Abstrak Timbang terima adalah komunikasi oral dari informasi tentang pasien yang dilakukan oleh perawat pada pergantian shift jaga. ketidak akuratan informasi dalam melakukan timbang terima dapat menimbulkan dampak yang serius pada pasien, hampir 70% kejadian yang menyebabkan kecacatan atau kematian disebabkan karena buruknya komunikasi. Peneltian bertujuan mengetahui faktor – faktor yang berhubungan dengan pelaksanaan timbang terima pasien. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional. Penelitian dilakukan di RSUD Pariaman Sampel 86 perawat dengan teknik pengambilan sampel Total sampling. Penelitian dilakukan bulan Juni 2016. Peneltian menggunakan kuesioner, analisa data menggunakan univariat, bivariat dan multivariat. Hasil penelitian faktor pengetahuan rendah (57,0%), dengan Sikap perawat pelaksana  baik (61,6%), (59,3 %) mendapat dukungan dari pimpinan. (60,5 %) tidak mendapat dukungan dari teman sejawat. sebagian besar dari perawat (65,3 %) kurang baik dalam pelaksanaan timbang terima pasien. Ada hubungan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan dan dukungan teman sejawat dengan  pelaksanaan timbang terima, tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara sikap dan dukungan pimpinan dengan pelaksanaan timbang terima. Pengetahuan lebih dominan berhubungan dengan pelaksanaan timbang terima pasien. Saran untuk pelayanan keperawatan agar melakukan audit keperawatan tentang kualitas pelaksanaan timbang terima dan melakukan supervisi berjenjang pada semua aspek dalam pelaksanaan timbang terima. Kata kunci : Pengetahuan, Sikap, Dukungan Pimpinan,dukungan teman sejawat, pelaksanaan timbang terima ABSTRAKWeighing is oral communication from information about patients performed by nurses at the turn of the shift. inaccurate information in weighing up can have a serious impact on patients, almost 70% of events that cause disability or death are caused by poor communication. The research aims to find out the factors that are related to the implementation of patient weighing. The design of this study was cross sectional. The study was conducted in RSUD Pariaman. Samples were 86 nurses with a total sampling technique. The study was conducted in June 2016. The study used a questionnaire, data analysis using univariate, bivariate and multivariate. The results of the study of knowledge factors were low (57.0%), with the attitude of nurses implementing good (61.6%), (59.3%) receiving support from the leadership. (60.5%) did not receive support from colleagues. most of the nurses (65.3%) were not good at implementing patient weighing. There is a meaningful relationship between knowledge and support of peers with the implementation of the weighing scale, there is no meaningful relationship between the attitude and support of the leadership with the implementation of the weighing scale. Knowledge is more dominant related to the implementation of patient weighing. Suggestions for nursing services in order to conduct a nursing audit about the quality of implementation of weighing scale and conducting tiered supervision on all aspects of the implementation of weighing scale. Keywords: Knowledge, Attitude, Leadership Support, peer support, implementation of weighingDaftar pustaka : 72 (2000 – 2015)

The lack of patient satisfaction is due to the increasing demands of the patient's needs, but this is not accompanied by improvements in nurses' actions. If the customer feels dissatisfied with a service provided, then that service can be ascertained to be ineffective and inefficient. This is especially important for public services. Providing services to the community as done by RSUD Dr. R. Koesma Tuban, needs to get attention, especially in the quality of services to suit the needs and expectations of the community. This study focuses on the quality of nursing services and the level of patient satisfaction in the Asoka Hospital Dr. R. Koesma Tuban. This study aims to determine the relationship between the quality of nursing services with the level of patient satisfaction in the Asoka Hospital Dr. R. Koesma Tuban. This study uses analytic survey research with cross sectional approach, while the data analysis used is the Spearman Rank correlation test. The population used in this study were patients in the Asoka room of RSUD dr. R. Koesma Tuban who fit the inclusion criteria as many as 155, with a large sample of 112 respondents using a simple random sampling technique. The results showed that most patients were quite satisfied with the quite good nursing services. Spearmen Correlation Test Results (rs) obtained, the variable quality of nursing services (p <0.05) has a relationship to the level of patient satisfaction with moderate correlation (r = 0.476) and the direction of the positive correlation which means the better the quality of nursing services, the higher the level of satisfaction patient.Almost half of the nurses at Asoka Room  RSUD dr. R. Koesma Tuba have a good quality nursing service. Almost half of the patient at Asoka Room RSUD dr. R. Koesma Tuban feel satisfy with nurse’s service; there is a correlation between the quality of nurse service and the level of patient satisfaction  at Asoka Room RSUD dr. R. Koesma Tuban.

