One way to reduce congestion in big cities is by reducing the use of private vehicles. That is by improving the service and convenience of public transport such as accessing route information easily. The Web Based Public Transportation Information System is designed using SDLC. The system is expected to be able to assist the public in accessing the route information of public transportation on land. The results of this study is a web-based application interface that includes public transportation routes in the Jakarta, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi. Index Terms— Information System, Public Transport Route, SDLC, Web Based, Jadetabek.

The City

Increasing the number of population every year in the city of Malang makes the increase also the number of private vehicle users who trigger the occurrence of congestion and lack of public interest to ride public transport, especially in terms of operation and service of public transportation. The main purpose of the research is to explore factors causing the decrease of public transport passengers for LDG route. The research used Importance Performance Analysis. The results showed that the main factors causing the decrease of the number of passengers on the LDG route in Malang City based on the public perception such as driver behavior, the condition of the transport (inside and outside), transportation hygiene, the availability of place to put luggage, the availability of seating, the availability of route / route information LDG transport, duration of stop transportation time at the terminal, and length of travel time.

The public transport infrastructure of a city is one of the most important indicators of its economic growth and development. Here we study the public transport network of Shenyang, which represents Chinese domestic civil public transport infrastructure, as a complex network. We find that the public transport system of Shenyang, a network of public transportation routes connected by bus links, is a small-world network characterized by a Poisson degree distribution. We investigate the public transport network as a complex network to explore its topological properties. Simulation results show that the public transport network exhibits small world behavior.

Revenue and Expenditure Budget Village or abbreviated to APBDes every year among all the village's equipment is always busy with the utilization or management of village revenues to be allocated to several activities that aim to build the village. The main obstacles in APBDes management are lack of reporttransparency, inefficient performance, inadequate reporting thus hampering the implementation of rural development. As a form of effort to overcome this problem, it is necessary to design software application reports realization of web-based village budget usage. APBDes realization information system is web-based, using PHP web programming language and MySQL database. In implementing this system, it must be implemented or uploaded on the web server to be accessible on the internet. Because this implementation isexperimental, the author uses the XAMPP application as his web server. With the presence of these systems, the public can get information about APBDes easily without having to come to the village hall or ask for the explanation to the village apparatus and Government at the kecamatan level can also control and evaluate the reporting of APBDes relaisaasi online. Traffic congestion problems generally caused by the increasing use of private vehicles and public transportations. In order to overcome the situation, the optimization of public transportation’s route is required particularly the urban transportation. In this research, the performance analysis of Firefly and Tabu Search algorithm is conducted to optimize eleven public transportation’s routes in Bandung. This optimization aims to increase the dispersion of public transportation’s route by expanding the scope of route that are crossed by public transportation so that it can reach the entire Bandung city and increase the driver’s income by providing the passengers easier access to public transportations in order to get to their destinations. The optimal route is represented by the route with most roads and highest number of incomes. In this research, the comparison results between the reference route and the public transportation’s optimized route increasing the dispersion of public transportation’s route to 60,58% and increasing the driver’s income to 20,03%.

The increasing need for property in Tanjungpinang City is very growing, especially in the housing sector. Selection of property based on location and facilities and infrastructure is always a consideration for the community in making decisions to buy a property. Difficulty finding property location information in a certain area often occurs, resulting in people not getting references about the properties offered in Tanjungpinang City. The purpose of this research is to create a web-based geographic information system (GIS) regarding the distribution of the number of properties on offer, especially in Tanjungpinang City using a web-based mapping approach. In the development of Property GIS the author uses the Waterfall method and in the analysis of system requirements it is modeled with UML (Unified Modeling Language) and implemented with the PHP programming language and MySQLI database. It is hoped that the results of making this property's geographic information system can help the public to find out information about the distribution of properties offered, such as the location of property coordinates, addresses, prices, property photos, property specification data and property developer data.

This article presents topic of Dynamic Passenger Information Systems which are more and more often used in the public transport. It focuses on analysis of utility and passengers’ satisfaction of this type of system. In the first chapter there are information about DPI system that is used by one of the larger organizer of public transport – KZK GOP (Komunikacyjny Związek Komunalny Górnośląskiego Okręgu Przemysłowego). In next part of article there is online research results made by author in March – April 2017 among the passengers of KZK GOP. Research goal was knowing the utility and passengers’ satisfaction of DPI system KZK GOP. There took part 635 people in research. Respondents judged the performance quality of DPI system KZK GOP as sufficient (average rating: 3,18 on scale from 1 to 5 where 5 was the highest rate). Analysis of this research summary will let to more detailed knowing passengers’ opinion for DPI system KZK GOP and will let to suggest the actions which goal will be improvement this system.

This information system is used as a solution that can help to meet the requirements of the couples. The research methods are data collection, analysis and design. Data collection method implemented by surveys including interviews with 58 clients, 15 vendors, and 12 WO (Wedding Organizer) and by literature study that includes books and journal related. Object oriented is used as the method for system analysis and design. The result is a web based information system that connects vendors and clients in one online place. The web based application can be used to book the reception hall, catering food for guests, entertainments, bridal, car loan, prewed and receptions photos. The benefits of the web based applications are user can costumize or choose the packages, check the price information and get reports related to Wedding Organizer Order Management business process. The results of the qualitative interviews to 58 clients who already used the applications is the client get shorter time compare to clients who manage their own wedding reception.
