Discharge planning is one indicator of ongoing nursing services that if performed well by the nurses will be able to improve the quality of nursing services and patient satisfaction. One influential factor is the leadership of the head nurse, especially in the function of directing to nurses when carrying out discharge planning. The directional function carried out by the head nurse is in the form of giving motivation, supervision and conflict management. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the function of directional head nurse and the implementation of discharge planning nurses. The study design was descriptive correlational with a cross sectional time approach. The sample in this study were 56 nurses in the inpatient room of PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Hospital with a sampling technique using simple random sampling. The instrument used was a head nurse directional function questionnaire and discharge planning questionnaire implementation. The data analysis using the Kendall Tau statistical test. The results of this study showed that the assessment of direction function of head nurse were 27 people (48.2%) within adequate category, the implementation of discharge planning were 39 people (69.6%) within good category. The results of the Kendall Tau analysis test were p = 0.002 ( p <0.05). There is a relationship between the function of direction of head nurse to discharge planning nurses.

The lack of patient satisfaction is due to the increasing demands of the patient's needs, but this is not accompanied by improvements in nurses' actions. If the customer feels dissatisfied with a service provided, then that service can be ascertained to be ineffective and inefficient. This is especially important for public services. Providing services to the community as done by RSUD Dr. R. Koesma Tuban, needs to get attention, especially in the quality of services to suit the needs and expectations of the community. This study focuses on the quality of nursing services and the level of patient satisfaction in the Asoka Hospital Dr. R. Koesma Tuban. This study aims to determine the relationship between the quality of nursing services with the level of patient satisfaction in the Asoka Hospital Dr. R. Koesma Tuban. This study uses analytic survey research with cross sectional approach, while the data analysis used is the Spearman Rank correlation test. The population used in this study were patients in the Asoka room of RSUD dr. R. Koesma Tuban who fit the inclusion criteria as many as 155, with a large sample of 112 respondents using a simple random sampling technique. The results showed that most patients were quite satisfied with the quite good nursing services. Spearmen Correlation Test Results (rs) obtained, the variable quality of nursing services (p <0.05) has a relationship to the level of patient satisfaction with moderate correlation (r = 0.476) and the direction of the positive correlation which means the better the quality of nursing services, the higher the level of satisfaction patient.Almost half of the nurses at Asoka Room  RSUD dr. R. Koesma Tuba have a good quality nursing service. Almost half of the patient at Asoka Room RSUD dr. R. Koesma Tuban feel satisfy with nurse’s service; there is a correlation between the quality of nurse service and the level of patient satisfaction  at Asoka Room RSUD dr. R. Koesma Tuban.

The function head of the room is a first line nursing manager who has the functions of planning, organizing, directing and supervising. Motivation is a problem for nurses in achieving and improving the quality of nursing services, especially on discharge planning. The phenomenon found in RS Kota X was the function of the head of the room management has not been carried out to the maximum and the motivation of the implementing nurse in discharge planning is still not optimal. The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship between management function of the head of the room with motivation of nurses in discharge planning at RS Kota X. The study design was cross sectional with proportional stratified random sampling and data collectionntechniques carried out on 92 respondent nurses in RS Kota X from September 13, 2018 till February 28, 2019. The research instrument used a management function and motivation of nurses in discharge planning questionnaire. The results of the study was 60.9% poor and the motivation of nurses in discharge planning was 67,4% moderate. The relationship between the management function of the head of the room with the motivation of nurses in carrying out discharge planning in RS Kota X with a p value of 0.009 <0.05.The function of good head of the room management can increase motivation in discharge planning.

Discharge planning is one of the activities in the provision of nursing care on patients in the hospital, it will have a shortening impact on patient care in the hospital and reduce the patient's recurrence rate, but the implementation is not appropriate. so far, implementation of Discharge planning is still to be done after the patient finished having treatment by making a summary of the recording of patients return. Various characteristic factors of nurses can influence the implementation of discharge planning in hospital. The research purpose was to know the relationship of factors that influence discharge planning with the implementation of discharge planning. The research design used was cross-sectional, the instrument used was the questionnaire about the characteristics of the nurses and the implementation of discharge planning. The population of research was nurses who served in the inpatient room RSI Sakinah Mojokerto number of 80 nurses and obtained the number of 67 samples with proportional random sampling technique. The result of analysis with pearson correlation for age, education, length of work and chi-square for marital status showed that the characteristics of nurses related to discharge planning implementation were educational factor with p-value 0,023. The higher the nurse education caused more critical, logical and systematic in thinking so as to improve the quality of its work and the greater the desire to utilize the knowledge and skills it possesses keywords        : discharge planning, nurses, education

