Introduction. The problem of studying the educational efforts of the first enlighteners of the Russian Land is of relevance, theoretical interest and practical value for teachers in terms of forming spiritual and moral values among the younger generation, familiarizing young people with remarkable examples of selfless activity of the founders of education in the enlightenment of their people. The purpose of the study is to characterize the main directions of educational efforts of Stefan Permsky and Trifon Vyatsky. Materials and methods. To achieve the aim of the research the author used the following scientific methods: analysis of the historical literature, scientific and pedagogical interpretation of the information contained in the sources; comparative and historical methods; axiological approach, which allows to identify the positive content in the scientific material to be studied. The results of the study. The historical importance of the invention of the first alphabet by Stefan Permsky for the Komi people is proved. Its use in the course of church services represented the first attempt to educate and, at the same time, convert this northern people to Christianity, and contributed to the spread of literacy and Orthodoxy in the Vyatka-Kama region as a whole. Tryphon Vyatsky is shown as the builder of Orthodox churches, which became, at his command, a repository of books and written documents, and this, in turn, stimulated the initial development of the letter "on Vyatka". Tryphon Vyatsky contributed to the spread of book literacy and moral development, first of local priests, and then of the entire population of the region. He showed himself as a strict zealot of Orthodox morality, who fought against the spread of bad habits. Both enlighteners are shown as spiritual mentors and guardians of order and morality. Their educational activities laid the foundation for the further development of education in the Vyatka-Kama region. Conclusion. The initial stage of the development of education in the region under consideration was carried out thanks to the ascetic efforts of the first educators, whose example up to the present time serves as a moral guide for the modern generation of teachers of the Vyatka-Kama Region.

Herder develops a number of very important principles both in meta-ethics and in first-order morality. In meta-ethics he argues for a form of sentimentalism, but a form of it that acknowledges a role for cognition in the sentiments involved and which emphasizes their radical variability between periods and cultures. He also invents a “genetic” or “genealogical” method predicated on such variability and applies it to moral values in particular in order to make them better understood. And finally, he develops an ambitious theory and practice of moral pedagogy that rests on his sentimentalism and which accordingly focuses on causal influences on moral character formation, such as role models and literature. In first-order morality he invents an important pluralistic form of cosmopolitanism to replace the more usual but problematic homogenizing cosmopolitanism of the Enlightenment; an influential ideal of individual Bildung, or self-formation; and a distinctive ideal of humanity.

The object of the study is the implementation of equality principle before the law by fixing equal rights and obligations of prisoners in the normative legal acts of the Soviet state. The subject of research: provisions of normative legal acts of the Provisional Government, departmental normative acts of the People’s Commissariat of Justice of the RSFSR and People’s Commissariat for Internal Affairs of the RSFSR. As a methodological basis for cognition, general scientific methods of analysis, synthesis, induction, de-duction are used, which allow us to investigate aspects of legal reality directly related to the implementation of the principles of penal enforcement (correctional labor) legislation, to formulate reasonable conclusions. Private scientific methods: formal-legal and comparative-legal – allow us to identify differences in the legal regulation of the legal status of prisoners in the pre-war period. As a result of the conducted research, we make a reasonable conclusion that the principle of equality before the law, although it was not enshrined in specific norms regulating the procedure for the execution and serving of imprisonment, however, was manifested in the provisions regulating the legal status of persons deprived of liberty. The notions of equality before the law of both citizens in general and prisoners in particular were not the fundamental basis of the legislation of the Soviet State. Prisoners were differentiated on the basis of social affiliation, due to: 1) the principle of class approach proclaimed by the Constitution of the RSFSR; 2) the functioning of two systems of places of deprivation of liberty for prisoners with different social status; 3) regulating the execution (serving) of sentences in the form of deprivation of liberty by various regulatory legal acts.

In the article by I. Smirnova, the problem of the formation of the style of artistry in the amateur orchestral performance of Ukraine and the functioning of orchestral collectives in the conditions of the formation of artistic amateur activities and in the educational work in Ukraine of the 20th and 3rd years of the 20th century is considered. The urgency of the work is due to the fact that the specificity of the formation of amateur orchestral performance in the Ukrainian musical culture of this period is not sufficiently studied, although it played a prominent role in the further development of domestic amateur collective music. The object of attention was the enlightenment movement in Ukraine in the first half of the twentieth century - one of the brightest phenomena of cultural life of that period.

