Home security is something that must be considered for every homeowner. Especially when you have to leave the house empty for work or even on vacation. You must be worried about thieves, lost jewelry, or the safety of other valuables. Therefore, the authors made a door lock security device by utilizing a Bluetooth connection with the Arduino Uno microcontroller. The research method used was direct observation of the selected object, namely the author's house, and conducting literature studies related to the Arduino Uno microcontroller. This door lock tool uses the Arduino Uno as a data processing center, because it is easy to use, and most importantly in the charging program, it does not require a download like a microcontroller in general. This Arduino Uno contains a special program that will give commands to the Servo Motor to open and open the door. Not only opening and opening doors, but this tool can also move the door without us holding or touching it but through a Smartphone. The purpose of this research is to produce a tool that can make it easier to manage or open doors using the Arduino via an Android smartphone using a Bluetooth connection.

Clothesline that is used in the community is still in the form of a manual so that the community must raise it directly. People who have more interests or who work may not have to raise clothes directly so they have to leave their more important work. When traveling or there are other jobs the community is still confused how to pick up clothesline with changing weather. From these problems, a prototype model of automatic clothesline was built using Android-based Arduino, this is to simplify and shorten the time in lifting clothesline or drying clothes when our weather changes. Having designed an automatic clothesline using Android-based Arduino. In this study, the Arduino UNO microcontroller functions as a data processing center obtained from the LDR sensor to detect light, uses a water sensor to detect rainwater and uses a DC motor to move the clothesline out / in, and uses the Bluetooth HC-05 module to move the clothesline with Android. The test results show that this tool works well, when the device is turned on the sensor will check the weather outside whether the weather is sunny or rainy. When the weather is sunny or hot outside, the clothesline will automatically come out and if the weather outside is raining, the clothesline will automatically go inside. When the sensor does not function or has trouble the automatic clothesline can be controlled via a smartphone that is connected to the Bluetooth HC-05 module.

Abstract--A manual door security system that has many shortcomings including difficulty opening locks when used, easily broken and keys that tend to be duplicated thereby reducing convenience and security. To prevent this, a good and easy-to-use room security system is needed. At this time began to develop an electronic room safety system using RFID technology (Radio-Frequency Identification) to improve the security system at the door of the house. In this study discusses the design and prototype of an automatic room door lock using an RFID system. The research method used is research and development. This Automatic Door is programmed by the Arduino application by creating a security system using Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) as a radio wave of data carrier frequencies that will be received by the receiver. The results of this study are the creation of an automatic home door security system using RFID which has a better level of security compared to manual security, so that it can cope with acts of theft in homes that are often abandoned by residents. In addition, the use of RFID can also minimize the overall lock on the house, so that every family member needs only one tag card / key to open all the locks on the door in the house. Keywords: Arduino Uno, RFID, Servo Motor, Solenoi Abstrak--Sistem pengamanan pintu rumah yang bersifat manual memiliki banyak kekurangan diantaranya sulit membuka kunci ketika digunakan, mudah dibobol dan kunci yang cenderung dapat diduplikat sehingga mengurangi kemudahan dan keamanan. Untuk mencegah hal tersebut dibutuhkan sistem keamanan ruangan yang baik dan mudah digunakan. Saat ini mulai dikembangkan sistem pengaman ruangan yang bersifat elektronik dengan menggunakan teknologi RFID (Radio-Frequency Identification) untuk meningkatkan sistem keamanan pada pintu rumah. Dalam penelitian ini membahas mengenai desain dan prototype pengunci pintu ruangan otomatis menggunakan sistem RFID. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah riset dan pengembangan. Pintu Otomatis ini diprogram oleh aplikasi Arduino dengan membuat sistem keamanan menggunakan Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) sebagai gelombang radio frekuensi pembawa data yang akan diterima receiver. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terciptanya sistem keamanan pintu rumah otomatis menggunakan RFID yang memiliki tingkat keamanan lebih baik dibandingkan dengan pengamanan manual, sehingga dapat menanggulangi terjadinya tindak pencurian pada rumah-rumah yang sering ditinggalkan oleh penghuninya. Selain itu penggunaan RFID ini juga dapat meminimalis keseluruan kunci pada rumah, sehingga setiap anggota keluarga cukup membutuhkan satu tag card / kunci untuk membuka seluruh kunci pada pintu yang ada di rumah. Security is a very important aspect of a house. The level of protection and comfort of the house certainly cannot be separated from how good the security system of the house is. The door is used for the main entrance and exit of the house. When the owner of the house is inside, the door can be locked from the inside with the addition of a slop lock on the door. However, if the owner of the house leaves, the door is only locked using a regular key without any additional keys on the inside of the door. So that the door of the house can be opened only by "lockpick" by an irresponsible person. Such problems can be prevented by installing additional security devices on the door of the house that can be controlled to lock the inside of the door and can provide early warning to homeowners through SMS (Short Message Service) notifications on cell phones. The components used in this system are Arduino Uno microcontroller, Servo Motor, Vibration Sensor (SW-420), Buzzer, Magnetic Switch MC-38, and GSM SIM800L V2. The prototype worked well and reach the research’s objective.

