  The problem of garbage in Medan City is one of the problems that needs to be addressed immediately. The program of community service activities aims to provide training to the community on how to process garbage into something useful. This Community Service was conducted for women and teachers in Bureau of Logistics (Bulog) Foundation teachers with presentation, discussion and garbage management practices. Presentation activities carried out by the community service team by providing material on how to process household organic garbage into compost in the Bulog Office Hall, Medan. After finishing the presentation of the material, participants were given the opportunity to discuss about the material provided to the questions and answers or responses. After the presentation and discussion, follow the training on how to make compost from household organic garbage in Sei Semayang Village, Deli Serdang Regency. The positive responses were received with a good reception at the arrival of the community service team at the location and at the time the presentation and training were conducted. This activity was successfully carried out with the support of woman and Bulog foundation teachers.

ABSTRAKBirthing ball merupakan salah satu metode active  birth menggunakan bola pilates yang membantu ibu  inpartu kala I. Penggunaan bola pilates dengan melakukan gerakan seperti duduk dibola dan bergoyang-goyang, membuat kemajuan persalinan, memberikan rasa nyaman dan, serta  meningkatkan sekresi endoprin disebabkan kelenturan  dan kelengkungan bola merangsang reseptor dipanggul. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan penyuluhan dan pelatihan tentang birth ball. Metode yang digunakan antara lain ceramah/penyampaian materi menggunakan leaflet, praktikum atau pelatihan langsung kepada peserta serta tanya jawab guna mendukung pengetahuan ibu tentang terapi birthing ball. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian dibuktikan dengan keaktifan peserta dalam kegiatan ini, pelaksanaan kegiatan telah mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu bersalin dalam mengurangi nyeri pada kala I persalinan, dapat mengelola rasa nyeri saat kontraksi dan ketidaknyaman ibu seperti rasa cemas berlebih dan mengelola pernafasan serta dapat mengurangi sakit punggung, sesak nafas. Hasil kegiatan ini sangat berdampak positif pada proses persalinan ibu yang lahir dengan normal atau pervaginam tanpa adanya intervensi dilakukan tindakan Sectio Caesaria. Kata kunci: birthing ball; nyeri kala I persalinan; ibu bersalin. ABSTRACTBirthing ball is one of the active birth methods using a pilates ball that helps pregnant women in the first stage. The use of a pilates ball by doing movements such as sitting on a ball and rocking, makes labor progress, provides a sense of comfort and, and increases the secretion of endorphins due to the flexibility and curvature of the ball. stimulate hip receptors. The purpose of this community service is to provide counseling and training about birth balls. The methods used include lectures/delivery of material using leaflets, practicum or direct training to participants and questions and answers to support mother's knowledge about birthing ball therapy. The results of the service activities are evidenced by the activeness of the participants in this activity, the implementation of the activities has been able to increase the knowledge of maternity mothers in reducing pain in the first stage of labor, can manage pain during contractions and maternal discomfort such as excessive anxiety and manage breathing and can reduce back pain, out of breath. The results of this activity have a very positive impact on the delivery process for mothers who are born normally or vaginally without any intervention by performing Sectio Caesaria. Keywords: birthing ball; pain in the first stage of labor; mother gave birth.

Salo Palai Village is one of the villages in Kutai Kartanegara Regency, East Kalimantan which has the superior commodity of pepper 'Malonan'. Pepper land in Salo Palai Village reaches 169 ha with a productivity of 1.9 tons/ha. The pepper harvest is sold in granular form at a price of IDR 30,000.00/kg and there is no product diversification, such as pepper powder. This is what makes there is no increase in the selling value of pepper that has been produced by farmers. Community service activities in the marketing of powder pepper are expected to be an effort to provide an understanding of the importance of product diversification as an effort to increase selling value. The methods used are tutoring and training. This activity results the pepper powder products in packaged bottles with labels, which are expected to increase values.

