Medical nutrition therapy is one of the interventions to provide sufficiently nutrition and to optimize glycemic controls in meeting the body metabolic needs. An Enteral Feeding is an alternative feeding method when there are obstacles to fulfill patients nutrition orally. This study aims to determine feeding tolerances and blood glucose controls in Type2 Diabetes Mellitus patients with different Enteral Feeding  frequencies-three and six times preserving. This research is a quasi-experimental design study involving 26 patients admitted in a hospital. The results of the study on respondents with enteral feeding of a frequency  3x/24 hours found that 2respondents (15.4%) were tolerant with enteral feeding given and as many as 3respondents (23.1%) had normal blood glucose, while the results of the study for respondents with enteral feeding of a frequency 6x / 24 hours, 12 respondents (92.3%) were tolerant with enteral feeding given and as many as 12 respondents (92.3%) had normal blood glucose. The results showed that there was a statistically difference between the three times and six times Enteral Feeding with feeding tolerance (p = 0.005). There was a difference between the frequency of enteral feeding six times and three times in the blood glucose level (p = 0.005). Results of  this study will assist in controlling blood glucose by regulating the timing of feeding in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.

This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and motivation of nurses on the implementation of EWS in the treatment room at a private hospital in central Indonesia. This research was a quantitative descriptive correlational study with a cross-sectional approach. The sample selection technique used an overall sample technique totaling 54 people in one private hospital in central Indonesia from March to April 2019. Chi square test analysis identified that there was no statistically significant relationship between knowledge and EWS implementation (p = 0.161). The analysis also showed that there was no statistically significant relationship between motivation and EWS implementation (p=0.101). Further research can identify factors that influence nurses' knowledge and motivation towards EWS as well as factors that support the implementation of a comprehensive EWS in an inpatient setting.

The population in this study were all nurses who served in the inpatient room. The sampling technique used total sampling and involved 50 respondents. Knowledge is measured using an instrument about nurses' knowledge of effective SBAR communication techniques, valid with a Cronbach Alpha reliability of 0.851. Univariate data analysis showed that more than half of the respondents, 26 nurses (52%), had high knowledge of SBAR communication techniques. Collaborative efforts between educational institutions and hospitals on training and simulation of SBAR communication techniques are necessary to support client safety. This slow emptying of the stomach causes to increase the volume of gastric residual and raising the risk for infants to experience gastroesophageal reflux, vomiting, aspiration and necrotizing etherocolitis. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of positioning on gastric emptying show from gastric residual in premature infants in the Perinatology  RSUPN Cipto Mangunkusumo. The research design used in this research is quasi experiment on 20 premature infants with consecutive sampling technique. The data analysis used Wilcoxon test for gastric residual. The study showed a difference in average abdominal distensionand  gastric residual  in right lateral position, left lateral positions and pronation is significant so that it can be concluded effective positioning to accelerate gastric emptying. Based on these results then the positioning can be recommended to be an alternative nursing care in overcoming the problem of gastric emptying in premature infants.

Preliminary data taken randomly in the outpatient unit showed that 9 out of 15 mothers did not understand the understanding and management of children's fever. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship of maternal knowledge about child fever with the management of child fever in a private hospital in Western Indonesia. This descriptive correlational quantitative study using a cross-sectional approach was conducted in February - March 2020. The incidental sampling technique obtained 191 respondents from the initial population ie all child clients in the outpatient unit. Data collection using a questionnaire about maternal knowledge and management of children's fever owned by Widyastuti, 2016 with a content validity index of 0.88. The reliability of the mother's knowledge questionnaire reached Cronbach Alpha 0.527 and the children's fever management questionnaire reached 0.724 with the KR-20 technique. Chi Square analysis showed a significant relationship between mother's knowledge and management of children's fever (p = 0.001). Providing education about comprehensive fever management is very much needed in the outpatient unit setting. The next recommendation is to conduct research to determine the perceptions and attitudes of mothers about child fever and its management.
