The rear-view mirror is one of the main devices found in cars. A mirror is a mirror used to see the traffic of a vehicle behind when it is about to veer, stop or change lanes. The purpose of this study was to design a pre-crash performance test of the rearview mirror. That is a system that will automatically perform mirror folding automatically based on the distance of the object in front of it. The system will reduce the risk of broken or scratched due to driver negligence. The research method at a time when the barrier is 30cm (±20cm) away from the front or back of the rearview mirror will read that distance which will then transmit to the Arduino. Arduino will process the data and send data for the speed reduction process by warning that there is an object in front or behind the rearview mirror and when the distance is <30cm from the barrier object, then the Arduino will order to fold the rearview mirror automatically, by activating the servo motor to fold the rear and rearview mirrors. The result of this study was to find out the performance of the GP2Y0A21 distance sensor reading and the performance of the rearview mirror pre-crash system. In this study, the bound variable was the distance measurement of the sensor's reading. The free variable used is the sensor reading metering distance displayed on the LCD (Liquid Crystal Display).

Canna (Canna edulis Kerr.) is a type of tuber plant with a fairly high starch content to be used as food. The use of canna is generally processed first into flour. The initial process of flouring canna is done in two ways; the canna plants are sliced and grated. The Department of Agricultural and Biosystem Engineering, Faculty of Agricultural Industrial Technology, University of Padjadjaran, designed the TEP-1902 Canna Slicing and Shredding Machine (MPPG). However, the performance of this machine was not yet known, so testing was needed to determine its performance. The research method used was an experimental method that was analyzed descriptively by measuring, observing, calculating, analyzing, testing, and evaluating the TEP-1902 Canna Slicing and Shredding Machine (MPPG). The results of the performance test of this machine showed that the machine's performance was good, with the following parameters: the actual capacity of the slicing unit and grating unit was 40.95 kg/hour and 182.98 kg/hour, respectively, efficiency was 92.61% slicing and 97.60% grater, the yields were 98.75% slicing and 96.50% grating, respectively, the average thickness of the slices was 2.13 mm, and the uniformity of slice thickness was 65.51%.

This research is conducted to build portable spectroscopy optic with Android and desktop applications. Portable spectroscopy optic consists of Arduino Micro, Nextion Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), 2 pieces Light Emitting Diodes (LED), servo motor, diffraction grating (600 lines/mm), 2 pieces photodiodes, Bluetooth HC-05, and SD Card Reader Writer. Android and desktop applications realized by using Qt IDE. Spectroscopy testing is done using polymers with color red, green, and blue. The result of polymers sample testing shows that the spectrum with same wavelength range as the sample color will be passed, while other wavelengths will be absorbed. The device has been able to measure absorption of sample. On testing restore the test results to the SD card produces file with size about 2 kB. Device uses battery with capacity 3000 mAh and can be actively sustainable during 3 hours 31 minutes. Testing of communication Android and desktop applications with spectroscopy is done using bluetooth and Universal Serial Bus (USB) cable. The result of application testing are already able to send and receive data from spectroscopy.

The purpose of this study is to determine how relationship and influence of safety, occupational health and work environment to employees performance at PT. Dwi Lestari. The research method was used with explanatory analysis approach that is explaining the causalistic relationship between variables. Technique of data analysis was used by finding regression and correlation, determination coefficient and hypothesis test, but before it was analyzed, first was done instrument test of research data. Results of this research was obtained there is relationship and positive influence and significant between safety variables, occupational health and work environment to employees performance at PT. Dwi Lestari Nusantara by using F test. F test was used to test the feasibility of model in research. Results the trial fo F test showed that regression model can be used to predict employees performance. Test result of t test showed that safety, occupational health have positive and significant influence to employees performance, and work environment have positive and significant influence to employees performance at PT. Dwi Lestari Nusantara. While safety, occupational health were variables which is very dominant and influence to employees performance at PT. Dwi Lestari Nusantara. Conclusion, there is a positive and significant influence between safety variables, occupational health and work environment to employees performance at PT. Dwi Lestari Nusantara.

