In this study there are two variables, namely variable X (NPL) and Y variable (CR). This research was conducted to determine the effect of NPL on CR Bank BPR Kertaraharja. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method to identify how the influence of NPL and how big CR is at Kertaraharja Rural Bank. While the verification of the analysis to identify the problem is how much influence the NPL has on the CR of BPR Kertraharja bank. This research was conducted at the BPR Kertaraharja Bank office. This research was conducted using a sample based on Purpose Sampling. The hypothesis of this study is that NPL has an effect on CR at the BPR Kertaraharja Bank. To measure the effect of these variables using Simple Linear Regression with the help of the application software system SPSS 21.0. Based on the results of data analysis using statistical methods, it was concluded that there was a significant influence between NPLs on CR banks, this was based on regression analysis with the equation Y = 24,985 - 1,312X. In correlation there is a fairly strong relationship between NPL and bank CR with a value of 0.680. Then the coefficient of determination (KD) is obtained that the NPL affects the CR with a value of 46.3%. Test the hypothesis of this study in which the t count of 4,147 is greater than the t table value of 2012. Then H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, which means that NPL has a strong influence on bank CR.

The purpose of this research to know and analyzing the effect of the product innovation and halal labelization on re-Buy Interest. The method used in this study is descriptive analysis method by describing the data that has been collected as it is without intending to make conclusions that apply to the public or generalization. Data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS software. The results showed that product innovation and halal labelization simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the buying interest. Partially respectively Product Innovation and Halal Labelization have positive and significant effect to re-buy interest. The coefficient of determination (R2) from product innovation and halal labelization is able to explain the re-buy interest by 84% while the rest of 16% is explained by independent variables that are not examined

The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method, regression analysis, and hypothesis testing with simple linier regression analysis and coefficient of determination analysis. In this study, the population is a student of Jakarta Capital City who has social media instagram and has never bought natural tourism package. The validity test used in this research is using Convirmatory factor analysis (CFA) technique. The low validity of a questionnaire instrument can be measured by loading factor with SPSS 20.00 for Windows. Based on the results of simple regression calculation obtained a = 98.145 and b = 0.27 form regression Y = 98.145 + 0.27X. Interpretation of the regression equation model is any change of X variable scores for one unit, then the variable Y increases by 0.27 in the same direction with the constant 98.14 Provided Coefficient of Determination (KD) of 0.0225, this shows that the contribution of attitude on social media instagram (X ) to the decision of purchasing natural tourism package (Y) is equal to 2,25% and contribution by other factor equal to 97.75%. Based on t arithmetic <t table (1.485 <1.984), it means there is very low influence between attitude on social media instagram to decision of purchasing nature tour package.

The research aimed to find out to what extent the effect of work environment on work motivation. The population of this research was all 74 permanent employees at PT. Loka Indah Lestari in Popayato Barat, Pohuwato. The analysis method used simple linear regression analysis. The result of analysis revealed that the work environment had a significant effect on work motivation from tcount 3,975 > ttable 1,666 with a significance level of 0,000 < 0,05. Thus, it found that work environment affected work motivation for 39,2% or it was low effect between work envornment on work motivation, and it certainly contained a phenomenon of lack of company attention to employees related to the work environment, particuraly inadequate road access and communication media (signal). Meanwhile, simultaneously work environment had a significant effect on work motivation through the test of R-value coefficient model, namely 0,424, which meant a strong relationship. In addition, the value of R square was 0,180 or 18% whereas the rest 0,820 or 82% was affected by relationship with other factors out of this research.