This study aimed to analyze the processes of security management in a hospital in a big city at Rio de Janeiro’s State. The research method used was case study, strategy chosen by include both direct observation as a series of interviews. The obtained results allowed to highlight the importance of security management in a hospital, educate employees, assess risk scenarios, control the logistics flows of patients and contaminated products and waste.

Tujuan penulis melakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Implementasi Kebijakan Dalam Pembinaan UMKM Pada Dinas Koperasi, UMKM, Perdagangan, dan Perindustrian Kabupaten Subang. Penelitian dan penulisan ini membahas hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan Impelementasi Kebijakan dalam Pembinaan UMKM Pada Dinas Koperasi, UMKM, Perdagangan, dan Perindustrian dengan teori Merilee S. Grindle yaitu Isi kebijakan terdiri dari Kepentingan kelompok sasaran, Tipe Manfaat, Derajat Perubahan yang diinginkan, Letak pengambilan keputusan, pelaksanaan program, sumberdaya yang dilibatkan. Lingkungan Impelementasi terdiri dari Kekuasaan, kepentinganm dan strategi aktor yang terlibat, karakteristik Lembaga dan penguasaan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui pengamatan dan observasi, wawancara, studi keperpustakaan dan dokumentasi, sumber data diperoleh dari informan melalui pengamatan dan wawancara secara langsung dan dokumen diperoleh dalam bentuk hasil wawancara dan pengolahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Impelementasi kebijakan Dalam Pembinaan UMKM Pada Dinas Koperasi, UMKM, Perdagangan, dan Perindustrian Kabupaten subang sudah efektif pada Tipe manfaat, Derajat perubahan yang diinginkan, Letak pengambilan keputusan, Pelaksanaan program, Sumberdaya yang dilibatkan, Karakteristik Lembaga dan penguasan, kepatuhan dan daya tangkap, sedangkan pada kepentingan kelompok sasaran, kekuasaan, kepentingan, dan strategi aktor yang terlibat, belum efektif.   The purpose of the authors of this research is to determine the implementation of policies in the development of UMKM at the Cooperatives, UMKM, Trade, and Industry Office of Subang Regency. This research and writing discusses matters related to the implementation of policies in the development of UMKM at the Cooperatives, UMKM, Trade and Industry offices with the Merilee S. decision making, program implementation, the resources involved. The implementation environment consists of the power, interests and strategies of the actors involved, the characteristics of the institution and the power. In this study, using a qualitative approach through observation and observation, interviews, library research and documentation, data sources were obtained from informants through direct observation and interviews and documents were obtained in the form of interviews and data processing. The results showed that the implementation of policies in the development of UMKM at the Office of Cooperatives, UMKM, Trade, and Industry of Subang Regency was effective on the type of benefit, the degree of change desired, the location of decision making, program implementation, the resources involved, the characteristics of the institution and the mastery, compliance and capturing power, while in the interests of the target group, the power, interests and strategies of the actors involved, it is not yet effective.

