. In the article, the author emphasizes that among the global problems of our time, the problem of protecting and promoting human health occupies an important place, since, on the one hand, it is one of the oldest problems that man has faced since the very beginning of his existence, and on the other hand, this problem is of paramount importance in comparison with the rest, since it is directly related to the life of the entire human race. In other words, we are talking about the main human value – human life. The author claims in the article that modern global problems are mostly a threat to the health of the population of our planet. As a result, the world community in the twenty-first century faces the urgent task of creating and strengthening a global security system, taking into account new dimensions of security and a key priority for human health and safety. Therefore, in order to analyze the concept of «global health», it is important to study the term itself in the context of modern world policy concepts. The author analyzes the political concept of «global health», studying the evolution of its formation and assesses the dynamics of various factors of its past and present state.

Innovation in creating consumer values as an important factor in socio-economic selection making  Consumption concerns many aspects of human life in both material and non-material dimensions. It shapes the attitude towards the family, spare time management, religion or culture. It sets the shape of our dreams, desires and life aspirations. On the one hand, it affects the system of our values, on the other hand, it is inspired by this system. Opponents of consumption, treating it as a secondary value and value in itself, accuse it of leading to the development of such phenomena as: mass entertainment, commercialization of culture or development of quite unnecessary, apparent needs. Instead, it removes the values generally respected in society, such as: interest in the fate of others, solidarity, care for the environment or the future of next generations. Today’s consumer is not a mindless human being subject to the rules of the market, they are increasingly educated, aware and responsible. They make choices based not only on their own needs but based on values existing in a given society. They purchase wisely and respectfully, remembering that today’s choices will be the legacy for future generations, thus the consumer’s interest must be synchronized with these generations. Nowadays, it is the consumer who creates the image of the company, forcing it to take ethical and moral actions, and also heading for conscious consumption. Such an attitude creates the opportunity to include the consumer in the processes of companies’ activities and their innovations, as well as treating them personally and more like a partner. In the realities of the new economic, political, and social system, new values of individuals, as well as of entire social groups associated with the behaviour of consumers of the modern world are developing. Consumption, on the one hand, determines the shape of dreams, desires and the way of life. On the other hand, based on an innovative approach to it, it performs a symbolic function that gives a deeper and wider perspective to existing products, emphasizing them as exceeding their useful functions. Consumers becoming more aware of their choices take into account not only the system of their own values but also the values existing in a given society. This innovative approach to consumption creates new quality, a new lifestyle, it shapes new roles, it draws attention to the environment around us, and it cares about the sensible use of its resources and its means. Following values in the selection of products reveals responsibility connected to decision making, its impact on the environment and on entire social groups. They allow the individual to realize themselves in the group and the human community, they enable human development, achieving customer satisfaction, and avoiding the plundering economy.

The ever-expanding rotation of science, along with the remarkable progress of civilization and human science in this modern age, has arisen multidimensional and multi-complex human life problems and crises, such as: ecological crisis, humanitarian crisis , moral crises (demoralisation), greater social and economic inequality, violence and crime, and other crises. The occurrence of that is because of the enormous inequality between science and technology that developed so rapidly with moral wisdom and humanity that is not developed at all, if not said backwards. Furthermore, if traced the root cause, as a result of the unsuitability between the demands of the times with the world view of the modern world. On the one hand, the flow of globalization has eliminated human relationships in a more open, dialogical, tolerant, and plural climate. The most dominant significance of character change, mindset, attitude, ethics, and morals is endorsed in educational institutions. So when there is a deterioration and anxiety in human life that is definitely blamed is the educational institution. However, on the other hand, the worldview adopted by most modern humans does not allow the dialogical and humanist relations to grow and develop. Based on the concept of holistic education is an offer.

In the modern world, medicine is actively developing, which allows using the achievements of science and technology in order to ensure human health and life. Medical services meet the basic needs of protecting human health and much attention is paid to the development of innovative branches of medicine, such as bioethics and others. However, in medical practice there are often situations when problems with human health cannot be solved by traditional medical procedures and the need arises to transplant organs or tissues. Transplantation of human organs and tissues in the modern world is becoming a common method of medical activity, which allows many patients to save lives. However, this process is accompanied by a number of criminal acts. Criminal communities commit unlawful actions in order to profit from the sale of donor agencies. These actions cause significant damage to the medical sphere and pose serious threats to human life and health. The purpose of this work is to analyze the existing mechanisms for countering crimes in the field of transplantation of human organs and tissues. Attention is focused on the fragmentation of criminal legislation in the field of transplantation of human organs and tissues, which significantly affects the ineffectiveness of counteraction to these illegal acts.

