The system described in this paper notifies the user about possible indoor environmental hazards through a smartphone application. Events such as house fires or increasing levels of dangerous substances are detected; thus, raising the awareness level in regard to the quality of the indoor environment. Our solution is a system that monitors the environment within a room in order to avoid undesired health hazards. It consists of a data collection subsystem, a cloud database which stores the collected information and a mobile application that displays and notifies the user in case of critical events that might negatively affect the health condition.

The low public awareness in dealing with sensitive dental problems by using sensitive dentifrice-specific toothpaste products such as the Sensodyne brand makes low purchasing intentions for these products. Purchase intention on a product can be improved by taking into consideration factors that can drive the purchase intention. The purpose of this study is to explain the role of brand awareness in mediating the effect of advertising on purchase intentions. The location of the study was held in Denpasar City involving 150 respondents with the method used is purposive sampling. This method was chosen because it is not known exactly the number of population. Data collection was done through questionnaires. Path analysis technique and sobel test were selected in analyzing data. The results of the study found that advertising has a positive and significant impact on brand awareness. Advertising has a positive and significant impact on purchase intention. Brand awareness has a positive and significant impact on purchase intention. Brand awareness mediates the effect of advertising on purchase intention. Sensodyne parties are expected to maintain and even improve the quality of advertising, so it can cause purchase intention to consumers through high brand awareness level.

Maraknya peredaran obat ilegal membuat resah pemerintah dan masyarakat. Perlu adanya payung hukum untuk memberantas peredaran obat ilegal ini. Selain payung hukum yang kuat diperlukan juga mekanisme pengawasan pengawasan obat yang baik. Penelitian ini memcoba menciptakan suatu sistem pengawasan obat yang menghubungkan setiap stackholder farmasi mulai dari industri farmasi hingga instalasi sediaan farmasi dan terintegrasi pada dua instansi pemerintah yaitu DinKes dan BPOM selaku badan pengawasan melalui infrastruktur Cloud. Sistem yang dibangun menggunakan metode Togaf ADM dengan melibatkan 4 tahapan didalamnya. Untuk menjamin apakah sistem yang dibangun memiliki konsistensi yang baik maka dilakukan pengujian performa server dengan menggunakan parameter Quality of Service. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjabarkan bentuk model database yang bisa digunakan di platform aplikasi yang berbeda serta hasil pengujian performa yang didapatkan nilai dari parameter yang digunakan memenuhi standar tiphon dengan kategori sangat baik, sehingga konsistensi data yang tersimpan akan bernilai positif atau konsistensi data bisa terjamin.

describe the implementation of an integrated quality management component consisting of the quality of services provided by the school, human resources in teaching, the school environment, and learning process  in SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang.               The method used in this study, namely by using a naturalistic qualitative approach. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this study include the principal, teachers, employees, and students. The validity of the data is done by triangulation, and deeper observation. Analysis of the data used is the interactive analysis model of Miles and Huberman through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.              The results showed that: (a) the quality of services to students in SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang had met good service standards. This can be seen from the services in the form of facilities and infrastructure which are quite complete in schools; (b) the quality of human resources in the education process shows good teacher resources. This can be seen from the teacher data which shows that the teaching staff at SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang 95% of educators with S1 qualifications in the field of education; (c) the quality of the environment in SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang is already good. This can be seen from the very strategic location of the school because the location of the school is in the middle of the city so that it is easily accessible by the community; (d) the quality of the learning process carried out by teachers at Pangkal Pinang YPAC SLB is good. This can be seen from the realization of the form of activities through learning planning by preparing lesson plans for each subject, then implementing learning, which includes strategies and methods used by teachers in delivering learning material, and evaluation of learning. Keywords: Integrated quality management, student achievement     ABSTRAK Tujuan dalam melaksanakan penelitian ini  adalah untuk melihat pelaksanaan serta mendeskripsikan implementasi  komponen Manajemen Mutu Terpadu yang terdiri dari kualitas layanan yang diberikan sekolah, sumber daya manusia dalam mengajar, lingkungan sekolah, dan proses pembelajaran di SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif naturalistik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subyek penelitian ini antara lain kepala sekolah, guru, pegawai, dan peserta didik. keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi, dan pengamatan yang lebih mendalam. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah model analisis interaktif Miles dan Huberman melalui kegiatan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (a) mutu layanan terhadap peserta didik di SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang sudah memenuhi standar layanan yang baik. Hal ini dilihat dari layanan yang berupa fasilitas sarana dan prasarana yang sudah cukup lengkap di sekolah; (b) mutu sumber daya manusia dalam proses pendidikan menunjukkan sumber daya guru yang baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari data guru yang menunjukkan bahwa tenaga pengajar di SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang 95% pendidik berkualifikasi S1 bidang kependidikan; (c) mutu lingkungan yang ada di SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang sudah baik. Hal ini terlihat dari letak sekolah yang sangat strategis karena lokasi sekolah yang berada di tengah kota sehingga mudah dijangkau oleh masyarakat; (d) mutu proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru di SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang sudah baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari realisasi bentuk kegiatan melalui perencanaan pembelajaran dengan menyusun RPP setiap mata pelajaran, kemudian pelaksanaan pembelajaran, yang meliputi strategi dan metode yang digunakan guru dalam menyampaikan materi pembelajaran, dan evaluasi pembelajaran.

