This article aims to determine the perceptions of state civil servants at the Regional Secretariat of the Sangihe Islands Regency on the implementation of work from home and how the effectiveness of the implementation of work from home.  The hope is that this article can become a policy recommendation for the government in formulating policies related to the implementation of work from home in the future as an anticipatory step considering the changing environment.  The method used in writing this article is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach.  The data collection technique was carried out through interviews with six state civil servants at the Regional Secretariat of Sangihe Islands Regency who were determined purposively.  The effectiveness of the implementation of work from home referred to in this article is viewed from the support of infrastructure and performance achievements.  The results show that the implementation of work from home depends on an electronic communication system based on information technology.  During work from home, public services continue to run effectively at the Regional Secretariat of Sangihe Islands Regency. This study raised the issue of understanding salt farmers about the halal products starting from pre-production, production processes, and post-production in Gampong Cebrek, Kecamatan Simpang Tiga, Pidie District. The purpose of this research is to find out the understanding of salt farmers about the halal nature of the product and what are the constraints of salt farmers related to efforts to manage product halal guarantee. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, and uses a sample selection technique with the provisions of the characteristics and characteristics of objects in a purposive sampling study, the data collection technique is done in three ways, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants were four salt farmers and keuchik Gampong (village head) Cebrek. The results showed that the understanding of salt farmers in terms of pre-production was good, the production process was quite good and post-production was good. The obstacle factor of salt farmers related to product halal guarantee is that the income and expenditure of salt farmers are not comparable or still low so it is not enough to carry out the halal label management process, and is also constrained in the fencing of salt fields. Here there needs to be attention and role from the government, LPPOM (Institute of Studies, Food, Medicine and Cosmetics)-MPU (Ulama Consultative Assembly) Aceh to guide salt farmers to immediately fence off their salt fields so that the salt production process is better so that it meets the standards halal products.Keywords: Understanding of salt farmers, halal products.

Describe the implementation of the fingerprint electronic absence policy on the discipline and performance of civil servants as well as the impact it has on implementing the fingerprint electronic absence policy. Qualitative descriptive method describes various conditions and situations as the object of research. The data collection techniques used were observation, documentation and interviews. After the implementation of fingerprint electronic attendance, discipline increases and obligations as employees have been carried out in accordance with applicable regulations. The application of sanctions in the regional government of seluma regency is in accordance with the regulations of civil servants and the provision of rewards for employees who excel has been carried out properly, to inspire other employees, so that they can work better.

This study aims to determine the impact of business planning for the development of MSMEs. The research method uses is a qualitative method with a descriptive and explorative descriptive approach. From the results of the research conducted, the results show that proper business planning and the application of a good marketing strategy have a positive impact on the sustainability of MSME activities. In addition, the quality of production that has a competitive advantage is also one of the driving factors. For the development of MSMEs, there are several obstacles faced, especially related to capital and guidance from the local government. With the development of MSMEs, it is expected to improve people's welfare, including helping the government in reducing unemployment.

This study aims to describe how the development of tourism, including supporting and barrier factors of the government for development of Bukit Khayangan tourism object. And analyze the effect that come from the development of Bukit Khayangan tourism object to the economic of local community. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques in this research were conducted by interviews, observations, and documentation. The result showed that there was an increase in facilities after the development, although the cleanliness and safety still were not optimal. The development of Bukit Khayangan tourism object gives contribution to the increase of local community bussiness, one of them is to opening jobs for local community. But, the participation of local community need to be improved to moving forward improve overall the community welfare.

This study is a qualitative research that analyzes the level of accountability for the use of village funds which is studied through the competence aspect of village fund managers and the internal control system of village funds. The subjects were village in rural village fund manager Beo Rahong Village, District of Ruteng,  Manggarai Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province. Meanwhile, the object of research is the competence of managers, internal control systems and accountability of village funds. The data collection technique used a triangulation approach, namely from the source, method and time aspects. While the data analysis used a qualitative descriptive approach by analyzing the results of the data obtained by the triangulation approach. Based on the results of the data and after being analyzed, it shows that the competency aspect of village fund budget managers is still less competent due to the limitations of five things, namely, knowledge, understanding, abilities, values, attitudes and interests . Meanwhile, in terms of aspects of the internal control system that are still not in accordance with the standards as stipulated in Government Regulation Number 60 of 2008 concerning the government's internal control system, this is due to the manager's competence not being maximized. Then in terms of accountability for the use of village funds, this has not been realized, this is due to the not yet maximal competence, internal control which is also still not carried out optimally due to limited human resources in mastering information technology and the lack of support for information technology facilities.

