PT. SLA adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak dalam industri pengolahan garam industri dan garam konsumen. Selama periode ini, belum ada sistem pengukuran pencapaian rantai pasokan komprehensif atau komprenhensif tetapi hanya menunjukkan kinerja yang menekankan pada satu posisi. Pengukuran kinerja rantai pasokan dapat digunakan sebagai dasar untuk menentukan strategi untuk meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan. Dalam pengukuran kinerja rantai pasokan, perlu untuk menentukan Key Performance Indicator (KPI) .Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan dan menimbang KPI sebagai ukuran kinerja rantai pasokan garam. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa ada 27 KPI yang disesuaikan dengan pendekatan pengukuran kinerja dengan metode SCOR, yaitu keandalan, daya tanggap, fleksibilitas, biaya, dan aset. Hierarki level 1 tertinggi diperoleh dimensi keandalan dengan nilai bobot 0,248, pada pemenuhan pesanan Sempurna (POF), pada hierarki level 2 adalah variabel% dari pengiriman pesanan secara penuh dengan nilai bobot 0,312, dan pada hirarki level 3 adalah garansi dan kembali dengan nilai 0,368.   PT. SLA is a manufacturing company engaged in industrial salt processing industry and consumer salt. During this period, there has not been a system of measurement of the achievement of comprehensive supply chain or comprenhensif but only shows performance that emphasizes on one position. Measurement of supply chain performance can be used as a basis for determining strategies to improve company performance. In the measurement of supply chain performance, it is necessary to determine the Key Performance Indicator (KPI).The purpose of this study is to determine and weight KPI as a measure of salt supply chain performance.The results show that there are 27 KPIs that are adapted to the performance measurement approach with the SCOR method, namely reliability, responsiveness, flexibility, cost and asset. The highest level 1 hierarchy is obtained reliability dimension with weight value of 0.248, at Perfect order fulfillment (POF), at level 2 hierarchy is variable% of order delivery in full with weight value of 0.312, and at level 3 hierarchy that is waranty and return with value 0,368.

To guide future discussions about managing artificial intelligence (AI), this article suggests an AI management framework with five maturity levels, which are comparable to the five levels of the autonomous driving framework from no automation to complete automation. If companies move beyond Isolated Ignorance (Level 0), they are characterized by an Initial Intent (Level 1), which typically evolves towards an Independent Initiative (Level 2). A more advanced management leads to Interactive Implementation (Level 3) and Interdependent Innovation (Level 4). On this basis, a close combination of AI and human knowledge enables a sustainable competitive advantage with Integrated Intelligence (Level 5). This framework draws on the intelligence-based approach to company performance, and it provides the basis for an AI maturity assessment in organizations. It further helps to identify many firms’ managerial challenges as well as major organizational limitations even in those firms that are often considered as AI leaders.

This study analyzes the performance of a company's supply chain as measured by an approach using the SCOR method or the Supply Chain Operations Reference. SCOR is divided into 5 basic supply chain management processes, namely plan, source, make, deliver and return. Due to schedule delays of 3%, it is affected by the late delivery of raw materials ordered from suppliers and the quality of raw materials is below standard. Performing a performance measurement approach is also supported by the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine the weight of each performance indicator and is calculated using the Expert Choice v11 program in this study. The purpose of this study was to determine how much value the PT Adhi Commuter Properti supply chain performance and what performance indicators should be improved. The results of the study resulted in a 75.444 overall supply chain performance achievement score of the GOOD category in achieving total company performance appraisal and priority improvement recommendations of 4 performance indicators that are expected to help improve the company's supply chain performance, namely the fulfillment of raw materials, structures, defective products and demand that the company can fulfill.

