This study aims to determine the levels of contributions and effectiveness of Government Regulation No. 23 Year 2018 (PP No. 23/2018) on tax revenue at KPP Pratama Pekalongan. It used effectiveness and contributions formulas for data analysis. The research results showed that the effectiveness level of this regulation on tax revenue at KPP Pratama Pekalongan indicating ineffective criterion. On the one hand, the contribution level of this regulation implementation on tax revenue at KPP Pratama Pekalongan indicating very poor criterion. Based on the data collected, this regulation were unable to increase the tax revenue at KPP Pratama Pekalongan.

Attitude is essential issue to be considered in designing an appropriate learning for learners because it greatly affects the performance and implementation of the teaching and learning process in the classroom. One of the most important attitudes to be explored is the willingness of teachers to implement the curriculum set by the government. This study aims to determine the willingness of English teachers to carry out scientific approach and also to know the implementation of scientific approach in the learning. This research applies qualitative approach with case study design. It is conducted in SMAN 1 Situbondo with three teachers become the informants. Interview and observation are implemented to explore the willingness and the implementation of Scientific Approach. Data analysis in this research using Spradley’s method. From this research, it can be seen that the teachers has enough willingness to apply scientific approach totally. Furthermore, the implementation of scientific approach has been implemented well enough and has implemented it in accordance with government regulation.

The democratization of broadcasting in Indonesia is manifested in the implementation of the Network Station System (Sistem Stasiun Jaringan / SSJ) by striving for diversity of ownership and broadcast content in broadcasting institutions. SSJ is also an effort to decentralize broadcasting so that people in the regions get information related to their own regions through subsidiary networks or local broadcasting institutions. TVRI is the only public broadcasting institution that has network subsidiaries throughout Indonesia. This research uses a case study approach, an approach to intensively examine a case with a focus on TVRI Bali. Data collection used interview and observation methods. Data analysis using the Interactive Analysis approach. The results showed that TVRI Bali has not been able to fully implement SSJ. TVRI Bali can only meet the provisions of local broadcast content with a percentage of up to 20%, but has not been able to fulfill the spirit of diversity of ownership according to the basic concept of SSJ. In addition, the principle of diversity of ownership has not been fulfilled due to inconsistencies between the Broadcasting Law and Government Regulation Number 13/2005 and Ministerial Regulation 43/2009 which specifically regulates private television broadcasting institutions.

The purpose of this study is to find out how much the amount ofRegional Taxes, Regional Levies and Regional Original Revenue (PAD)of Seruyan Regency in 2015-2019, as well as knowing the effect ofRegional Taxes and Regional Levies on Regional Original Income (PAD)both simultaneously and partially. The population in this study is theSeruyan Regency APBD Realization Report for the 2015-2019 fiscal year.The sample technique used in this research is judgment sampling. Theanalysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistical analysisand multiple regression. Based on the data analysis, information isobtained that the amount of Original Regional Revenue in 2015, 2016 and2019 has decreased, while in 2017 and 2018, Regional Original Incomehas increased, this indicates that the original Regional Revenue data isgrouped or does not vary.Keywords: Local Taxes, Regional Retributions, Local Revenue

The second article (Tellis, 1997b) presented a proposed methodology based on the literature and an application of the methodology in an information technology case. The current article will present a suggested format for reporting case research results. The article will review the goals and objectives of the research project and present various tables containing the results of the data analysis conducted for the project. The article will finally present conclusions drawn from the results, and what future researchers might wish to pursue.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkap paradigma yang mendasari pelaksanaan pendidikan agama di sekolah pluralistik, dan menghasilkan paradigma pendididikan agama yang lebih relevan dengan masyarakat Indonesia yang pluralistik. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif eksploratif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif intepretif fenomenologi. Pengumpulan data dengan wawancara mendalam didukung dengan observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis interaktif yang meliputi reduksi data, display data dan kesimpulan. Di samping itu, juga menggunakan Interpretive Phenomenolgy Analysis. Hasil penelitian adalah Pelaksanaan pendidikan agama konvensional di sekolah yang pluralistik belum mengikuti Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 55 Tahun 2007 dan PERMENAG Nomor 16 Tahun 2010 tentang Pengelolaan Pendidikan Agama pada Sekolah. Paradigma yang mendasari pendidikan agama adalah eksklusif dan inklusif. Paradigma pendidikan agama yang relevan dengan kondisi bangsa Indonesia yang pluralistik adalah paradigma budaya pluralisme demokratis-emansipatoris.Kata kunci:  paradigma, eksklusif, inklusif, konvensional, phenomenology, demokratis-emansipatoris THE PARADIGM OF RELIGION EDUCATION IN A PLURAL COMMUNITYAbstractThis study was to uncover the paradigm that became the basis of the implementation of conventional religion education in the pluralistic schools and to generate a religion education paradigm that would be more relevant to the pluralistic Indonesian society. The approach that the researcher employed in the study was the qualitative interpretative phenomenology. The data were collected through an in-depth interview, and the in-depth interview was supported by an observation and documentation. Then, for the data analysis the researcher implemented the interactive analysis that included data reduction, data display and conclusion. In addition, the researcher also implemented the Interpretive Phenomenology Analysis. The results of the study show that the implementation of conventional religion education in the pluralistic schools has not fulfilled the requirements of the Government Regulation Number 55 Year 2007 and the Minister of Religion Decree Number 16 Year 2010 about the Management of Religion Education in the School. The paradigm that becomes the basis of religion education is the exclusive and inclusive education. The religion education paradigm that is relevant to the conditions of pluralistic Indonesian society is the one which is democratic-emancipative, and pluralistic.Keyword: paradigm, exclusive, inclusive, conventional, phenomenology, democratic-emancipatory