Patient safety is a significant global health problem and a top priority for incidents prevention. Data revealed that the patient safety goals’ average implementation was only 33.5%, far away from the 100% target. The compliance of hand hygiene among nurses, meanwhile, was only 28.6%. This study aims to analyze factors associated with the implementation of patient safety goals among nurses at X Hospital Karawang. A cross-sectional approach with a simple random sampling technique was implemented in this study. A total of 117 nurses in the inpatient room were recruited in this study. A significant relationship showed knowledge, supervision, motivation, and the implementation of patient safety goals (p-value < 0.05). Supervision from the head nurse is the most associated factor. By improving the quality of Supervision, will influence the application of patient safety goals; therefore, that a patient safety culture is created and achieved well. recommend to define clearly the significant of patient safety and what kind of indicators we can use to measure this? and evaluate qualitatively (not using percetange) to indicate the extent to which patient safety is applied.   Keywords: patient safety goals, Supervision, knowledge, motivati

Quality health services are services that can satisfy every service user, nurses in providing services are manifested in a caring attitude. Nurse caring behavior is one of the determinants of patient satisfaction. This type of research uses descriptive correlation and the design of this study uses a cross sectional design, the population in this study is all patients treated in the emerald II room as many as 420 people. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. Data analysis was performed by univariate and bivariate using chi square tests. The results of the study that the majority of caring behavior is always as many as 37 respondents (88.1%), the majority of patient satisfaction is very satisfied as many as 37 respondents (88.1%). Statistical test results with chi square obtained value of 0.000 <0.05 means that there is a relationship between caring behavior with the level of patient satisfaction at the Permata Bunda General Hospital in 2019. The conclusion of the study is the relationship between caring behavior with the level of patient satisfaction at the Permata Bunda General Hospital 2019. It is recommended for nurses to improve the quality of nursing service delivery of nursing services especially nurses caring behavior with patient satisfaction so that it can improve the quality of nursing services and the quality of the hospital is getting better.   Pelayanan kesehatan yang bermutu adalah pelayanan yang dapat memuaskan setiap pemakai jasa layanan, perawat dalam memberikan pelayanan diwujudkan dalam sikap caring.  Perilaku caring perawat merupakan salah faktor penentu kepuasan pasien. Jenis penelitian menggunakan deskriptif korelasi dan desain penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien yang dirawat di ruang zamrud II inap sebanyak 420 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling. Analisa data dilakukan dengan univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian bahwa perilaku caring mayoritas selalu sebanyak 37 responden (88,1 %), kepuasan pasien mayoritas sangat puas sebanyak 37 responden (88,1 %). Hasil uji statistik dengan chi square diperoleh nilai value sebesar 0.000 < 0,05 artinya terdapat Hubungan perilaku caring dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien di Rumah Sakit Umum Permata Bunda tahun 2019. Kesimpulan penelitian terdapat Hubungan perilaku caring dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien di Rumah Sakit Umum Permata Bunda Tahun 2019. Disarankan untuk perawat untuk meningkatkan kualitas dalam pemberian pelayanan keperawatan pemberian pelayanan keperawatan khususnya perilaku caring perawat dengan kepuasan pasien sehingga dapat meningkatkan mutu pelayanan keperawatan serta kualitas Rumah Sakit semakin baik.

