This case presents a scenario that pertains to the effective management of human resources in a Chinese cultural context where guanxi and face are of considerable importance. It depicts actual situations in detail, but the names of the organization and participants have been disguised at the request of the interviewees. The scenarios deal with issues of managerial appointments, promotion, husband-wife team in an organization, threat of resignation, effective leadership and achievement of subordinate respect and performance. Human resource management in China often requires a different approach from that espoused in the Western literature that currently dominates orthodox management theory. With China's growing economic power and the numerous foreign joint ventures in China, examining the cultural differences provides important insights for understanding the ways in which the norms and informal rules in general, and face and harmony in particular, function in Chinese organizations.

At the present stage of development of modern Ukrainian enterprises, access to foreign markets is becoming increasingly important, which is why questions about the effective management of export-oriented enterprises are increasingly common and require more detailed research. Most Ukrainian companies that adhere to the vector of development at some point in their existence begin to be interested in the internationalization of their activities and the search for new markets. Internationalization of business is becoming an important prerequisite for further growth and development. Internationalization of the enterprise and entering new foreign markets is an extremely complex process that cannot be done overnight, and to achieve it you need to be sufficiently educated in this topic and systematically plan it, as well as have financial opportunities, audacity and a little luck. To expand the markets for export activities, it is important to answer several questions: who is a potential competitor in a new market, what strategy should be implemented, what may be the features of export activities in a country and what should be considered in managing export activities? Depending on the answers to these and other questions, the success of the implementation of further plans for the expansion of markets and the overall efficiency of foreign economic activity largely depends. In the course of this research the peculiarities of management of modern export-oriented Ukrainian enterprises were considered, and the main stages of the enterprise passing on foreign markets were singled out. In this context, the intellectual aspect deserves special attention when entering foreign markets, which primarily involves the management of intellectual property abroad. When entering foreign markets, it is unacceptable to neglect the intellectual aspect, because most successful enterprises, large and small, are built on well-managed intangible assets or intellectual property.

The system aspects of economic examination of enterprises are considered in the article. It is established that the economic examination in its essence and specific features is an extremely voluminous and time-consuming examination and generates a large number of areas. It is proved that the established system of economic expertise is an effective basis for the development and increase of production capacity of enterprises. It is determined that economic expertise is an endless process of accumulation and analysis of information, which allows stakeholders to make appropriate management decisions that will improve the efficiency of economic activity. It is established that economic expertise should be used not only in the framework of procedural actions. It is proved that the economic examination of enterprises is designed to establish the nature and mechanism of distortion of accounting data and the degree of their impact on the qualitative and quantitative indicators of economic activity, contributes to the reproduction of distorted or missing accounting data. When considering such cases, the judicial authorities in the vast majority of cases appoint an economic examination, the purpose of which is to establish whether they are documented and whether the conclusions of the tax authorities are reliable. A well-established system of economic expertise is an effective basis for the development and increase of production capacity of enterprises. In order to implement effective management, as well as increase competitiveness in the enterprise, it is necessary to continuously identify adverse development trends and predict the probability of bankruptcy, to search for effective ways out of crisis situations with the least losses. To control the activities of the enterprise and solve problematic aspects immediately at the stage of their occurrence, it is also advisable to use economic expertise at the initiative of the company's management. In essence, its economic examination of enterprises is an applied theoretical and experimental study, and theoretical research, which is based on the use of logical, mathematical and dialectical methods of cognition, is combined with experimental verification of established dependencies, features, relationships. It is proposed to carry out non-forensic economic expertise of enterprises in five defined stages. In the course of further scientific research, a thorough study of non-forensic economic expertise should be carried out in order to prevent crises that will lead to the bankruptcy of business entities.

Social work organizations depend on a well-trained and responsive workforce to provide quality services. Human resource management (HRM) refers to the design of formal systems that ensure effective and efficient use of human talent, and serves as a vehicle to accomplish organizational goals. Effective HRM requires applying the same person-in-environment value orientation that guides client services to managing human resources. Considering the complexity of HRM, we have developed an organizing framework focused on employee development, organizational effectiveness, and cross-cutting HRM issues. In today's economic, legal, cultural and technological environment that emphasizes accountability, effective management of human talent is critical.
