IAIN Syaikh Abdurrahman Siddik Bangka Belitung implements an academic information system at located at http://ecampus.iainsasbabel.ac.id. In the academic system, there is some information that can be obtained by students. All menus contained in the academic system of IAIN Syaikh Abdurrahman Siddik Bangka Belitung are very beneficial for the campus, especially for students. With regard, it is necessary to measure the level of effectiveness of the academic information system application IAIN Syaikh Abdurrahman Siddik Bangka Belitung. To measure the level of effectiveness of the academic information system IAIN SAS Bangka Belitung then used standard the ISO 9126 with indicators of Functionality, Reliability, Usability, and Efficiency. The results showed that the four indicators of the standard ISO 9126 provide sufficiently effective, and efficient for the students in the use of Academic Information Systems.   IAIN Syaikh Abdurrahman Siddik Bangka Belitung menerapkan sistem informasi akademik yang beralamat http://ecampus.iainsasbabel.ac.id. Di dalam sistem informasi akademik ini terdapat beberapa informasi yang bisa didapat oleh mahasiswa. Seluruh menu yang terdapat dalam sistem akademik IAIN Syaikh Abdurrahman Siddik Bangka Belitung yang disiapkan sangat bermanfaat bagi kampus terutama bagi mahasiswa. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut perlu diukur tingkat efektivitas dari aplikasi sistem informasi akademik IAIN Syaikh Abdurrahman Siddik Bangka Belitung. Untuk mengukur tingkat efektivitas sistem informasi akademik IAIN Syaikh Abdurrahman Siddik Bangka Belitung digunakan standart ISO 9126 dengan indikator Functionality, Reliability, Usability dan Efficiency. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa empat variabel ISO 9126 memberikan hasil cukup efektif dan efisien bagi mahasiswa dalam penggunaan Sistem Informasi Akademik.

Universitas Bina Darma has implemented an academic system located at http://sisfo.binadarma.ac.id. In the academic system, there is some information that can be obtained by the students. From all menus contained in Universitas  Bina Darma academic system it can be seen that all the prepared information is indeed very important and helpful especially for college students. With regard to the importance and the benefits felt by students it will arise a perceived satisfaction of information obtained from the academic system. To measure the level of satisfaction of students against the University's academic system Bina Darma then used standard ISO 9126. The results showed that the six components of the standard ISO 9126 provide enough our satisfaction for the students in the use of academic information systems.

Sistem informasi pembayaran saat ini sudah menggunakan sistem berbasis modernisasi atau online, yang sangat dibutuhkan pada era globalisasi ini. Peranan transaksi online menjadi sangat penting bagi masyarakat modern. Seperti E-Commerce yang menjadi referensi dalam pengembangan form menu konfirmasi pembayaran pada sistem pembayaran online perguruan tinggi, dari sistem yang sebelumnya masih berjalan manual atau tidak online. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengimplementasikan form menu konfirmasi pembayaran online guna meningkatkan pelayanan kepada mahasiswa perguruan tinggi dalam hal memberikan informasi pembayaran yang tepat dan akurat kepada mahasiswa, serta memberikan akses mudah bagi mahasiswa Perguruan Tinggi Raharja dalam hal konfirmasi pembayaran. Selain dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi mahasiswa, sistem ini juga dapat memberikan kemudahan untuk bagian keuangan dalam pengecekan transaksi yang sudah masuk. Sistem yang diimplementasikan pada Perguruan Tinggi Raharja untuk form menu konfirmasi pembayaran ini ialah website goplus. Website goplus ini dibangun dengan menggunakan yii2 framework, dimana sudah banyak diterapkan sebelumnya pada sistem informasi akademik lainnya di Perguruan Tinggi Raharja. Pada yii2 framework terdapat fitur CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) yang dapat mempermudah dalam membuat suatu form.The current payment information systems already use-based systems modernization or online, which is much needed in this era of globalization. The role of online transactions is becoming very important for modern society. Like the E-Commerce as a reference in the development of the payment confirmation menu form on the college online payment system, from a system that previously still runs manually or not online. The purpose of this research is to implement online payment confirmation menu form to enhance services to college students in terms of providing payment information which is precise and accurate to college students, as well as providing easy access for students College Raharja in terms of payment confirmation. In addition to providing convenience for students, the system is also able to provide convenience to the financial section in checking of transactions already entered. The system is implemented on College Raharja to form this payment confirmation menu is goplus website. Goplus website was built using the yii2 framework, which already implemented earlier in other academic information system in College Raharja. In the yii 2 framework there are features of the CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) which can make it easier to create a form.