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Januari sampai Mei 2019. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan struktur kelembagaan rantai pasok agroindustri bawang merah dan menganalisis kinerja rantai pasok bawang merah di Nagari Alahan Panjang Kabupaten Solok. Metode penelitian menggunakan Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) 10.0. Metode pengambilan sampel secara purposive. Sampel yang diambil adalah sebanyak 50% dari populasi yaitu petani bawang merah (25 orang), ketua kelompok tani (2 orang), pedagang besar (3 orang), anak randai (3 orang) dan pedagang besar di Pekanbaru (2 orang).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan struktur kelembagaan rantai pasok agroindustri bawang merah meliputi petani – anak randai- kelompok tani - pedagang besar dan pedagang besar di Pekanbaru serta 3 aliran yang dikelola dalam rantai pasok bawang merah yakni barang, uang dan informasi. Untuk kinerja reliability yaitu 35,70, responsivness adalah 3,5 hari, nilai agility tidak dilakukan penghitungan disebabkan tidak adanya jumlah tambahan permintaan bawang merah sebesar 20% dari pelaku rantai pasok dan cost adalah 2,14 serta critical key performance indicator,s dari cost pada metrik level 1 di terjadi di tingkat petani yaitu 0,52.Saran yang diberikan adalah kelompok tani sebagai unit business harus mampu meningkatkan kinerja rantai pasok agroindustri bawang merah dengan cara semakin memperkuat kemitraan dengan pelaku rantai pasok dan pemerintah harus mensinergikan koordinasi dengan kelompok tani agar petani bisa mempunyai posisi tawar yang tinggi dalam menjual bawang merah.

Therefore before it reaches the consumers a well-designed and well-prepared supply management system is required The objectives of the research are to analyze the product, financial and information flows of tuna fish chain of supply in Banda Aceh through analyzing the performance efficiency of tuna fish supply chain performance at CV Tuah Bahari and PT Nagata Prima Tuna in Banda Aceh. Descriptive analysis is the method used to analyze the product, financial and information flows. Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR).  Is the method used to measure the supply chain performance efficiency. SCOR preceded with hierarchy preparation based on the SCOR process, i.e. plan, source, make, delivery and return with common dimensions i.e. reliability, responsiveness, flexibility, cost and asset.  The supply chain performance efficiency measurement in this research is also supported by the Analytical Hierarchy Process  (AHP) and  Objective Matrix (OMAX) methods  The result of the research pointed out that the tuna fish product and information flow at CV Tuah Bahari and PT Nagata Prima Tuna is not optimal yet, while the financial flow is optimal. In the outcome of CV Tuah Bahari performance efficiency, 4 KPI (Key Performance Indicator) is at Poor category, while at PT Nagata Prima 9 KPI are categorized as Poor. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis aliran produk, aliran keuangan dan aliran  informasi pada rantai  pasok ikan tuna di Banda Aceh, dengan menganalisis efisiensi kinerja rantai  pasok ikan tuna pada CV. Tuah Bahari dan PT Nagata Prima Tuna di Banda Aceh. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis aliran produk, aliran keuangan, dan aliran informasi adalah analisis deskriptif. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengukur efisiensi kinerja rantai pasok adalah <em>Supply</em> <em>Chain</em> <em>Operation</em> <em>Reference</em> (SCOR). SCOR diawali dengan pembuatan hierarki awal yang didasarkan pada proses dalam SCOR, yaitu <em>plan, source, make, delivery,</em> dan <em>return</em> dengan dimensi umum, yaitu <em>reliability, responsiveness, flexibility, cost, </em>dan<em> asset</em>. Pengukuran efisiensi kinerja rantai pasok dalam penelitian ini juga didukung dengan metode<em> Analytical Hierarchy Process  </em>(AHP)<em> </em>dan<em> Objective Matrix</em> (OMAX)<em>. </em>Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aliran produk dan aliran informasi rantai pasok ikan tuna di CV. Tuah Bahari dan PT. Nagata Prima Tuna belum optimal, sedangkan aliran keuangan sudah optimal. Hasil pengukuran efisiensi kinerja CV. Tuah Bahari, 4 KPI (<em>Key Performance Indicator</em>)<em> </em>berada pada kategori <em>Poor,</em> sementara pada PT Nagata Prima Tuna terdapat 9 KPI berada pada kategori <em>Poor</em>. This study aims to determine the training evaluation at PT. Kujang Fertilizer. PT. Pupuk Kujang is a company engaged in the field of petrochemicals. Evaluation sheet of PT. Fertilizer Kujang is made based on Kirkpatrick's theory which consists of four levels of evaluation, namely reaction, learning, behavior, and results. At level 1, namely reaction, in the evaluation sheet is in accordance with the theory of Kirkpatrick, at level 2 that is learning should be held pretest and posttest but only made scale. At level 3, behavior, according to theory, but on assessment factor number 3, quantity and work productivity should not need to be included because they are included in level 4. At level 4, that is the result, here is still lacking to get a picture of the results of the training that has been carried out because only based on answers from superiors without evidence of any documents.   Keywords: Training Evaluation, Kirkpatrick Theory.    Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui evaluasi training di PT. Pupuk Kujang. PT. Pupuk Kujang merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang petrokimia. Lembar evaluasi PT. Pupuk Kujang dibuat berdasarkan teori Kirkpatrick yang terdiri dari empat level evaluasi, yaitu reaksi, learning, behavior, dan hasil. Pada level 1 yaitu reaksi, di lembar evaluasi tersebut sudah sesuai dengan teori dari Kirkpatrick, pada level 2 yaitu learning seharusnya diadakan pretest dan posttest namun hanya dibuatkan skala. Pada level 3 yaitu behavior, sudah sesuai teori namun pada faktor penilaian nomor 3 kuantitas dan produktivitas kerja semestinya tidak perlu dimasukkan karena sudah termasuk ke dalam level 4. Pada level 4 yaitu hasil, disini masih sangat kurang untuk mendapatkan gambaran hasil dari pelatihan yang sudah dilaksanakan karena hanya berdasarkan dari jawaban atasan tanpa bukti dokumen apapun.   Kata kunci: Evaluasi Pelatihan, Teori Kirkpatrick.

