The purpose of this study is to determine the accountability in terms of planning, management, and accountability of village funds in Panggungharjo Village, Sewon District, Bantul Regency. In addition, it is also to find out the development and empowerment of potential communities in Panggungharjo Village. This research is a qualitative descriptive study through methods of data collection, data reduction and data presentation. Village fund planning is carried out together with the APBDes report and submission of the RAPDes from the village to the district. Management is carried out through meetings between the village head, village secretary, financial division, and development division. The accountability of village fund management is submitted with the APBDes report by the Village Head to the District Head. It then is forwarded from the District Head to the Head Regency of Bantul based on the existed regulation. Developing the potency of the community in Panggungharjo Village includes the establishment of activity units such as BUMDes Panggung Lestari, Bapel JSM, SADEPA, Bumi Panggung and Pakarti.

The purpose of this study is to determine and describe the Customer-Driven Service Standards of Citizen Charter in Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Sidoarjo. This research is a qualitative descriptive study located Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Sidoarjo. The technique of determining informants using purposive sampling. The informants in this study were the Head of Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Sidoarjo, Head of Planning and Reporting, Planning and Reporting Staff, Civil Servants in Kabupaten Sidoarjo Government. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The technique of analyzing data uses an interactive model consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that customer-driven service standards are indicated by the formulation of service standards in accordance with the vision and mission of Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Sidoarjo and informed through the official website of the Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Sidoarjo.

This study aims to reveal and formulate Javanese philosophical values and philosophical foundations in Serat Centhini. It was a qualitative descriptive study. The data source was the Serat Centhini text. The research steps included data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The data were analyzed using the hermeneutic and heuristic techniques. The findings are as follows. First, Javanese philosophical values in Serat Centhini are reflected in Javanese cultural contents and philosophy reflecting the Javanese society when Serat Centhini was written. The Javanese philosophy in Serat Centhiniis reflected by the life perfection value (ngudi kasampurnan) and the philosophy of origin and destination (sangkan paraning dumadi). Second, the philosophy in Serat Centhini is reflected in the ontological, epistemological, and axiological foundations.

the smooth running of offices. This study aims to determine the Management of Archives at the East Pasimasunggu District Office Selayar Islands Regency. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with 5 informants. Data collection uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. While the data analysis technique used consists of four ways, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that archival management at the East Pasimasunggu District office of the Selayar Islands Regency is in a fairly good category. This is demonstrated through the focus of research, namely: the creation of the archive is in the good enough category, the use of the archive is in the good enough category, the storage of the archive is in the good enough category, the maintenance of the archive is in the not good category, the shrinkage and destruction is in the not good category.

<p><em>Abstrak </em>– <strong>Penelitian ini membahas tentang </strong><strong>tentang retorika persuasif dalam pidato Ismail Haniyah untuk umat Islam Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menemukan dan menjelaskan konsep retorika persuasif yang ada pada pidato tersebut. Analisis yang digunakan adalah teori retorika persuasif perspektif Aristoteles. Dalam teori ini terdapat penjelasan terkait retorika yang memiliki tiga jenis, yakni retorika forensik, demonstratif, dan Deliberatif. Prinsip teori ini tercermin dalam konsep <em>The Five Canon of Rhetoric, </em>panduan sekaligus ketentuan yang harus ada dalam pidato persuasif. Kelima ketentuan tersebut berkaitan dengan <em>Inventio/Discovery</em> yang berarti penemuan, <em>Dispositio/Arrangement</em> yang berarti penyusunan,<em> Elocutio/Style</em> yang berarti gaya, <em>Pronuntiatio/Delivery</em> yang berarti penyampaian, dan <em>Memoria/Memory</em> yang berarti mengingat. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori kualitatif-deskriptif dengan menggunakan paradigma interpretatif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah tonton, simak, dan catat. Seluruh data yang didapat kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model Miles Huberman, yakni pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil berupa 19 temuan data yang berkaitan dengan retorika persuasif dalam pidato Ismail Haniyah untuk umat Islam Idonesia. Dari seluruh data, 6 di antaranya berkaitan dengan jenis reotika persuasif yang mencakup keseluruhan jenis. Sedangkan 13 sisanya berkaitan dengan konsep <em>Five Canon of Rhetoric</em> berdasarkan perspektif Aristoteles.</strong></p><p><em>Abstract – </em><strong>This study discusses persuasive rhetoric in Ismail Haniyah's speech to Indonesian Muslims. The purpose of this study is to find and explain the concept of persuasive rhetoric in the speech. The analysis used is the theory of persuasive rhetoric from Aristotle's perspective. In this theory, there are explanations related to the rhetoric that have three types, namely forensic, demonstrative, and Deliberative rhetoric. The principle of this theory is reflected in the concept of The Five Canon of Rhetoric, a guide as well as a provision that must be present in a persuasive speech. The five provisions are related to <em>Inventio</em> (Discovery), <em>Dispositio</em> (Arrangement), <em>Elocutio</em> (Style), <em>Pronuntiatio</em> (Delivery), and <em>Memoria</em> (Memory). This type of research is included in the qualitative-descriptive category using interpretive paradigms. The techniques used in data collection are watching, listening, and taking notes. All data obtained were then analyzed using the Miles Huberman model, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. This study obtained results in the form of 19 data findings related to persuasive rhetoric in Ismail Haniyah's speech to Indonesian Muslims. Of all the data, 6 of them relate to the type of persuasive rationale which includes all types. The purpose of this reserch is to find the service in public service mall to the satisfaction of the people of Sumenep regency. The research was qualitative descriptive study with observation, interview, and documentation data collection techniques. It used random sampling. The data were then analyzed with data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and withdrawal of conclusions. The results of this study showed that the public service mall of Sumenep district in providing service to the community has implemented five dimensions of service quality, which consists of: tangibel, realiability, responsiviness, assurance, and Emphaty. Based on the findings it can be concluded that service provided by the public service mall Sumenep district is already good, so that people who use the service is satisfied with the service they receive

