Data for the research are taken from BPS, in total 10,600 records after the Extract, Transform and Loading process. Time needed to convert several publications from PDF, to convert to CSV and then to MS Excel 3 weeks. The method used is Eight-step Data Visualization and Data Mining methodology. Tableau is chosen as a tool to create the data visualization because it can combine each dasboard inside a story interactive, easier for the user to analyze the data. The result is a story with 3 dashboards that can fulfill the requirement from BPS staff and has been tested with a satisfied result in the UAT (User Acceptance Test). The success of development is closely related to the quality of good human resources. Establishment of optimal quality of human resources, both physically and psychologically is very dependent on the process of growing and developing at an early age. Monitoring the growth and development of children that is carried out appropriately and directed guarantees more optimal growth and development of children that makes children of high quality, intelligent, responsible and efficient for the nation and the nation. Based on the results of observations, the Posyandu of Beji Sidoarum has been limited to growth checks only in the implementation of posyandu related to growth, namely weighing and measuring height. Development checks have never been carried out because of the limitations of cadres and not every month the puskesmas midwives conduct health checks at the posyandu. There has never been a Posyandu health cadre who participated in the early growth growth stimulation and intervention training. Therefore, increasing education for cadres related to growth and development is needed to improve the quantity and quality of services at this posyandu. Outputs produced are 1) Compilation of booklets/modules as information media, 2) results of examination of fallen children under five, 3) Ability of cadres and mothers of children under five in stimulation and early detection of development using KPSP, 4) publication. The results obtained by cadres and mothers of children under five in carrying out stimulation and early detection using KPSP independently. Based on this, it is expected that the implementation of activities for monitoring the growth of children under five can run routinely at the posyandu. Keywords: early detection, training, stimulation, growth and development

The government targets malaria elimination in Java and Bali by 2023. But until 2020, Pangandaran and Pandeglang Regency haven’t received malaria-free certification. This qualitative study was conducted to provide an overview of Pangandaran and Pandeglang malaria control implementation by comparing it to Activity Indicators based on the Indonesian Minister of Health Decree on malaria elimination. In-depth interviews, using thematically interview guidelines, were conducted to 48 key informants such as policyholders and people in charge of health programs and cross-sectoral at the provincial, district, sub-district, and village levels. Thematic analysis was used in the theme of policy implementation, budget, facilities and infrastructures, human resources, and cross-sector cooperation. The result shows that malaria control is implemented according to the decree, but some activities haven’t been done. The analysis on policy implementation theme shows that both districts have carried out according to the guidelines, with innovation in the form of establishing Posmaldes (village malaria post) in Ujung Kulon National Park in Pandeglang. APBD, APBN, and Global Fund are used as budget sources. Both districts stated that facilities and infrastructures are sufficiently available, but there is a lack in human resources’ quantity and varying degrees of competencies. There is also a lack of cross-sector cooperation because malaria control hasn’t become a priority in those sectors and they are only acting as supports to the health sector. Efforts to control malaria are considered less optimal due to the absence of malaria elimination regulations, varied human resource capabilities, and the limitation in the duties and functions of cross-sectors.

Abstract One form of physical growth failure in children is the "stunting" condition. Stunting is a form of growth disorder characterized by a child having a height that is less appropriate for his age, which is caused by chronic malnutrition since pregnancy. The incidence of Stunting toddlers is worth watching out for, because the danger of stunting can lead to generations who are not smart and sick. WHO set stunting tolerance limits (short stature) a maximum of 20 percent or one fifth of the total number of children under five. Meanwhile, in Indonesia, 7.8 million out of 23 million children under five were stunted or around 35.6 percent. As many as 18.5 percent are very short categories and 17.1 percent are short categories. In 2018, in East Java 2.1 percent of children under five were stunted from the total number of children under five. Experts explain that the main cause of stunting is due to the problem of chronic malnutrition since pregnancy. This research was conducted on community groups that have toddlers with an age range of 2 to 5 years in the working area of puskesmas in Kota Batu. The purpose of this study is to examine several factors that influence the occurrence of Stunting in Toddlers. The study design used probability sampling as a data collection technique, by taking a sample of 106 respondents. The results of the analysis of research data using a linear regression test obtained Economic factors (X3) with a significance value of 0.002 <0.005 and t arithmetic 3.182> t table 2.262, so it can be concluded that X3 influences Y. Thus it can be concluded that economic factors become the dominant factor among factors causing stunting  Key word: causative factors, toddlers, stunting
