Tujuan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) adalah untuk meningkatkan dan mengembangkan minat belajar anak – anak di tengah penurunan nafsu pembelajaran pada masa pandemi ini. Adapun metode kegiatan yang dilakukan untuk kegiatan ini adalah dengan mendatangi Rumah Yatim Dhuafa Raydha Aulia dengan maksud memberi pembelajaran dan beberapa motivasi kepada anak – anak. Lalu memberi cara dan praktek langsung untuk bagaimana mengatasi kejenuhan selama pembelajaran daring ini. Hasil dari kegiatan ini peserta jadi mempunyai motivasi dan semangat baru untuk menghadapi pembelajaran daring selama ini dengan terus mengembangkan minat belajar dan kreativitas yang sudah kami berikan pelajarannya kepada mereka, karena anak – anak sangat membutuhkan adanya perbaharuan dalam metode pembelajaran yang lebih menarik ditengah kejenuhan pembelajaran online ini.Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran Online, Pengembangan Minat Belajar, KreativitasThe purpose of Community Service (PKM) is to improve and develop children's interest in learning in the middle decreased appetite for learning during this pandemic. The method of activities carried out for this activity is by visited the Dhuafa Raydha Aulia Orphanage with the intention of giving learning and some motivation to children. Then give way and hands-on practice for how to overcome boredom during learning dare. The result of this activity is that participants have motivation and enthusiasm new to facing brave learning so far continuously with develop interest in learning and creativity that we have provided the lesson to them, because children really need their updates in learning methods that are more interesting in the midst of boredom this online learning.Keywords: Online Learning, Development of Interest in Learning, Creativity

After Covid-19 was declared as Pandemic by the WHO, all activities are lingered over barriers including teaching and learning activities. Learning methods are transformed into online learning to minimize the spread of Covid-19 virus. But in its implementation there are obstacles and shortcomings so that the learning process is disrupted. This research aimed to analyze the online learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic in Poltekkes Kemenkes Malang. Research method used in this study was qualitative description and used total sampling method in collecting respondent. The results showed that online learning was still not maximal at its implementation. The result analysis used Respondent Achievement Level (RAL). On the topic of learning process and learning atmosphere was at vulnerable 55% - 69% with the category "less good", the topic of learning methods RAL results showed at vulnerable 43.2% - 44.3% which fall into the category "not good". For academic guidance, guidance activities of final exam/thesis and the implementation of final exam got a "pretty good" predicate with vulnerable RAL scores of 70%-79% and in research and community service activities got RAL results of 1%-54% which fall into the category of "not good". This covid pandemic has changed everything 180 degrees, especially in the world of education. Students who are accustomed to face-to-face learning are required to move in the process of learning methods. The learning method implemented during this pandemic uses online learning. This measure was taken to maintain the quality of education and to prevent the spread of Covid-19. With online meetings, there will be many changes in learning methods to align the essence of learning appropriately and effectively because when compared to previous learning methods, it is very different. This article will highlight various online learning methods to always build the behavior characteristics of the millennial generation for the better. The question that arises from this topic is what is the right method of managing character education in a pandemic situation like this? The research aims to identify what problems occur in online learning and provide effective methods for the learning process in Indonesia. The writing of this article uses the literature review method, a description of the theory, findings, and other research materials obtained from reference materials to be used as the basis for research activities to develop a clear frame of mind from the formulation of the problem to be studied. The data are from the latest research, namely from 2019 to 2021 published through Google Scholar, totaling 12 articles, and data were analyzed qualitatively using available theoretical frameworks. The results of this study show the behavioral process of the millennial generation in building character amid online learning, and to create optimal learning, distance-learning or online strategies are carried out using methods to maximize the optimal learning system. From the research, literature review methods proved to be effective to study this topic while Covid-19 is happening to keep safety measures, but it does not give many details and specific information well. This method is recommended for researchers who work from home without having to go to the field to find information and avoid exposure to COVID-19.

