The Covid-19 pandemic forces all learning activities to be carried out online. College sports lessons are also conducted online. This study aims to determine the level of physical fitness of students during online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. Data collection using a survey. The instrument used was a performing test. Indicators of student physical fitness can be seen from the non-locomotor motion of standing stork and sit and reach. The research sample was 30 students. Data analysis using descriptive statistics. The results showed that the physical fitness of students during the Covid-19 pandemic when viewed from their non-locomotor ability to move was in the poor category. This can be seen from the low results of student body balance and flexibility tests.

The purpose of the study is to find out the conditions and the quality of tourist destinations in Semarang, the characteristics of tourists, and the pattern of foreigners in Semarang. The population of the study is the tourists of Semarang in 2016 which are as much as 3.125.197 tourists. The samples of the study are 400 tourists taken by using the Slovin formula with convenience sampling. The  study is used a quantitative descriptive approach. The data collection is used the questionnaires. The techniques data analysis is used descriptive statistics. The results of the study show that the tourists perception toward the quality of tourist destinations in a tourist attractions of Semarang based on attraction aspects, facilities and accessibility in 2018, most of them are gave good enough opinion. The characteristics of tourists that visited Semarang in 2018, most of them are domestic tourists, men, between 18-40 years old, were not married yet, they came from another city, their last education is highchool/equal, and they are students/students college.The pattern of tourists visiting the tourist attractions in Semarang in 2018 is most of the tourist came with their family/friends in order to vacation/recreation, the visits frequency  only once in a year for 1-2 days and most of them came in the day of Eid al-Fitr holiday. Based on secondary data, Semarang has three times peak seasons, those are new year masehi, school day off and Raya Eid al-Fitr holiday.

The aim of this research is to improve students' learning mastery. This research uses qualitative and quantitative descriptive approach and this type of research is classroom action research. Methods of data collection using observation, test and documentation. The results obtained in this study is the result of student learning. This shows that in teaching and learning activities with contextual learning the students become very active. While student's learning completeness classically in cycle I reach 77,5% increase in cycle II to 90% so that only some student who have not finished their study. This suggests that STAD type cooperative learning can be considered as a learning model used by teachers. The conclusion that can be drawn from the data analysis and discussion is by applying STAD type cooperative learning can improve student learning outcomes. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion of the results of research on the application of STAD learning on student learning outcomes, it can be concluded the application of these methods can attract students to follow the teaching and learning activities to the end of the lesson with a pleasant learning environment that can lead to increased student learning outcomes. VO2max is an important component to improve an athlete’s performance. VO2max is an absolute aspect for athletes to improve their performance. By having a high level of physical fitness, targets in exercise will be achieved optimally. This study was aimed at determining the level of maximum ability (VO2max) of UNSIKA swimming athletes. It applied a survey method with a quantitative descriptive approach. The population of the study were 20 students from UNSIKA swimming club. The sampling was performed by using saturated sampling (total sampling) where all members of the population become members of the sampling, thus the samples were 20 swimming athletes. The data were collected through a swimming test for 12 minutes with the standardized norm from the 12-minute Cooper swimming test. The results illustrated that the swimming athletes with 'very good' VO2max level category were 3 athletes (15%), the 'good' VO2max level category were 4 athletes (20%), the 'fair' VO2max level category were 3 athletes (15%), the 'poor' VO2max level category were 4 athletes (20%), and the 'very poor' VO2max level category were 6 athletes (30%). The study concludes that the VO2max level of UNSIKA swimming athletes was in the 'very poor' category.AbstrakVO2Max ialah komponen penting dalam meningkatkan prestasi atlet, VO2max merupakan aspek mutlak bagi atlet untuk meningkatkan penampilan dalam prestasinya, dengan memiliki tingkat VO2Max yang tinggi maka targetan dalam latihan akan tercapai dengan optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui tingkat kemampuan maksimal (VO2Max) atlet renang Unsika, metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif, populasi dalam penelitian ini mahasiswa Klub Renang UNSIKA dengan jumlah 20 orang. Tehnik pengambilan sampling menggunakan sampling jenuh (total sampling) dimana semua anggota populasi menjadi anggota sampling dengan jumlah 20 atlet. Instrument pengambilan data dengan tes renang 12 menit,dengan norma yang telah baku dari Cooper swimming test 12 minute. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan tingkat VO2Max atlet renang dengan kategori baik sekali 3 atlet (15%) kategori baik 4 atlet (20%) kategori cukup 3 atlet (15%) kategori Kurang 4 atlet (20%) kategori kurang sekali 6 atlet (30%). kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa tingkat kemampuan vo2max atlet renang unsika pada kategori kurang sekali