IntroductionEmotion regulation (ER) efficiency dwells among the most pressing issues of contemporary psychology and psychiatry. Further development of the methods of reliable assessments for ER makes it the task of current importance.ObjectiveTo modify Rosenzweig Picture-Frustration Test for the study of ER in health and in disease.MethodsIn the initial stage of testing participants had to look through a succession of Rosenzweig's pictures, and select potentially traumatizing situations. In the second stage they answered the following questions:– what would you say in this particular situation?– what would you have in mind, saying this?– could you think of an answer that would taper down the traumatizing character of the situation in your own perception? (Zinchenko, Pervichko, 2014).A total of 85 patients with stress-induced hypertension (mean age was 45.9 ± 2.8) and 82 healthy subjects (mean age was 44.9 ± 3.1) took part in the study.ResultsWe came to distinguish among four classes of ER strategies: internal, cognitively non-mediated; internal, cognitively transforming; external, cognitively non-mediated; and external, cognitively transforming (Pervichko, 2015). Hypertensive patients significantly more frequently than healthy subjects reveal wider set of emotionally grave events (19.8% vs 11.2%, P < 0.001), they are more prone to rumination, disasterization (19.0% vs 11.1%, P < 0.001) and suppression in display of their emotions (31.9% vs 20.2%, P < 0.001). The patients will seldom employ the strategy of interactive subject–subject transformations; their capability to actualize new meanings in traumatic situations is diminished.ConclusionsApplication of the described modification of Rosenzweig Picture-Frustration Test allows to distinguish and classify various ER strategies, and to demonstrate peculiarities in ER related behaviour of hypertensive patients as opposed to healthy subjects.Disclosure of interestThe authors have not supplied their declaration of competing interest.

The paper shows the importance of Kant’s analysis of the Enlightenment for the further development of European culture. The author considered the original features of philosopher’s approach, including the claim of «self-thinking», differentiation of two ways of use of reason, establishment a public space. The close relationship between critical philosophy and reflection on the epoch is also emphasized.

Background: Analytical study is presented on the transient problem of buoyancy-induced motion due to the presence of a hot aerosol sphere in unbounded quiescent fluid. Method of Approach: Because the initial flow field is identically zero, the initial stage of the process is governed by viscous and buoyancy forces alone where the convective inertial terms in the momentum and energy balances are negligible, i.e., the initial development of the field is a linear process. The previous statement is examined by analyzing the scales of the various terms in the Navier-Stokes and energy equations. This scale analysis gives qualitative limitations on the validity of the linear approximation. A formal integral solution is obtained for arbitrary Prandtl number and for transient temperature field. Results: We consider, in detail, the idealized case of vanishing Prandtl number for which the thermal field is developed much faster than momentum. In this case, analytical treatment is feasible and explicit expressions for the field variables and the drag acting on the particle are derived. Detailed quantitative analysis of the spatial and temporal validity of the solution is also presented. Conclusions: The linear solution is valid throughout space for t<10 diffusion times. For t>10, an island in space appears in which inertial effects become dominant. The transient process is characterized by two different time scales: for short times, the development of the field is linear, while for small distances from the sphere and finite times, it is proportional to the square root of time. The resultant drag force acting on the sphere is proportional to the square root of time throughout the process.

To better understand how Ras controls development of multicellular organisms, we have chosen Aspergillus nidulans as a model system. When grown on solid medium, this fungus follows a well-defined program of development, sequentially giving rise to several cell types which produce three distinct structures: vegetative hyphae, aerial hyphae, and the conidiophore structure. Here we describe a ras homolog found in this fungus (Aras) and demonstrate that it is an essential gene that regulates the ordered program of development. We created dominant alleles of this gene and expressed them to different levels in order to vary the ratio of GTP-bound (active) to GDP-bound (inactive) A-Ras protein. When the amount of active Ras is large, nuclear division proceeds, but further development is inhibited at the early step of germ tube formation. At an intermediate level of active Ras, aerial hypha formation is inhibited, while at a low level, conidiophore formation is inhibited. Maintenance of an even lower level of the active Ras is essential for initiation and progression of conidiophore formation, the final stage of development. When the level of active Ras is artificially lowered, each stage of development is initiated prematurely except germination, the initial stage of development. Therefore, the progression of the ordered developmental pathway of A. nidulans is dependent upon an initial high level of active Ras followed by its gradual decrease. We propose that several concentration threshold exist, each of which allows development to proceed to a certain point, producing the proper cell type while inhibiting further development.

At the present stage of tourism development in the world, the ecological tourism is one of the priority directions of sustainable development of the territories. Ecological tourism in Ukraine is at an initial stage of its expansion, but due to the existing natural and recreational resources of the country, this type of tourism has all the chances to become one of the main types of travel and create all conditions for improving the socio-economic situation of the population. The subject. The paper is devoted to the main trends of the Russian customs law at the present stage. The purpose of the paper is to determine the place of customs law in the system of Russian law and to identify the features of its impact on the development of integration within the EAEU.The methodological basis for the study: general scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, com-parison, description); private and academic (interpretation, formal-legal).Results, scope. Despite all the variety of social relations that make up the subject of customs law, their core is the relationship associated with the management of customs authorities, regulated by the rules of administrative law. In this regard, the allocation of customs law as an independent branch of law, in our opinion, is premature.Further development of integration within the EAEU has necessitated the development and adoption of a new codified legal act regulating public relations in the field of customs.Analysis of the provisions of the customs code of the EAEU revealed the following innovations, confirming the thesis on the simplification of regulation in the sphere of customs affairs:– reduction of terms of performance of separate customs operations;– priority of electronic Declaration form;– improvement of the Institute of customs control;– further development of the Institute of authorized economic operators.Conclusions. Customs law is a sub-branch of administrative law at present. A natural con-sequence of the integration processes is the transformation of the domestic customs law into an alloy of international law, integration law (acts of the EAEU) and national law.