Widespread of Covid-19 throughout the world in a fast rate pushes WHO to declare its status as a global pandemic. In February 2021, the virus have been already infecting 233 nations in the world. The effect of Covid-19 is present in all aspect of society, and one of them is education sector. The most prominent effect of Covid-19 on education is the erasure of traditional learning method through physical class, and the encouraged uses of online learning. Nevertheless, with the usage of e-learning contain several disadvantages, and one of them is the ineffectiveness of student to understand the courses and skills necessary in the education. In fact, according to several sources, student who come from lower social-economi classes in society tend to fail at grasping and understanding lesson from the teachers in the online-learning context,compared to the higher-upper clasess student. From those problems, we tried to provide a solution in the form of tutoring program which will be held at Pucang Arjo, Kelurahan Kertajaya, Kecamatan gubeng, which the majority of the people who live in here come from the lower social-economic status and profession, for instance, market merchant, driver of online transportation, and all other low-income job that makes their children ignored in terms of education aspect. The purpose of this community service is to help the students in terms of knowledge, skills, and understanding towards their courses in their respective grades. Methods used in this community service is by the means of tutoring them while also maintaining healthy protocols to prevent covid-19 spread. The result of this community service, are, the tutoring programs are succesfully held within 1 weeks and being responded by the students positively. This is indicated by the enthusiasm from the participants. Also, the knowledge, understanding, and skills from the students rises significantly after the program was held. With this tutoring programs, the students which mainly composed from kindergarten and elementary grade, gain more knowledge and skills after participating in this program.

Introduction: The Coronavirus-19 pandemic has had profound effects on health professions education (HPE) posing serious challenges to the continued provision and implementation of undergraduate, postgraduate and continuing medical education (CME). Across these HPE domains, the major disruptions included the exclusion of undergraduate learners from clinical learning environments, restricted intra-, inter-institutional and overseas movement of medical professionals, termination of face-to-face learner-educator interactions, deployment of postgraduate learners into non-scope service settings, and CME postponement. Methods: In this review we report on how in Singapore various adaptive measures were instituted across the 3 HPE domains at institutional and national level to maintain adequate resources at the frontline to meet service exigencies, promote healthcare professionals’ wellbeing and safety as well as mitigate the spread of the pandemic. Results: We identified several strategies and contingencies developed to address these challenges. These involved the use of online learning platforms, distributed and asynchronous learning, an undergraduate Pathway Programme, and use of innovative hands-on technology like simulation. Robust, well pre-planned pandemic preparedness, effective communication, as well as provision of psychological support resources ensured maintenance of service and academic continuity, trust and resilience within HPE. However, several challenges remain, namely the timing and manner of conducting formative and summative assessments, cybersecurity, and the indispensable hands-on, in-person experiential learning for surgical training. Conclusion: Strong leadership with vision and planning, good communication, prioritising learners’ and educators’ wellbeing and safety, and harnessing existing and emerging online learning technologies are crucial elements for effective contingencies for HPE disruption during pandemics.

Profesional dan kualitas guru PAUD berpengaruh pada kualitas siswa, termasuk didalamnya adalah motorik siswa. Dengan demikian, diperlukan peningkatan profesionalisme dan kualitas guru PAUD dalam mengajar dan dalam hal ini adalah metode pembelajaran. Berkenaan dengan peningkatan motorik siswa, maka guru PAUD perlu dibekali dan ditingkatkan metode pembelajaran yang tepat dan kreatif. Beberapa metode pembelajaran yang berkaitan dalam peningkatan motorik siswa adalah menggambar, mewarnai, dan mengecat. Metode yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah dengan pendampingan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya motorik siswa di PAUD Kemah Kasih. Peningkatan motorik siswa berdampak pada meningkatknya fokus atau konsentrasi, kesabaran, keterampilan, emosi, ketaatan, ketepatan dalam mengisi obyek, disiplin, kreatifitas, pantang menyerah (menyelesaikan tugas sampai selesai) pada siswa PAUD Kemah Kasih. Professional and quality of early childhood teachers have an effect on the quality of students, including students' motor skills. Thus, it is necessary to increase the professionalism and quality of PAUD teachers in teaching and in this case is the learning method. With regard to improving student motor skills, PAUD teachers need to be equipped and enhanced with appropriate and creative learning methods. Several learning methods related to improving students' motor skills are drawing, coloring, and painting. The method used in this community service activity is assistance. The result of this activity was the improvement of the students' motor skills at the Kemah Kasih PAUD. The increase in student motoric has an impact on increasing focus or concentration, patience, skill, emotion, obedience, accuracy in filling objects, discipline, creativity, never giving up (completing assignments to completion) in Kemah Kasih PAUD students.