ABSTRACT:  Since the COVID-19 pandemic happened, gradually all learning activities are directed to be carried out by online. One of the alternative that can be used is through Google Classroom because Google Classroom can be used on PC and smartphone, making it easier for users. The purpose of this research is to know students's responses to the learning process of biology through Google Classroom at UMRAH. This type of research is descriptive. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique is quantitative descriptive statistics. The results of this study indicate that the learning process through the Google Classroom at the UMRAH received a fairly good response from aspects related to conventional learning. Then, a good response from the aspect of attractiveness, the formation of student character, ease and benefits of use. Students also gave very good responses related to the efficient use of their usage time. ABSTRAK:  Sejak pandemi COVID-19 terjadi, secara berangsur-angsur seluruh aktivitas pembelajaran diarahkan untuk dapat dilakukan secara daring. Salah satu alternatif yang dapat digunakan adalah melalui Google Classroom karena dapat digunakan pada PC dan smartphone, sehingga memudahkan pengguna. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui respon mahasiswa terhadap proses pembelajaran biologi melalui Google Classroom di UMRAH. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa angket. Teknik analisis data adalah statistik deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses pembelajaran melalui Google Classroom di UMRAH mendapat respon yang cukup baik dari aspek yang terkait dengan pembelajaran konvensional. Kemudian, respons yang baik dari aspek daya tarik, pembentukan karakter mahasiswa, kemudahan dan manfaat penggunaan. Mahasiswa juga memberikan tanggapan yang sangat baik terkait dengan efisiensi penggunaan waktu penggunaan mereka.

Goal: to analyze the influence of involvement with products focused on leisure and gastronomy - books, trips and wines - on the consumption practices of empty nest couples.Method: a triangulation of methods through exploratory (qualitative) and descriptive (quantitative) research, through in-depth interviewing techniques and questionnaires. For data analysis of the qualitative (content analysis) and the quantitative (descriptive statistics) research. At the time of analysis, the data is triangulated to arrive at the results.Originality / Relevance: is present in the application of the New Involvement Profile (NIP) scale, tested and adapted to the Brazilian reality by Fonseca (1999).Results: it is important to highlight that couples presented situational involvement with the investigated products; therefore, products have no relevant meaning and/or define couples’ lifestyle and self-concept. In addition, the consumer practices of empty nest couples reinforced their concern with keeping close bonds with their children.Theoretical and Methodological Implications: the application of the New Involvement Profile (NIP) scale is a contribution in this field, being adapted to the Brazilian context and to a specific segment - the empty nest couples.

The purpose of this study was to analyze effect of ladder drill scissor hops dan ladder drill icky shuffle on agility and speed in pencak silat athletes. This studi use experimental method with two groups of pretest-posttest design was. Data analysis using quantitative descriptive statistics and t test. The sample consisted of two groups, 10 students were given the ladder drill scissor hops exercise, and 10 students were given the ladder drill icky shuffle. Do exercise for 6 weeks with three exercises per week. Data collected are the 30 meter test to retrieve running speed data and the Illionis Agility Test to retrieve agility data. The results showed the value of the t test agility between groups shows the sig-2 tailed value 0.864>0.05 and the results of the t-speed test show the sig-2 tailed value 0.297>0.05 so that Ho accepted which means both agility and speed have increased but both are not significantly different between the ladder drll scissor hops and the ladder drill icky shuffle.

This study aims to determine whether the application of the method of finger play can develop cognitive abilities in class A children in Raudhatul Athfal Ma’arif 01 Metro. This study used a qualitative approach, with the type of Classroom Action Research (CAR). This study uses a design according to the Kemmis model and Taggart MC which consists of four stages, namely: 1. Planning, 2. Action, 3. Observation, and 4. Reflection ". The subjects of this study were class A children in Raudhatul Athfal Ma’arif 01 Metro 2018/2019 academic year as many as 15 children. The research instrument uses the method of documentation, observation and interviews. Data analysis techniques used quantitative descriptive statistics. The results of the first cycle, indicators of success in cognitive abilities are 60% increased to 80% in cycle II.