Glaucoma is a neuro-optic disease characterized by an increase of IOP and progressive and incurable. Most cases of glaucoma do not show initial symptoms until there is a decrease in vision to blindness. This visual impairment can have an impact on the individual's ability to doing daily activities and will affect the quality of life-related to the visual function. This study aims to analyze the quality of life (vision function) in glaucoma patients at dr. Soebandi hospital, Baladhika Husada hospital, and Bina Sehat hospital in Jember Regency. The type of research is descriptive quantitative. 73 respondents were obtained by purposive sampling technique. Data collection using the Glaucoma Quality of Life 15 questionnaire. Data analysis using univariate. The results of the study were 47 respondents (64.4%) had a good quality of life and 26 respondents (35.6%) had a poor quality of life. In conclusion, the quality of life (vision function) of glaucoma patients is in a good category. This means that respondents can still do their daily activities independently with the help of glasses or not. The implication of this research is that nurses act as educators and counselors to provide all information about glaucoma and determine further planning to help improve patients' quality of life.

<p>In 2012 the scope of exclusive breastfeeding in DIY were 48%, while in Bantul district as much as 62.05% in 2013. Breastfed which is first out after delivery called colostrum and very important given to infants, but many of postpartum mothers are less or not knowing about the importance of colostrum. The purpose of study was to know relationship between the knowledge level of postpartum mothers about colostrum and motivation of giving colostrum in Panembahan Senopati Bantul hospital, Yogyakarta. This study was an observational analytic with cross sectional design. Samples were 54 of postpartum mothers days 0 to 4 at Panembahan Senopati Bantul hospital, Yogyakarta which obtained by accidental sampling technique. Instruments used was closed questionnaire. Data analysis used Kendal Tau test. The data were analyzed by statistical correlation kendall tau obtained p-value were 0.000&lt;α (0.05). The value of a correlation coefficient were 0.632. it mean that the connection was strong. In conclusions, there was a relationship between knowledge level of pospartum mothers about colostrum and motivation of giving colostrum in Panembahan Senopati Bantul hospital, Yogyakarta 2015.</p>

Introduction: Sharia labeled hospitals have more responsibility in providing health services to patients. This challenge requires health care providers to compete by improving the quality of services so that patient loyalty is formed. The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between sharia-based nursing services and patient loyalty in Semarang Hospital. Methodology: This research is a quantitative type with a cross sectional approach. Data collection using a questionnaire with the number of respondents 105 patients with total sampling technique. Results: the characteristics of respondents mostly consisted of age 36-45 (24.8%), last education elementary school 69 people (65.7%), length of stay that is 4 days a number of 35 people (33.3%), there is a relationship between services sharia-based nursing with patient loyalty at RSISA Semarang with pvalue 0.002 (p-value <0.05) with an R value (0.305). Discussion: This study can be used as a reference in improving good health services by implementing services in accordance with sharia principles so that patient loyalty is achieved.

Discharge planning is one indicator of ongoing nursing services that if performed well by the nurses will be able to improve the quality of nursing services and patient satisfaction. One influential factor is the leadership of the head nurse, especially in the function of directing to nurses when carrying out discharge planning. The directional function carried out by the head nurse is in the form of giving motivation, supervision and conflict management. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the function of directional head nurse and the implementation of discharge planning nurses. The study design was descriptive correlational with a cross sectional time approach. The sample in this study were 56 nurses in the inpatient room of PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Hospital with a sampling technique using simple random sampling. The instrument used was a head nurse directional function questionnaire and discharge planning questionnaire implementation. The data analysis using the Kendall Tau statistical test. The results of this study showed that the assessment of direction function of head nurse were 27 people (48.2%) within adequate category, the implementation of discharge planning were 39 people (69.6%) within good category. The results of the Kendall Tau analysis test were p = 0.002 ( p <0.05). There is a relationship between the function of direction of head nurse to discharge planning nurses.

