Ensuring the competitiveness of pedagogical universities and their graduates is one of the strategic tasks in the field of education and the country’s economy. Its achievement requires orientation of the basic educational programs and technologies for their implementation to the needs of the modern school. This necessitates a rethinking of approaches to organizing the training of future teachers, strengthening its practical orientation by expanding the area of responsibility of direct employers. The central issue of the article is the role and directions of implementing partnerships between the employer and the pedagogical university in preparing future teachers in the current educational situation. The purpose of this article is to identify promising areas of its development on the basis of an analysis of the existing regional experience in the training of teachers based on the implementation of social and professional partnerships. The study of the role and directions of the implementation of partnerships between the employer and the pedagogical university in the preparation of modern graduates – future teachers was carried out on the basis of the application of theoretical and empirical research methods. An analysis of the role of the employer in the training process was carried out on the basis of questionnaires and expert interviews. The main material was the pedagogical experience of teachers of the Institute of Mathematics, Physics and Informatics of KSPU named after V.P. Astafiev, and employers – directors of educational institutions of secondary education of the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Republic of Khakassia, as well as the results of a study of the problems of training future teachers. Based on empirical data, the article concludes that social and professional partnerships are a necessary part of the training of future teachers in accordance with modern requirements and standards. The role and directions of implementing partnerships between employers and a pedagogical university in the preparation of future teachers are detailed. The practical significance lies in the use of the results obtained in the system of higher pedagogical education in order to ensure high-quality training of graduates.

This article analyzes the data provided by local law educational institutions and the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as national legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and foreign experience. Analysis showed critical lack of legal personnel in comparison with the people of the Republic of Uzbekistan at the lack of legal training a couple of times population. Concluding the research, proposals and recommendations to increase the number of lawyers in the country were given.

The competitiveness of domestic products at the regional or global market is one of the cornerstones of a country’s internationalcompetitiveness. In this regard, the assessment and analysis of the competitiveness of a country’s international trade becomes an important issue. Thus, development and diversification of the export potential of the country is viewed as one of the most important directions of the international trade policy of the given country. Therefore, another important task is the specialization of the country in the most efficient and competitive segments of the economy. The above-mentioned circumstances embody the fact, that the role of quantitative assessment of potential competitive advantages is important, as it allows determining to what extent certain factors influence on the formation of export capacity in the country. The main objective of the study is to determine the role of export competitiveness in the process of competitive advantages formation of a country. This study mainly focuses on quantitative analysis based on the calculation of Balassa index, determining the extent to which a country has a comparative advantage in producing and exporting certain goods. The study presents the example of the Republic of Armenia, the study covers the period between 2002- 2016. Based on the index calculation, it can be determined whether the country has "revealed" comparative advantage or not. The practical significance of the study lies in the fact that its main findings and conclusions arising from it can be used in assessing the export competitiveness of not only Armenia, but also for other countries or groups of countries.The outcomes and implication of the research can be used to improve the competitiveness of goods and services in the global market.

The problems of developing critical thinking in the training process of future teachers are considered in the article. In introduction the relevance of this study in the regulatory documents adopted in the Republic of Kazakhstan are analyzed. The structure of critical thinking of future teachers is determined and its components are analyzed. The concepts of “criticism” and “critical thinking” are analyzed and refined in the studies of scientific researchers. The basic model of critical thinking development technology is given. The development stages of the of critical thinking technology, approaches and methods are considered that can be used at each stage. A model for the development of critical thinking of future teachers is given that are created on the basis of experience that conducted in a pedagogical university. The article notes that the technology of developing critical thinking gives effective results, if take account the specific features of the specialty.

Thearticle also focuses on the development of the family and the role of women in society. In order todetermine the practical significance of the theoretical research, an experiment was conducted todetermine the impact on the cadets of the problem under consideration, followed by monitoringtheir development and at the same time their interest in learning.

The article deals with one of the aspects of development of the Tatar book of the second half of the 19th — early 20th centuries, associated with the reform of the national school. The relevance of the topic is driven by the increased interest in recent years to the creation of educational literature and formation of new educational methods. The use of methodical and educational publications as an object of research is one of the directions in the national historical science.In the education system of the Tatars in the second half of the 19th century in the process of transition from the classical, purely religious approach in education to the new method, which included teaching the basics of the secular sciences, there were developed new programs and teaching aids, which were composed by teachers — practical trainers. Educators and experts actively discussed that literature at the meetings of pedagogical congresses and in the Tatar periodicals. Special commissions responsible for the preparation of such educational books were organized in Kazan, Omsk, Ufa and Buguruslan. The purpose of the present study is to identify and analyse such manuals. There were analysed the manuals compiled by the leading educators I. Gasprinsky, F. Karimi, M. Kurbangaliyev, F. Saifi, G. Yausheva, etc. The article considers the materials on the organization of new-method school, presents the programs for elementary school with the list of the subjects studied there and gives comparison of educational programs of the new-method school with the old-method one. The author uses historical-bibliological, functional and analytical-thematic methods of book analysis. The article presents the collected data from the documents of the State Archive of the Republic of Tatarstan, early printed books from the holdings of the Scientific Library of the Kazan Federal University, the National Library of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as the modern research works on this topic. Basing on the analysis, the author determines the role of educational literature and curricula in the development of national education of the Tatars. The presented material allows to supplement the repertoire of the Tatar pre-revolutionary book, what is the practical significance of the article.

The main goal of the libraries of the republic is to increase information literacy, harmonious integration in the digital environment. Implementation of automated work in the library process, the implementation of library information programs. Modern libraries are looking for ways to rationally combine new technologies with altered forms of life and pave the way for the right solution and embracing global problems. Combining national information, the library plays the role of a major ideological institute, exploring and disseminating, and providing services to consumers in accordance with modern requirements.

This article is devoted to the formation of the project competence of future teachers in university environment. Theoretical analysis of the concept of «project» allowed to determine its structure. When defining the concept of «project activity» the author identified the role of a teacher and a student in implementation of the project. Based on the analysis of the research, the distinctive features of the project method and project-based learning were identified. On their basis, the need to address issues of project competence of future teachers is motivated by their implementation in higher educational institutions, as well as indicators and requirements for the training of pedagogical personnel are characterized.
