The decision of physical distancing status by the central and regional governments in order to avoid the spread of covid-19 is considered to be able to disrupt food distribution. To conquer farmer’s income so that it does not decrease on the covid-19 pandemic, digital marketing technology is needed by utilizing social media that can help the farmers market their product directly to consumers. The community service carried out at the datok office in Matang Ara Jawa Datok, Banda Mulia sub-district, Aceh Tamiang Regency. The outcome of this service activities are (1) utilizing technology to increase farmers income, (2) utilizing Social media application (facebook, instagram, whatsapp, etc) so the marketing become broad, (3)Increasing farmers marketing by utilizing cell phones as means distributing agricultural product so that the selling price is higher, (4) (4) increasing awareness of the importance of technology in marketing agricultural products, especially during the Covid 19 pandemic, and (5) increasing the welfare of partners by relying on HP to get a higher income.

<p><em>Offline marketing in agricultural products </em><em>needs high</em><em> cost. The high cost of marketing results in a less competitive selling price. Digital marketing is the right solution to this problem. This study aims to analyze the right digital marketing strategy for the company. The analytical method used is the analysis of Sostacs and Aida. The research result states that the company combines offline and online marketing. The media used are the marketplace and social media. </em><em>The marketplace Agromaret focused on providing complete information regarding massive products and promotions to drive sales transactions. Abstrak: Dusun Kulubanyu memiliki hasil bumi yang melimpah namun warganya kurang memiliki pengetahuan untuk mengolah kembali menjadi produk yang dapat menambah nilai jual. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pemahaman terkait nilai tambah hasil bumi berupa pisang yang diolah menjadi kripik oleh ibu-ibu rumah tangga di Dusun Kulubanyu Desa Tawangrejo. Terdapat beberapa tahapan metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan yaitu memberikan penyuluhan terkait industri rumah tangga, memberikan materi pemasaran menggunakan media sosial instagram, dan memberikan pembelajaran cara menetapkan harga jual. Hasil menunjukan bahwa adanya peningkatan pemahaman Warga Dusun Kulubanyu Desa Jatirejo terkait pentingnya pengolahan hasil bumi sebelum produk dijual agar mendapatkan keuntungan yang lebih tinggi, warga telah mampu mengoperasikan media sosial instagram untuk pemasaran, warga dapat menghitung penetapan harga jual secara sederhana, dan dapat memperluas pemasaran melalui penempatan produk ke tempat wisata sekitar agar produk lebih cepat dikenal. Abstract: Kulubanyu Hamlet has abundant agricultural products, but its residents do not have the knowledge to reprocess them into products that can add to the sale value. The aim of this community service is to provide an understanding of the added value of agricultural products in the form of bananas which are processed into chips by housewives in Kulubanyu Hamlet Tawangrejo Village. There are several stages of the implementation method carried out, namely providing counseling related to the home industry, providing marketing materials using social media Instagram, and providing learning how to set selling prices. The results show that there is an increase in the understanding of the residents of Kulubanyu Hamlet Jatirejo Village regarding the importance of processing agricultural products before the product is sold in order to get higher profits, residents have been able to operate social media Instagram for marketing, residents can calculate simple selling price and can expand marketing through the placement of products to nearby tourist attractions so that the product is recognized more quickly.