Although second language (L2) teacher cognition has been a sustained area of research in the field of L2 teacher education for the last three decades, designing an appropriate methodology to investigate teacher cognition is still a key challenge due to the unobservable nature of cognition. Teacher cognition is defined as “what teachers know, believe, and think” (Borg, 2003, p. 81). This article seeks to enable researchers who are interested in exploring L2 teacher cognition to design qualitative multiple case study research and to use constructivist grounded theory to data analysis to build theoretical models that capture L2 teachers’ cognitions. I discuss the rationale for the proposed design and outline the processes of data collection, three stages of data analysis, and the processes of constructivist grounded theory conceptualization. I provide examples and draw on my own experience of investigating and mapping out some of the intricate connections between the cognitions and the classroom practices of twelve English as a foreign language (EFL) writing teachers, on the one hand, and consider how their cognitions and pedagogical practices interplay with the ecological contexts where they teach, on the other hand. I highlight the flexibility of the proposed design to enable researchers to build models that effectively capture language teacher cognition and explain their pedagogical practices. In doing so, this article also provides a valuable contribution to the discussion of the research methods which have been used to examine L2 teacher cognition.

ABSTRACT Lactation failured were often the resulted of several lactation problems, one of that problem was breast milk dam. Oketani massage was one of the methods of breast treatment that caused pectoralist muscle forces to increased breast milk production and maked it softer, elastic and easier for a baby to sucked milk. The purposed of these studied was to know the effectiveness of oketani massage on the prevention of mother’s breast milk dam on postpartum and the post secsio sesarea. The design of these studied used a preexperiment design or a pre design for post test only design or the one shot case study to studied an innovative program of health education and to have no basis for comparison. The treatment or intervention that has been done (x) in this design will be measured by observation or post test (02). Observation result (02) provide descriptive information. The studied is carried out at Sarah Medan Hospital on June 19 to July 02, 2020. The studied’s population was all of the mothers of postpartum and the post secsio sesarea that are treated in Sarah Medan Hospital with subject of 35 respondents. The data-gathering technique used the observation sheet with data analysis techniques, namedly univariates and bivariates. Research shows that the entire respondents totaling 35 (100%) were not on breast milk dam and their breast milk production was increased. Data analysis results obtained with Wilcoxon's test using SPSS software, the z value = -4,472 compounds and the p-value value = 0,000 with a degree of significance p<0.05. The conclusion of the studied states that the breast milk dam on postpartum and the post secsio sesarea was effectively preventabled with an Oketani massage. Regardless to the facts that English is being taught to Indonesian students starting from early age, many Indonesian thrive in learning English. They find it quite troublesome for some to acquire the language especially to the level of communicative competence. Although Krashen (1982:10) states that “language acquirers are not usually aware of the fact that they are acquiring language, but are only aware of the fact that they are using the language for communication”, second language acquisition has several obstacles for learners to face and yet the successfulness of mastering the language never surmounts to the one of the native speakers. Learners have never been able to acquire the language as any native speakers do. Mistakes are made and inter-language is unavoidable. McNeili in Ellis (1985, p. 44) mentions that “the mentalist views of L1 acquisition hypothesizes the process of acquisition consists of hypothesis-testing, by which means the grammar of the learner’s mother tongue is related to the principles of the ‘universal grammar’.” Thus this study intends to find out whether the students go through the phase of interlanguage in their attempt to acquire second language and whether their interlanguage forms similar system as postulated by linguists (Krashen).

Development of food security implemented to meet the human basic needs that provide benefits fairly and equitably based on self – reliance, and not contrary to public faith. Referring to the government regulation No 22 of 2009 concerning Food Consumption Diversification Acceleration (P2KP). However, it is not supported by the development of women farmers. The method use in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis using SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Treath). The samples in this study is the purposive sample. Result of a study showed the amount of income earned from the group of women farmers in the one month is 150,000/ members. Proper development strategies used in the development strategies used in the development KWT Melati is a Growth Oriented Strategy is very profitable strategy to seize opportunities with the strength. Pembangunan ketahan pangan dilaksanakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dasar manusia yang memberikan manfaat secara adil dan merata berdasarkan kemandirian, dan tidak bertentangan dengan keyakinan masyarakat. Mengacu pada Peraturan Pemerintah No 22 Tahun 2009 mengenai Percepatan Penganekaragaman Konsumsi Pangan (P2KP). Namun, hal ini tidak didukung dengan adanya pengembangan kelompok wanita tani. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Treath). Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan sampel purposive. Hasil penelitian menunjukan besaran pendapatan yang diperoleh dari adanya kelompok wanita tani dalam satu bulan adalah Rp.150.000/bulan/anggota. Strategi pengembangan yang tepat digunakan dalam pengembangan Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Melati adalah Growth Oriented Strategy.