The study aims at evaluating the school principal renewals management to improve teachers competence at SMP Negeri 1 Arga Makmur Bengkulu Utara regency. The study was an evaluative descriptive study. The subjects were the school principal, teachers and staffs. The techniques to collect the data were questionnaire, observation, and documentation. The data analysis was conducted through four components including data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing/verification. The finding showed that the school principal renewals management was in 'good' category with score ranges between 51- 62 out of the total score 75. In conclusion, the school principal renewals management was successful to improve teachers competence, particularly the competence of pedagogy, personality, social,  and professional. This study aims to determine the Discipline Character Education Learning. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Located at RA Islamiyah Bulaklo. Data were collected by observation, interviews, and documentation. The data that has been collected is checked for validity by source triangulation and technical triangulation. Analyzed with interactive analysis techniques, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification or conclusions. Research informants are the head of the foundation, principal, teachers, and guardians of students. The results showed that by giving Id Cards, students could line up neatly, put shoes and bags in their place according to the order on the Identity card which made students more disciplined and patiently waiting for their turn. From this study, it can be concluded that in the implementation of character education for early childhood (4-5 years) at RA Islamiyah Bulaklo in implementing character education using habituation activities starting from the child entering the gate until going home from school. For habituation activities such as marching, praying, memorizing Asmaul Husna, washing hands, and so on, by giving understanding to children, always be patient waiting for their turn according to the number on the Identity Card.

Abstrak: Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang upaya kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring di masa pandemi Covid-19 pada SMAN 2 Kahayan Hilir. Sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah para guru dan peserta didik di SMAN 2 Kahayan Hilir. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara dan penyebaran kuisioner melalui google form, berisikan pertanyaan-pertanyaan tentang berbagai upaya yang dilakukan kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran daring, serta dokumen-dokumen terkait. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengabsahan data penelitian ini menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berbagai upaya yang dilakukan kepala sekolah efektif dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru sekaligus mengatasi berbagai kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaaan pembelajaran daring di masa pandemi Covid-19 pada SMAN 2 Kahayan Hilir.  Abstract: This qualitative descriptive study aims to describe the principal's efforts in improving teacher discipline in the implementation of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMAN 2 Kahayan Hilir. Sources of data in this study were teachers and students at SMAN 2 Kahayan Hilir. Collecting data using interview techniques and distributing questionnaires via google form, containing questions about the various efforts made by school principals to improve teacher discipline in carrying out online learning, as well as related documents. Data analysis was carried out through stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Validation of this research data using triangulation of sources and methods. The results showed that the various efforts made by the principal were effective in improving teacher discipline as well as overcoming various obstacles faced in implementing online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMAN 2 Kahayan Hilir.

The aim of the study is to find out how the quality of Public Service at the Parigi village office, District Tinggimoncong, Gowa. The research method used was a qualitative descriptive study. There were 16 informants and the data were collected through interview, observation, and documentation. The technique of data analysis was conducted through the stages of data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results of the research showed that generallythe quality of public services at the village office of Parigi, District Tinggimoncong,Gowabased on the five indicators, namely, tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy was still less qualified, as well as the apparatus of Parigi village should further improve theservice quality again to increase the ability and motivation, and the most important thing is disciplineKeywords: quality, service Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Kualitas Pelayanan Publik Di Kantor Desa Parigi Kecamatan Tinggi moncong Kabupaten Gowa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Informan berjumlah 16 orang dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data penelitian melalui tahapan reduksi  data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa umumnya kualitas pelayanan publik di  Kantor Desa Parigi Kecamatan Tinggi Moncong Kabupaten Gowa yang di lihat dari  lima indicator yaitu, berwujud, kehandalan, ketanggapan, jaminan, dan empati masih kurang berkualitas.  Begitupun aparatur Desa Parigi harus lebih meningkatkan kualitas pelayanananya lagi dengan meningkatkan kemampuan dan motivasi yang paling utama kedisiplinan. Kata Kunci : Kualitas, Pelayanan
