Sistem Preventive Maintenance Berbasis Web dengan Menggunakan Algoritma Priority Scheduling pada PT. Beta Pharmacon

PT. Beta Pharmacon in the actual preparation of Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules and input of reports or preventive results data still uses Microsoft Excel, and preventive schedules that have been made are sometimes not following the actual because the machine cannot be maintained (the production process has not been completed) so that the schedule has been completed. Determined to change and to confirm whether preventive maintenance can be done every day, still by telephone. Based on the above problems, a web-based Preventive Maintenance System will be created using the priority scheduling algorithm. The web is built using the CodeIgniter framework and database using MySQL. With this system, it can facilitate scheduling of preventive maintenance, data collection of machines and tools in the company, search for data on preventive maintenance results, coordination of the implementation of preventive maintenance, so that it can provide the information needed effectively and efficiently.

This information system is used as a solution that can help to meet the requirements of the couples. The research methods are data collection, analysis and design. Data collection method implemented by surveys including interviews with 58 clients, 15 vendors, and 12 WO (Wedding Organizer) and by literature study that includes books and journal related. Object oriented is used as the method for system analysis and design. The result is a web based information system that connects vendors and clients in one online place. The web based application can be used to book the reception hall, catering food for guests, entertainments, bridal, car loan, prewed and receptions photos. The benefits of the web based applications are user can costumize or choose the packages, check the price information and get reports related to Wedding Organizer Order Management business process. The results of the qualitative interviews to 58 clients who already used the applications is the client get shorter time compare to clients who manage their own wedding reception.

In a foundation there is a need for fast and fast mustahiq data storage. This socio-religious foundation for the yadufa cup is still stored manually. The previous data storage was still using Microsoft Excel. In the current era technology is needed, information systems to make it easier for admins to complete their work. From manual work to computerized. The writing uses data collection methods in the form of interviews with the admin of the foundation to find out the problems. Then do a literature study by reading the appropriate previous research. Then analyze the main problems that exist to determine the boundaries of the problem. The conclusion of this study aims to research the manufacture of "WEB- based information system for acceptance of mustahiq candidates (Yayasan socio- religious cup Yadufa) is to create and provide an information system that can be used to store data accurately, record recipients of mustahiq participants quickly and accurately.

Keeping machine running without failure is vital to maintain manufacturing productivity. Any loss in production and service due to equipment malfunction is unacceptable. The use of Web-based maintenance helps to detect defective machine in its early stage and thus avoid costly failure. It provides an easy way for the operator to evaluate the performance of the distant located machines. The architecture of our proposed Web-based maintenance has been redesigned to reduce the burden of the main server. The heavy loading situation which often occurs in the main server can be avoided. Beside architecture, several crypto mechanisms have been added to the system. With the aids of those crypto mechanisms, the security of the Web-based maintenance has been significantly enhanced. The data can be transferred safely and the accuracy of the results can be verified. Our Web-based maintenance is well equipped with Web-enabled and advanced fault diagnostic tools. It works more effectively and securely as compared to conventional Web-based maintenance.

Manual food ordering system requires on many employees to handle ordering process. It can be dull and disorganized, and can end up with data irregularity for generating sales report. Moreover, the total time taken for food preparations is longer.  Therefore, the café web based system is developed using priority scheduling algorithm to reduce the duration in ordering process, handling and preparing bulk and concurrent order, and at the same time minimizing the cost of handling employees. The priority scheduling algorithm is based on Control Processing Unit scheduling algorithm where it has a priority to execute tasks in waiting queue. The system is implemented at UniSZA’s café where it will be used by café owner and UniSZA students. This system is developed based on three-tier architecture. The JSP, JavaScript, Java and MySQL have been employed to improve manual ordering management. Initially, the preliminary testing shows that the priority scheduling algorithm has a potential to exchange the traditional ordering system.

Pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia menjadi faktor penting ketahanan ekonomi daerah bahkan nasional. Banyak pelaku UMKM yang memiliki produk tidak kalah bagus dari pruduk pabrikan bahkan luar negeri, peran serta pemerintah sebagai fasilitator dan katalisator dalam pengembangan produktifitas UMKM sangat penting, namun demikian banyak pelaku UMKM yang tidak mampu berkembang karena kurangnya perhatian pemerintah dalam hal pelatihan, kemasan yang baik, dukungan modal dan promosi serta sistem katalog produk online supaya mampu bersaing di skala nasional bahkan internasional. Bantuan yang diharapkan dari pemerintah ada kalanya tidak tepat sasaran karena tidak memiliki data pelaku UMKM yang berujung pada sistem pengambilan keputusan pemberian bantuan terhadap UMKM menjadi tidak tepat. Aplikasi pendataan dan penjualan web dibutuhkan untuk pengembangan pelaku UMKM, dengan metode Analythical Hierarchy Process (AHP) diharapkan mampu mendukung pengambilan keputusan bagi pemerintah untuk mencari pelaku UMKM yang akan di bantu sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan tidak salah sasaran. Metode AHP yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai alat bantu dalam menentukan rangking prioritas UMKM berdasarkan tingkat validitas konsistensi hirarki   Kata Kunci : Sistem Pengambilan Keputusan, , Analythical Hierarchy Process, Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah

Web-based surveys and web-based interviews are useful techniques to collect data through the web in educational research. In addition, web activities such as blogging, searching, and web mining have become quite convenient to collect and extract data from the web for research purposes. The purposes of this chapter are to describe and discuss techniques and tools for collecting and extracting data from the web for educational research purposes. First, a survey and a web-based or online survey are described and explained with examples. Second, web-based or online interviews, which are often similar to the face-to-face interview protocols are discussed and exemplified. After presenting the synchronous and asynchronous online interview tools, the selection criteria of the online interviewing tools are discussed. Lastly, this chapter describes and discusses web activities such as blogging, searching, and web mining to collect and extract data from the web.

To combat the fall Army worm (FAW-Spodoptera frugiperda) pest which has a negative impact on world food security, there is need to come up with methods that can be used alongside conventional methods of spraying. Therefore this paper proposes a machine learning based system for automatic identification and monitoring of Fall Army worm Moths. The system will aim to address challenges that are associated with trap based FAW monitoring such as manual data collection as the system will automate the data collection process. The study will aim to automate the data collection process by developing a machine learning algorithm for FAW moth identification. The study will develop web and mobile applications integrated with Geographic information system (GIS) technology in addition to trap automation. The tools developed in this study will aim to improve the accuracy and efficiency of FAW monitoring by reducing the aspect of human intervention. At the time of writing this paper, only the web based tool prototype has been developed, therefore this paper mostly focuses on the design of the web based tool. The paper also provides a brief quantification of the chosen machine learning technique to be used in the study.

Technological current developments more rapidly, many users to improve of information technology the way of delivering information in various ways, one of them with the website. in technology advances especially in the field of information and communication has encouraged globalization in the office and the more it needs new information, where the information is easy in the can by using web technology, namely the Internet, where information needs to be better in terms of speed, capacity and sophistication in providing information. Many people have realized that the web is not just a mere web page, but also can interact with visitors. The web has become a user interface for database applications, and Web information systems have become scattered, nowadays almost anyone can do accessing information over the web. As well as the Tangerang District Government will improve system performance through running. Likewise in the warehouse that is not computerized Web -based, but still using Microsoft excel, so that the warehouse often experience difficulties and delays in processing the data and create reports . With the web-based goods inventory system, is expected to help users interested in parts warehouse Revenue Office Tangerang District Government, and effectiveness in many ways.

Currently PT. Rivet Jaya Lubuklinggau conducts the processing of LPG Gas sales data processing is still done with a manual system, the data processing process is still carried out with Microsoft Excel application tools to generate recapitulation (summary content or final summary report) of sales data such as the total sales amount. This study uses data collection methods by observing PT. Kelingi Jaya Lubuklinggau, interview with the head of PT. Kelingi Jaya Lubuklinggau and literature on books related to the author's title. The results of the research are the Dashboard Application for Monitoring the Sales of LPG Gas at PT. Kelingi Jaya Lubuklinggau, the application was built with the PHP programming language with MySQL as an application database and web-based application interfaces. It can be concluded that the application that has been built can do sales data collection and can display details of the overall sales data that will be used as a tool for PT. Kelingi Jaya Lubuklinggau to conduct monitoring.
