This study aims to find out "The Effect of Product Quality, Service Quality, Customer Valueon Customer Satisfaction and Promotion of Mouth to Mouth". The population in this studywere Telkom customers of IndiHome. This study uses a sample of 150 respondents. Thesampling technique was carried out by convenience sampling method. Data analysis usespath analysis. The results of the analysis show that product quality, service quality,customer value have positive effect on the customer satisfaction of Telkom IndiHome,Purwokerto, (2) Service quality has a positive effect on the customer satisfaction and wordof mouth

This study aims to examine the effect of product quality, service quality and web design on customer satisfaction. The sample used in this study is Shopee consumers who are students of the Faculty of Economics, University of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa. Sampling using purposive sampling method and obtained as many as 110 respondents. This study uses multiple regression analysis. The results showed that product quality had a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality has no effect on customer satisfaction. The aim of this study was to analize the effects of product quality and service quality on the customer satisfaction. This study took place in the City of Bekasi and objects in this study are all customer who use the Matrass GM-9000. Primary data was obtained from customers of Matrass GM-9000 in Bekasi City through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. The respondent of this study was chosen through accidental sampling method, and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that product quality and service quality positively and significant influenced the customer satisfaction

The purpose of this research to analyze The effect of price and product quality black pepper coffee on purchasing decisions and impact on customer satisfaction The sampling method in this research was accidental sampling with a sample of 100 respondents.. Instrument testing and data analysis, namely path analysis with the LISREL 8.80 application program. The results showed that the price and product quality had a positive effect on the purchasing decision Black pepper coffee at Bang Azis Coffee Shop. Price, Product Quality and Purchase Decisions have a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction.

Service quality in an economic aspect is very important and a challenge for every company. This study aims to determine the extent of the implementation of service quality and consumer perceptions and satisfaction regarding product quality at Wuling Tulungagung Dealer.The method in this study used a qualitative design with data collection methods through interviews and data analysis using content analysis. The findings in this study indicate that the implementation of service quality and consumer perceptions of product quality on customer satisfaction at Dialer Wuling Tulungagung has fulfilled the pillars of success. Its implementation is to provide quality service that has an impact on good consumer perceptions and consumer satisfaction accompanied by quality Dialer Wuling Tulungagung products.

The purpose of this study was to explain the effect of product quality and brand image on IndiHome customer satisfaction in Denpasar City, and to explain the effect of product quality, brand image and customer satisfaction on IndiHome customers' word of mouth communication in Denpasar City. The population in this study were all IndiHome customers in Denpasar City. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling method. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is path analysis. The results showed that product quality and brand image had a positive and significant effect on IndiHome customer satisfaction in Denpasar City, and product quality, brand image and customer satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on IndiHome customers' word of mouth communication in Denpasar City.

This study aimed to analyze the effect of product quality and service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at PT Pegadaian (Persero). Data analysis using path analysis with samples are 215 respondents and technique sampling with purposive sampling. The results showed that the quality of product and service quality through customer satisfaction indirectly no significant effect on customer loyalty.

This research aims to find out the effect of product quality, service quality and personal selling on customer satisfaction and its impact towards word of mouth communication on PT.XYZ customers. This research is a quantitative research with the sampling technique used is non random sampling technique. The population level determined in this study consists of customers from PT.XYZ branch Balaraja who actively transact at least 3 times the period range until 2019. The research data is primary data from questionnaire given to 165 respondents and secondary data from company data. Analysis method of this research is Structural Equation Modelling with software LISREL 8.8. Research result shows that product quality, service quality, and personal selling have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on word of mouth. Product quality, service quality, and personal selling have a positive and significant effect on word of mouth. Product quality is the strongest influence on customer satisfaction. Personal selling is the strongest influence on word of mouth

The retail industry is still popular in Indonesia. Overall, retail sales growth has decreased. However, the clothing industry has increased. The growth in the clothing sub-group retail industry provides opportunities for companies. One of them is the Loki store. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product quality, service quality and price on customer satisfaction at the Loki store. This research used a quantitative approach consisting of primary data and secondary data. Purposive sampling was used. The sample was 150 respondents. Multiple linear regression analysis was used. The results showed that product quality, service quality, and price had a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction at the Loki store. <p>This research aims to review the influence of the quality of products and brand equity in a partial and simultaneous against the interest of consumers to buy products fashion zoya. Over the withdrawal of funds the sampling method of uses the method random sampling , by smeru within the of this research is there were thousands of visitors zoya boutique in the stall for as many as 154 respondents in the present study. This study aims to determine the effect of product and service quality influence on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable at Starbucks Bale Kota Tangerang. Independent variables consist of product quality and service quality, the dependent variable consists of customer loyalty and variables which include customer satisfaction. This research was conducted at Starbucks Bale Kota which is engaged in sales, located in Tangerang. The background behind sales research at Starbucks Bale Kota is indeed growing, but most of the sales come from new customers, not old customers or repurchases and in this study aims to see what influences the sense of customer loyalty to Starbucks Bale Kota. The authors of this study take product quality and service quality variables because these variables are in a dominant position in the Starbucks Bale Kota phenomenon. The sample used was 170 respondents with a sampling technique that is purposive sampling. The method of analysis used in this study is a non-probability sampling method with a research technique in the form of Path Analysis. The results showed that product quality and service quality had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. And customer satisfaction as an intervening variable is proven to have a greater influence than the direct effect.Keywords: product quality, service quality, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty
