Chronic renal failure is a condition of decreased kidney function gradually or overall and requires kidney replacement therapy to maintain life. Hemodialysis is a therapy for patients with chronic renal failure. Compliance with hemodialysis therapy is one of the important things to note, if the patient is not compliant it can cause a buildup of harmful substances in the body that will have an impact on the quality of life of the patient. This study aimed to analyze the correlation between compliance undergoing hemodialysis therapy and life quality of patients with chronic renal failure in the hemodialysis ward of Tabanan Regional Hospital. This study was quantitative by using a descriptive correlational design method with cross sectional approach. The population in this study was chronic renal failure patients who underwent hemodialysis in the hemodialysis ward of Tabanan Regional Hospital. as many as 260 respondents. The sampling technique was by using non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 72 respondents. Data collection used questionnaire sheets. Lambda test results obtained p-value = 0.005 (p <0.05) then H0 was rejected, which means that there was a correlation between compliance undergoing hemodialysis therapy and life quality of patients with chronic renal failure in the hemodialysis ward of Tabanan Regional Hospital. The closeness of the correlation between variables can be seen from r-value = 0.238 which had a weak correlation.

The objective of the study is to set the criteria of histological diagnosis of chronic renal insufficiency in cats. Lifetime diagnosis of chronic renal failure in a complex was set in complex, basing on anamnesis, clinical signs and laboratory results of blood and urine. For histological studies 29 cats corpses of different breeds and ages were used, who died from chronic kidney failure. Paraffin sections of 7 – 10 mm thickness from the different segments of kidney were stained with Carazzi's hematoxylin and eosin. It was established that during the histological studies in the kidney of cats who died from chronic kidney failure the microscopic changes diversity is characteristic. A characteristic feature of chronic kidney failure cats is complex of changes, which includes: 1) expand and overflow of blood capillaries of the glomeruli; 2) sludge–phenomenon in the capillaries of the glomerulus; 3) lack of blood in the capillaries of the glomerulus; 4) an increased amount of leachate in the cavity of Boumen–Shumlyanskiy capsule; 5) thickening (in some casescrescent–like) of parietal layer of Boumen–Shumlyanskiy capsule due to the hypertrophy and hyperplasia of its cells in the part of kidney cells; 6) glomerular sclerosis of the renal corpuscles and total necrosis of the renal corpuscles; 7) microcysts formation, mainly in the cortex. Other microscopic changes in different animals vary.

Of chronic kidney failure is a state of decreased kidney function, where the kidneys are no longer able to excrete the rest of the body's metabolism. In end-stage chronic kidney failure hemodialysis is needed to eliminate the rest of the body's metabolism that accumulates in the blood and reduce the risk of death. The effectiveness of hemodialysis can be seen from the decrease in urea levels after hemodialysis. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of urea levels before and after hemodialysis in kidney failure patients. This research method uses descriptive observational data collection with URR (Urea Reduction Ratio) involving 130 patients with kidney failure who undergo hemodialysis. This research was conducted in July and October 2019 in the laboratory unit of the Klaten Islamic Hospital. The results There was a decrease in urea levels before and after hemodialysis. Where ureum levels before hemodialysis averaged 133.19 mg / dl and after hemodialysi s averaged 39.74 mg / dl . Conclusions  Urea levels in patients with renal failure before hemodialysis increase / height can be 2 times or more than normal levels, an average of 133.19 mg / dl. Increased urea level increases influenced by several factors, including sex, age, indications such as supplements, medications and diabetes mellitus. Urea levels after hemodialysis  average  39.74 mg / dl resulting in a decrease in urea levels before and after hemodialysis 70,16%.

Self efficacy is a belief held by patients with chronic kidney failure undergoing hemodialation. Compliance with hemodialysis is the behavior of patients in the form of adherence to undergo hemodialysis. Chronic kidney failure is a progressive and irreversible disruption of renal function in which the body's ability to fail to maintain metabolism and fluid and electrolyte balance, causes uremia (retention of urea and other nitrogenous wastes in the blood). This study aims to determine the relationship of self efficacy with adherence to undergo hemodialysis in patients with chronic kidney failure who undergo hemodialysis in Waled District Hospital Cirebon, 2020.  This research method uses descriptive correlational with cross sectional approach. The population was patients with chronic renal failure who underwent hemodialysis at Waled District Hospital Cirebon as many as 128 patients and the sampling technique using purposive sampling technique obtained 57 respondents. The instrument used in the form of a questionnaire sheet, and data analysis using the Spearman rank test, the significance value α = 0.05.  The results showed that self efficacy with a low category was (61.4%) and compliance underwent hemodialysis with an adherent category of (54.5%). There is a relationship between self-efficacy and compliance with hemodialysis in chronic renal failure patients undergoing hemodialysis at Waled Hospital, Cirebon Regency. Respondents with high self-efficacy have a high level of compliance with hemodialysis.

Nowadays, kidney failure is a problem of many peoples in the world. We know that the main function of kidney is maintaining the chemical quality of blood particularly removing urea through urine. But when they malfunction, the pathologic state known as uremia results in a condition in which the urea is retained in the body. Failure of the kidney results in building up of harmful wastes and excess fluids in the body. Kidney diseases (failures) can be due to infections, high blood pressure (hypertension), diabetes, and/or extensive use of medication. The best form of treatment is the implantation of a healthy kidney from a donor. However, this is often not possible due to the limited availability of human organs. Chronic kidney failure requires the treatment using a tube dialyzer called dialysis. Blood is taken out of the body and passes through a special membrane that removes waste and extra fluids. The clean blood is then returned to the body. The process is controlled by a dialysis machine (tube dialyzer) which is equipped with a blood pump and monitoring systems to ensure safety. So this article investigates the real application of mathematics (diffusion) in medical science, and it also contains the mathematical formulation and interpretation of tube dialyzer in relation to diffusion.

Abstract Background Chronic kidney failure is an irreversible medical condition that impairs the kidney’s ability to function. When CRF reaches a sophisticated stage, dangerous levels of fluid, electrolytes, and wastes can accumulate within the body. Dysphonia detected within the CRF patients was due to affection of the chronic kidney failure on the system and phonatory system. Patients with CRF treated by hemodialysis are exposed to continuous pulmonary insults of multifactorial origin: Fluid retention predisposes them to pulmonary edema which occurs more frequently within the presence of concomitant cardiovascular disease. Also, the spirit of the kidney failure patients can induce psychogenic dysphonia. The aim of this work is to see and analyzed voice problems in patients with chronic kidney failure to ascertain baseline data about the scale and distribution of the probable voice disorder in these patients for early detection and proper management. Results The results obtained from this study showed that there have been statistically significant differences between chronic kidney failure patients G1 and control G2 regarding first harmonic, jitter %, shimmer dB and noise harmonic ratio dB, presence of dysphonia, and also the total score of VHI. The results of the study revealed statistical correlation between the quantity of years of hemodialysis and total acoustic measures. Conclusion The results of our study revealed that subjects with chronic failure exhibit a clinical evidence of voice disorders and proving that there is interplay of different body systems and the larynx. The voice problems can vary between CRF patients depending on duration of hemodialysis and leading causes of chronic kidney failure.