In order to adequately characterize the visual characteristics of atmospheric visibility and overcome the disadvantages of the traditional atmospheric visibility measurement method with significant dependence on preset reference objects, high cost, and complicated steps, this paper proposed an ensemble learning method for atmospheric visibility grading based on deep neural network and stochastic weight averaging. An experiment was conducted using the scene of an expressway, and three visibility levels were set, i.e., Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3. Firstly, the EfficientNet was transferred to extract the abstract features of the images. Then, training and grading were performed on the feature sets through the SoftMax regression model. Subsequently, the feature sets were ensembled using the method of stochastic weight averaging to obtain the atmospheric visibility grading model. The obtained datasets were input into the grading model and tested. The grading model classified the results into three categories, with the grading accuracy being 95.00%, 89.45%, and 90.91%, respectively, and the average accuracy of 91.79%. The results obtained by the proposed method were compared with those obtained by the existing methods, and the proposed method showed better performance than those of other methods. This method can be used to classify the atmospheric visibility of traffic and reduce the incidence of traffic accidents caused by atmospheric visibility.

Like all fields of human artistic endeavour, music is constrained by our cognitive processing requirements and limitations (Swain, 1986; Lerdahl, 1988; Huron, 2001). This articleconsiders particular forms of constraint pertaining to the relationships that the structure-seeking mind (subconsciously) fabricates between perceived musical events. It is proposed that 2±1 may be a universal limitation pertaining to the level of relationships so ideated. That is, in terms of Lewin'S (1987) theoretical framework in which “intervals” can be intuited between the “elements” of musical “spaces”, it is posited that the cognition of musical structure occurs either through intervals (level 1), through intervals between these (level 2), or — in some circumstances — through intervals between these(level 3). This proposition is explored through the psychomusicological model developed by Ockelford (1991, 1993, 1999), which too analyses musical structure in terms of the relationships that may be cognised between its discrete perceptual components. In particular, the model identifies a type of cognitive link through which events (at any level) arefelt to imply others the same or similar — through so-called “zygonic” relationships. This theory suggests a further general principle: that the highest level of relationship inoperation at any given point must be zygonic if the music is to be structurally coherent. Evidence for this, and for the limit on the level of relationships of 2±1, is offeredthrough a series of musical examples, which illustrate a variety of musical organisation in action. Finally, empirical work is suggested to explore further the theoretical ideas that arepresented here.

We continue developing SBML collaboratively with the modelling community to meet their evolving needs. The recently introduced SBML Level 2 includes several enhancements to the original Level 1, and features under development for SBML Level 3 include model composition, multistate chemical species and diagrams.

Following successful inductive acquisition of procedural cognition of a discrimination-reversal learning task, 50 female and 50 male undergraduates articulated declarative cognizance of knowledge acquired from learning. Tests of four hypotheses showed that (1) increasingly higher levels of declarative cognizance were associated with faster learning rates, (2) six new cases of cognition-without-cognizance were observed, (3) students presumably using secondary signalization learned faster than those presumably using primary signalization, and (4) no sex differences in learning rates or declarative cognizance were observed. The notion that explicit levels of declarative cognizance may represent implicit hierarchical conceptualization comprised of four systems of knowledge acquisition led to the conclusions that primary signalization may account for inductive senscept formation at Level 1 and for inductive percept formation at Level 2, whereas emergent secondary signalization may account for inductive precept formation at Level 3 and for inductive concept formation at Level 4.
