Accreditation is a government assessment for a Higher Education. Based on the regulation of the minister of education and culture of the Republic of Indonesia number 87 of 2014 article 6, the validity period of the accreditation status and ranking of accredited study programs and tertiary institutions is 5 (five) years. During this time, the institution must prepare the documents used for accreditation. In 2019, the government has implemented changes to the standard accreditation assessment criteria of an institution, the evaluation of accreditation documents refers to several documents, one of them is Study Program Performance Sheet (LKPS) which is recapitulated in an excel. This research focuses on data integration at LKPS. In the LKPS excel data there is a relationship between the data with one another. One of the data that has a relationship is data related to lecturers with tridharma activities. Given that the application of this new rule began in 2019, this research focuses on designing the concept offline, namely Database integration made using Microsoft Access. LKPS analysis results have determined that there are 30 tables of which there are 22 integrated tables and 8 tables that do not have integration.

Today, learning how to program or coding is an important issue even for children. So, pre-service Information Technology (IT) teachers are expected to have gained necessary skills for teaching programming. Considering that learning programming is not an easy process, we need icebreakers in order to change pre-service teachers’ perceptions of programming positively. This study focused on an implementation of a training of rapid application development (RAD). The aim of the study was to come up with an answer to the question; “can RAD be used as an icebreaker in order to change Turkish pre-service IT teachers’ perceptions towards programming positively?” The findings revealed that RAD tools can be used as icebreakers in the context of the study. In this respect, it is recommended that these tools be included in the higher education programs providing informatics education.

Brexit has happened and it will have far-reaching consequences both for UK universities and the further development of the European Higher Education Area.  In a relatively short period of 15 years, European integration has gone from a forward-looking process of integration to an increasingly more complex and challenging endeavour of dealing with diversity in its various manifestations.  In the grips of an economic and political crisis, and with a massive refugee emergency unfolding along the European borders, the integration process is falling apart. The spirit of cooperation has diminished as European institutions have not been able to present credible solutions to the problems faced.  Anti-European Union sentiment is spreading among its member states, with Brexit its most manifest outcome so far.  Higher education has appeared to be immune to these trends with the Bologna Process, the research program Horizon 2020 and the education program ERASMUS+ as clear manifestations of increased co-operation and funding. However, Brexit has it made clear that European Higher Education, despite its commitment to regional co-operation, cannot escape the changing reality around it. Greater intentionality and integration of internationalisation into institutional mission can enable UK universities to demonstrate the value and impact of an international community of students and scholars, firstly to themselves and secondly to the Government in the upcoming negotiations.

The establishment of Community Academy (CA) as a vocational education diploma one and/or two stipulated in Law No. 12/2012 fit 59 is an effort to increase the Gross Enrollment Ratio (GER) for higher education (HE), to develop human resource quality, and to provide an opportunity for the region to have a public university. In addition, the establishment of CA is expected to support the implementation and expansion of regional economic growth, as set out in the MP3EI concept initiated by the government. However, the results obtained by the study, the establishment of CA is still reaping a number of problems related to determining the course, the accuracy of the location of the appointment and organization of the study program, and the pattern of development and the ongoing working relationship. Having critically analyzed the problems, this article recommends to (a) conduct an in-depth and thorough assessment to determine the program of study in CA; (b) negotiate the establishment of CA with ‘assignment’ type and provide the opportunities for private sector CA to participate; (c) substitute the courses conducted by CA in certain regions ; (d) change the distribution budgent patterns: and (e) set a special teamwork responsible directly to the Minister of Education and Culture.

Other results show that students are not ready to face the new rule set by the government, "the new normal life" if online classes continue. Another result also show that the effective lecturing system during the Covid-19 pandemic should be both online and offline that are carried out alternately while still paying attention to health protocols in order to prevent Covid-19 from spreading.

The Covid-19 pandemic, which began to spread in Indonesia since March 2020, has made many activities to take place at home. The government asks all Indonesians to work from home, worship from home, and learn from home. This is done so that the virus does not spread and cause even greater casualties. Learning from home is one way to prevent students from the dangers of the Covid-19 virus. Starting from the level of early childhood education to higher education are required to carry out distance learning using technology assistance such as video calls with Hangouts, Zoom, Skype, and Webex. Future Stars Preschool also has to do distance learning using the video call method and each parent is asked to prepare their child at home so they can take online classes with written material that has been prepared in advance. Parents are also asked to take photos of their children doing homework to be emailed and the materials that have been done are sent to school at the end of the period. Schools must determine what video call application to use so that each child can take part in distance learning, as well as the method of delivering material to each child. The applications used should be easy and not burdensome for parents, and also the delivery or processing of materials can be easier for early childhood children.