In this day and age many people use Indonesian language which is not in accordance with the rules of language and with the advancement of information technology which rapidly raises many social media, one of which is Instagram which is loved by almost all Indonesian people. The purpose of this study is to find out and explain how much influence instagram has in fostering the development of Indonesian. The method used is descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques. The results of the study explained that Instagram social media was also used by the Ministry of Education and Culture to develop Indonesian language through accounts @badanbahasakemndikbud which upload many Indonesian rules and grammar, including spelling of words, equivalent words, raw words, punctuation, word terms, proverbs, and so on. Not only official accounts from the government, some communities also contribute to developing the Indonesian language through Instagram, one of which is @sastraindonesia with upload contents that together discuss Indonesian rules and grammar. The impact of the instagram as one of the media used in the development of Indonesian language is that more and more people know about Indonesian rules and grammar because of the ease of access by Instagram communities.

Teaching is an educator activity in the learning process, which aims to develop the potential that students have in the form of knowledge, skills, and attitudes. Since the Covid 19 pandemic, the government has issued a policy of "Belajar Dari Rumah" (BDR) as an effort to overcome the spread of the virus. Teaching in accordance with BDR policy makes educators at private universities in Jambi city who do not have a Learning Management System (LMS) conduct teaching management in accordance with their expertise and knowledge. This study aims to describe the experience of educators in universities who do not have LMS in managing teaching during the Covid 19 pandemic so that learning can run according to learning objectives using a qualitative descriptive approach, involving ten educators with different scientific fields and courses. This research uses a qualitative research method involving ten educators from private universities in Jambi who do not have LMS. Data have collected through observations, interviews, and documents. The data collected have analyzed through the stages of reducing data, displaying data, and drawing conclusions in accordance with research objectives. The data analyzed is using the technique validity of data through data triangulation. The study found that the management of educator teaching in private universities in Jambi city who do not have LMS is implemented BDR policies during the pandemic period following the established implementation rules without leaving the meaning of learning and learning process standards that have set out in government regulations through the stage of teaching management. Background of the study: The college library is the heart of higher education. In the era of information technology today the needs and desires of the settlers vary and change. Librarians are required to be creative and have competence when managing libraries and serving the users. Librarians must develop better performance by paying attention to the quality of service to users. Purpose: The research aims to determine creativity to improve the service and performance of the librarian. Method: This research uses qualitative method. Findings: The results of this research are the efforts of the librarian in increasing the creativity of the librarian's performance, which can be seen from the skills and abilities gained by the librarians through a formal education of the libraries D3, S1 and S2. In addition to increasing the knowledge and insight of librarians write scientific works. Librarians also participate in and hold training, workshops, socialization and book reviews. Conclusion: The organizational environment encourages creativity such as awards given to librarians that can be seen in the performance and aspects of librarian behavior used to calculate incentives. In addition, the support of the leadership and the good team work also affects the creativity of the librarians.

The economy has changed dramatically since the COVID-19 outbreak began. The impact that occurred in Indonesia was almost on all fronts, and the Government continued to issue policies due to this impact. Tax policies that are designed to provide incentives for affected taxpayers are expected to increase economic growth. This research was conducted to map 14 Tax Policies in three Regulations issued by the Government based on the objective of reducing the economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. The study used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach obtained. Then perform data analysis using three stages of analysis techniques in the form of data collection, data reduction, and concluding. The results of the study state that Indonesia has issued a policy to help taxpayers who are affected by COVID-19. Benefits for taxpayers, namely a reduction in rates to an exemption from income tax, the goal is that the economy which has stopped moving up becomes stable. AbstrakWork From Home (WFH) merupakan teleworking suatu tipe pekerjaan yang dilakukan dari rumah secara regular tanpa harus datang ke tempat kerja. Di masa pandemi covid-19, pemerintah menerapkan peraturan WFH bertujuan untuk mengurangi penyebaran covid-19. Proses monitoring tridharma dosen sebelumnya dilakukan secara langsung oleh Prodi S1 Manajemen harus dilakukan dengan cara daring. E-Monitoring merupakan pengawasan dan pemantauan proses kerja melalui pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Tujuan dari penelian ini adalah penerapan Trello dalam membantu Prodi S1 Manajemen  memantau kegiatan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi dosen pada masa pandemi covid-19. Trello merupakan suatu aplikasi visual dengan gaya kanban (kartu catatan atau note) yang digunakan untuk mengorganisai pekerjaan. Penerapan Trello sebagai tools dalam melakukan e-monitoring  tridharma Perguruan Tinggi dosen Prodi Manajemen sangat bermanfaat. Melalui trello, Kaprodi dapat mengetahui sejauh mana progress yang dilakukan dosen pada kegiatan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Previously, the lecturers' Tridharma monitoring process was carried out directly by the S1 Management Study Program and must be done online. E-Monitoring is the supervision and monitoring of work processes through the use of information technology. The purpose of this research is the application of Trello in helping the Undergraduate Management Study Program to monitor the activities of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education lecturers during the Covid-19 pandemic. Trello is a visual application in the style of a Kanban (note card or note) used to organize work. The application of Trello as a tool in conducting e-monitoring of the Tridharma of Higher Education for Management Study Program lecturers is very useful. Through Trello, the Head of Study Program can find out the extent of the progress made by lecturers in the Tri Dharma of Higher Education activity.Keywords: E-Monitoring, Trello, Work From Home