<p>The purpose of this study is to improve learning outcomes passing under football using learning aids on students of class XI Automotive 2 SMK PGRI 1 Surakarta academic year 2017/2018.<br />This research is a classroom action research (PTK). Implemented in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of 2 meetings. The subjects of the study were students of class XI Automotive 2 SMK PGRI 1 Surakarta, amounting to 19 students consisting of 19 students son. Data source came from teachers, students and researchers. Data collection techniques are by observation and documentation or archive. Data validity test using triangulation valuation technique. Data analysis using quantitative descriptive technique using percentage technique to see trends that occur in learning activities.<br />The results of data analysis can be submitted as follows: learning outcomes passing under the soccer of students on Cycle I of 19 students the percentage completeness 68.42% or as many as 13 students have entered the criteria complete and in Cycle II increased to 84.21% or as many as 16 students while 3 other students have not completed with KKM 75, while the target of completeness set by the researcher is 80%.<br />The conclusion of this research is with the application of learning aids can improve learning outcomes passing under football in students of class XI Automotive 2 SMK PGRI 1 Surakarta.</p>

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) meningkatkan aktivitas belajar dengan penerapan model pembelajaran two stay two stray berbantuan multimedia, dan (2) meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas IX-A SMP Negeri 1 Sidamanik Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan menggunakan desain Kemmis & Taggart, yang terlaksana dalam dua siklus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, tes hasil belajar, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian adalah: (1) penerapan model pembelajaran two stay two stray berbantuan multimedia dalam pembelajaran IPS dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa: pada kondisi awal siswa yang aktif hanya 55,56 %, pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 59,10%, dan pada siklus II menjadi 85,50%. (2) pembelajaran IPS dengan penerapan model kooperatif two stay two stray berbantuan multimedia dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa: dari kondisi awal rata-rata hasil belajar siswa 68,61, meningkat pada siklus I menjadi 71,94 dan pada siklus II menjadi 82,10. Dengan demikian ketuntasan klasikal meningkat dari kondisi awal 58,33%, pada siklus I menjadi 77,78%, dan pada siklus II menjadi 100%. THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE MULTIMEDIA-AIDED TWO STAY TWO STRAY MODEL TO IMPROVE LEARNING ACTIVITIES AND LEARNING ACHIEVEMENT IN SOCIAL STUDIESAbstractThis study aims to: (1) improve learning activities by means the implementation of the two stay-two stray instructional model, and (2) improve the learning achievement Social Studies of class IX-A, SMP Negeri 1 Sidamanik Sumatera Utara. This study is classroom action research (CAR) consisting of two cycles, using Kemmis & Taggart design. The data collection techniques used were observation, achievement test, and documentation. The data analysis used the quantitative descriptive. The results are as follows. (1) The implementation of media-aided two stay two stray instructional model in social studies teaching can enchance learning activities and learning achievement. There is an increase in students’ learning activities: in the precycle, only 55.56%, in cycle I, the average score of students’ activities was 59.10 % and it became 85.50% in cycle II. (2) There is an increase in students’ the average of learning achievement: in the precycle, only 68.61, in cycle I, the average score of of learning achievement was 71.94 and it became 82.10 in cycle II. There is an increasing mastery of classical learning. In the precycle, only 58.33% of  students achieved learning mastery, in cycle I, it became 77.78%, and in cycle II, it became 100%.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, learning is no longer undertaken offline (outside the network) but online (in the network). This condition demands the informative and communicative media for learning activities. One of the media that can be directly interacting with students is learning video. The teacher needs to conduct a needs analysis to ensure the use of learning videos, especially those based on Explaindio. The research was conducted in a correlational quantitative approach. The action research was undertaken at SMA Negeri 4 Pekanbaru with a sample of 36 students. The data collected from the questionnaire consisted of 10 items. Data analysis by substituting respondents’ results through descriptive statistics, Product Moment correlation, and t-test. The results of the analysis indicated that the importance of utilizing meaningful videos to meet the learning needs of students. Learning videos based on Explaindio provide space for teachers to design videos in accordance with their needs. Complete and communicative learning videos can provide meaningful information and experiences to students so that they have a positive impact on student learning progress.
