The writing of this research aims to explain the management and impact of waqf for education in SMP Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Metro City. As for the background in this writing is the demands and expectations of the community for the greater quality of education but the capacity of the government is not yet worth the demand of the community. So the waqf movement became one of the alternatives offered to answer the challenge. Waqf movement, especially in SMP Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan aims to improve the quality of education in accordance with Muhammadiyah jargon namely "advanced education". This research is a qualitative study with this type of case study research.  The data sources in this study consist of primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques are conducted in the form of observations, interviews and documentation. The methods of data analysis are data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results of this study show that the waqf movement in SMP Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Metro City is supported not only by Muhammadiyah cadres but from sympathizers and the general public. The waqf development strategy carried out at SMP Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Kota Metro consists of (1) the conversion (substitution) of waqf assets, (2) promotion and socialization, (3) the management of waqf assets by prioritizing the allocation of waqf with regard to the 2015-2027 plan, (4) establishing partnerships and (5) strengthening the teachings of Al-Ma'un Muhammadiyah. The impact of waqf has a profound effect on the quality of education such as the improvement of school facilities and the education system in the school. Keywords: Waqf Muhammadiyah, Advanced Education Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  memaparkan pengelolaan dan dampak wakaf bagi pendidikan di SMP Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Kota Metro. Adapun yang menjadi latar belakang dalam penulisan ini adalah tuntutan dan harapan masyarakat akan kualitas pendidikan yang lebih besar namun kapasitas yag dimiliki pemerintah belum sepadan dengan permintaan masyarakat. Sehingga gerakan wakaf menjadi salah satu alternative yang ditawarkan untuk menjawab tantangan tersebut. Gerakan wakaf khususnya di SMP Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan sesuai dengan jargon Muhammadiyah yakni “pendidikan berkemajuan”.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus.  Sumber data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari sumber data primer dansumber data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun metode analisis data yang dilakukan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gerakan wakaf di SMP Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Kota Metro tidak hanya didukung oleh kader Muhammadiyah saja melainkan dari simpatisan dan masyarakat umum. Adapun strategi pengembangan wakaf yang dilakukan di SMP Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Kota Metro terdiri dari (1) penukaran (substitusi) harta wakaf, (2) promosi dan sosialisasi, (3) pengelolaan harta wakaf dengan memprioritaskan alokasi wakaf dengan memperhatikan renstra tahun 2015-2027, (4) menjalin kemitraan dan (5) Memperkuat ajaran Al-Ma’un Muhammadiyah. Dampak wakaf sangat berpengaruh terhadap mutu pendidikan seperti peningkatan fasilitas sekolah dan sistem pendidikan di sekolah tersebut.

The management of educational institutions or organizations is a very important issue in the world of education. Because the success of an educational institution depends on the leadership of the head of the madrasah. This research aims to find out the implementation of democratic leadership style and transformational head of Madrasah in MAN 1 Tulang Bawang Barat Lampung province. The method used is a descriptive analysis using a qualitative approach. This study uses primary data sources obtained through interviews and secondary data sources obtained through online media. The results showed that the ability of the principal to implement the vision and mission in improving the quality of education in MAN 1 Tulang Bawang Barat can be seen from the behavior of the principal in carrying out the preparation of the school's vision and mission with a joint discussion, the creation of an education program guided by the quality standards of education, and promoting civility, as well as mobilizing school residents to participate in improving the quality of education. The ability of the principal to communicate effectively in improving the quality of education in MAN 1 Tulang Bawang Barat is reflected in the principal's behavior in cultivating a disciplined lifestyle and interacting directly with school residents and in problem-solving through a system of discussions, meetings, or deliberations. then, the ability of the principal in developing academic and non-academic programs that can produce good quality for the school.

