Bullying is a behavior of intolerance to differences and freedom. In Islam, it is strictly forbidden and strongly discourages the condescension of others. Islamic Guidance is the activity of providing assistance to individuals and groups continuously and systematically to solve problems in his life in accordance with the provisions of Allah SWT which is guided by the Qur'an and Hadith, so that they can achieve happiness later. Islamic guidance is very important in dealing with bullying that occurs to create quality students. This type of research is qualitative research, research data sources are classified as primary data and secondary data. Data collection tools and techniques used were interview, observation and documentation. The results showed that Islamic guidance for students in the Tazkiah Langsa Integrated Islamic Elementary School, was a systematic assistance in solving problems surrounding bully behavior in schools.

This study aims: (1) to determine the morals of students in SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City. (2) to determine the implementation of Islamic Personal Development (BPI) in building the morals of students at SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City. (3) to find out the results of the Islamic Personal Development (BPI) in building the morals of students at SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City. The purpose of this study was to determine the morals of students, the implementation of Islamic Personal Development and to find out the results of Islamic Personal Development in fostering the morals of students at SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City. This study used a qualitative research method with a case study approach. This study used data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation study. The data used are primary data obtained directly from respondents regarding the implementation of Islamic Personal Development. Meanwhile, secondary data in the form of theories and other supporting data were obtained from literature and school archives documentation. All of these data are materials to describe the implementation of Islamic Personal Development (BPI) at SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The morals of the students at SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City are good enough. (2) Implementation of Islamic Personal Development in fostering the morals of students at Inspiratif Al-Ilham Elementary School, Banjar City, namely through coaching which includes guidance by exemplary, guidance with habituation and guidance with advice (3) The results of the Islamic Personal Development (BPI) in fostering the morals of students at the Inspiratif Al-Ilham Elementary School, Banjar City are quite good, where students have been able to show behavior according to the existing indicators, including being able to carry out congregational prayers and prayers. sunnah dhuha and qiyamullail, reciting dhikr after every prayer and so on.

Learning the art of calligraphy based on chemical experiments is an activity of learning the art of calligraphy in developing the potential of students to foster creativity, instill value, and develop productive abilities by using harmless materials, namely using colored plants. The purpose of this research was to determine the process and to obtain calligraphy work in learning the art of calligraphy based on chemical experiments. The type of method used in this research is field qualitative research. The data sources in this study were divided into two: first, primary data sources consisting of the principal, educators, and students of SDN 8 Kawunglarang Rancah; second, secondary data sources obtained through tracing of various references. Furthermore, the data collection instruments used were observation, interviews, and documentation, as well as the data analysis techniques used, namely through three stages including data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the process of learning the art of calligraphy based on chemical experiments includes the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. The work of SDN 8 Kawunglarang students is still in the basic stages so there are several mistakes in its making.

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the preparation of the financial statements of the Baitul Makmur Situbondo Mosque based on ISAK No. 35. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques were obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained are secondary data and primary data. The results of this study indicate that the mosque's financial statements are not in accordance with ISAK No. 35. Then the mosque's financial statements were reconstructed in accordance with ISAK No. 35 by identifying transactions, making general journals, posting to the general ledger, making trial balances before adjustment, adjusting journals, trial balance after adjustment, preparing financial statements, closing journals, and the post-closing trial balance. And the final results of the accounting process are statements of financial position, statements of comprehensive income, reports of changes in net assets, statements of cash flows, and notes to financial statements.

This study aims to determine whether the street vendors at the Leuwiliang terminal know and apply sharia buying and selling in their daily marketing strategies and to find out whether the implementation of sharia buying and selling in their marketing strategies has an effect on the sales of street vendors. at Leuwiliang Terminal. To answer this question, the author uses descriptive qualitative research, namely an analysis of data that is explanatory and informational data that will be associated with theories and concepts that will be discussed in qualitative research and provide conclusions from this research. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation, the data sources used are primary and secondary data. Furthermore, data analysis consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Most of the street vendors in Leuwiliang Terminal Bogor do not know about buying and selling sharia, but when they are explained about buying and selling sharia and being asked again whether they apply sharia buying and selling in their daily buying and selling activities? The traders answered that they applied it in their daily buying and selling activities. And the street vendors at Leuwiliang Terminal are of the opinion that the implementation of sharia buying and selling has little effect on the sales of these street vendors. The purpose of this research is to know and to describe the reliability of Indonesia's Healthy card service in the new Office Kameloh Sabangau District of Palangka Raya. The type of research used in this study is descriptive. Using qualitative research methods. The type of data in this study is primary data that includes social welfare officers, Lurah and the new District Community Kameloh Sabangau Palangka Raya. Secondary data comes from documentation, other data sources, data collection techniques using interviews, observations, and documentation. Based on the results of the reliability of this research service provided by the Social Welfare section of the new Kameloh village of Sabangau of Palangka Raya, still not in accordance with the expectations of society can be seen from within the ability and Reliability to provide reliable service that the village is still not able to take responsibility in completing its task. The accuracy or thoroughness of staff in serving the community or service users is still not careful and thorough. Because there are still many complaints of people or customers about the lack of accuracy and thoroughness of employees in the writing of names, in examining the community files and resolving community files