The scope of breast milk (ASI) must always be increased with various effort according to the conditions of the community. Availability of nutritions and limited of funds are the factors that make to increase in the Caturharjo region that exclusive breast milk. One of effort is to teach PKK mothers to be able to reinventing waste benefits. Community service activities with Caturharjo village cadres can reach a wider area and PKK who are always in direct contact with posyandu activities in each hamlet. Activities carried out in the form of conseling and training with direct demonstrations. The results of activities attended by 91 health cadres have given results that there is an increase in the understanding of health cadres mothers about the use waste from average of 7.2 to 8.25 on a scale of 0-10 points. Health cadres are able to carry out breastfeeding correctly and safely. Dedication to provide maintenance management training fighting fish (Betta sp.) the good and completely in accordance with SNI fighting fish to the community PayaPeunaga, Meureubo sub-district, West Aceh District.The problem faced today is the statistics of West Aceh Regency in 2017 figures indicating that many people have a productive age in PayaPeunaga Village, Meureubo Sub-district, but not accompanied by job vacancies, causing unemployment at productive ages. Solution offered from this dedication is to provide additional skill to the community in PayaPeunaga Village, MeureuboSubdistrict to be able to manage the good and correct fighting fish in accordance with SNI of fighting fish.Implementation of community service activities include: 1) discussion and socialization of fighting fish (Betta sp.) that potentially increase the income of the community and 2) good ornamental fighting fish management training according to SNI of fighting fish. Result of the dedication is that the community is very enthusiastic to cultivate fighting fish and hopes that this community service program can be continued to provide assistance to the community in PayaPeunaga Village, Meureubo Sub District, West Aceh.

Character education is a must for countries that want to make their citizens have good attitudes and behaviors. The goal to be achieved in Community Service activities is to make students aware of the need to have and implement attitudes that have character. In the school environment, the teacher's role is to educate the character of students. Thus, community service activities want to make students aware and want to instill and develop character attitudes through socialization. Socialization is given to provide direct literacy of character education to students. Socialization is filled with questions and answers so that students who are not familiar with matters relating to character can immediately ask the implementation team.

Various problems faced by teachers, students and parents when studying online during a pandemic. The teacher feels the saturation of students studying at home and completing school assignments. Therefore, there is a need for innovation in assigning tasks to be more fun and not a burden. One such innovation is using quizizz. The aim of this service is to improve teacher competence in making online evaluations through the quizizz application . The method used to carry out the service is in the form of lectures, questions and answers, and practice . This activity was attended by 19 teachers at Sadagori 1 Elementary School in Cirebon City. From the results of the community service activities, the teacher's ability to make online quizzes using quizizz increased 100%. Beginner teachers who have never used or know the Quizizz application can easily create and publish quizzes in Google Classroom. The involvement of tutors in each group really helps the teacher to practice making quizzes using quizizzes. The participants were very enthusiastic about participating in the training and hoped that this training would be sustainable.

ABSTRACTOlele Village is one of the villages located in Bone Bolango Regency and is included in the Coastal Region. Most Olele villagers have livelihoods as fishermen, so most Olele village women are fishermen's wives. The purpose of community service activities carried out in Olele village is to increase community income through empowering coastal women. The method used consists of two forms, namely counseling and training. Coastal women who were participants in service activities were 30 fishermen wives. The material provided in counseling is about the types of diversification of processed products and fisheries processing techniques. Training is provided through hands-on practice and assistance during service activities. The products produced are fish fingers, dragon foot fish, jelly, pudding, and crackers which will be sold to increase community income especially for fishermen's wives. The results of community service activities carried out in the village of Olele are increased knowledge and skills diversification of processed fisheries products for fishermen wives who have received service activities. Penduduk desa Olele sebagian besar memiliki mata pencaharian sebagai nelayan, sehingga sebagian besar perempuan desa Olele merupakan istri nelayan. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan di desa Olele yaitu untuk meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat melalui pemberdayaan perempuan pesisir. Metode yang digunakan terdiri dari dua bentuk yaitu penyuluhan dan pelatihan. Perempuan pesisir yang dijadikan peserta pada kegiatan pengabdian adalah istri-istri nelayan sebanyak 30 orang. Materi yang diberikan pada penyuluhan yaitu tentang jenis diversifikasi produk olahan dan teknik pengolahan hasil perikanan. Pelatihan diberikan dengan cara praktek langsung dan pendampingan selama kegiatan pengabdian berlangsung. Produk yang dihasilkan adalah fish finger, foot dragon fish, permen jell,  puding, dan kerupuk yang akan dijual untuk meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat khususnya bagi istri-istri nelayan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan di desa Olele yaitu peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan tentang diversifikasi produk olahan perikanan bagi istri-istri nelayan yang telah mengikuti kegiatan pengabdian. Kegiatan pengabdian juga memberikan dampak bagi peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat melalui penjualan diversifikasi produk olahan perikanan.  Kata Kunci: Kaki Naga, Kerupuk, Nugget, Permen dan Puding.

AbstrakPengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan mendampingi Kelompok Sadar Wisata yang berada di Belawan Sicanang untuk mendukung penyebaran informasi dan promosi keberadaan Ekowisata Mangrove Belawan Sicanang sebagai upaya peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat setempat. Metode pendampingan yang dilakukan dengan memberikan bantuan secara langsung papan informasi memperkenalkan keberadaan Ekowisata Mangrove, memasang panduan arah menuju kawasan Ekowisata Mangrove, memasangkan atribut edukasi pada kawasan ekowisata dan pelaksanaan pelatihan yaitu: pelatihan manajemen ekowisata, pelatihan pembuatan media sosial sebagai media promosi ekowisata berbasis Teknologi Informasi (TI) kepada kelompok penggiat ekowisata di Belawan Sicanang. Dari hasil penilaian terhadap motivasi mitra dalam mengembangkan Ekowisata Mangrove sebelum dan setelah kegiatan dilaksanakan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 15,6%, (sebelumnya sebesar 50%). Respon pengunjung terhadap pemasangan media promosi dan publikasi melalui media sosial lebih dari 60%. Dari data pengunjung yang diperoleh sejak diberikannya papan informasi dan penunjuk arah keberadaan Ekowisata Mangrove terjadi perubahan jumlah pengunjung yang datang dan beberapa lembaga bekerjasama untuk melakukan edukasi. Selama 4 Bulan melakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di peroleh jumlah pengunjung mengalami pertambahan sebesar 10%–20% dan mempengaruhi pertambahan pendapatan dari aktifitas wisata sebesar 10%-20% dari pendapatan sebelumnya. Selanjutnya 82% anggota kelompok menyatakan bahwa pendampingan yang berkelanjutan akan memberikan peluang untuk membangun perekonomian masyarakat disekitar kawasan Ekowisata Mangrove Belawan Sicanang.Kata kunci: Ekowisata Mangrove Belawan Sicanang, informasi, promosi ekowsiataAbstractThis community service aims to assist the Tourism Awareness Group in Belawan Sicanang to support the dissemination of information and promotion of the existence of the Belawan Sicanang Mangrove Ecotourism as an effort to improve the economy of the local community. The mentoring method that was carried out by providing direct assistance to the information board introduced the existence of Mangrove Ecotourism, installed direction guides to the Mangrove Ecotourism area, paired the attributes of education in the ecotourism area and carried out training namely ecotourism management training, training on making social media as information technology-based ecotourism promotion media (TI) to ecotourism groups in Belawan Sicanang. From the results of the assessment of partner motivation in developing Mangrove Ecotourism before and after the activities carried out an increase of 15.6% (previously 50%). The visitor's response to the installation of promotional media and publications through social media is more than 60%. From the visitor data obtained since the information board was given and a guide to the existence of Mangrove Ecotourism there was a change in the number of visitors who came and several institutions collaborated to educate. During the 4 months of community service activities, the number of visitors experienced an increase of 10% -20% and affected the increase in income from tourism activities by 10% -20% of the previous income. Furthermore, 82% of group members stated that ongoing assistance would provide an opportunity to develop the economy of the community around the Belawan Sicanang Mangrove Ecotourism area.Keywords: Belawan Sicanang Mangrove Ecotourism, information, eco-tourism promotion

The Sampang regency is an area with a low level of educational quality in Madura Island. The improvement of educational quality can be done based on the curriculum and supported by the competition.  The aims of this community service activity is to stimulate innovation in biology learning through socialization and training as well as to provide competition learning of biology Olympiad through simulation and training. The community service team carried out community service activities involving 60 participants from senior high school students and teachers in Sampang district through a series of activities which were divided into 3 main parts, namely preparation, socialization of biology concept and simulation or innovation-based training. Biology learning innovation and the application of technology in learning system are carried out through DNA isolation technique and training on the application of technology using existing materials, while competition learning is carried out by conducting simulation and training in biology olympiad competitions for students and teachers. The community service activities were smoothly and successfully. Participants who attended in the community service activities is reached 100% so that the participants felt many benefits. Learning innovation activities through simulation and training are interested for participants so that they can trigger innovative thinking, increase enthusiasm and interest of participants and also can be increased understanding of science. The average of Olympiad scores are still low, so it needs more intensive for mentoring and training in the future

This community service activities aims to deepen public understanding in making financial records and reporting correctly and making the financial statements as a basis for investment analysi. The investment analysis method used is a discounted cash flow model to determine whether the investment is undervalued or overvalued. The community in this activity are students of SMK Bina Nasional Informatika, North Cikarang. The implementation phase of this activity includes a field survey, coordination with the school principal, the implementation of a financial report socialization program as a basis for stock investment analysis, and preparation of the report. The socialization activity went smoothly attended by 28 Accounting students in class XII. Socialization participants seemed enthusiastic about the material provided. This can be seen from the beginning to the end of the event, all participants followed well. Based on the results of interviews, questions and answers and direct observations, community service activities have increased the knowledge of students by as much as 80% about how to prepare good financial statements and conduct stock valuations using financial statements.
