ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the factors that influence customers' interest in saving at Jateng Syariah Bank. This study uses quantitative research methods, non-probability sampling techniques can be obtained through purposive sampling. The population in this study was a customer at Purwokerto Syariah Bank Jateng and was 17 years old. Samples in this study were 170 respondents. The research method used in this study is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, F test, t test. Location has no significant negative effect on saving interest, Service has a significant positive effect on saving interest, Knowledge has a significant positive effect on saving interest, Promotion has no significant positive effect on saving interest, Product has no significant positive effect on saving interest, Price has no significant positive effect on interest save. This study aims to determine the effect of product design and price on consumer interest in buying Jepara Teak furniture at the New Furniture Business Shop in Lubuk Alung. This type of research is associative quantitative research, the number of research samples were 100 people. Data was collected in the form of questionnaires and using analyzed SPSS software ver.21.0 for Windows. The conclusions from this study is the product design variable (X1) has a significant positive effect on purchase decision in Jati Jepara furniture at the New Furniture Business Shop in Lubuk Alung, as evidenced by t value > t table (10,400> 1,660) and a significant influence between price variables ( X2) purchase decision with t value> t table (2,015> 1,660). There is a positive and significant influence between product design (X1) price (X2), on purchase decision of Jati Jepara furniture consumers with an F-value 156,644> F- table (3,09) means that it affects together. The coefficient of determination (R²) results obtained a coefficient of 0.764 or 76.4%, while 23.6% is influenced by other variables.Keywords: Product design; prices; purchase decision.

To be able to bring progress to the company and result in the creation of job satisfaction an employee requires employees who have a high work ethic. Apart from the work ethic, the existence of job insecurity also has an impact on employee job satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work ethic and job insecurity on job satisfaction. The sample used 86 respondents. The data analysis technique used the validity test, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, t, and F. The results show that work ethic has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, job insecurity has a significant negative effect on job satisfaction, and simultaneously work ethic and job insecurity are significant towards job satisfaction. The amount of influence of the independent variables on job satisfaction is 52.9%. Suggestions that can be given are PT. Danamas Insan Kreasi Andalan (DIKA) Denpasar is expected to provide motivation to its employees, provide opportunities for promotion for employees, and always supervise employees at work.

The purpose of this research was conducted to know the influence of: (1) Simultaneous Non Performing Loan and Loan to Deposit Ratio against Return On Asset, (2) Partial Non-Performing Loan against Return On Asset and (3) partial Loan to Deposit against Return On Asset Corporate Banking the Go Public period 2010 – 2012.The research uses quantitative research plans. The research subject is a banking company that go public from 2014 – 2016 and the objects are Non Performing Loan, Loan to Deposit Ratio and Return On Asset.Data collected using documentation methods and analyzed with multiple linear regression analyses. The results showed that (1) Non Performing Loan and Loan to Deposit Ratio simultaneously had significant effect on Return On Asset.(2) Non Performing Loan partially negative effect on Return On Asset, (3) Loan to Deposit Ratio positively affects the Return On Asset of the banking company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.The value of the coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) of 0.323 or 32.3%, this translates to 32.3% of ROA variations that can be explained by variations of independent variables of the NPL and LDR.The remaining 67.7% is explained by other reasons outside of the regression model.Based on the results of multiple linear regression analyses indicating that the NPL has a significant negative impact on ROA, LDR has a significant and positive effect on Roa, NPL and LDR.

The progress of this online transportation company certainly depends on the quality of service provided to its customers. Companies engaged in online-based transportation service providers are required to provide good service to their customers in order to satisfy their customers. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in using online taxibike services in Karawang. The research method used is quantitative research methods with non-experimental research design. Sampling in this study was carried out by using a quota sampling technique. The number of samples in this study were 384 respondents. The method of data collection was carried out using service quality instruments with 57 valid items and customer satisfaction instruments with 29 valid items. Based on the Cronbach Alpha formula, the reliability coefficient of the service quality instrument is 0.978 and the customer satisfaction instrument is 0.907, which means that these two scales are very reliable. The results of the data analysis show that there is a positive effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in using online taxibike services in Karawang. This means that the better the quality of service provided by online taxibike service providers in Karawang, the higher customer satisfaction. The results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination show that service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction by 1.7%, while the other 98.3% are influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The suggestions for further research are examining other variables that can affect customer satisfaction, such as service quality and price.Keywords: Service quality, customer satisfaction, online taxibike Kemajuan perusahaan transportasi online ini tentunya bergantung pada kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan untuk para pelanggannya. Perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa penyedia transportasi berbasis online dituntut untuk memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada pelanggannya agar bisa memuaskan pelanggannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dalam menggunakan layanan ojek online di Karawang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian non-eksperimental. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel kuota. Adapun jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 384 responden. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen kualitas pelayanan sebanyak 57 item sahih dan instrumen kepuasan pelanggan sebanyak 29 item sahih. Berdasarkan rumus Alpha Cronbach diperoleh koefisien reliabilitas instrumen kualitas pelayanan sebesar 0,978 dan instrumen kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 0,907, yang berarti kedua skala ini sangat reliabel. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dalam menggunakan layanan ojek online di Karawang. Artinya semakin baik kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan penyedia jasa layanan ojek online di Karawang maka semakin tinggi kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 1,7%, sedangkan 98,3% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Adapun saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya yaitu meneliti variabel-variabel lain yang dapat memengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan misalnya kualitas jasa dan harga.Kata Kunci: Kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan pelanggan, ojek online