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of academic information systems in improving the quality of higher education implementation in PGRI STKIP Bangkalan, and the extent to which the policies of implementing higher education before and after the use of information systems and how satisfaction is felt by students towards academic information systems at STKIP PGRI Bangkalan, named STKIP PGRI Bangkalan’s Siakad.The study was conducted by conducting a survey of users of the internet-based academic information system (Siakad STKIP PGRI Bangkalan), namely lecturers, students and employees with the method of observation and conducting in-depth interviews to obtain as much information as possible from all respondents/informants. The number of informants was 5 people consisting of the chairman of STKIP PGRI Bangkalan, Vice Chairman I, Head of BAAK and two students who had experience in their respective fields of work, knew deeply and had many roles in the process of using information systems.Based on the results of the study, it was shown that with the use of the information system/ STKIP PGRI Bangkalan’s Siakad which is one of the facilities for the smooth activities of the teaching and learning process, it proved to provide convenience, many benefits and benefits that greatly support the duties of serving lecturers, students and outsiders requiring. This is evidenced by the support of the support of lecturers and students, capacity, namely the ability of employees to process data and value, namely the benefits felt by lecturers, employees and students as well as outside parties in need.

One of the features in the Feeder PDDIKTI application is the student activity feature. The feature is used to record student activities with participants' activities, supervisors and examiners. The problem with the Feeder PDDIKTI application when recording student activities is that the operator must input data one by one to the application. Therefore DIKTI also provides web services that can be used so that the recording process can be better.Implementation of recording student activities using web services on the Feeder PDDIKTI with extreme programming methods is carried out in accordance with the stages. In the planning part, an analysis is carried out on the business needs and user stories, in the design, use case diagrams and activity diagrams are made, coding is done by implementing the design using the PHP programming language, and testing is done using black box testing.In running the application, upload excel files are used for student activity data, activity participants, supervisors and examiners. After the student activity is successfully uploaded an excel file is generated from the system which contains student activities that already have the id_akt_mhs attribute. These attributes will be used to link student activity data with activity participants, supervisors, and examiners when filling in data in an excel file. Applications made are not yet connected to the Academic Information System Application so that for future development it is expected to be able to connect and retrieve data directly from the Academic Information System Application.

Academic information systems are designed to manage academic-related data using computer technology. The quality of the information system helps provide satisfaction for the organization and increases competitiveness, providing added value to STMIK Widuri. To measure the success of a system can apply the success model of Delone and McLean. By testing the system using DeLone and McLean it is known that the STMIK Widuri academic information system as a whole has a good quality system and scores 81.63%.

Information systems play a very important role in the world of education to convey academic and non-academic information. At SMPN 2 Sedati, information is conveyed to parents about academic and non-academic achievements at the end of the semester. There is no information system that can provide development for students with mobile devices. The purpose of this research is to make a student monitoring information system to make it easier for teachers and bk in providing information on grades, presence, achievement, violations to parents of students efficiently and quickly. System testing is carried out by the blackbox method with 100% results without any errors, while user testing using the User Aceptance Testing method gets results for teachers and bk according to the material needed, for parents the application is very easy to use and the information obtained is very useful. It can be concluded that the application of the Android-Based Student Monitoring Information System is very useful and makes it easy for teachers and Bk to provide information to parents of students about the development of their children.