Environmental health is referring to the health of people in relation to environmental quality. Due to rapid urbanisation, more people are living in urban neighbourhoods. Urban planning and design aspects including the neighbourhood environment are potentially affecting the human healthy lifestyle and health condition. Thus, the relationship between Malaysian neighbourhood environmental aspects and human health has become the concern of this research. One of the neighbourhood units in Shah Alam city had been chosen as the study area for this purpose. Questionnaire survey had been carried out to examine the health condition and physical activeness of residents. Besides, the perception of residents on the quality of neighbourhood environmental aspects also had been collected in the questionnaire survey. The health condition of residents was measured by non-communicable diseases (NCD) and the physical activeness was measured in duration as well as the frequency of physical exercise activities. The study found that the quality of neighbourhood environmental aspects significantly increased the physical activeness of respondents. The physical activeness was positively associated with human health as measured in NCD (heart diseases and high blood pressure, HBP). It shows that neighbourhood environmental (physical and social) aspects are potentially affecting the healthy life of people living in the neighbourhood.Keywords: Healthy life, Neighbourhood environment, Non-communicable diseases (NCD), Physical activeness, Quality.

Penyakit jantung koroner adalah penyakit yang dapat mengancam kehidupan seseorang. Pelaksanaan tindakan non bedah intervensi koroner perkutan pasien masih memiliki risiko terjadinya serangan berulang, stenosis dan ancaman kematian. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi kualitas hidup pasien pascatindakan intervensi koroner perkutan. Desain penelitian ini adalah potong lintang. Pengambilan sampel secara consecutive samplingdidapatkan 50 responden yaitu pasien yang sedang kontrol pascaintervensi coroner per kutan di Poliklinik Spesialis Jantung RSUP Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung, penelitian ini dilakukan pada 1-14 November 2013. Kualitas hidup diukur dengan instrumen WHOQOL-BREFdengan empat domain kualitas hidup yaitu domain fisik, psikologis, sosial, dan lingkungan. Analisis menggunakan statistik deskripsi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa responden memiliki kualitas hidup baik sebesar 50%. Perawat memiliki peran dalam membantu pasien mencapai kualitas hidup yang optimal, diantaranya melalui peningkatan efikasi diri pasien melalui pendampingan dan pemberian informasi dalam usaha mencapai kualitas hidup.Kata kunci:Intervensi koroner perkutan, kualitas hidup, WHOQOL-BREF AbstractCoronary heart disease is a disease that can threaten person’s life, and can lead to the change of the quality of life. This coronary heart disease can be solved with non-surgical called percutaneous coronary intervention. This action will be normalized the quality of perfusion in the coronary arteries, which would certainly have an impact on the quality of life of patients. The research objective was to observe the patient of quality of life after treatment on intervention percutaneous coronary. The research design was cross sectional. There were 50 respondents taken by consecutive sampling. Data were collected in outpatient room in RSUP Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung, who have came with treatment routine schedule after percutaneous coronary intervention during November 1st–14th 2013. The questionnaire use WHOQOL-BREF format with 26 questions that consisting of 4 domains of quality of life: physical domain, psychological domain, social domain, and environment domain. Majority of patients were male (74 %), with the range of age mostly 56-66 years ( 34 % ), married ( 96 % ), college education was the highest ( 66 % ), the majority had not a primary job like as housewife , retired, student, etc. ( 26 % ). Data were collected using the questionnaire WHOQOL – BREF. The result have shown that rates of quality of life was good ( 50 % ) and health condition after percutaneous coronary intervention neither satisfied nor dissatisfied ( 44 % ). The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of whether or not the quality of service, store atmosphere and promotion of consumer satisfaction at Pondok Jowi Restaurant Solo. The population in this study were consumers of Pondok Jowi Solo Restaurant in January 2020 at May 2020 with a total of 14,030 people. The sampling techniquemismpurposive samplingm which is a sampling technique with certain considerations by taking 100 respondents. Data collection uses a Likert scale questionnaire to measure respondents' answers to identify the relationship between service quality, store atmosphere and promotion of customer satisfaction. The results show that service quality, store atmosphere and promotion have a simultaneous and significant effect on customer satisfaction, servicei quality has assignificant effect on customer satisfaction, store atmosphere has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and promotion has significant effect on customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine how high the level of customer satisfaction with the service of PLN Rayon Kediri Kota, to determine the quality of service to customer satisfaction PLN Rayon Kediri Kota, to determine the response of the PLN Kediri Kota in dealing with customer complaints. This research was conducted in the work area of PLN Rayon Kediri Kota. The research time was on March 18, 2017 to March 24, 2017. In writing this thesis, the author uses primary data collection techniques, namely by distributing questionnaires to PLN Rayon Kediri Kota customers who come to the payment counter. and PLN District Kediri City services. Based on the results of the research, the quality of service conducted by PLN District Kediri Kota is sufficient to satisfy its customers, as evidenced by the results of a questionnaire that has been conducted on 100 respondents of PLN Rayon Kediri City.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa tinggi tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap pelayanan PLN Rayon Kediri Kota, Untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan PLN Rayon Kediri Kota, Untuk mengetahui respons pihak PLN Kediri Kota dalam menghadapi keluhan pelanggannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan di wilayah kerja PLN Rayon Kediri Kota. Waktu penelitian pada tanggal 18 Maret 2017 sampai dengan 24 Maret 2017. Dalam penulisan skripsi ini, penulis menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data primer yaitu dengan membagikan kuesioner terhadap pelanggan PLN Rayon Kediri Kota yang datang ke loket pembayaran dan pelayanan PLN Rayon Kediri Kota. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian kualitas pelayanan yang dilakukan oleh PLN Rayon Kediri Kota sudah cukup memuaskan pelanggannya terbukti dengan hasil kuesioner yang telah dilakukan terhadap 100 responden PLN Rayon Kediri Kota.

Hidden curriculum is an integral part of the implementation of the education system. The existence of a hidden curriculum is absolutely necessary as a means of transfering positive character values to students. This study aims to determine the shape and implementation of hidden curriculum at Ehipassiko High School as one of the schools characterized by Buddhism. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique of this study uses observation, interviews, and documentation. The result of the study show that the hidden curriculum that appears in actual curriculum practice is reflected in learning activities such as: (a) the initial, core, and final activities of learning, (b) attached to all subjects; (c) student attitudes and comliance, and (d) exemplary teacher. Hidden curriculum in the learning process has a function as a tool and methid to increase the repertoire of students knowledge as well as a melting atmosphere of learning, resenting a respected and interesting teahing educator mode, so as to arouse students interest in learning. This research is expected to be an input for Ehipassiko Hidh School n particular and Buddhist schools in general to improve the quality of good Buddhist education.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the quality of service issuance of Proof of Registration of Fishing Vessels (BPKP) in the Department of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of South Sumatra Province and what factors influence it. Data collection techniques used were the distribution of questionnaires to 60 respondents who were capture fisheries business actors with a Likert Scale assessment, as well as conducting unstructured interviews, non-participant observation and secondary data collection. The dimensions used are tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The value of service quality based on tangible dimensions is 4.2 or good, based on the reliability dimension is 4.1 or good, the responsiveness dimension is 4.0 or good, the guarantee dimension is 4.1 or good, and based on the empathy dimension is 4.1 or good. Of all these parameters, it was concluded that the quality of BPKP issuance services in the Department of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of South Sumatra Province in 2016 was good with a score of 4.1. The conclusion is based on an assessment of an average of 58 respondents or 97.4% of respondents.
