Currently informarsi system is needed by several large companies. To support some data processing, one of them is employee data processing and employee contract data. Given the existing problems in contract data pengelohan often occurs that the check is not maximal so some data left behind and even neglected impact on the increase in salaries of employees who are late due to contracts that are not handled according to schedule. This study aims to create a web-based RIL application using sms gateway for delivery of contract data reminder information. This research uses SDLC method with Extreme Programming model with stages of planning, designing, coding, testing, implementation and evaluation. SMS gateway is a gateway for information dissemination using SMS. With SMS gateway can spread the message of the serial number automatically and quickly which is directly connected with the database of mobile numbers that have been stored. This can be done by RIL applications in sending reminder information messages to the HRD division as well as employees receiving their contract expiration date information. The result of the research is the user can maximize the checking of contract data so that nothing is left behind and give the report that arranged well and clear

ABSTRAK Balai Latihan Kerja secara umum merupakan gedung atau sarana yang digunakan sebagai tempat berlatih dan menambah keterampilan untuk mempersiapkan diri dalam memasuki dunia kerja. Saat ini proses penerimaan dan ujian seleksi peserta pelatihan kerja pada balai latihan kerja masih dilakukan dengan cara konvensional, peserta harus mendatangi lokasi balai latihan kerja untuk melakukan pendaftaran dan mengikuti ujian seleksi, dampaknya hal ini menjadi salah satu hambatan bagi masyarakat yang ingin mengikuti program pelatihan kerja. Selain itu kurangnya penyebaran informasi kepada masyarakat tentang periode penerimaan peserta pelatihan kerja yang dilaksanakan oleh balai latihan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan sebuah aplikasi berbasis web dengan menggunakan metode Extreme Programming (XP) yang bermanfaat bagi masyarakat untuk memudahkan dalam proses pendaftaran dan pelaksanaan ujian seleksi menjadi peserta pelatihan kerja. Serta diharapkan dapat meminimalkan hambatan yang selama ini terjadi. Dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak terdapat beberapa pendekatan atau metode yang digunakan, dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah Extreme Programming (XP) untuk membangun aplikasi seleksi peserta pelatihan kerja. Extreme Programming (XP) merupakan sebuah proses rekayasa perangkat lunak yang cenderung menggunakan pendekatan berorientasi objek dan sasaran dari metode ini adalah tim yang dibentuk dalam skala kecil sampai medium serta metode ini juga sesuai jika tim dihadapkan dengan requirement yang tidak jelas maupun terjadi perubahan-perubahan requirement yang sangat cepat. Hasil penelitian ini berupa aplikasi penyebaran informasi dan ujian seleksi peserta pelatihan berbasis web yang dapat memberikan kemudahan kepada calon peserta untuk mendapatkan informasi terkait balai latihan kerja, melakukan pendaftaran sampai dengan melakukan ujian seleksi.  ABSTRACT Training Center in general is a building or a means used as a place to practice and add skills to prepare yourself in entering the workforce. Currently the process of acceptance and examination of the selection of training participants at the vocational training center is still done in the conventional way, the participants must go to the vocational training center to enroll and take the selection test, the impact of this becomes one of the obstacles for people who want to join the job training program. In addition, the lack of dissemination of information to the public about the period of acceptance of training participants conducted by the vocational training center. This study aims to create a web-based application using Extreme Programming (XP) method that is useful for the community to facilitate the registration process and implementation of the selection test to be a work-training participant. And expected to minimize the barriers that have been happening. In the software development there are several approaches or methods used, in this study the method used is Extreme Programming (XP) to build application selection of training participants. Extreme Programming (XP) is a software engineering process that tends to use object oriented approach and the target of this method is a team formed on a small to medium scale and this method is also appropriate if the team faced with unclear requirements as well as changes in requirement changes which is very fast. The results of this research is the application of information dissemination and selection test of web-based training participants that can give ease to prospective participants to get information related to work training center, registering up to do the selection test. In the current era where technology is increasingly developing so that it can change a pattern or habit of society, it can be used by anyone, anywhere. The Bina Muda Gemilang Foundation is no exception, which also takes advantage of technological developments to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of existing business processes. One of the business processes that run at this foundation, namely the data processing of client outreach activities, there are still many gaps where the error rate of data input is quite high. Also frequent date falsification of outreach activities and officer indiscipline in data input. This study aims to solve existing problems by creating a web-based system that is made using the programming languages PHP and MySQL for the database, which can facilitate business processes and minimize errors.