The design of mechanical system for harbor basin wave maker is introduced in this article. The installation form of wave maker is ground to pin type. The push-wave plate is driven by the AC servo motor and ball screw. The parameters of ball screw and the selection of servo motor are determined by calculating, and then check the bearing capacity of servo motor. The performance test has verified that the design of wave-maker system can meet the requirements.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh latihan drill terhadap kemampuan servis backhand bulutangkis siswa MTs Tarbiyah Islamiyah, Kecamatan Air Napal, Bengkulu Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen one group pre-test post-test design dengan variabel bebas adalah latihan drill dan variabel terikat adalah terhadap kemampuan servis backhand bulutangkis. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah siswa MTs Tarbiyah Islamiyah Kecamatan Air Napal Bengkulu Utara sebanyak 30 siswa. Instrumen penelitian servis backhand bulutangkis validitas dengan sebesar 0,66 dan reliabilitas 0,88. Hasil analisis statistik data menunjukkan latihan drill memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik terhadap peningkatan kemampuan servis backhand bulutangkis hal ini karena thitung 10.28 dan ttabel dengan taraf signifikan a 5% diperoleh nilai sebesar 2.000. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah latihan drill dapat meningkatkan kemampuan servis backhand bulutangkis siswa MTs Tarbiyah Islamiyah, Kecamatan Air Napal, Bengkulu Utara.Kata Kunci : Drill, Servis backhand bulutangkis. AbstractThis study aims to determine wheter there is influence drill exercises on service skill MTs Tarbiyah Islamiyah District Air Napal North Bengkulu students. This instrument research badminton backhand service with validity of 0,66 and reliability 0,88. The results of statistical analysis of data drill exercise gives effect which is better against badminton backhand service capability this is because th 10.28 and tt with significant level a 5% obtained value of 2.000. The conclusion of this study is drill exercise can improve ability badminton backhand service MTs Tarbiyah Islamiyah District Air Napal North Bengkulu students.Keywords : Drill, Badminton  backhand service.

A kind of comprehensive performance test-bed of automobile electric power steering system was designed. IPC was applied to the main control system. Testing software was developed based on Visual Basic. AC servo system was assembled to respectively simulate input torque and load torque, the manual input torque can also be realized by operating steering wheel. The motion control card MPC08 is used to control the motion of Servo motor. Test data is collected by using multi-function data collection card. The lifting gears were assembled to install input/output shaft servo motor and EPS. Test results show that the test-bed can verify the control strategies and accurately detect the assist characteristic of EPS.

Abstract--A manual door security system that has many shortcomings including difficulty opening locks when used, easily broken and keys that tend to be duplicated thereby reducing convenience and security. To prevent this, a good and easy-to-use room security system is needed. At this time began to develop an electronic room safety system using RFID technology (Radio-Frequency Identification) to improve the security system at the door of the house. In this study discusses the design and prototype of an automatic room door lock using an RFID system. The research method used is research and development. This Automatic Door is programmed by the Arduino application by creating a security system using Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) as a radio wave of data carrier frequencies that will be received by the receiver. The results of this study are the creation of an automatic home door security system using RFID which has a better level of security compared to manual security, so that it can cope with acts of theft in homes that are often abandoned by residents. In addition, the use of RFID can also minimize the overall lock on the house, so that every family member needs only one tag card / key to open all the locks on the door in the house. Keywords: Arduino Uno, RFID, Servo Motor, Solenoi Abstrak--Sistem pengamanan pintu rumah yang bersifat manual memiliki banyak kekurangan diantaranya sulit membuka kunci ketika digunakan, mudah dibobol dan kunci yang cenderung dapat diduplikat sehingga mengurangi kemudahan dan keamanan. Untuk mencegah hal tersebut dibutuhkan sistem keamanan ruangan yang baik dan mudah digunakan. Saat ini mulai dikembangkan sistem pengaman ruangan yang bersifat elektronik dengan menggunakan teknologi RFID (Radio-Frequency Identification) untuk meningkatkan sistem keamanan pada pintu rumah. Dalam penelitian ini membahas mengenai desain dan prototype pengunci pintu ruangan otomatis menggunakan sistem RFID. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah riset dan pengembangan. Pintu Otomatis ini diprogram oleh aplikasi Arduino dengan membuat sistem keamanan menggunakan Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) sebagai gelombang radio frekuensi pembawa data yang akan diterima receiver. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terciptanya sistem keamanan pintu rumah otomatis menggunakan RFID yang memiliki tingkat keamanan lebih baik dibandingkan dengan pengamanan manual, sehingga dapat menanggulangi terjadinya tindak pencurian pada rumah-rumah yang sering ditinggalkan oleh penghuninya. Selain itu penggunaan RFID ini juga dapat meminimalis keseluruan kunci pada rumah, sehingga setiap anggota keluarga cukup membutuhkan satu tag card / kunci untuk membuka seluruh kunci pada pintu yang ada di rumah. Home security is something that must be considered for every homeowner. Especially when you have to leave the house empty for work or even on vacation. You must be worried about thieves, lost jewelry, or the safety of other valuables. Therefore, the authors made a door lock security device by utilizing a Bluetooth connection with the Arduino Uno microcontroller. The research method used was direct observation of the selected object, namely the author's house, and conducting literature studies related to the Arduino Uno microcontroller. This door lock tool uses the Arduino Uno as a data processing center, because it is easy to use, and most importantly in the charging program, it does not require a download like a microcontroller in general. This Arduino Uno contains a special program that will give commands to the Servo Motor to open and open the door. Not only opening and opening doors, but this tool can also move the door without us holding or touching it but through a Smartphone. The purpose of this research is to produce a tool that can make it easier to manage or open doors using the Arduino via an Android smartphone using a Bluetooth connection.