Gay, Transgender dan Men Who Have Seks With Men are individuals who are prone to problem both in health and in the environment such as education and work that will disrupt their lives and will have an impact on their quality of life. The study aim to know the relationship between education and occupation with the quality of life to the Gay, Transgender and MSM in Bandar Lampung 2019. The research using analytic survey with cross-sectional approach. The type of data obtained is primary data. The method of collecting data is by distributing questionnaires WHOQOL-BREF whose results will be categorized. This research was conducted from September to November 2019. In this research, the samples taken included all member of Gaya Lentera Muda organization with a total of 35 people, taken with total sampling technique. The report for quality of gay, transgender and MSM in Bandar Lampung who has middle education mostly have mild quality of life of 12 subjects (63,2%) and the subjects who have occupation mostly have mild quality of life of 12 subject (66,7%). The final results showed that there is a meaningful relationship between education and occupation with quality of life to gay, transgender and MSM in Bandar Lampung 2019 (p-value = 0,003 dan p-value = 0,414). The higher the level of education and the person has a working status, the higher the quality of life.

Abstract: Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on health services in hospitals, especially in chemotherapy rooms. This study was aimed to analyze the quality of health services dimensions, as follows: reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangible. This was a quantitative study using a cross sectional design. Subjects were adult cancer patients who received chemotherapy services before and during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020 at Delima chemotherapy room of Prof. Dr. R. D Kandou Hospital Manado and met the inclusion criteria of 30 people, using a five-dimensional health service quality questionnaire. Data analysis was performed univariately and bivariately using the statistical Wilcoxon test p<α (0.05). The results showed that the reliability average before the pandemic was 89.60% and during the pandemic was 88.27% (p=0.008); the responsiveness average before the pandemic was 84.27% and during the pandemic was  83.47% (p=0.000); the assurance average before the pandemic was 95.47% and during the pandemic was 95.73% (p=0.157); the empathy average before the pandemic was 92.53% and during the pandemic was 92.27% (p=0.157); the tangible average before the pandemic was 78.53% and during the pandemic was 84.40% (p=0.000). In conclusion, there were differences in service qualities of reliability, responsiveness, and tangible dimensions but there were no differences in service qualities of assurance and empathy dimensions before and during the Covid-19 pandemic to patients at Delima room of Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Hospital Manado.Keywords: Covid-19; chemotherapy; quality of service Abstrak: Pandemi Covid-19 memberi dampak terhadap pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit, terutama di ruang kemoterapi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis mutu pelayanan kesehatan dimensi reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, dan tangible. Jenis penelitian ialah kuantitatif dengan desain potong lintang. Subjek penelitian ialah pasien kanker dewasa yang mendapatkan pelayanan kemoterapi di ruang Delima RSUP Prof. Dr. R. D Kandou Manado sebelum dan pada masa pandemi Covid-19 tahun 2020 yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi sebanyak 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan kusioner lima dimensi mutu pelayanan kesehatan. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan uji statistik Wilcoxon p<α (0,05). Hasil penelitian mendapatkan dimensi mutu sebagai berikut: reliability, rerata sebelum pandemi (89,60%) dan masa pandemi (88,27%) (p=0,008); responsiveness, rerata sebelum pandemi (84,27%) dan masa pandemi (83,47%) (p=0,000); assurance, rerata sebelum pandemi (95,47%) dan masa pandemi (95,73%) (p=0,157); empathy, rerata sebelum pandemi (92,53%) dan masa pandemi (92,27%) (p=0,157); tangible, rerata sebelum pandemi (78,53%) dan masa pandemi (84,40%) (p=0,000). Simpulan penelitian ini ialah terdapat perbedaan mutu pelayanan dalam dimensi reliability, responsiveness, dan tangible namun tidak terdapat perbedaan mutu dalam dimensi assurance dan empathy antara sebelum dan pada masa pandemi Covid-19 terhadap pasien di ruang Delima RSUP Prof. Dr. R. A good ANC as early as possible can improve the quality of pregnant women and prevent maternal and infant mortality. The purpose of this study was to describe the knowledge of pregnant women and husband's support about Antenatal Care (ANC) in Salo Timur Village, Salo District in 2020. The type of research used is quantitative with a descriptive design. The population in this study were all pregnant women with gestational age> 36 weeks who were in the Salo Health Center working area during the period in October 2020, as many as 49 people with total sampling technique. The data collection tool used a questionnaire. Data analysis in this study used univariate analysis. The results showed that most respondents had less knowledge about ANC, did not get support from their husbands and the majority of respondents did not complete ANC visits. It is hoped that respondents will be aware of the importance of ANC visits during pregnancy so that they can find out about any diseases during pregnancy.