This research aims to know the implementation of generally accepted accounting principles of substance over form of the village’s financial management and the impact of not satisfy the principle of substance over form against the trend of lapses in Financial Management Kalimadu Jember Regency Village. This research is qualitative research in methods of case studies. Primary data obtained by the method of in-depth interview to some villagers. The secondary data were directly obtained from the Government of the Kalimadu Village. The validity test was using the technique of triangulation of Data sources. The results showed that the substance over form principle wasn’t applied in every process of financial management of the village. This is impacting on the quality of the financial report of the Kalimadu village of unaccountable and could not be accounted for so that gave rise to the existence of the lawsuit to the village head and village treasurer. AbstrakMutu suatu pendidikan dapat mempengaruhi lulusan suatu lembaga persekolahan baik formal maupun nonformal. Manajemen program pendidikan yang dikelola dengan baik akan dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan meskipun dalam prosesnya secara bertahap. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan manajemen kesetaraan paket C di SKB Kota Tasikmalaya dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena ditemukan beberapa permasalahan yang dapat mempengaruhi mutu pendidikan, diantaranya peserta didik yang menguasai IT masih sedikit, proses pembelajaran yang tidak terkontrol, penyebaran informasi pembelajaran berbasis ICT belum merata, peserta didik menginginkan pelayanan yang mudah dan cepat, serta sulitnya peserta didik menyesuaikan diri dengan peserta yang lain. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif yaitu pemecahan masalah yang didapatkan dengan cara mendeskripsikan keadaan objek atau subjek penelitian berdasarkan fakta di lapangan. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder yang didapatkan dari delapan informan dan data administratif lembaga. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah pedoman observasi dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa manajemen program pendidikan kesetaraan paket C yang meliputi aspek fungsi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan serta evaluasi, secara keseluruhan telah sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan dan berjalan secara terstruktur serta telah mencapai tujuan seperti yang diharapkan, yaitu mutu pendidikannya meningkat. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen program pendidikan kesetaraan paket C di SKB Kota Tasikmalaya secara bertahap dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan.Kata Kunci: Manajemen, paket C, Mutu, Pendidikan.  AbstractThe quality of an education can affect the graduates of a schooling institution, both formal and non-formal. Well-managed education program management will be able to improve the quality of education even though it is through a gradual process proses. The purpose of this research was to find out how the package C equivalence management process at SKB Tasikmalaya City in improving the quality of education. This research was conducted because several problems were found that could affect the quality of education, including only a few students who mastered IT, the learning process was not controlled, the dissemination of information on ICT-based learning was not evenly distributed, students wanted easy and fast services, and the difficulty of students adapting with other participants. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods, which are problem solving obtained by describing the state of the object or research subject based on facts in the field. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data obtained from eight informants and institutional administrative data. Data collection techniques in this study are through observation, interviews, and documentation. The instruments used are observation and interview guidelines. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the management of the package C equivalence education program which includes aspects of planning, organizing, actuating, monitoring and evaluating functions, Overall, it has been in accordance with and is running in a structured manner and has achieved the expected goals. It can be concluded that the management of the package C equivalence education program at the Tasikmalaya City SKB can gradually improve the quality of education.Keywords: Management, package C, Quality, Education

AbstractAccreditation is one of the governments to improve the quality of education. Likewise, to ensure the quality of education at the PAUD and PNF levels, the government held an accreditation program. However, it still has issues that need to be resolved. This study aims to identify and describe the problems of accreditation and quality mapping in the Education Office of Kulonprogo Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach and type of case study research. Based on the results of this research, in mapping the quality of accreditation in PAUD and PNF in Kulonprogo Regency, the first activity carried out was to conduct a quality mapping analysis of each institution. And the results show that the average standard kindergarten, KB, Pos PAUD, LPK and PKBM institutions that must be supervised strictly is the standard of financing. After conducting the analysis, a workshop was conducted with the Dikpora and all PAUD and PNF heads. Keywords: Quality mapping, accreditation, PAUD, PNF.

Government Regulation No. 53 of 2010 regarding the discipline of the Civil Servant loading obligations, prohibitions, and disciplinary action which could be taken to the Civil Servant who has been convicted of the offense, is intended to foster a Civil Servant who has committed an offense, the form of disciplinary punishment is mild, moderate, and weight. Disciplinary punishment for the Civil Servant under Government Regulation No. 53 of 2010 Concerning the Discipline of Civil Servants. The formulation of this journal issue contains about how the process of disciplinary punishment, and constraints and efforts to overcome the impact of the Civil Servant disciplinary punishment in Government of Demak regency. The approach used in this study is a sociological juridical approach or juridical empirical, that is an approach that examines secondary data first and then proceed to conduct research in the field of primary data normative. The process of giving disciplinary sanctions for State Civil Apparatus in Government of Demak regency begins with the examination conducted by the immediate supervisor referred to in the legislation governing the authority of appointment, transfer and dismissal of civil servants. The results showed that in general the process of sanctioning / disciplinary punishment of civil servants in the Government of Demak be said to be good and there have been compliance with the existing regulations / applied in Government Regulation No. 53 of 2010, although it encountered the competent authorities judge still apply tolerance against the employee, but also a positive impact among their deterrent good not to repeat the same offense or one level higher than before either the Civil Servant concerned or the other. Obstacles in carrying out disciplinary punishment in Government of Demak regency environment is still low awareness of employees to do and be disciplined in performing the tasks for instance delays incoming work, lack of regulatory discipline, lack of supervision system and any violations of employee discipline. There must be constraints to overcome need for cooperation with other stakeholders comprising Inspectorate, BKPP, and the immediate superior civil servants in this way can be mutually reinforcing mutual communication, consultation, coordination so that if later there is a problem in the future could be accounted for.Keywords: Delivery of Disciplinary Sanctions; Civil Servant; Government Regulation No. 53 of 2010.

