PT.Balai Lelang Bandung is a company in Bandung which is located at Ruko Maple Kav. G, Jl. Gn. Batu No. 201, Sukaraja, Cicendo, Bandung - West Java, provides services such as pre-auction, auction, and post auction. The registration process of tender participants is quite convoluted and takes a lot of time in the registration process either in terms of the auction participants or the auctioneer itself. The auction process is very time-consuming bidders themselves, where in conducting the auction, participants are required to attend directly to the auction so many prospective bidders who discontinue their intention to follow the auction process. In this design approach method is prototypemethod, while system development method using Unified Modeling Language (UML). System design tool used to describe the system model such as usecase, scenario diagram, sequence diagram.  Index Terms - Information System, Online Auctions, Prototype, UML

AbstrakPT. Gunung Berlian Nusantara merupakan pengembang perumahan yang bergerak dibidang properti yaitu penjualan rumah subsidi. Sistem penjualannya dilakukan secara kredit melalui Bank atau kredit pada developer. Pembayaran kredit developer langsung pada kantor pemasaran. Data penjualan dan pembayaran rumah diolah oleh bagian administrasi yang masih menggunakan Microsoft Office Excel dan buku administrasi. Sehingga perlu dibangun sebuah rancangan sistem administrasi perumahan untuk pengolahan data yang berbasis pemograman PHP dan basis data MySQL dengan alat bantu perancangan menggunakan UML (Unified Modelling Language). Adapun metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metode Prototype. Dengan adanya sistem administrasi perumahan berbasis pemograman aplikasi ini dapat memberikan kemudahan dan mendukung kegiatan administrasi perusahaan. Kata kunci— Perumahan, PHP, MySQL, UML, Metode Prototype.  AbstractPT. Direct developer loan payments at the marketing office. Data sales and home payments are processed by administrators who still use Microsoft Office Excel and administrative books. It is necessary to build the design of residential administration system for data processing based on PHP programming and MySQL database with design tool using UML (Unified Modeling Language). System development method used is Prototype method. With a residential administration system based on this application program can provide ease and support corporate administration activities Keywords— Housing, PHP, MySQL, UML, Prototype Method.

Comitte nasional sports of Indonesia is the organization that focus on sport. Every two years, Probolinggo's KONI hold city sports week activity that specially for elementary and junior hight school students. In every registration process Porkota's participant currently it is still done manually which causes the registration process to occur a lot of error and requirs a longer time. Along with the development of technology, an online registration system is needed to simplify the registration process and prevent errors from occurring. The PORKOTA registration application consists of web and android applications. The android application is used by the school to register and the web application is used by KONI to make data changes, delete data and print data. Design of PORKOTA registration process system is described in the Unified Modeling Language (UML). Then develop a client server based application using web and android with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method as a solution to these problems. The results of this study is the creation of a client server-based PORKOTA online registration application using web and android. This application is expected to help the school and the Probolinggo's KONI in facilitating the PORKOTA registration process

Design a Mobile Based Lecturer Payroll Information System at Ma’soem University to provide solutions to several lecturers who have limited time so they do not have time to fill in lecturer attendance after completing lectures so that it affects the work of the finance and curriculum sections,The approach method used is an object-oriented approach (object oriented) which consists of object-oriented analysis (OOA), and object-oriented design (OOD). The system development method used is prototype. While the author's modeling system uses Unified Modeling Language (UML).With the design of the lecturer payroll information system, it is expected to facilitate lecturers in completing attendance and seeing details of their income, the finance department does not have to work overtime to make lecturer salary reports, and the curriculum section is more facilitated in controlling lecturer performance.

PT Surya Multi Cipta is a company engaged in manufacturing machine. Sales process at PT Surya Multi Cipta still rely on Microsoft Office and Excel for recording sales and other data. Reporting process is often hampered due to the data must be searched manually, so that required sales information system. The purpose of research is to build information systems sales of PT. Surya Multi Cipta to solve systematic sales and report problems. The method used by researcher to make sales information system is System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with prototype method and system modeling using Unified Modeling Language (UML). Sales information system created using laravel framework and programming language PHP, JavaScript and MySQL database. The results of this research is a websitebased sales information system that helps in the process of selling. Based on the results of testing and evaluation of researchers, sales information system is able to help the business process running.

PT Himalaya Everest Jaya, a company engaged in importers, exporters of electricity and mechanics. In its daily life, PT Himalaya Everest Jaya has used information technology in its operational activities. But problems are often found in supporting operational activities in the field. Where this can hamper the work of every employee who uses it. The problems that often occur include hardware, software, and network connections. Current problem submission is still not effective because employees who have problems must contact the IT directly or by using the telephone. Likewise with recording problems, because the EDP / IT still records every problem using a paper that can be lost or damaged at any time. Therefore, an integrated Helpdesk application is needed and can be accessed quickly by employees and the EDP / IT division. The method used in designing this application is based on the Web, to find out which system is running, the author uses several tools such as Flowmap and UML (Unified Modeling Language), while the system development method uses the Waterfall method. The supporting software used is Xampp, and MySQL as the builder and program documentation. With the existence of a web-based system that has been connected to this database, the process of delivering and handling complaints is expected to be resolved properly and quickly in its handling.

