Abstract :  The Directorate of Innovation and Business Incubator is part of Bina Darma University which facilitates tenants to get incubations from partners who collaborate with Bina Darma University. This research was conducted with the aim of creating an information system that can solve existing problems, namely building a web-based information system and Progressive Web Apps (PWA) using the Codeigniter and Materialize framework, which is an information system designed to manage all data collection. Tenants, activity data collection, document storage, and other data in the Directorate of Innovation and Business Incubator, and can display the required information reports quickly and efficiently. By using the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) method, researchers get feedback from clients by discussing, and researchers can create systems with the best implementation to meet client needs. The results of this study are the availability of a information system that can assist users in managing all tenant data collection, activity data collection, documentation, and data on innovation products and intellectual property rights at the Directorate of Innovation and Business Incubator at Bina Darma University.

Currently collector businessmen are experiencing problems, namely the absence of data collection for suppliers and collapsed transaction activities. In addition, the administrative data collection process is still carried out manually by the admin, , one of which is using notes when making junk transactions and when partners make payments to collectors, there are often communication errors in junk transactions between suppliers and partners often occur. In order to overcome the existing problems, this research proposes the development of a collector administration information system named SIKEPUL using the laravel framework. The method in developing the system used is the waterfall method. The results showed that the SIKEPUL information system could solve the problems faced. The overall results of the questionnaire for 30 respondents were that 20% said it was very good, 52% said it was good, and 28% said it was enough for this system.

ABSTRACT<br />The Quality Assurance Center (PJM) is one of the units at STMIK STIKOM Bali which has the task of assisting the Chair in overseeing and controlling the entire process. One of the controls carried out is controlling customer satisfaction through implementing customer satisfaction evaluations. PJM STIKOM Bali uses a web-based quality assurance information. The use of web-based quality assurance information systems has never been measured by usability system to see whether the system built is acceptability for the PJM STIKOM Bali unit in carrying out its activities. In this study, researchers conducted a study to analyze usability in the STIKOM Bali quality assurance information system. The method used to measure usability is User Centered Design (UCD) because this method focuses on the user. In implementing the UCD method, three types of statements have been established, namely Task Complete Rate, Time on Task, and Usability Rate of System. The results achieved in this study were the success rates of respondents in completing the STIKOM Bali quality assurance information system task task of 97.67%. The average time needed by respondents to complete all tasks is 92 minutes. The usability level felt by respondents when using the quality assurance information system is 88.75%.<br />Keywords : Quality Assurance System, Usability, User Centered Design<br />ABSTRAK<br />Pusat Jaminan Mutu (PJM) adalah salah satu unit di STMIK STIKOM Bali yang memiliki tugas membantu Ketua dalam mengawasi dan mengendalikan seluruh proses. Salah satu pengendalian yang dilakukan adalah pengendalian kepuasan pelanggan melalui pelaksanaan evaluasi kepuasan pelanggan. PJM STIKOM Bali menggunakan sistem informasi penjaminan mutu berbasis web untuk mempermudah akses penjadwalan dimulai dan diakhirinya proses evaluasi kepuasan pelanggan yang diintegrasikan dengan sistem lain yang ada di STIKOM Bali. Penggunaan sistem informasi penjaminan mutu berbasis web belum pernah dilakukan pengukuran usability sistem untuk melihat apakah sistem yang dibangun sudah akseptabilitas bagi unit PJM STIKOM Bali dalam melaksanakan aktivitasnya. Pada penelitian ini peneliti melakukan penelitian untuk menganalisa usability pada sistem informasi penjaminan mutu STIKOM Bali. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengukur usability adalah User Centered Design (UCD) karena metode ini berfokus pada pengguna. Dalam implementasi metode UCD, telah ditetapkan tiga jenis pernyataan yaitu Task Complete Rate, Time on Task, dan Usability Rate of System. Hasil yang dicapai pada penelitian ini adalah tingkat keberhasilan responden dalam menyelesaikan task sistem informasi penjaminan mutu STIKOM Bali sebesar 97,67%. Waktu rata-rata yang diperlukan responden untuk menyelesaikan seluruh task adalah sebesar 92 menit. Tingkat usability yang dirasakan responden saat menggunakan sistem informasi penjaminan mutu adalah 88,75 %.<br />Kata kunci : Sistem Penjaminan Mutu, Usability, User Centered Design

Technology is increasingly sophisticated with over time competition in the business world such as E-Commerce has a positive impact on entrepreneurs to advance their companies, namely by creating online websites so that offerings and sales are easy among the public. By accessing the website page of PT. Daya Berkah Sentosa Nusantara buyers do not have to come directly to the place or company, and send offers according to admin needs.The purpose of this study is to make it easier for researchers to solve supply and sales problems based on problems that arise in the company. The method used in this study is the Waterfall Method, with data collection techniques used using observation, interviews and literature study. The desired result of this research is to be able to create a website for the company, to be able to expand marketing reach, buyers can view products through the website.

