Purpose: to determine the influence of the experimental training program for qualified mixed martial arts fighters of 18-19 years old on their special physical fitness when performing shock actions. Material and methods. The study involved seven athletes 18-19 years old (all athletes - KMSU) department of mixed martial arts ODYUSSH «Dinamovets» in Zhitomir. A training program for qualified junior mixed martial arts fighters was developed using interval and interval-circular training methods with a wide range of general, special and competitive training means. The training program is designed for 15 weeks (may 17 - august 27, 2021) in the preparatory period of the macrocycle, therefore its predominant focus was towards physical fitness. Research methods: analysis of scientific theoretical sources, conversations with specialists, pedagogical observations, pedagogical testing, methods of mathematical statistics. Results: the dynamics of special physical readiness of qualified fighters was investigated, under the influence of an experimental training program, when performing percussion technique. The study of the dynamics of special physical readiness when performing a series of punches with hands showed significant positive shifts in the total force of punches with hands during the execution of an 8-second series (t=3,02; p˂0.05) and a 40-second series of punches (t=7,69; p˂0,001). The result of the average force of strikes (t=2,21; p˂0,05) in a 40-second series of strikes also noticeably improved. The study of the dynamics of special physical readiness when performing a series of strikes with the dominant leg revealed positive changes in the total force of strikes in the 8-second (t=3,33; p˂0,01) and 40-second (t=5,39; p˂0,001) tests. The high-speed component of the striking technique did not undergo significant positive changes, although there is a tendency towards positive dynamics (p>0,05). Conclusions. It was determined that the introduction of an experimental training program into the educational and training process of 18-19 year old mixed martial arts fighters made it possible to improve the special physical fitness of the fighters when performing specific striking techniques. In five studied indicators, a significant positive trend was obtained, confirmed by mathematical calculations. Significant positive changes in the total strength in the series of punches with the hands and the dominant leg were determined both in the 8-second and in the 40-second tests (p˂0,05 - p˂0,001). We also found a significant positive dynamics in the average force of punches in the 40-second test (p˂0,05). Keywords: mixed martial arts, qualified fighters, special physical training; interval training method; Interval-circular training method; training aids.

The article defines the content, forms and methods of extracurricular classes on combat horting in higher education institutions to improve general physical training, physical education and basics of student health, reveals guidelines for organizing the educational process of combat horting in higher education institutions and formation of a healthy lifestyle of student youth. The theoretical analysis of the program of extracurricular classes, problems of formation of a healthy way of life of students and conditions of application of improving physical exercises of combat horting is carried out. The implementation of the content of general physical training, physical education and basics of student health in the process of combat horting is provided by adequate to the physical activity of students methods of building training sessions in sports sections of higher education institutions. The presentation of the main material is based on the provisions of the National Strategy for the Development of Education in Ukraine, the Concept of National-Patriotic Education of Children and Youth, other guiding state documents on physical education of students in school and extracurricular activities. This requires new views on the planning and implementation of the modern educational process and rehabilitation of students by conducting extracurricular classes on combat horting in sports sections of higher education institutions. Today, almost every young person living in a country of technological progress has many jobs and responsibilities. As a result, with a load of trivial life and technical problems on a person, he simply forgets the main truths and goals: maintaining his health. And he remembers his health only at the doctor's, when many diseases are in a progressive state, started, and sometimes not cured. And to prevent these consequences is possible only by regularly working on yourself, forming and understanding the values of healthy living, maintaining an active and healthy diet, following the rules of hygiene, regularly preventing dental diseases and oral cavity [4], systematically monitoring their general well-being. In this regard, combat horting is a very effective means of improving well-being, regulation of all processes in the human body in the required rational tone. Therefore, the efforts of the National Combat Horting Federation of Ukraine are aimed at preserving and strengthening the health of young people.

The present study was designed to evaluate the plasma markers of reactive oxygen species (ROS) activity and cytokines, and their relationship with thiol redox status of basketball players during training. Sixteen professional players of the Polish Basketball Extraleague participated in the study. The study was performed during the preparatory period and the play-off round. Markers of ROS activity (lipid peroxidation TBARS, protein carbonylation PC) and reduced glutathione (GSH) demonstrated regularity over time, i.e. TBARS, PC and GSH were elevated at the beginning and decreased at the end of training periods. Oxidized glutathione (GSSG) was not affected by exercise training. Thiol redox status (GSHtotal-2GSSG/GSSG) correlated with TBARS and PC in both training periods. The level of interleukin-6 (IL-6) was increased and positively correlated with thiol redox (r=0.423) in the preparatory period, whereas tumor necrosis factor α (TNFα) was increased and inversely correlated with thiol redox (r=-0.509) in the play-off round. The present study showed significant shifts in markers of ROS activity, thiol redox status and inflammatory mediators (IL-6, TNFα) following professional sport training as well as correlation between changes in thiol redox and cytokine response.

The article examines the nature and the main manifestations of the psychological component of physical training in the context of social and psychological aspects of successful management in the education system. In particular, attention is paid to the phenomenon of psychological well-being of the person, the factors that influence the development of mental and psychophysical abilities. According to the authors, the determining factor for creating peace of mind for students in higher education is emotional and ethical attitudes. As evidence supporting the author´s position illustrated are the basic components of both psychological well-being and personal development of a human: independence (autonomy), the ability to change the environment, characterized by processes such as the pursuit of perfection, training, readiness for a new, positive interpersonal relationships, self-acceptance, purpose in life. In this paper, from a sociological point of view discussed is the possibility of using the methods employed in the process of physical training to create a favorable psychological and moral climate in the classroom for physical education and management. As a result of these techniques physical training acquires a productive nature, and physical education becomes a managed process. It is proved that the formation of a favorable psychological climate in the team involves the distribution of standard roles among its participants. Thus, in the course of exercise are determined and allocated roles such as «informal leader», «systematizer» and «harmonizer», which allows using all possible vectors of psychological modality. The article outlines the prospects of using the author´s concept. Thus, the use of the above methods in the article is not limited to the formation of emotional and ethical relations and a suitable psychological climate in the group; and directed, ultimately, at the formation of the whole person with harmonious spiritual and physical inner organization.