Abstract This study aims to fulfill duties in community service activities in order to help the community in solving problems related to MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises). The place for community service activities is in the Ekawira UMKM Gallery which provides various regional souvenirs from Kare Village, Kare District, Madiun Regency, East Java. Ekawira UMKM Gallery is chaired by Mrs. Hesti Purwanti. One of the products produced at the Ekawira UMKM Gallery is typical curry pia. This product is neatly packaged and already has a brand, but the marketing is only sold in the area around the Kare area, not yet out of town or through existing social media. This is a problem faced by these MSMEs. Therefore, the purpose of holding this community service is to help the Ekawira UMKM Gallery in marketing its products, by providing several sales/promotion media solutions to make it easier in terms of marketing. The marketing solution provided is by doing digital marketing, how to promote it through social media such as Instagram, creating a page on Facebook and creating a product website for the Ekawira UMKM Gallery which aims to make this product known by many people and more consumers who buy it.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memenuhi tugas dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat agar bisa membantu masyarakat dalam memecahkan masalah-masalah yang berkaitan dengan UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah). Tempat kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berada di Galeri UMKM Ekawira yang menyediakan aneka oleh-oleh daerah khas Desa Kare, Kecamatan Kare, Kabupaten Madiun, Jawa Timur. Galeri UMKM Ekawira diketuai oleh ibu Hesti Purwanti. Salah satu produk yang di hasilkan di Galeri UMKM Ekawira adalah pia khas Kare. Produk ini sudah di kemas dengan rapi dan sudah memiliki merek, namun  pemasarannya hanya dijual di daerah sekitar daerah Kare saja, belum sampai keluar kota maupun melalui media sosial yang ada. Hal ini menjadi masalah yang dihadapi oleh UMKM tersebut. Karena itu, tujuan diadakan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk membantu Galeri UMKM Ekawira dalam memasarkan produknya, dengan memberikan beberapa solusi media penjualan/promosi untuk mempermudah dalam hal pemasaran. Solusi pemasaran yang diberikan yaitu,dengan melakukan digital marketing caranya mempromosikan melalui media sosial seperti instagram, pembuatan laman pada facebook dan pembuatan laman web produk Galeri UMKM Ekawira yang bertujuan agar produk ini di ketahui oleh banyak orang  dan lebih banyak lagi konsumen yang membelinya.

Resumo – Este artigo tem como objetivo refletir sobre o poder das redes sociais na venda de produtos educacionais, sabendo que o universo tecnológico se faz a cada dia mais presente na sociedade. Assim, aumentando o vínculo de empresa e cliente. Inicialmente foram realizadas pesquisas e análises em diversas fontes de literatura sobre marketing digital e redes sociais. Tais ações foram necessárias para um aprofundamento teórico sobre a temática. Após as análises literárias, foram elaborados questionários e aplicados em forma de entrevista, coletando assim, informações através do público alvo. A entrevista foi aplicada através de links do Google formulários onde realizou-se uma análise da utilização do uso das tecnologias e quais suas estratégias utilizadas no marketing para vender de forma rápida e satisfatória para seus clientes. Foram entrevistadas quatro empresas bem conceituadas na área educacional, todas elas utilizam a internet como fonte de venda assim promovendo as mesmas e suas mercadorias. Ainda existem dificuldades no marketing digital, muitos ainda não o utilizam de forma correta e positiva pois é algo inovador que precisa sempre está de acordo com a necessidade do cliente, construindo uma relação fortalecida buscando o maior número de atrações fazendo com que as conheça e se relacione bem alavancando os negócios. Hoje o marketing digital é uma das maiores modalidades do comercio devido ao grande número de usuários da internet. Afinal, o mesmo é feito não só por computadores e celulares mais por um conjunto de pessoas e ações que buscam a melhoria e a qualidade de serviços para seus negócios. Palavras-Chave: Tecnologias. Consumidores. Abstract:This article aims to reflect on the power of social networks in the sale of educational products, knowing that the technological universe is increasingly present in society. Thus, increasing the bond between company and customer. Initially, research and analysis were carried out in various sources of literature on digital marketing and social media. Such actions were necessary for a theoretical deepening on the subject. After the literary analyses, questionnaires were developed and applied in the form of an interview, thus collecting information from the target audience. The interview was applied through links from Google forms where an analysis of the use of the use of technologies was carried out and what are their strategies used in marketing to sell quickly and satisfactorily to their customers. Four reputable companies in the educational area were interviewed, all of which use the internet as a source of sales, thus promoting themselves and their goods. There are still difficulties in digital marketing, many still do not use it correctly and positively because it is something innovative that always needs to be in line with the customer's needs, building a strengthened relationship seeking the greatest number of attractions, making them know them and get to know them. relate well leveraging the business. Today, digital marketing is one of the biggest forms of commerce due to the large number of internet users. Since the covid pandemic entered the DIY area, residents of the community of RW 13, Panembahan Village have been affected. Public opinion decreased. The community service team from UPN veteran Yogyakarta is trying to help overcome this with community empowerment programs through digital business / digital marketing. Continuously and slowly the condition of the people's income can increase again. Promotion through social media is optimized through whatssapp groups, Instagram and market places.