This information system is used as a solution that can help to meet the requirements of the couples. The research methods are data collection, analysis and design. Data collection method implemented by surveys including interviews with 58 clients, 15 vendors, and 12 WO (Wedding Organizer) and by literature study that includes books and journal related. Object oriented is used as the method for system analysis and design. The result is a web based information system that connects vendors and clients in one online place. The web based application can be used to book the reception hall, catering food for guests, entertainments, bridal, car loan, prewed and receptions photos. The benefits of the web based applications are user can costumize or choose the packages, check the price information and get reports related to Wedding Organizer Order Management business process. The results of the qualitative interviews to 58 clients who already used the applications is the client get shorter time compare to clients who manage their own wedding reception.

Assessment of the performance of civil servants (PNS) is still considered less objective and subjective tended to by some, so we need a solution to improve the objectivity of assessment. The target of employee work (SKP) is one solution to improve objectivity in the assessment of civil servants. Backpropagation is one of the methods in neural networks which is implemented in the information systems of SKP for used classification of data performance. Observation and literature became the method of data collection in this study. Web-based information systems of skp are facilitated for employees in the preparation of assessments. In a foundation there is a need for fast and fast mustahiq data storage. This socio-religious foundation for the yadufa cup is still stored manually. The previous data storage was still using Microsoft Excel. In the current era technology is needed, information systems to make it easier for admins to complete their work. From manual work to computerized. The writing uses data collection methods in the form of interviews with the admin of the foundation to find out the problems. Then do a literature study by reading the appropriate previous research. Then analyze the main problems that exist to determine the boundaries of the problem. The conclusion of this study aims to research the manufacture of "WEB- based information system for acceptance of mustahiq candidates (Yayasan socio- religious cup Yadufa) is to create and provide an information system that can be used to store data accurately, record recipients of mustahiq participants quickly and accurately.

Abstract—The student unit activity is an institution to achieve goals by holding events within the institution. FOSTI is one of the student activity units on the campus of the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta that uses a web-based information system, of course in this application to make it easier to collect data or register for events being held. The purpose of this final semester assignment is to find out how to make or design an application system and train to analyze the existing system and evaluate the deficiencies in the system to the user. The registration process for event participants is done manually, often incorrectly in recording or data collection of event participants and creating piles of data in the form of papers, allowing data to be inserted due to negligence on the part of the committee. To solve this problem, it is necessary to have a registration application system. Making this system using the framework system Laravel Based Framework. Used to find easy alternatives. The method in this management information system uses Laravel Based. Making a system in a program with the PHP programming language, the process of registering events held by the laravel based method can facilitate the registration and data collection process, which previously used the manual method which took quite a long time. The method in this research uses the method of observation, interviews, and literature study. for designing the system using Contex Diagram, HIPO, and DAD. The purpose of this study is to find out how to make or design an application system and train to analyze existing systems and evaluate the deficiencies of the system to the user. The final result in the registration process and event data collection is in the form of types of events in the FOSTI organization, Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta and participant data reports.

Abstract   Web-Based Badminton Court Rental Information System at GOR Villa Mas Indah, North Bekasi. Badminton GOR Villa Mas Indah is a business brand engaged in sports. However, the information system implemented in the company still tends to have many shortcomings and weaknesses by using a ledger, therefore the company needs a Web-Based Badminton Court Rental Information System Design at GOR Villa Mas Indah Bekasi Utara with the aim of helping in improving the business brand marketing strategy. and maximizing service with the aim of facilitating performance in data processing, changing data, viewing field schedule information, and data stored automatically and safely. The system development method uses Waterfall. Data collection methods are interviews, observation, literature study and questionnaires. The system design uses UML, the system is built using the PHP programming language, with MySQL database and application display using CSS Bootstrap. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan Waterfall. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu Wawancara, Observasi, Studi Pustaka dan Kuesioner. Desain sistem menggunakan UML, sistem di bangun menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP, dengan basis data MySQL dan tampilan aplikasi menggunkan CSS Bootstrap. Abstract - In the current era of globalization, information technology is advancing rapidly. As for computers and smartphones which are sophisticated equipment that is indeed made to facilitate a work carried out by humans. Home Industry of Sugar Red Powder Dalban Permana currently requires an information system that supports and provides satisfactory services for customers. At present the system used in the Home Industry of Red Sugar Powder Dalban Permana is still manual, both in recording customer purchases, the number of orders for items to be purchased, and the storage of data related to the sales process. So as to allow errors in the recording process. Online media is a liaison, intermediary, and target as well as a communication tool channel to convey messages to the general public with planning and systematic and hopes to get a response from the recipient of the message, and of course, it requires a good response or response from the target audience. Therefore, it is necessary to design a media outreach that makes it easy for the public to get it or media that are easily accessible to the community, the form of an information media must be effective, easy to reach and in accordance with the habits and activities of the target audience, then the schedule for the distribution of the campaign media must be on time in accordance with needs. The purpose of this study was to design a Government Policy Data Collection Information System at the Ureung Inong Aceh Shura Center (BSUIA) based on PHP and MySQL. The method used in the Government Policy Data Collection Information System at the Ureung Inong Aceh Shura Hall (BSUIA) is to use the waterfall method or called the waterfall method. Data collection techniques using research methods by observation, interview, and literature study. The tools used are Adobe Dreamweaver and use web-based programming languages such as; PHP, MySQL, JavaScript JavaScript, JSON, JQuery as applications in interface design, and MySQL as DBMS. The test results of this application are the systems that are built already meet the needs, the input data process has met the needs and the resulting report has met the needs.Keywords:Information Systems, Government Policy, Web-Based
