structured questionnaires and interview schedule for the literate and non-literate farmers respectivelyTotal sample of 395 out of 547respondents (i.e.72%) were drawn cumulatively. The regression results showed that previous knowledge of PES and provision of microcredit are significant at 5% each, while land ownership right is significant at 10% in the educational poverty group. In the consumption poverty group, previous knowledge of PES is significant at 5%, while land ownership right is positively significant at 1%, respectively. Housing/living standard poverty group; previous knowledge of PES and land ownership rights   are significant at 5% each. From the findings of this study, it implies that if micro credit facilities are provided to these poor farming households, they will be willing to conserve the environmental resources (i.e. agricultural land). It therefore suggests that a well thought institutional arrangement with PES in view could be put up to enhance natural resource conservation and by extension reduction of poverty.

This research aims to analyze the influence of brand equity and brand trust on e-commerce consumer’s loyalty. This research is also titled as hypothesis test research which undertaken test on hypothesis with Zalora’s consumer in Malang city as a source of this research. Data analysis method used multiple linear regressions with variable t and variable t. The result shows that brand equity and brand trust have an influence on Zalora’s consumer loyalty. It indicates that the increasing of brand trust followed by increasing of consumer’s loyalty.

The purpose of this research is to know the process of calculation cost of service on HBBA Automotive Repair shop using Time Driven Activity Based Costing (TDABC) method. This research was conducted in one of Member's HBBA that is Formula Automotive Repair shop. This type research is qualitative research. Data collection methods used ini this research are observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analytical. The result of this research showed when Formula Automotive use Time Driven Activity Based Costing (TDABC) method in determining cost of service is more clear and appropriate in accordance with utilization available resources in each services. Which is different with whats done by the company in determining cost of service, where the company still has not made a definite calculation and this can be seen when determining price of service based on provisions of owner and mechanics still using estimates. The results of calculation of Time Driven Activity Based Costing (TDABC) method there are 3 types of services that have a cost that is too large compared to the service price determined by Formula Automotive Repair shop, namely wheel laher replacement, ac service and lamp service. This study is concerned with the potentials of indigenous culinary businesses in several tourist areas in Bengkulu. Using a descriptive approach, we look at the development of culinary industry in the research locus aiming to find out the strategies applied by local culinary entrepreneurs to introduce their indigenous culinary so as to support the regional tourism development in general. Primary research data were collected through intreviews with tourists and culinary business owners at the research locus. Secondary research data were obtained from Bengkulu Regional Adminstration Office, Bengkulu Tourism Office, and Statistics Bureau of Bengku. These data were analyzed using SWOT analysis method

This study aims to find out how the conversion of agricultural land in 2013 to 2016 in North Minahasa District. The study was conducted from February to June 2017. The data used were secondary data obtained from North Minahasa National Land Agency (BPN) and Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of North Sulawesi. Data analysis used is descriptive data analysis method by using tables and graphs to describe conversion of agricultural land in Kabupaten Minahasa Utara. Analysis of the data taken is expert report of agricultural land function in North Minahasa District from 2013 to 2016. The results show that land conversion in North Minahasa District from 2013 to 2016 tends to increase. With increasing of farming land conversion means increasingly narrow agricultural land, while land conversion increases.

The poverty of peasant in Gunung Talang is caused by low income, low education and limited land. The purpose of this research is to analyze the bases of the peasant socio-economic dependence to the local collector (local assemblers) on rice farming system. The research is also analyzing the soci- economic relations of peasants and local collector on rice farming system. This research was conducted through the qualitative method with descriptive research type. The results show the socio-economic dependence due to peasant’s conditions. They do not have the capital to cultivate the agricultural land. Peasants are trapped in the patron clients system. They cannot get out from poverty. The socio-economic relation between the peasants and the local collector of rice farming occur because of a very strong relationship with their blood relatives (Dunsanak).