PT. Duta Nichirindo Pratama is a company engaged in the field of Autoparts Manufacture. Barcode is the identity of an item / product on the package. Barcode technology has been used as the identity of goods in a production. Barcodes are used to facilitate the identification of goods produced. Paste the barcode on the packaging of packaging results at PT. Duta Nichirindo Pratama is done manually, but there are often errors attached to the barcode on a similar packaging. This research will design and create a system based on Visual Basic.Net and Arduino to select barcode attachment errors that have the potential to be sent to consumers. The system is designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams, database design and interface menu design. The system created will then be tested to detect the black box test. With a computing-based design system that functions to detect barcodes on the packaging automatically, the problem of sticking barcodes on the packaging can be detected.

The purpose of this research is to know the geographic information system of tourism that is in Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kebumen Regency and develop it Research methods used by doing observationin Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kebumen Regency, then proceed with the system development method. the research method used is by the method of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). By using the Software Notepad ++ to build tourism Geographical Information System web-based. PHP as a programming language, MySQL as the database server and the design of the map using the Google Maps API. The object-oriented approach that is used UML (Unified Modeling Language) can explain the flow of the existing system. Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kebumen Regency has been doing promotion through mass media such as newspapers and brochures in the delivery of information. But the way is not enough to inform tourism and places of attractions. It is therefore through the design of Geographical information system of tourism was able to resolve the issue. After the results of the study of geographic information systems is expected delivery of tourism information becomes more widespread, and the tourists could be quick and precise in finding information a tourist want to visit.

PT Instaprint Jaya Primatama is a company engaged in the field of digital printing while those who do not yet have a system that uses stock of goods, the current system still has problems such as requiring a long time to find the amount needed Every day and making reports still using Ms. Excel so there is a delay in the company's performance. This study aims to create a system that can support the process of reporting needs that can be done effectively, the design process uses the PIECES method, system modeling using UML (Unified Modeling Language) to use visualization, which can be used by using the Hypertext Preprocessor programming language (PHP ) with a MySQL-Server database as a database. And to collect data, the authors use the method of observation, interviews, and literature study. With the system of preparation of goods, can make it easier for inventory administrators to produce accurate reports with a fast time can be made in order to produce effective and efficient.

Modernization causes the examination process in some educational institutions that are usually done conventionally now start to change to CBT (Computer Based Test). At STMIK Atma Luhur, CBT in the form of a coding test carried out on a computer laboratory was felt to be not effective enough due to a short correction time, as well as the possibility of lossing the students work due to sudden power failure. Collection of jobs using an LAN (Local Area Network) intranet network can not be realized due to the difficult network configuration and requires not a small cost. One solution that can be offered in overcoming the above problem is to create a web-based exam application that is connected to a Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) intranet network. The system development model and tools used in this study are prototype models and UML (Unified Modeling Language). The proposed application is effective in facilitating and accelerating the process of collecting student answer files from several client computers to a server computer. In addition, the usage of the proposed application allows the lecturer not to correct students' answers in a hurry, so that the scores that are truly objective and can be accounted for are obtained.

Dit Intelkam Polda Riau menyelenggarakan fungsi untuk memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat yaitu pelayanan pengurusan Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK). Pengurusan SKCK ini dilakukan dengan mendatangi langsung kantor Dit Intelkam Polda Riau. Proses pembuatan SKCK pada Dit Intelkam Polda Riau, saat ini telah menggunakan database dalam penyimpanan datanya. Namun kelemahannya yaitu data lama pemohon akan hilang apabila belum dilakukannya perpanjangan oleh pemohon sebelum masa berlakunya habis. Hal ini disebabkan karena data lama yang tertimpa oleh data baru yang di-input-kan ke database.Selain itu SKCK yang lama juga tidak mempunyai sistem keamanan sehingga data SKCK tersebut dapat disalahgunakan oleh pihak yang tidak bertanggung jawab. Permohonan penerbitan SKCK pada Dit Intelkam Polda Riau bisa mencapai 200 penerbitan perharinya dengan kategori high section yaitu jumlah bagian dengan penerbitan tertinggi dalam satu hari. Sedangkan untuk pengurusan dalam pertahun dari Tahun 2016 pengurusan bisa mencapai sebanyak 30.000 lembar.Sistem ini menggunakan keamanan barcode, dimana barcode tersebut mempunyai informasi didalamnya yaitu: nama, nomor NIK, tujuan dan masa berlaku SKCK. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu System Development Life Cycle Model Waterfall yang menggunakan tiga buah diagram Unified Modeling Language (UML), yaitu: usecasediagram, activity diagram dan sequence diagramserta memanfaatkan penggunaan ERD dalam pembuatan database. Pembangunan sistem dilakukan menggunakan beberapa aplikasi pendukung yaitu: PHP dan MySQL,Sublime Text 3, Javascript, dan HTML.Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan keamanan terhadap data SKCK pemohon dan dapat mempermudah Admin Kepolisian Daerah dalam proses pembuatan surat SKCK