In order to achieve a common goal in a society, sometimes the exchange of messages can be biased, therefore it is important how the communication patterns in giving a support to the elopement, so that problems do not arise in the future. Therefore, the writer wants to see and know the communication patterns that take place in the granting of sanctions to the elopement in BatuEjung village. This type of research is qualitative research, data sources in this study were taken from primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques were carried out by interview observation and documentation. Analysis techniques by data reduction, data presentation, then drawing conclusions / verification. The results of studies of various types of communication patterns, ranging from primary communication patterns, secondary communication patterns, linear communication patterns and circular communication patterns, the most suitable and approaching in sanctioning elopement actors are primary communication patterns because they include which elements in the pattern This is divided into two symbols, verbal symbols and nonverbal symbols. In verbal or language symbols, it can be seen how dialogue patterns that occur between indigenous people and the host convey the problem directly, in a nonverbal pattern the process of communicating thoughts by the communicator to the communicant using a symbol, known as "tepunjung" both yellow arbor and white arbor, and payment of a fine in cash. This study aims to determine the control of production costs by applying standard costs in the Kerupuk Khas Malalo Industry of Lubuklinggau City. This research is a qualitative research. The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that the Jangek Khas Malalo Crackers Industry in Lubuklinggau City experienced an unfavorable difference in purchasing raw materials, controlling labor costs had not been effective because of the increase in wage rates and the addition of one employee as well as controlling factory overhead costs as well. has not been effective because it does not perform calculations in accordance with the actual calculation. In conclusion, the Jangek Khas Malalo cracker industry in Lubuklinggau City has not controlled production costs properly in production activities and has experienced an unfavorable difference due to the increase in costs incurred in production activities. The aim of this research is to study the profit sharing in the rice cultivation system and study the perspective of Islamic law on the results in the rice cultivation system in Bedegung Village, Semidang Aji District, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. This research is a qualitative research. The data sources used in this study are two, namely primary data and secondary data. The research location was in Bedegung Village, Semidang Aji District, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency for 60 days. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. Profit sharing in the system of cultivating paddy fields in Bedegung Village, Semidang Aji District, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency is known as Paruan where the land owner connects the land to the cultivator to be cultivated with the help of flowers) while the cultivators get one (1) part. If the fund is cultivated, then the portion gets 2 parts while the land owner gets 1 part. Likewise, the costs are borne jointly, then the portion obtained between the land owner and each tiller (1/2). From the perspective of Islamic law the Profit Sharing System in Cultivation of Rice Fields is not appropriate because it contains ghororic elements. The lack of clarity requested was the muzara'ah contract and mukhabarah regarding the contract agreement, because the landowners and tenants were not present in the agreement and the results of the agreement were not only written verbally. However, it is incomplete with Islamic law because the practice carried out by the Bedegung Village community is carried out on the basis of liking and liking unpleasant to help,

This article discusses the implementation of wages in agriculture in Nagari Bukit Kandung Subdistrict X Koto Atas, Solok Regency in a review of muamalah fiqh. The type of research is field research (field research). The data sources consist of primary data sources, namely from farmers and farm laborers who were carried out to 8 people and 4 farm workers, while the secondary data were obtained from documents in the form of the Bukit Kandung Nagari Profile that were related to this research, which could provide information or data. Addition to strengthen the primary data. Data collection techniques that the author uses are observation, interviews and documentation. The data processing that the author uses is qualitative. Based on the results of this study, the implementation of wages in agriculture carried out in Nagari Bukit Kandung District X Koto Diatas Solok Regency is farm laborers who ask for their wages to be given in advance before they carry out their work without an agreement to give their wages at the beginning. Because farm laborers ask for their wages to be given at the beginning, many farm workers work not as expected by farmers and there are also farm workers who are not on time to do the work that should be done. According to the muamalah fiqh review, the implementation of wages in agriculture in Nagari Bukit Kandung is not allowed because there is an element of gharar in the contract and there are parties who are disadvantaged in the contract, namely the owner of the fields.