AbstrackBackground The perception of caring behavior is an important thing that must be considered by nurses in providing nursing care. Excessive work stress can affect the quality of health services. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between nurses work stress and perception of caring behavior. Method: This study used correlation analytic research design with cross sectional approach. Sample in this study were 34 respondents. Data collection using questionnaire sheets that have been used previously by Nopa (2016) and Rika (2012) whose validity has been tested. The Results using the spearman correlation test, the results obtained r -0,004 and p 0,983 ; 0,05. Conclusion, work stress of nurses is not significantly related to the perception of caring behavior in the emergency room and ICU at GMIM General Hospital Pancaran Kasih Manado. Suggestions, for hospitals to be able to improve the quality of nursing services related to the perception of caring behavior in patients. Keywords: work stress, perception of caring behavior AbstrakLatar Belakang Persepsi perilaku caring merupakan hal penting yang harus diperhatikan oleh perawat dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan uji korelasi spearman, hasil diperoleh nilai r -0,004 dan nilai p 0,983 ; α 0,05. Kesimpulan, stres kerja perawat tidak berhubungan secara bermakna dengan persepsi perilaku caring di IGD dan ICU RSU GMIM Pancaran Kasih Manado. Saran,bagi rumah sakit agar dapat meningkatkan mutu pelayanan keperawatan yang berkaitan dengan berpersepsi perilaku caring pada pasien.Kata Kunci : stres kerja, persepsi perilaku caring.