PT Gramedia is a company engaged in the printing industry. Currently, PT Gramedia provides facilities for a number of laptops that can be lent to employees to support their work needs. During the current COVID-19 pandemic, PT Gramedia requires some of its employees to work from home. This results in the increasing need for employees to work devices in the form of laptops. The research conducted aims to design and build a web-based laptop lending information system using the Bootstrap 4 framework, which is intended to help make the data collection and administration process faster, easier and more efficient in terms of time, cost, place and energy. From the results of the research, a system was built according to user needs and was able to solve existing problems. In addition, the resulting system is also more flexible and dynamic and can be accessed from a variety of different types of devices.   Index Terms—Bootstrap; extreme programming; information system; laptop rental

The COVID-19 outbreak has a major impact, especially on tourism. Closure of tourist attractions must be enforced to prevent the spread of the virus. People are required to maintain a safe distance and avoid crowds (physical distancing). Some policies and guidelines are created to adapt to the new normal era to drive and stabilize the people's economy during this pandemic. Tourist attractions start operating with government guidelines, including limiting the number of visitors and implementing supporting technology to prevent queues of visitors when purchasing entrance tickets. This study develops a web-based system to facilitate ordering tickets through a web-based system, uploading proof of transfer, and obtaining e-tickets to be shown to ticket officers. Extreme Programming model was used. The e-ticket system has been tested at Baluran National Park using the Blackbox method, showing that the system has the functionality to meet user needs.

 KPPN Medan II is one of the government organization units at the Ministry of Finance. Where leaders and employees who work at KPPN Medan II always carry out official trips between cities and outside the city. With these conditions, making SPPD documents experiencing the intensity of official travel activities carried out by employees of KPPN Medan II can be said frequently. So that in making SPPD in KPPN Medan II is still using the manual method that is recording through Microsoft Word which in the sense is less effective and efficient. In naming employees who get official assignments, officers manually entering employee data that receives official travel letters are prone to being lost because data is manually written. The web-based SPPD application is built by applying this prototyping method which is expected to facilitate SPPD KPPN Medan II management officers in making SPPD that is effective, efficient, accurate, time-saving, and not prone to losing SPPD data of KPPN Medan II employees who will has made official trips due to the existence of a special database to accommodate all SPPD files.

Purpose This study examines the websites of central government ministries, prefectures and municipalities to obtain a comprehensive bird’s-eye view of how they are preparing for natural disasters in the context of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. Design/methodology/approach This study examines the websites of central government ministries, prefectures and municipalities in Japan to survey the actual status of information dissemination on “evacuation and sheltering” in the context of COVID-19. Findings This study found that the central government issued many notices, notifications and administrative communications to prefectures, cities with public health centers and special wards, which were mainly related to opening, securing and operating evacuation centers and improving the environment. It was found that most prefectures disseminated information on both survival and living evacuation and did so from June onward, when the flood season was approaching. Among the municipalities, there were differences in information dissemination tendencies by prefecture, and it became clear that smaller municipalities were especially incapable of fully disseminating information via the Web. Research limitations/implications The data from the prefectures and municipalities surveyed in this study were collected from websites and do not necessarily represent the actual response to disaster-related evacuation in the context of COVID-19 in those areas. To clarify this evacuation, more detailed surveys are needed. Originality/value This study is unique because no research has been conducted on the response of Japanese administrative agencies to disaster-related evacuation in the context of COVID-19; the actual situation was analyzed in this study by examining central government ministries, prefectures and municipalities as administrative agencies and comparing their responses.

