Improved quality of education viewed from quality human resources are there in the school. The principal plays an important role as a leader in fostering and developing the educational personnel and educators at the school. In the task given there are problems faced include a lack of understanding of the principal duties and responsibilities which should be exercised especially that has been set in the regulation, resulting in the role of principal yet to a maximum in terms of managerial, entrepreneurial development, and supervision at the school. This devotion uses the method of community education in the form of workshops aimed at improving the understanding of the principal about duties and responsibilities in the school. The results of the public service can be seen from enthusiastic participants in the workshop as well as a series of events following an increase in understanding of the principal of duty as head of the school. Based on the results of such devotion can be concluded that an increase in the professional head of the school is very influential on the quality of produce educators and educators at the school. This devotion activity expected to be undertaken on an ongoing basis so that it can intertwine cooperation Work Conference is the principal (MKKS) South Tangerang.

This study is inspired by the limited educational resources in sports education, especially those that discuss the role of leadership in improving the quality of education and training of athletes in achieving the quality of human resources in the form of improving performance in sport. Through this research, it is hoped that a pedagogical resource can be used as a model, that improving the achievements of the young generation in the field of sport is not enough with the education and training of athletes, but strong leadership is needed by the Regional Head of Kediri, East Java, Indonesia, and the Indonesian National Sports Committee of Kediri City is the parent of the research. This method of research is qualitative. Data was collected using in-depth interviewing and participatory observation techniques. The results showed that the role of leadership in the education and training of athletes plays a very important role in improving the performance of sport in the area. Its form may be in the form of a leader's decision on the allocation of funds, monitoring, motivation and maximum moral support.

As an effort to improve the quality of human resources, the development of human resources was important for the goverment to focus on improving the quality of education by provision learning processes with quality education personnel. This article aimed to discussed the principle management of educational staff of the Al-Qur'an perspective. This research was literature studies, namely by examining journals, books, research reports. The result showed that : (1) the Principle of Tawheed, covering the principle of unity of direction and unity of command; (2) Principles of justice and prosperity; (3) The principle of deliberation; (4) Principles of efficiency, effectiveness and productivity; (5) Disilpin principle, integrity and loyalty; (6) The principle of division of authority and responsibility; (7) Principle of Ukhuwah. An understanding of the management principle of the Al-Qur'an perspective in the management of Islamic education institutions will be able to contribute positively, including planning of education personnel, the process of recruitment, selection and placement, and the development of education personnel. Education plays a very important role in the process of improving the quality of human resources and is a process that is integrated with the process of improving the quality of human resources themselves. For this reason, the government implements School-Based Management which involves relevant stakeholders, especially the community. This study aims to find out and analyze the collaboration of the Committee (community) with the Head of Madrasa in terms of improving the quality of education at Madrasa Aliyah Negeri in Banda Aceh City. Data collection in this study was conducted by interview, documentation, and observation. While the results of this study are the authors find that the Cooperation Committee and the Head of MAN in Banda Aceh City have been carried out in the form of partnerships that synergize and mutually understand the roles and functions of each institution in order to improve the quality of Madrasah education, this is clearly seen by the implementation of the boarding school program, student creativity activities, extracurricular activities and also academic achievement of students who continue to increase along with the increasing intensity of collaboration of the committee and the head of the Madrasah as a whole in all aspects that include learning activities, facilities, infrastructure, and technical education materially and non materially, so that it gives a significant influence on the quality of education at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri in Banda Aceh City.

The article is devoted to the study of the quality management system of education in a modern school. In researching this direction, the author relies on the main characteristics of the quality that education must correspond to. Attention is focused on what should be the criteria in solving the problem of education quality. It is concluded that the teacher today has lost the role of a person transferring knowledge, who acts by authoritarian or totalitarian methods, trying to give as much factual information as possible. A teacher today is a mentor who guides and organises educational and upbringing work with students at school. Consequently, the quality of education is aimed at meeting the public demand for the formation of a personality that is ready to actively respond to permanent changes in the social environment and the challenges that education faces today.

 Indonesia is predicted to experience a demographic bonus period in 2030. In order for  Indonesia to get the maximum benefit from this demographic bonus, the availability of abundant  productive-age human resources must be balanced by improving the quality of education and  skills. Educated and competitive human resources need to be improved in terms of the number  and quality of competitiveness to support sustainable growth. In this research, the authors want to see the role of universities in influencing economic growth. The role of universities can  be measured by the number of universities, college enrollment rate and the human development  index (HDI). The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The research  data used are panel data, data from 34 provinces in Indonesia with the study year 2015 - 2018.

If  connected  with  the  public  administration,  service  is  the  quality  of bureaucrat service to the community. The word quality has many different and varied definitions ranging from the conventional to the more strategic ones. The conventional definition  of quality usually illustrates the direct characteristics of a product, of which there are five indicators of public service, namely Reliability marked the proper service and correct; The tangibles are characterized by the adequate provision of human resources and other resources; Responsiveness, characterized by the desire to serve consumers quickly;  Assurance, marked the level of attention to ethics and moral  in  providing  services,  and  empathy,  which  mark  the  level  of willingness to know the wishes and needs of consumers.

Because of the characteristics of state administration, the qualifying processes for the public service are necessarily complex. The state administrative activity is not based on a well-definable profession but on a number of different professions, and it is nevertheless an activity in possession of state power on the one hand and it is public service on the other. A basic requirement towards all civil servants is that they correspond to this twofold role of state authority and public service and consequently they have to learn and apply in practice the skills and procedures. The development of human resources in the state administration field can be achieved by a moduled further education system that runs constantly along the civil servant's career. Relating ideas such as alterations in in-training systems, its aims, its thematization and application and the future possibilities and direction of development are also dealt with in the study.