Teluk Kenidai Village is located in Tambang District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. Teluk Kenidai Village has the potential for natural tourism in the form of beaches, which are one of the alternative tourist destinations for the community. The activities carried out are playing various kinds of rides and swimming on the banks of the Kampar River. The visitors to the island of love in Kenidai Bay are the largest visitors of all tourist objects in Kampar Regency. The existence of the island of love tourism can develop the community's economy by providing special foods as souvenirs and drinks for tourist visitors. Alternative foods that can be done are processed crispy monitor fish and lime syrup drinks because these two things have very high potential in Kampar Regency, and can provide added value to people's lives. The purpose of the activity is to empower the people of Teluk Kenidai Village, to process various crispy monitoring fish and to increase the attractiveness of the island of love for visiting tourists. The benefits of the activity are opening up people's insights in increasing the potential of natural resources, gaining skills and abilities in making crispy monitor fish and lime syrup to improve the economy. The method is carried out by demonstration and hands-on practice in the manufacture of crispy monitoring fish and lime syrup. The target communities are the people living in Teluk Kenidai Village and village customary leaders and the Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) totaling 15 people. Evaluation is carried out by giving questionnaires to all participats before and after the delivery of counseling materials and practices. The results of the evaluation of the community service activities that have been carried out show that the increasing desire of the community in practicing extension activities to earn additional income by opening this bussines, especially in the tourist area of Pulau Cinta in Teluk Kenidai Village.

Abstract:COVID-19 outbreak had changed the order of social life in Indonesia. As school isshutting down, many teachers face the hardship to observe the students’ activity. Many studentsseen active by online but they didn’t give their best effort to join the learning process. One waycould be used to overcome this problem is by conducting the interactive learning process thatenabled the realtime interaction between teacher and students. This community service activitywas held in SMP Al Furqan MQ located in Tebuireng that involving 33 participants. The usedmethod was lecturing dan direct implementation. This training enhanced the participants’information and insight so it could be used in online learning process.Keywords: Online learning process, interactive learning processAbstrak: Wabah COVID-19 banyak mengubah tatanan kehidupan bermasyarakat di Indonesia.Dengan ditiadakannya cara tatap muka dalam sistem pembelajaran di sekolah, guru memilikikesulitan untuk memantau aktivitas siswa. Sering terjadi siswa aktif secara maya namun padakenyataannya siswa tidak mengikuti proses pembelajaran. Salah satu cara yang bisa digunakanuntuk mengatasi masalah tersebut adalah dengan mengadakan pembelajaran daring yangmemungkinkan adanya interaksi antara guru dan siswa. The Qur'an insists on the importance of care for orphans, thepoor and helping others in various fields. Orphanage AlHusna Malang, the vision and mission based on concern forthe orphans and the poor. A number of programs to helporphans, orphans and dhu'afa. The program was conducted onthe educational, social and religious. Al-Husna FoundationProgram includes six courses that regular donors program,the movement of the foster parents' caring school ", theprogram waqaf" RIDHA "(orphanages and orphans alHusna), independent nursing program, Barbepa (thriftrewarding) and program TABASAM (Savings dear orphans).One effort to educate and improve the ability of residentswere largely children of school age, including the ability ofmastering techniques of sewing and embroidery techniques.Of both skill capabilities will deliver on independententrepreneurship in the perspective of the future (as abusiness opportunity) in realizing the independent nursingprogram. The community service approach or method oflecture and hands-on ability to sew in children orphanage aswell as the ability to create design patterns clothes Resultsshowed that the strong enthusiasm of the children orphanageAl-Husna Dau to gain additional expertise in the field ofsewing and to develop or establish a pattern design clothes.

In fact, the conventional method is still widely used in the lecture. The lecture method is one of the most popular among lecturers. This method is still regarded as an effective method for delivery of material to the students. The development of online learning provide a positive contribution to the development of learning methods. To achieve optimal lecture, then searched the conventional lecture approach reality in online media. Pada kenyataannya metode konvensional dalam perkuliahan masih sering digunakan. Metode ceramah merupakan salah satu yang paling populer di kalangan dosen. Metode ini masih dipandang sebagai metode yang efektif untuk penyampaian materi kepada mahasiswa. Berkembangnya pembelajaran online memberikan kontribusi yang positif pada perkembangan metode pembelajaran. Untuk mencapai tujuan perkuliahan yang optimal, maka dicari pendekatan realita perkuliahan konvensional pada media online.