Kinerja perawat merupakan hasil yang dicapai dalam melaksanakan asuhan keperawatan di rumah sakit. Terciptanya asuhan keperawatan yang optimal sangat diperlukan dukungan dari pihak rumah sakit salah satunya adalah menciptakan kualitas kehidupan kerja baik bagi perawat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap kinerja perawat pelaksana di RSUD Teluk Kuantan. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel 120 responden yang diperoleh melalui proportionate simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kualitas kehidupan kerja perawat RSUD Teluk Kuantan berada pada kategori sedang, kinerja perawat berada pada kategori kurang baik. Berdasarkan analisis kedua variabel teridentifikasi bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana dengan  p value 0,817. Dimensi work context merupakan komponen yang memiliki hubungan dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana dengan p value 0,008, dimensi work life  tidak berhubungan secara signifikan dengan kinerja perawat. Kesimpulan penelitian diketahui tidak ada hubungan antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana. Ada hubungan dimensi work context dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana. Tidak ada hubungan dimensi work life dengan kinerja perawat.   Kata kunci: kualitas kehidupan kerja, kinerja, perawat pelaksana   THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE QUALITY OF WORK LIFE AND THE PERFORMANCE OF IMPLEMENTERS NURSES   ABSTRACT Nurse performance is the result achieved in implementing nursing care in a hospital. The creation of optimal nursing care is very much needed support from the hospital, one of which is to create a good quality of work life for nurses. This study aims to determine the relationship between the quality of work life and the performance of nurses at the Kuantan District Hospital. This type of quantitative research with cross sectional approach. The number of samples of 120 respondents obtained through proportionate simple random sampling. The results showed that the quality of work life of nurses at the Kuantan District Hospital was in the medium category, the nurses' performance was in the unfavorable category. Based on the analysis of the two variables, it was identified that there was no relationship between the quality of work life with the performance of implementing nurses with a p value of 0.817. The work context dimension is a component that has a relationship with the performance of nurses implementing with p value 0.008, the dimension of work life does not significantly correlate with nurse performance. The conclusion of the research is that there is no relationship between the quality of work life and the performance of the implementing nurses. There is a relationship between the dimensions of the work context and the performance of the nurses. Abstrak Timbang terima adalah komunikasi oral dari informasi tentang pasien yang dilakukan oleh perawat pada pergantian shift jaga. ketidak akuratan informasi dalam melakukan timbang terima dapat menimbulkan dampak yang serius pada pasien, hampir 70% kejadian yang menyebabkan kecacatan atau kematian disebabkan karena buruknya komunikasi. Peneltian bertujuan mengetahui faktor – faktor yang berhubungan dengan pelaksanaan timbang terima pasien. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional. Penelitian dilakukan di RSUD Pariaman Sampel 86 perawat dengan teknik pengambilan sampel Total sampling. Penelitian dilakukan bulan Juni 2016. Peneltian menggunakan kuesioner, analisa data menggunakan univariat, bivariat dan multivariat. Hasil penelitian faktor pengetahuan rendah (57,0%), dengan Sikap perawat pelaksana  baik (61,6%), (59,3 %) mendapat dukungan dari pimpinan. (60,5 %) tidak mendapat dukungan dari teman sejawat. sebagian besar dari perawat (65,3 %) kurang baik dalam pelaksanaan timbang terima pasien. Ada hubungan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan dan dukungan teman sejawat dengan  pelaksanaan timbang terima, tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara sikap dan dukungan pimpinan dengan pelaksanaan timbang terima. Pengetahuan lebih dominan berhubungan dengan pelaksanaan timbang terima pasien. Saran untuk pelayanan keperawatan agar melakukan audit keperawatan tentang kualitas pelaksanaan timbang terima dan melakukan supervisi berjenjang pada semua aspek dalam pelaksanaan timbang terima. Kata kunci : Pengetahuan, Sikap, Dukungan Pimpinan,dukungan teman sejawat, pelaksanaan timbang terima ABSTRAKWeighing is oral communication from information about patients performed by nurses at the turn of the shift. inaccurate information in weighing up can have a serious impact on patients, almost 70% of events that cause disability or death are caused by poor communication. The research aims to find out the factors that are related to the implementation of patient weighing. The design of this study was cross sectional. The study was conducted in RSUD Pariaman. Samples were 86 nurses with a total sampling technique. The study was conducted in June 2016. The study used a questionnaire, data analysis using univariate, bivariate and multivariate. The results of the study of knowledge factors were low (57.0%), with the attitude of nurses implementing good (61.6%), (59.3%) receiving support from the leadership. (60.5%) did not receive support from colleagues. most of the nurses (65.3%) were not good at implementing patient weighing. There is a meaningful relationship between knowledge and support of peers with the implementation of the weighing scale, there is no meaningful relationship between the attitude and support of the leadership with the implementation of the weighing scale. Knowledge is more dominant related to the implementation of patient weighing. Abstract : Pre Menstrual Syndrome (PMS) is a collection of physical symptoms, psychological, and emotions associated with the woman's menstrual cycle and consistently occur during the luteal phase of the menstrual cycle due to hormonal changes associated with the current cycle of ovulation (release of eggs from the ovary) and menstruation. Some of the complaints were felt during PMS, such as headache, back pain, breast pain, sleep disorders, and more than a few complaints can cause anxiety in women with PMS. This research was conducted observational analytic with cross sectional method. levels of anxiety and sleep quality in adolescent girls (as dependent variable). The sample used in this research were 30 students. Total sampling is a sampling technique in which the number of samples is equal to the population. there is a significant correlation between the severity of PMS with the level of anxiety. A positive correlation coefficient indicates that the relationship between the severity of PMS with anxiety levels. The more severe or severe PMS level, the level of anxiety is also heavier. Conversely, the mild severity of PMS, the anxiety level is also lighter. There is a significant correlation between the severity of PMS with the quality of sleep.Keywords : severity PMS, level of anxiety, quality sleep, adult Abstrak : Pre Menstrual Syndrome (PMS) merupakan kumpulan gejala fisik, psikologis, dan emosi yang terkait dengan siklus menstruasi wanita dan secara konsisten terjadi selama tahap luteal dari siklus menstruasi akibat perubahan hormonal  yang berhubungan dengan siklus saat ovulasi (pelepasan sel telur dari ovarium) dan menstruasi. Beberapa keluhan yang dirasakan saat PMS yaitu sakit kepala, sakit punggung, nyeri pada payudara, gangguan tidur, dan lain-lain.Akibat dari beberapa keluhan yang dirasakantersebut dapat menimbulkan kecemasan pada wanita yang mengalami PMS. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara observasional analitik dengan metode pendekatan cross sectional. tingkat kecemasan dan kualitas tidur pada remaja putri (sebagai variabel dependen). Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 siswi. Total sampling adalah teknik pengambilan sampel dimana jumlah sampel sama dengan populasi. terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat keparahan PMS dengan tingkat kecemasan. Koefisien korelasi yang positif menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara tingkat keparahan PMS dengan tingkat kecemasan. Semakin parah atau berat tingkat PMS, maka tingkat kecemasan juga semakin berat. Sebaliknya, semakin ringan tingkat keparahan PMS, maka tingkat kecemasan juga semakin ringan. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat keparahan PMS dengan kualitas tidur.Kata kunci : tingkat keparahan,PMS, tingkat kecemasan, kualitas tidur, remaja.
