The author has analyzed the role and significance of overdraft for microcredit of the needs of the poor in the conditions of economic crisis and low wages. The positive and negative aspects of overdraft in the context of integration of the country’s financial system into the world community have been clarified. Inconsistency of normative provisions of legislative acts reduces the efficiency of the banking sector of the economy. Bank managers resort to abuse, do not fully explain the terms of microcredit, and do not create conditions for the management of balances and control over them. Customer complaints are considered formally, without their participation. Using the trust of the client, bank managers offer a variety of services in order to receive commissions. The business reputation of a bank employee depends on the amount and amount of funds attracted by the client, but not on the quality of services. It has been offered to strengthen state control over the activities of the banking sector, as well as to increase the legal awareness of young people in the process of using financial services of foreign and domestic banks and credit institutions.

Financial inclusion is a priority agenda in countries like Nepal. The study seeks to determine the access to financial services, financial innovation and quality of financial services to the financial inclusion.The study is based on questionnaire surveydata with363 household respondents using a convenient sampling technique, and carried out in Namobuddha Municipality of Nepal. The moderating effect of financial literacy and control variable of demographic items have been analysed using generalised regression model. The results show that financial innovation and quality of financial services are the significant determinants of financial inclusion; financial literacy is found significant and it plays a moderating role between the variables under study. The findings revealed that the tendency of higher level of financial inclusion was influenced by gender, education level and monthly income.

In the context of globalization of the unstable situation in the financial market, the coronavirus pandemic, strengthened interbank competition, lack of financial resources and increasing their value, raising standards by the National Bank of Ukraine, it is imperative to improve the banking business management system by introducing innovations in the form of the use of new technologies that are adequate in view of development strategies and new banking products. That is why innovative development becomes the driving force of the efficiency of the banking sector’s activity. The article is aimed at evaluating the current state of innovative banking technologies and prospects for their development in Ukraine in the context of improving the quality of customer service. Priority directions of innovations for effective development of banking institutions and ways of their solution are defined. When analyzing trends in innovative activities of domestic banks, the major ones are identified. The most popular innovative products in the domestic banking market are listed and their characterizations are provided. A detailed analysis of normative and legislative acts is carried out, determining the prospects for the development of innovations in the banking sector in the near future and by 2025, such as: FinTech development strategy 2025; electronic payment system at the National Bank (EFT) in the 23/7 regime; service of sharing of digital documents; procedure for using a digital handwritten signature; creation and use of QR codes for credit transfers and when paying for goods and services; change of remote identification and verification of bank customers, etc.

This scientific publication analyzes the current state of the banking system of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The peculiarities of the functioning of the Islamic banking system, the main types of financial products provided by banks and the laws under which financial services are provided to Muslims are identified. The basic principles of Islamic banking, which are prescribed in the Sharia, are described, such as, for example, the exclusion of interest on all financial transactions. There is also a list of major Saudi banks and foreign affiliates operating in the country. The historical aspect of the formation of the banking sector is studied. The main financial indicators are analyzed: the dynamics of assets, liabilities, the number of loans to private and corporate clients, the share of Saudi assets in global Islamic finance. Attention is also paid to the prospects and success of the stock market. The issue of management and control over the activities of banks and its role are studied. a list of specialized credit institutions established by the government to provide highly specialized loans to citizens of the kingdom. The positive dynamics of all indicators even in the conditions of global crises, thanks to the well-laid foundation and the further strategy concerning functioning in the conditions of the world pandemic are allocated. The list of the main internal problems which can suspend growth in the future is considered. The issue of the country's dependence on oil prices, with further impact on financial diversification, is considered separately. The prospects of the banking system of Saudi Arabia in the near future, and the role of the Kingdom as a partner in financial relations for the domestic economy are determined. Conclusions are made on the basis of the conducted research and prospects of further strategic development in this direction.

Albania has a relatively new financial system, where banking system is the most developed financial service in our country, with a share of 94, 4% of the total financial services. This is a phenomenon of countries with emerging economies, which proves that there is greater reliance on the state economic development of the banking sector, by effecting from the households to the biggest investors and the government. As in any market, competition is important for the banking sector because, it affects the efficiency and the quality of services offered. Furthermore, competition in banking has also implications for other sectors of the economy. So, higher competition in the banking sector is found to be associated with a faster growth of other sectors of the economy that rely on external financing. The main goal of this paper is to understand the characteristics of competition in our banking system and study the relationship between the level of concentration and competition. We are going to measure the concentration by the “H” indices. The “H” (Herfindaflit) indices is a measure of the level of the concentration of the banking system of a country. A high level of the indices shows a high level of concentration and as a consequence a low level of competition. A low level of the indices shows a low level of concentration which is sign of a banking market with a high competition.

The modern banking sector of Ukraine is subject to technological influences from the financial services market of Western Europe. The article identifies key strategic directions for banking business development in the conditions of rapid technological change and transformation of the financial service consumption model. The study aims to identify the modern tendencies in banking and the prospects for implementing separate models and instruments in view of the realities of the domestic retail banking practice. The study reveals the main principles of building customer-oriented strategies in European banking. The author studies practical aspects of using new information technology as a marketing tool in the context of sales growth in the retail banking sector. In having performed the analysis of the world experience and its impact on the marketing models of domestic banks, the author identifies and suggests main directions for further development of the domestic banks that are focused on providing services to private individuals and population in general.