Abstract: In this era of globalization, information technology is speeding up. In managing the information required good technology because the information has a greatvalue for a company. And computer technology today with its increasingly sophisticated processing speed has enabled the development of computer-based information systems. Problems that exist in Kauman Apothecary is about the data processing that is still done manually, ranging from the admission process of incoming drugs, drugs out, often the absence of matching stock between the data with the original drug, as well as in making reports that still use microsoft excel. The design of the system is described by UML modeling, drug sales information system on web-based pharmacy kauman intranet this is the best solution, can improve the quality of data processing drugs in pharmacies kauman. And with the creation of this information system, can help simplify data processing moreleverage, while keeping data safe and minimize the data kerangkapan. Masalah yang ada pada Apotek Kauman yaitu mengenai pengolahan data-datanya yang masih dilakukan secara manual, mulai dari proses penerimaan obat masuk, obat keluar, sering tidak adanya kecocokan stok antara data dengan obat aslinya, serta dalam membuat laporan yang masih menggunakan microsoft excel. Perancangan sistem digambarkan dengan pemodelan UML, sistem informasi penjualan obat pada apotek kauman berbasis web intranet ini merupakan solusi yang terbaik, dapat meningkatkan kualitas pengolahan data obat di apotek kauman. Dan dengan dibuatnya sistem informasi ini, dapat membantu mempermudah pengolahan data lebih maksimal, sekaligus menjaga data tetap aman dan meminimalisir adanya kerangkapan data. Perancangan sistem informasi penjualan obat berbasis web ini dibuat menggunakan PHP dan MySQLKata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Penjualan, Apotek Kauman.

The data processing systems is a very necessary way to manipulate a data into useful information. The system makes data storage, adding, changing, scheduling to reporting well integrated, so that it can help parts to exchange information and make decisions quickly. The problems faced by GKPI Pal Merah Jambi are currently still using Microsoft Office Word and in disseminating information such as worship schedules, church activities and other worship routines through paper and wall-based worship services. To print worship and report reports requires substantial operational funds, in addition to data collection and storage there are still deficiencies including recording data on the book, difficulty in processing large amounts of data and stored in only one special place that is passive. Based on the above problems, the author is interested in conducting research with the title Designing Data Processing Systems for Web-Based Churches in the GKPI Pal Merah Church in Jambi. The purpose of this study is to design and produce a data processing system for the church. Using this system can facilitate data processing in the GKPI Pal Merah Jambi Church. This study uses a waterfall development method, a method that provides a systematic and sequential approach to system needs analysis, design, implementation and unit testing, system testing and care. Applications built using the web with MySQL DBMS database, PHP programming language and Laravel.

Public service is an activity of service for every citizen and resident for goods, services, and / or administrative services provided by public service providers, namely the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Brebes Regency. The quality of public services must have the principle of openness or transparency, easily accessible, accountability and cling to the principles of efficiency and effectiveness. But in fact the current information and reporting of disasters is still conventional. This study aims to reflect and build a Web-Based Disaster Geographic Information System using Extreme Programming method. The research method uses qualitative methods with descriptive data analysis techniques. Data obtained by observation and interviews. The benefit of this application is to improve services to the Brebes Regional Disaster Management Agency also useful for internal from the Implementing Party or Admin who can manage Disaster Area data online, accurately, and quickly. As well as greatly helping the community to obtain maps of information on disaster-prone areas, the latest disaster information and the community can report directly on disaster events so that the Regional Government can directly handle the disaster.

Along with the development of technology, the speed of data processing is needed in order to compete with competitors. A company must have an advantage over other companies if it does not want to lose in the competition. MRCCC Siloam Semanggi is a company that provides health services for cancer patients. One of the transaction processes within the hospital is sensing data in the form of images of patient data. Image data processing activities at this hospital are not yet structured and require a database in order to assist in fast data processing. This study aims to create an image transfer system to transfer physical documents into digital documents. This system is useful for hospital employees to be able to find documents easily for certain purposes, the system is made web-based using XAMPP, using PHP language with MySQL database. The results of the analysis of research that has been done, there are problems that arise related to the retention system in hospital patient data. Retention data collection activities are usually carried out by sorting out patient medical record documents from those not recorded on a computer.