Abstrak: Sistem informasi penduduk dimaksud untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dalam hal pelayanan dalam masyarakat. Kelurahan Sangaji kota ternate utara selama ini mempunyai sistem informasi yang masih dalam bentuk manual sehingga menyulitkan dan memperlambat dalam proses penambahan, penghapusan (atau pembuatan surat). Oleh sebab itu perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk merancang aplikasi sistem informasi penduduk. Tujuan dari sistem informasi ini adalah untuk memberikan kemudahan kepada masyarakat dalam melakukan pengurusan dokumen kelurahan, serta menginformasikan pelayanan masyarakat yang efisiensi. Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan dalam hal ini adalah analisis kebutuhan sistem, perancangan sistem. Dalam implementasi ini digunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan sebagai databasenya digunakan MySQL.Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Kependudukan, PHP, Database, MySQL.Abstract: The population information system is intended to improve efficiency in terms of service in the community. Sangaji Urban Village North Ternate City has an information system that is still in the manual form which makes it difficult and slow in the process of adding, deleting (or making letters). Therefore it is necessary to do research to design a population information system application. The purpose of this information system is to provide convenience to the community in managing urban village documents, as well as providing efficient public services. The steps taken in this case are system requirements analysis, system design. This study was conducted to determine maturity level of Delivery and Support process on the implementation of the Academic Information System Padang State University, according to the criteria in the Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology (COBIT). Processes evaluated were (1) Ensure Continuous Service, (2) Manage Service Desk and Incidents, and (3) Manage Data. The method used in this study is a questionnaire with the appropriate research subjects RACI diagram mapping, and direct observation of Academic Information Systems, State University of Padang. The findings showed the maturity level of the process ensure continuous service, manage service desk and incidents, and manage data in the implementation of the Academic Information System Padang State University is located on level 3 (the process is defined). Results of evaluation of the maturity level is fundamental in determining the proposed improvements to the management of the State University of Padang in order to improve the service.

Abstrak--- Dalam suatu lembaga pendidikan atau sekolah sistem informasi akademik  sangat dibutuhkan guna membantu murid serta pendidik untuk mendapatkan berbagai informasi,seperti informasi mengenai data diri siswa, jadwal akademik, dan info lainnya. Jarak dan Efisiensi waktu menjadi faktor utama bagi para siswa dalam mendapatkan informasi, sering kali informasi yang tidak sampai ke pihak siswa serta keterlambatan dalam meraih informasi akademik menjadi suatu keluhan dan seiring berkembangnya tekonologi, informasi harus mudah di capai dengan mengembangkan aplikasi perangkat mobile berbasis android sebagai sarana utama informasi, khususnya dibidang akademik. Aplikasi SMART DEWAN adalah aplikasi yang di peruntukan untuk siswa SMK Dewantara 2 Cikarang di mana digunakan untuk mempermudah absensi, ujian, pembayaran dan informasi bagi siswa SMK Dewantara 2 Cikarang.   Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi , Sistem Informasi Sekolah, Mobile system , Android.   Abstract--in an educational institution or school an academic information system is needed to help students and educators to obtain various information, such as information about student self-data, academic schedules, and other info. Distance and time efficiency are the main factors for students in getting information, often the information that does not reach the students and the delay in obtaining academic information becomes a complaint and as technology develops, information must be easily achieved by developing an Android-based mobile device application as main means of information, especially in the academic field. Academic Information Systems Prodi UNIKOM Information System is the primary system used in the Information Systems Prodi process data and information about lectures and students. But in this system still found a lack of control of physical and logical security. To find out how your system security in organizations, information systems need security audit to determine whether security information is in accordance with the security procedures of management. Standardization used here is ISO 27001, this standards have been an international standards organization that is structured on the management of information security systems. Implementation of academic information system security audit is done by using the Audit Checklist ISO 27001: 2005. Audit results found security controls are still less well as the roles and responsibilities of employee safety, physical protection from disasters and power failures, data validation, and data backup are less regular. So the academic information system security controls is still need to be repairs in accordance with the recommendation.