<p><span lang="IN">It has never been thoroughly investigated whether the existence of the Audit Committee on the SOE board of commissioners is truly as beneficial as expected. Based on research that has been done, there is still a diversity of opinions regarding the effect of audit committee characteristics on company performance. The purpose of this study is to study whether audit committee size and number of audit committee meetings affect company performance. The grand theory of this research is agency theory or agency theory and corporate governance. This research uses quantitative research methods. Data processing is performed using eviews 9. The unit of analysis is the company. The sample is 20 (twenty) SOE</span><span lang="EN-US">s</span><span lang="IN"> registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2013 to 2018. The sample must also be BUMN that has a complete Audit Committee report. The results showed that the number of chairpersons and members of the audit committee had a positive effect on company performance, the number of audit committee meetings had no significant effect on company performance, and the size of the company had a significant negative effect on company performance.</span></p>

�AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of the promotion mix on travel interest; the influence of the promotional mix on the desire to revisit; and the influence of interest in traveling to the desire to visit again. The purpose of the study was made because based on the fact of a repeat visit, because Gemah Beach has an appalling situation, for example the condition of Gemah Beach is less clean and the facilities are less satisfactory. This research method uses quantitative research methods with a population of 1201 students. The sampling technique used a random sampling of 206 students. Variables consist of promotion mix (X1), interest in traveling (X2), and desire to re-visit (X3). Data collection using documents and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that: the promotion of a significant positive influence on travel interest showed a probability value of 0,000 below the p value of 0.05; the promotion mix did not have a significant positive effect on the desire to revisit, indicating a probability value of 0.052 above the p value of 0.05; interest in traveling has a significant positive effect on the desire to revisit showing a probability value of 0,000 below the p value of 0.05.�Keywords: Promotion Mix, Marketing Mix, Travel, Revisit��AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bauran promosi terhadap minat berwisata; pengaruh bauran promosi terhadap keinginan berkunjung ulang; dan pengaruh minat berwisata terhadap keinginan berkunjung ulang. Tujuan penelitian tersebut dibuat karena berdasarkan fakta berkunjung ulang, dikarenakan Pantai Gemah memiliki keadaan yang memprihatinkan, contohnya keadaan Pantai Gemah kurang bersih dan fasilitas kurang memuaskan. Metode penelitian ini mengunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi sebesar 1201 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling sejumlah 206 mahasiswa. Variabel terdiri dari bauran promosi (X1), minat berwisata (X2), dan keinginan berkunjung ulang (X3). Pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumen dan angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: bauran promosi pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat berwisata menunjukkan nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,000 dibawah nilai p value 0,05; bauran promosi tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keinginan berkunjung ulang menunjukkan nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,052 diatas nilai p value 0,05; minat berwisata berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keinginan berkunjung ulang menunjukkan nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,000 dibawah nilai p value 0,05.�Kata Kunci: Bauran Promosi, Marketing Mix, Berwisata, Berkunjung Ulang

In the last few years, the national automotive industry has shown fairly attractive developments that are in great demand. This study aims to examine the effect of ROA and NPM on stock prices in automotive and component manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2014-2019 period. The sample in this study there were 5 companies from 13 companies as a population, sampling using purposive sampling, so that the number of samples studied was 30 data for 6 years. The research method used is descriptive quantitative research methods. Based on the results of the research conducted, the authors concluded with the t test and f test, namely: ROA has a negative effect on stock prices, NPM has a positive effect on stock prices. Simultaneously ROA and NPM have an effect on stock prices. Based on this research, it is known that the stock price can be described as 53.3% by ROA and NPM and there are still 46.7% other factors outside the independent variables in this study that can describe the stock price. This study aims to analyze and prove the effect of halal labels and promotions on purchasing decisions for samyang noodles in Jakarta. The population used in this study is the people of Jakarta. The sampling used was using the Lemeshow formula by determining the unknown population size of 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques to determine the magnitude of the effect of halal labels and promotions on purchasing decisions for samyang noodles are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, and Multiple Linear Regression, t-test, f-test, and Coefficient of Determination Test with the help of SPSS 20. The results of this study shows that the halal label has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions for samyang noodles, and promotions has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions for samyang noodles. Halal label and promotion together have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for samyang noodles. Research that has been carried out and carried out still has many shortcomings and limitations in its manufacture so that the limitations that limit this research are the "lockdown" conditions imposed during the Covid-19 pandemic which caused various obstacles in data collection, respondents were only taken by region, and time constraints.

This study aims to examine the influence of ethical climate, personal cost and the provision of financial rewards on whistleblowing intention. This research is quantitative research. The population in this study were employees of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Padang Area. The sample in this study was taken using purposive sampling, namely 37 samples. The data collection method used is a survey method in the form of a questionnaire which was delivered directly to each Pegadaian Branch Unit. Data processing performed using SPSS. The results of this research indicate that ethical climate-egoism does not have a significant negative effect on whistleblowing intentions (sign 0.512). Ethical climate-benevolence does not have a significant negative effect on whistleblowing intentions (sign 0.284). Personal cost does not have a significant positive effect on the intention to do whistleblowing (sign 0.054) Ethical climate-principle has a significant positive effect on the whistleblowing intention (sign 0.047). Giving financial reward has a significant positive effect on whistleblowing intention (sign 0.009).

The study was conducted at the collection division of PT. Summit Oto Finance Pekanbaru with the aim of research to determine the effect of sanctions from disciplinary actions on employee performance. The number of samples used was 42 people, using the census method. The analysis used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, F test and T test. The results of the analysis using SPSS can be seen that the position reduction variable has a negative effect on performance, transfer of position and termination has a positive effect on employee performance while complaints to parties authority does not affect employee performance. The results of the analysis using the coefficient of determination, the results are 82.2% and the remaining 17.8% are not examined