Innumerable mountains, trees, rivers, lakes, flowers, leaves, animals, birds or humans are just part of this nature. Man has expressed his aesthetic experience through art. According to Rabindranath Tagore - “The artist is Prakriti Parmi. Therefore, he has a slave as well as a lover. "Artists bring out the tones prevailing in nature and their effect, making the subtle study of abstract expressive object effected by the diversity of its effects. In this way, pictures and life come alive with the attraction of colors. Color has an important place in human life. Human attraction to colors has never decreased. That is why, from primitive cave dwellers to modern humans, color has taken advantage in the development of beauty.The colors have immense power to evoke the mental emotions of human beings. This wonderful world of colors is seen from the color arrangement of rooms to the color scheme of flowers and plants in gardens. Our nature is covered with colors. Wherever our vision falls in nature, it is situated with some color. On the one hand, the inner life of man is derived from the result of the external world, on the other hand, according to his mentality, the human being accepts the outer world, so the vision and The creation (nature) cannot be divided. Our sensitivities and human consciousness are directly related to the combination of colors.

The colorful worldviews of our contemporaries are a manifestation of world-wide processes in the world, which are usually defined through the concepts of "globalization processes", "information day", "postmodern instruction" and are accompanied in particular by such negative additions as "global problems of humanity", "information gluttony" "," the loss of faith in the reasoning of mankind and its historical progress. " The latter should also include the loss of faith in the true meaning of life, the world, history and, as a consequence, the lack of faith in the guaranteed prospects of achieving a proper state of being. It is clear that these problems are in one way or another rooted in the spiritual realm, since the absence or irrelevance of the foundations of the worldview can lead to information bewilderment, alienation from the world, loss of self-identity and a harmonious and holistic vision of being in its multiple vector time parameters. Obviously, it is religion itself, and the Catholic Church in particular, that has historically developed and proven tools for restoring a human belief in the true, valid foundations and perspectives of human life. After all, religious organizations themselves have a keen interest in their relevance in the modern world, as their future will depend on it.

In an effort to improve the quality of human life, many technologically advanced solutions or devices based on modern technologies are being introduced. One such device that is widely used is the mobile phone. At present, it is an indispensable piece of equipment for most people. On the one hand, the popularity of the mobile phone improves the comfort of life (practically unlimited possibilities to communicate by speech or writing), and on the other hand, it becomes a threat to human health and life (addiction to the constant use of the mobile phone). The use of the mobile phone while travelling on the roads can be considered in these two aspects. Based on the results of a face-to-face study, the article analyses the use of mobile phones by pedestrians and drivers and attempts to assess their impact on road safety.

COVID 19 has raised the profile of biosecurity. However, biosecurity is not only about protecting human life. This issue brings together mini-reviews examining recent developments and thinking around some of the tools, behaviours and concepts around biosecurity. They illustrate the multi-disciplinary nature of the subject, demonstrating the interface between research and policy. Biosecurity practices aim to prevent the spread of harmful organisms; recognising that 2020 is the International Year of Plant Health, several focus on plant biosecurity although invasive species and animal health concerns are also captured. The reviews show progress in developing early warning systems and that plant protection organisations are increasingly using tools that compare multiple pest threats to prioritise responses. The bespoke modelling of threats can inform risk management responses and synergies between meteorology and biosecurity provide opportunities for increased collaboration. There is scope to develop more generic models, increasing their accessibility to policy makers. Recent research can improve pest surveillance programs accounting for real-world constraints. Social science examining individual farmer behaviours has informed biosecurity policy; taking a broader socio-cultural approach to better understand farming networks has the potential to change behaviours in a new way. When encouraging public recreationists to adopt positive biosecurity behaviours communications must align with their values. Bringing together the human, animal, plant and environmental health sectors to address biosecurity risks in a common and systematic manner within the One Biosecurity concept can be achieved through multi-disciplinary working involving the life, physical and social sciences with the support of legislative bodies and the public.

The recognition of versatile importance of vegetation for the human life resulted in the emergence of vegetation science and many its applications in the modern world. Hence a vegetation map should be versatile enough to provide the basis for these applications. Thus, a vegetation map should contain not only information on vegetation types and their derivatives but also the geospheric and climatic background. While the geospheric information could be obtained, mapped and generalized directly using satellite remote sensing, a computerized Geographic Information System can integrate it with meaningful vegetation information classes for large areas. Such aft approach was developed with respect to mapping forest vegetation in India at. 1 : 100 000 (1983) and is in progress now (forest cover mapping at 1 : 250 000). Several review works reporting the experimental and operational use of satellite remote sensing data in India were published in the last years (Unni, 1991, 1992, 1994).
