The Impact

The formation of the ERP is a complex and time-consuming process, and therefore for the successful completion of the project it is necessary to develop a strategic plan for management automation and the use of modern approaches to assess its effectiveness. An important aspect of the formation of an effective ERP is to identify, analyze and assess the impact of external and internal factors that affect the satisfaction of future users of the implemented system – staff and managers at all levels. The article analyzes common approaches to identifying factors influencing the effectiveness of projects for automation of industrial enterprise management. The application of common approaches to assessing the effectiveness of an automated enterprise management system at different levels of maturity of its IT infrastructure, indicating their main advantages and disadvantages, and gives priority to the total cost of ownership as a key. It is proved that to increase the productivity and efficiency of ERP-system enterprises should take into account the factors that affect user satisfaction. At present, it is actually possible to determine the effectiveness of IT investments for Ukrainian enterprises is the analysis of whether it is possible to achieve the set goals at the expense of funds allocated for automation, formulated not in the form of their return coefficient, but in terms characterizing the parameters of automated processes. In general, for most modern enterprises before the implementation of AMS it is necessary to conduct an audit and reorganization of their activities to create rational technologies and business processes. Reorganization in this case does not necessarily mean a change in the organizational structure of the enterprise, but the optimization of processes to achieve greater productivity at lower cost. Prospects for the development and maintenance of the system are important for domestic enterprises, which are mainly determined by the developer (supplier) of the automated system, as well as a set of standards that is embedded in the system and its components. In addition, an important role in choosing a supplier is the form of its presence in the domestic market, which is formed by the presence of a network of certified technical support centers, authorized training centers, “hotlines” for consultations and more.

The objective of the article is to highlight and consider the main directions for improving the modern enterprise management system, since that in the modern market conditions, the issue of effective development for industrial enterprises becomes more relevant, while the fundamental bearing core of the enterprise's internal environment is the management efficiency. The main problem is the managerial inefficiency of an excessively large structure that is not well suited to the work in market conditions. Methodology. In the course of this analysis, the management system of an industrial enterprise was considered as a complex open system with the use of the system analysis methodology in the study, which made it possible to identify the main directions for its improvement. Results. Enterprise management is a continuous process of influencing the performance of an employee, group or enterprise as a whole for the best results in terms of achieving the goal, which has been set. The management process is provided by the trained management professionals who shape and manage the organization by setting goals and developing ways to achieve them. To do this, management must find an effective way to combine the key variables that characterize tasks and people, while taking into account the obvious and potential external and internal risks and threats. Setting goals and providing them with policies, strategies, procedures and rules, the necessary management mechanisms contribute to the solution of this task. Motivation and control also play a significant role in ensuring that the tasks are completed effectively. However, the key in this is precisely management, which is most obvious and directly related to the systematic coordination of tasks and, accordingly, the formal relationships of people performing them, and the correctly selected management process toolkit allows the enterprise to achieve the greatest efficiency. Practical implications. The performed analysis of the features of the functioning of the enterprise management system allows us to determine the following areas for improving the modern enterprise management system: improving the business processes of the enterprise, ensuring high-quality control in the enterprise management system, and introducing the enterprise risk-management. Value/originality. The use of system analysis made it possible to determine and substantiate the main directions of improving the modern enterprise management system.

Subject. This article discusses the use of information systems in various spheres of the Russian economy. Objectives. The article aims to assess the prospects for the use of cloud-based ITSM systems by Russian medium-sized and large companies. Methods. For the study, I used a comparative analysis. Results. The article finds that the cloud-based ITSM system reduces the time of business processes significantly and saves money resources. Conclusions. The practical application of cloud-based ITSM systems expands the opportunities and capabilities of medium-sized and large enterprises significantly and contributes to improving the financial performance of their activities. The enterprise management system is an important factor the implementation of these systems depends on.

To date, digital technologies and their widespread practice have formed the potential for completely new business models. However, most organizations are either in the early stages of the digital transformation process, or do not yet dare to form a digital business model that will provide real benefits from digital technologies. In any case, taking into account the enormous pace of global digitalization, it is extremely important to adapt the best practices of digital transformation to the improvement of the Ukrainian economy as soon as possible. Based on this, consider the process of researching new and adapting existing management models. Digital transformation – the introduction of modern technologies to radically change the business models of enterprise management today is considered the most important topic for organizations around the world. The requirements of the new digital economy represent the digital transformation as a conscious strategic process of business modification through adaptive management and implementation of digital technologies, ie the restructuring of existing business models. The same happens at industrial and agro-industrial enterprises, the analog period of which is coming to an end. Industries are entering the digital age, thanks to which enterprises are developing in accordance with the new focus. For this reason, it is very important for the formation of digital models of enterprise management to strategically understand the possibilities of digital technology development in their connection with business processes and business models. The analysis of the main traditional models of effective management of enterprises was carried out and their fundamental differences from the Ukrainian approach to management were revealed, the possibilities of implementation of the principles of existing business models by Ukrainian enterprises were considered. In addition, a roadmap for the transition from a traditional to a digital enterprise was proposed for consideration. The process of modeling the digital management system of the enterprise is revealed. Currently, a prerequisite for the prosperity of the economy of industry and agriculture and, consequently, the economy of Ukraine, is adaptive digital management as a basis for economic security of the enterprise. It was found that the relentless introduction of digital technologies, «copying best practices» can later be in reality as dangerous as the refusal to master new technologies. Therefore, choosing the direction of your own digitization, you must first study everything thoroughly, so as not to miss the moment and not to remain in the ranks of the latter or in the past.

