Kupang is a city where teacher competence is still low. The government has disbursed quite a lot of funds for teacher development in Kupang. It is unfortunate if the teachers who have been fostered do not have high loyalty to move to other schools or leave the area. It is suspected that loyalty is influenced by teacher satisfaction and integrity. Satisfaction can include satisfaction with salary, workload, leadership, co-workers, awards, regulations, and facilities. If the components influence of satisfaction and integrity on teacher loyalty in Kupang can be found, then policies to increase loyalty can be pursued. This research aims to analyze the distribution of teachers in Kupang based on their loyalty, analyze the distribution of teachers in Kupang based on their general satisfaction, the distribution of teachers in Kupang based on their integrity, and the effect of integrity and satisfaction on teacher loyalty in Kupang. This research was conducted based on 141 teachers in Kupang who were selected by purposive sampling. The method used for data analysis is Partial Least Square (PLS) and Distribution Table. The data analysis found that 39% of respondents had low loyalty, and 61% had high loyalty; 48.2% of respondents had low general satisfaction and 51.8% had high satisfaction, 44% had low integrity, and 56% had high integrity. Variables that influence loyalty are integrity, satisfaction with salary, school rules, and co-workers. The higher the integrity and satisfaction component of salaries, regulations, and co-workers, the higher the loyalty of teachers in Kupang.

The purpose of the study is to identify the relationship between public perceptions about audit opinion, audit findings and the level of corruption in Papua Province (Case Study of the Government of Keerom Regency, Jayapura Regency and Sarmi Regency). A sample of 120 respondents consisted of 40 respondents from each district. Data collection techniques through questionnaires and data analysis using the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results showed the greater the perception of audit opinions the greater the trust in corruption handled by the auditor. Meanwhile, the results of the study showed that the magnitude of audit findings carried out by BPK influenced the level of corruption that occurred. Audit findings can detect corruption in the government and local government efforts to make improvements according to the auditor's recommendations can significantly reduce the level of corruption.

E-Samsat offers the service regarding motorized vehicle tax payment online. Still, in its implementation, it does not have many users. It is due to the community's lack of awareness and the advantages that it can offer. The research aimed to analyze the determinant factors in using the e-Samsat service in East Java. The effects of each variable (trust, awareness, ease of use, and intention to use) on each other were examined. The research was conducted at Samsat joint office in Surabaya because it was the area with the largest motorized vehicle in East Java. The research applied a quantitative approach. There were 200 respondents who were users of the service. They were selected using the cross-section technique through questionnaires. Then, data analysis used the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach. Data analysis results indicate that almost all hypotheses are acceptable and have a significant effect on each other. However, trust does not have a significant effect on the intention to use. The analysis of these factors can be recommended to increase the acceptance of e-Samsat services in East Java. The research can help the government to make decisions related to e-government, create technological innovations that facilitate payments, and improve e-Samsat services quality.

Creative agriculture is a vast and deep knowledge of a product from its preparation from raw material to the end consumer of the product. Hence creative agriculture deals with deep analysis, production process, and commercialization, of a product. The present study explored the relationship between food service quality, innovation in production, customers’ satisfaction, and local product promotion. Both the foodservice quality and innovation in production increase customer satisfaction and local product promotion. An increased level of customer satisfaction is also promising for the increment in local product promotion. A survey from 300 food engineers working with different food providing companies, were the respondents of the present study for the collection of primary data. Then, a statistical software, named Partial Least Square (PLS) was used for the finalization of the data analysis process. The results achieved from the data analysis were used for the accomplishment of the end results of the present study.

This research is carried out to examine the influences of blue ocean leadership styles on emotional intelligence. A stratified random sampling technique is used to identify the sample for this study. Questionnaire is distributed to 120 middle to top level leaders from the selected government link companies (GLCs) which is listed in the Government Link Transformation Programme (GLTP). A partial least square structural model (PLS-SEM) approach is used to analyses the data for this study. The findings indicate that there is a significant relationship between blue ocean leadership style and emotional intelligence. This study would give practical implications where it could inform leaders that they need to have high emotional intelligence in order to lead the organization. This study also contributes to new knowledge by pointing to the leadership role of accurate attributions, where each attribution can lead to enhancing leader effectiveness.

The purpose of this study is to find out the factors which affect on purchase decision of fake (non-genuine) Nike sports shoes. Data analysis generally confirms the structural relationship of all variables, namely price and country of origin on brand image and its impact on purchase decision for fake (non-genuine) Nike shoes. This research was conducted on Gold's Gym consumers in the city area of West Jakarta with a sample size of 130 respondents. The data analysis method used in this study is the Component or Variance Based Structural Equation Model where the data processing used Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) version 3.2.9. The results show that all hypotheses can be accepted, except for the third hypothesis, which indicates that the country of origin does not effect on purchase decision.

This study aims to analyze and obtain empirical evidence of deceptive behavior as a moderating variable of trust in purchasing through e-commerce purchase intentions. The data of this research were obtained from the results of collecting a questionnaire of 100 respondents who were consumers who had made transactions through e-commerce sites. Testing the hypothesis in this study using the measurement model (Outer Model) and structural models (Inner Model) with the application of Partial Least Square (PLS). The PLS program used is SmartPLS version 3.02.8. The results of this study indicate that trust has a positive effect on purchase intentions. However, with deceptive behavior as moderation, deceptive behavior weakens the relationship between trust in purchasing through E-Commerce and purchase intention as a mediating variable. Purchase intention is proven to be a mediating variable that mediates trust in mentally buying. The government should be more assertive in handling cases of e-commerce crime that are rife to create security and comfort for e-commerce site users.

The development of investment in Indonesia has increased rapidly over the past few years. One of the key factors affecting stock traders' trading behavior is information. Information that was previously difficult to obtain by investors became easily obtained due to technological developments. In addition to information, the characteristics of traders also influence their trading behavior. The population used in this study is the entire citizen of Surabaya, and the sample of this study is stock traders who have a minimum of 1-year trading experience. Data analysis is done by using Partial Least Square with Smart PLS 3.0. The result of this study is that information has a significant effect on trading behavior, while neuroticism, extraversion, openness, agreeableness, and conscientiousness do not moderate the effect of information on trading behavior significantly.

The main aim of the study was to empirically investigate and understand the effects that autonomy has on job satisfaction and job performance in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The empirical data was obtained from a questionnaire of 242 people living and working in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Once the data was collected, data analysis was conducted to assure validity and reliability through items’ loadings and Cronbach’s Alpha values.Furthermore, the scales were tested for convergent validity through partial least-square path modelling using SmartPLS 3 software. The results indicated that the effects of autonomy on job performance and job satisfaction were significant and had positive relationship.