<p>This study aims to find empirical evidence about the role of accounting information system (AIS) as intervening factors that affect the quality of financial reporting information of the government. This study uses a questionnaire that primary data collected from respondents, namely employees of the accounting department of the government units, especially a partner institution in the State Treasury Office (KPPN) 2 Jakarta. Data processing is performed by the method of partial least squares (PLS). The results of this study are the accounting information system has significantly the impact on the quality of government financial reporting information. While the capacity factor of human resources, control data input and application of Government Accounting Standards (SAP) have a significant direct effect on the AIS, is larger when compared to a direct influence on the quality of financial reporting information. Other factors, organizational commitment and internal control system has a significant influence either directly or indirectly on the quality of financial reporting information. The findings of the study are expected to provide input to the government the importance of improving the accounting information system, such as strengthening the capacity of human resources and accounting applications in realizing quality financial information.</p>

Abstract: The learning carried out by the teacher in the classroom must develop the quality of learning, one of which is learning motivation, students who are not passionate about learning are not optimal and of high quality, from this goal the reality is still far from expectations, many students are not aware of the importance of studying seriously, there is no passion study, there is no fun in the study room. The sampling technique used is Census Sample (Sample Saturated), while criterion-based selection is used when conducting qualitative research, 30 students as primary data sources, two teachers as secondary data sources. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, observation, documentation and questionnaires, while data analysis by reducing data, presenting data, drawing conclusions and verification by means of research stages I and II students and teachers with a Da'wah educational background, stage III and IV student informants and teachers with PAI educational background.

This study aims to analyze the effect of economic growth, provincial minimum wage, and education level on open unemployment rate in Indonesia in 2011-2015, either simultaneously or partially. Using panel data with Fixed Efect Model (FEM) approach and using secondary data of 33 provinces in Indonesia. The model estimation results show that the variable of economic growth, provincial minimum wage, and education level simultaneously have significant effect on open unemployment rate in Indonesia. While the partial variable of economic growth has a negative effect but no significant effect on the unemployment rate. The provincial minimum wage variable is partially positive and significant to the unemployment rate. The variable of educational level also have positive and significant effect to unemployment rate. The government is expected to pay serious attention to economic growth, minimum wage system, improving the quality of education, the issue of availability of employment opportunities. Keyword: Economic Growth, Wage, Education, and Unemployment

The phenomenon of Foreign Exchange (Forex) that runs in the investment sector and can help the development of Indonesia. Currently forex is a trend that is endemic and attracts the attention of many parties, both investors and the public in general. Foreign exchange or forex is a type of trade or transaction that trades the currency of a country against the currencies of other countries involving the main money markets in the world for 24 hours continuously, so in this case a legal protection is needed. The purpose of this research is to analyze legal protection in Forex transactions and legal sanctions imposed by the government on illegal Forex broker activities. This research uses a normative method that with a statutory approach. Sources of data used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. After primary legal data and secondary legal data are collected, the data will then be processed and analyzed using systematic legal data processing methods. The results showed that the alleged fraudulent investment fraud case under the guise of forex trading involved illegal brokers from the Guardian Capital Group (GCG) Asia, which harmed consumers. In line with that, the government issued a legal rule, namely Law No.8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. The Consumer Protection Law that has been set by the government is the legal basis that is accurate and full of optimism in protecting consumer rights.

Coronavirus new which caused the outbreak of pneumonia and caused the closure of tourist destinations and caused many SMEs products to be returned by the souvenir center and SMEs production stopped during the Covid-19 pandemic. Banyuwangi Regency has also experienced the closure of tourist destinations starting March 2020 and has an impact on SMEs in Banyuwangi Regency, one of which is Ratu Manis SMEs. After the closure of tourist attractions, 70% of Ratu Manis SMEs products that were entrusted to the souvenir center and tourist attractions were returned. The number of SMEs Ratu Manis production has also decreased. Many exhibition events at every festival held in Banyuwangi Regency have been canceled due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Ratu Manis SMEs is trying to rise from the impact caused by the Covid-19 pandemic through synergy from various parties with the help of the government, academics, media and the community using the pentahelix approach. The research approach used in this research is descriptive research. The data sources used in this study are secondary and primary data sources. The data were collected using data collection techniques, namely observation and interviews with the source triangulation strategy for data validity. With penta helix synergy of industry, government, academia, media and the community sweet queen SMEs can survive to face the pandemic covid-19 and may even improve the quality of the products and sales turnover also increased from 20 kg to 40 kg per day.