Increasingly complex business processes and rapidly changing market conditions force employers to invest more and more resources in human resources development. At the same time, it is not just the professional knowledge and skills of a particular employee that come first, but also their ability to adapt to changing market circumstances. Most Russian higher education institutions are focused on transferring to future specialists a structured system of knowledge and skills that fit into the concept of "hard skills"(skills that can be easily taught and the result of training can be measured), but the current market situation increasingly requires the development of "soft skills" - universal competencies that are difficult to quantify (ability to work in a team, balance, engagement, dedication), but which significantly affect the final result of the employee's work and the formation of competitive advantages of the entire enterprise. These skills contribute not only to personal professional growth, but also to improving the stability of the enterprise management system as a whole. The Impact

In spite of the importance of implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system in any organization, there are still many fears of not getting the return on investment from implementing it. In addition, there are many ERP systems implemented in different organizations that claim they did not get enough benefit from these systems. For this reason, this paper is intended to study the impact of ERP implementation approaches (Agile, Big Bang, and Hybrid) on the performance of Procure-to-Pay business processes. This paper adapts the quantitative research approach by using the survey strategy, which is conducted by a questionnaire collected from 91 respondents working in fifteen companies that implement Oracle ERP in Jordan. The researcher uses the SPSS as an analysis technique to test all hypotheses. The findings of the study show that the two ERP Implementation approaches (Big Bang and Hybrid) have a significant impact on the performance of Procure-to-Pay business processes. On the other hand, the study shows that Agile (ERP) implementation approach has no significant impact on the performance of Procure-to-Pay business processes.

Working capital management is an important part of enterprise management system, to the enterprise performance and efficiency of access to produce very big effect. ERP system as an advanced management system have been applied in many enterprises in our country. Many enterprises have been got after the implementation of ERP enterprise financial index significantly improve, but there are a large part of the enterprise after the implementation of ERP financial indicators have not been improved. Too much even for ERP investment brings to the enterprise financing difficulties. Studying the problems associated with dynamism and the volatility of the economic environment require the constant development of the enterprise is a complex and multifaceted phenomenon, marked by many unresolved problems. The choice of other business processes for outsourcing is an important problem, from the decision of which depends the efficiency of the development of industrial enterprises. They require constant development and improvement of the organization of the enterprise, development of new, progressive forms and management methods that can minimize and neutralize the impact of negative factors on the indicators of their development. Especially it concerns the industrial enterprises. The problems of low competitiveness of industrial enterprises, the limited resources necessary for their effective functioning, and the low level of human resources require changes in economic activity through effective management methods, high efficiency of business processes and increase the competitiveness of business entities, which should become the basis for the formation of a new model of economic activity of industrial enterprises on the basis of the constructed model for choosing the optimal outsourcing, providing to increase the efficiency of the industrial process of an industrial enterprise. The development of modern economy is based on the effectiveness of business processes, therefore research of business processes of industrial enterprises, are based on it, deserves special attention. Accelerating the pace of modernization, the speed of creating new knowledge and competition need not just the use of more advanced technical and technological solutions, but the introduction of management methods based on the model of choice of optimal outsourcing. Therefore, business processes in industrial enterprises are closely related to the introduction of new methods, technologies and management tools aimed at adapting business entities to the changing conditions of the external environment and the full realization of their production and potentials, and those that allow an industrial enterprise to obtain other competitive advantages.

The article is aimed at analyzing the organizational and managerial provision of the reengineering of business processes at enterprise in the conditions of digitalization. According to the results of the research, it is identified that in turbulent economy conditions to improve the financial and economic state of business processes at domestic enterprises, there is a need to use innovative and progressive technologies, one of which is the reengineering technology. The main goal of business process reengineering is qualitative improvement of specific spheres of activity of enterprises. The essence of the formation of business processes of enterprise is the development and adaptation of the enterprise management system in accordance with modern challenges in the conditions of digitalization. For each business process, an aggregate of input resources, rules of work and expected results are formed. The digitalization technologies to provide the reengineering of business processes at enterprise allow to organize the most personalized interaction, which is preferred by most customers. Digital communication channels, artificial intelligence, robotics – all this should be implemented by the enterprise to achieve success. The digital transformation of business processes at enterprise is designed to provide conditions for making effective managerial decisions in order to quickly adapt the work to the requirements of our time and meet the needs of consumers. The process of providing the reengineering of business processes at enterprise on the basis of digitalization opens up opportunities for innovative ways of their development, which has become effective due to the large number of the instruments used.