Bimaruna Jaya Depot is one of the companies engaged in services related to the handling and stacking of containers. This company is currently experiencing problems regarding employee work productivity which is decreasing from month to month from the achievement target. The purpose of this study was to determine whether work competence and workload affect the work productivity of surveyors in container survey activities at Bimaruna Jaya Depot. The research method used is direct observation to the field, distributing questionnaires to insurveyors and out, estimators, andsupervisors maintenance and repair and interviews with depot managers andsupervisors maintenance and repair. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative by distributing questionnaires and interviews, namely purposive sampling technique. The results of the study indicate that the work productivity of aofficer surveyor can be influenced by competence and workload with targets set by the company.

Red junglefowl domestication has been carried out by communities in the region of Bengkulu Province. This research aimed to study the management of keeping red junglefowl and the offsprings and the coops. The research was carried out in Bengkulu Province. The sample of breeders was selected using snow-ball sampling method. The selected samples were recorded and used as the data and information sources. The data were collected by interviewing, questionnaires, and direct observation. The data obtained were processed, presented in the form of tables, drawings and analyzed descriptively. Based on research method, out of a total of 200 red junglefowl breeders and or the offsprings were chosen 50 (25%) respondents from Bengkulu city, 50 (25%) respondents from Seluma District, 50 (25%) respondents from Central Bengkulu District and 50 (25%) respondents from North Bengkulu District. The red junglefowl and the offsprings breeding is divided into keeping the hens, roosters and chicks. The hens were kept in the coop during the day and night (41%), released during the day and night (22%) and kept during the night in the coop and released during the day (37%). In the same way, in sequence, the breeding of roosters was 71%, 12.5% and 16.5%, while the breeding of chicks was 37%, 18% and 45%. 31% respondents provided quarantine coop, while 69% respondents did not. 75% provided hens coop and 25% did not, 61% provided roosters coop and 39% did not. Finally, the respondents who provided chicks coop were 40.5% and 59.5% did not. The breeding management has not been done intensively, some respondents have completed coops system, but not yet meet the criteria of good coop.Keywords: Domestication, red junglefowl, coops

Nowadays, the development of information technologies determines the successful functioning of the political system, since they allow to control political processes, prevent social and political conflicts. Increasing the level of reliability of the information, the most effective use of information resources, external and internal information ropes increase the stability of the political system, stability of the socio-political development of the country. The combination of different telecommunication technologies that create the preconditions for building flexible and high-performance service-oriented systems can be used to solve problems in different industries. However, nowadays, one of the constraints on the implementation and further development of such networks is the theoretical under-development of service delivery models, due to the lack of comprehensive information on the structure of data center networks. During the research conducted by the authors, it was found that the data processing center is the basis for informing the defense ministry of Ukraine. During the research, the authors used general scientific methods of analysis and synthesis, as well as the basic provisions of the theory of informatics, the theory of complex technical systems, the theory of information, etc. During the research, the authors substantiated the main tasks that will be performed by the data processing center of the defense ministry of Ukraine, identified the main information and calculation tasks that will be performed by them. The authors also substantiated the requirements for building a data center of the Defense Ministry of Ukraine. The authors evaluated modern technological solutions and software and hardware for the creation of the information infrastructure of the defense ministry of Ukraine. Possible technical and software for building a reliable and secure data processing center of the defense ministry of Ukraine are proposed. Therefore, the prospective direction of further scientific research of the authors should be considered the justification of ways of improvement of informatization of the armed forces of Ukraine and the creation of information infrastructure of the defense ministry of Ukraine are mobile data centers. This will allow the deployment of information infrastructure in various conditions, including in the open space, which is very relevant for the specifics of actions in the east of Ukraine.