Quality health services are services that can satisfy every service user, nurses in providing services are manifested in a caring attitude. Nurse caring behavior is one of the determinants of patient satisfaction. This type of research uses descriptive correlation and the design of this study uses a cross sectional design, the population in this study is all patients treated in the emerald II room as many as 420 people. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. Data analysis was performed by univariate and bivariate using chi square tests. The results of the study that the majority of caring behavior is always as many as 37 respondents (88.1%), the majority of patient satisfaction is very satisfied as many as 37 respondents (88.1%). Statistical test results with chi square obtained value of 0.000 <0.05 means that there is a relationship between caring behavior with the level of patient satisfaction at the Permata Bunda General Hospital in 2019. The conclusion of the study is the relationship between caring behavior with the level of patient satisfaction at the Permata Bunda General Hospital 2019. It is recommended for nurses to improve the quality of nursing service delivery of nursing services especially nurses caring behavior with patient satisfaction so that it can improve the quality of nursing services and the quality of the hospital is getting better.   Pelayanan kesehatan yang bermutu adalah pelayanan yang dapat memuaskan setiap pemakai jasa layanan, perawat dalam memberikan pelayanan diwujudkan dalam sikap caring.  Perilaku caring perawat merupakan salah faktor penentu kepuasan pasien. Jenis penelitian menggunakan deskriptif korelasi dan desain penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien yang dirawat di ruang zamrud II inap sebanyak 420 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling. Analisa data dilakukan dengan univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian bahwa perilaku caring mayoritas selalu sebanyak 37 responden (88,1 %), kepuasan pasien mayoritas sangat puas sebanyak 37 responden (88,1 %). Hasil uji statistik dengan chi square diperoleh nilai value sebesar 0.000 < 0,05 artinya terdapat Hubungan perilaku caring dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien di Rumah Sakit Umum Permata Bunda tahun 2019. Kesimpulan penelitian terdapat Hubungan perilaku caring dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien di Rumah Sakit Umum Permata Bunda Tahun 2019. Disarankan untuk perawat untuk meningkatkan kualitas dalam pemberian pelayanan keperawatan pemberian pelayanan keperawatan khususnya perilaku caring perawat dengan kepuasan pasien sehingga dapat meningkatkan mutu pelayanan keperawatan serta kualitas Rumah Sakit semakin baik.

Patient satisfaction is one form of hospital service quality where the better the service provided to patients, the better the quality of service at the hospital. One way to increase patient satisfaction is by assertive communication. This study aims to study the relationship of nurses' assertive behavior in providing nursing services with the level of patient satisfaction in Seruni Room Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu. The design used in this study is an analytic survey design that uses a cross sectional study design. The population in this study were all inpatients in Seruni Room Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu on 24 June-19 July 2019. Sampling in this study used accidental sampling technique that is sampling that happened to be available at the time of the study as many as 50 people. Data collection in this study used primary data obtained from interviews and questionnaires to inpatients in Seruni Room Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu. Data analysis was performed univariately and bivariately. The results obtained: (1) Of the 50 respondents found that most of the patients (44.0%) said that nurses 'assertive behavior was not good and the majority of patients (56.0%) said that nurses' assertive behavior was good; (2) Of the 50 respondents found some patients (50.0%) said they were not satisfied with the service and some patients (50.0%) said they were satisfied with the service; (3) There is a relationship between nurses' assertive behavior in providing nursing services with the level of patient satisfaction in Seruni Room Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu, with medium relationship category. It is expected that nurses can improve their skills in service to patients by communicating assertively to provide a service that can make patients feel comfortable