COVID-19 has disrupted economic growth and business conditions globally including in Indonesia. One of the most obvious impacts is in the banking sector as many bank debtors have lost their livelihoods. This situation affects the quality of bank assets and profitability. An increase of non-performing loans experienced by some national banks has decreased the capability to generate optimal profit from bank operations that normally would keep the banks healthy, liquid, solvent, and in a profitable state. To strengthen the stability of Indonesian financial services and support the national economic recovery effort, the Financial Services Authority (OJK) issued several regulations on macroprudential policy relaxation and stimulus provision. The regulations ensure that banks are capable to control the bad credit of the debtors affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to analyze the impact of Financial Service Authority Regulations on the quality of banking credit in supporting the Indonesian economic recovery during the COVID-19 pandemic. This is a qualitative study using a critical thinking analysis method to prove the assumption of Keynesian economic theory, which state that in a recession expansionary fiscal policy can stimulate economic activity. The results of this study indicate that the Financial Services Authority regulations have shown an impact in supporting the Indonesian economy recovery efforts amid the COVID-19 pandemic, which can be seen through the stability of the financial system. Further empirical and quantitative studies are needed to confirm the study findings.

Speech is a unique, complex, dynamic motor activity through which we express thoughts and emotions and respond to and control our environment. Speech damaged due to neurological damage such as stroke. As a consequence of the associated neurological damage, stroke, approximately 20–30% of this population experience weakness, in-coordination or paralysis of the muscles required to produce speech, known as dysarthria. unfortunately dysarthria in stroke tends not to receive specific attention in published texts and reports, despite its frequency. while the speech is among the most powerful tools in communication and speech problems lead to defects in quality of life, So  We  investigated Dysarthria rehabilitation in stroke patients.The Results showed that, the speech-language Pathologists (SLPs) are the professionals normally responsible for dysarthria intervention. Their interventions for individuals with dysarthria depend on the type and nature of the dysarthria, the underlying neuropathology, and the specific communication needs of the individual. SLPs interventions include behavioral or traditional therapy techniques and   instrumental techniques, that can be improve speech, communication and quality of lifes.

The main purpose of this article is preliminary identification of manipulation techniques and methods used in banks for staff relationship management. The empirical contribution of this article is to discuss the influence of immediate supervisor on the consumer’s consultants in the banking sector. The author has tried to answer the research questions, Are there any manipulation techniques used by bank managers? If, yes, what methods of psychological manipulations are applied by supervisors on to their employees. Data is gathered by using interviews with an experts’ group and by the critical reflection on the professional experiences of the author of the article. The initial results highlight some manipulation techniques used by bank managers on the consumers’ consultant, for example, the reciprocity technique, group technique, the contrast technique, authority technique, word manipulation technique, impression management technique and social manipulation techniques, such as the foot-in-the- mouth and dialogue, the door-in-the-face”, stressful situations, feelings of guilt. It is also worth noting that in opposition to techniques there are examples of psychological counteraction to manipulation, for example, the instinct to restrain aggression and empathy, change assessment into opinion, violation of the principle of reciprocity, self-esteem, personality and manipulation. The author also paid considerable attention to aspects such as rights and needs of the employee in the sales of financial services and his job satisfaction.

Peculiarities of formation and improvement of institutional bases and principals of management, regulation and supervision of innovation processes by state regulators of financial markets and international financial organizations in the banking sector of the leading countries of the world are investigated. The role, main tasks and functions and principals of supranational and national regulators in the field of regulatory, managerial, organizational, informational, technological and financial innovations in the financial services market of the leading countries of the world are determined. The peculiarities of interaction of national regulators with international financial organizations in the field of regulation and supervision of the financial services market, introduction of innovations and ensuring innovative development of the banking sector based on the use of fintech technologies are described. The main functions, tasks and principals of regulation, supervision and management of implementation and use of regulatory, managerial, organizational, informational and financial innovations in the activity of domestic banks are determined. The main problems that hinder the use of innovations in the banking sector of Ukraine at the present stage of financial system are described. It is analyzed and proposed the basic directions of solving the existing problems and perspective forms of regulatory, administrative, organizational, technological, information and financial innovations of the leading countries of the world which can be used by National bank of Ukraine in the course of regulation and supervision of activity of domestic banks in financial services market in the conditions of digitalization of the economy. In order to reduce the level of innovation risks and cyber threats, the expediency of financial institutions of Ukraine to use a new form of an organizational structure for managing innovation processes, based on the use of blockchain technology and decentralization of mechanisms of organization and management through active use of distributed registers and cloud technologies.

This study aims to identify the determinants of the expectation gap in fraud detection between internal auditors and bankers in Indonesia. The shift in the internal audit task in the banking sector can cause the hole in audit expectations to widen. This research uses qualitative methods with an interpretive paradigm which is rarely done by previous research. The results of interviews with internal audit work units and bank managers from 4 state-owned and private banks indicate a gap in audit expectations regarding the responsibilities between internal auditors and bankers, especially in carrying out the function of examining and detecting fraud. This study recommends the financial services authorities and bank leaders be able to improve education regarding anti-fraud policies to stakeholders, especially in terms of a clear division of tasks in fraud detection in the banking sector.