Community Service is one of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, especially at Garut University, it is hoped that with this community service the existence of universities can contribute to the development of scientific application to the community. In the current era of technology, which requires all small industry players to improve their abilities in the field of communication and information technology, currently internet-based technology creates a business environment that is no longer concerned with time and distance. The implementation of sales education through social media is a service to the community with the aim of helping the Sabilulungan Women's Farmers' Demplot Group to increase sales and income so that the Demplot Farmers' Group can survive in today's business competition. The activity method in community service uses a technique of delivering material verbally to the participants, this community service has a background problem because agricultural products from the Demonstration Farmer Group still sell conventional products and have not made good use of online sales using social media and e-commerce platforms. The results of the research carried out were able to innovate marketing which was originally conventional into marketing that utilizes technological developments, namely by conducting electronic marketing by utilizing social media and E-commerce platforms as sales media.

<p><strong>Abstract</strong>. <em>This community service program is carried out at Bakul Craf, located in Banjar Padang Tegal Tengah Ubud. This program is implemented with the aim of providing knowledge about the use of digital marketing technology. Bakul Craf is a business engaged in the handicraft sector where the process is still manual. The marketing of these handicrafts is still relatively simple, which is only waiting for guests to visit the gallery. For this reason, more productive marketing is needed by utilizing technology, namely digital marketing technology that uses the internet network to improve its products. Providing training and outreach to partners related to the use of digital marketing technology is a method used by the team so that partners have an interest and desire to take advantage of technology. In the first stage, the team provided education related to the importance of using digital technology in marketing handicraft products. The second stage, the team helps partners create accounts in the market place by displaying their craft products. The third stage, the team provides training to partners in operating the menus in the market place. The hope of this activity is that partners can do online marketing and promotion so that their production results can be more widely known and can increase sales which will also have an impact on increasing the revenue of Craf's basket partners.</em></p><p> </p><p><strong><em> </em></strong><strong>Abstrak</strong>. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Bakul Craf yang berlokasi di Banjar Padang Tegal Tengah Ubud. Program ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan memberikan pengetahuan mengenai manfaat penggunaan teknologi digital marketing. Bakul Craf merupakan usaha yang bergerak di bidang kerajinan dimana dalam proses pengerjaanya masih secara manual. Pemasaran hasil kerajinan ini tergolong masih sederhana, yaitu hanya menunggu tamu berkunjung kegaleri. Untuk itu diperlukan pemasaran yang lebih produktif dengan memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi yaitu teknologi digital marketing yang memanfaatkan jaringan internet untuk mempromosikan produknya. Memberikan pelatihan dan penyuluhan terhadap mitra terkait dengan pemanfaatan teknologi digital marketing merupakan metode yang tim gunakan agar mitra memiliki minat dan keinginan untuk memanfaatkan teknologi. Pada tahap pertama, tim memberikan edukasi terkait dengan betapa pentingnya pemanfaatan teknologi digital didalam memasarkan produk hasil kerajinan. Tahap kedua tim membantu mitra membuatkan akun di market place dengan menampilkan produk-produk kerajinannya. Tahap ketiga tim memberikan pelatihan terhadap mitra dalam mengoperasikan menu-menu yang ada didalam market place tersebut. The advancements in technology and social media have changed the sphere of marketing. Digital marketing became one of the imperative areas for business organisations all over the globe. E-marketing methods and strategies have revolutionised the tourism sector in various ways. From convenient booking engines to creating customised experiences, digital marketing has helped the tourism sector reach out to a wider audience, which was not possible with traditional marketing. Growth in the tourism sector boosts the economy of a country and improves the revenues, employment, and infrastructure. E-marketing influences beyond limits and allows the tourism sector to entice people from all over the world of the different places they can visit. The chapter focuses on the digital tourism practices, challenges, key inhibitors to innovation, legal issues, consumer protection, benefits of ICTs, digital marketing strategies, the influence of e-marketing technology, and reasons for adopting e-marketing. Further, it attributes the technology enablers of e-marketing and current trends in digital tourism.

Abstract: In 2018, the number of Instagram users in Indonesia has reached 55 million users. A year earlier, Jakarta is the champ on Instagram as the most photographed place, surpassing Sao Paulo, New York and Madrid. This phenomenon shows that Instagram is a social network that is trending in Indonesia right now. Trilogi Business Incubator (Inbistro) is a business incubator belonging to the Universitas Trilogi. From observations and discussions, there are still many tenants which assisted by Inbistro who do not understand digital marketing, especially with Instagram. Albeit, Instagram has become a popular social media in Indonesia, including for product promotion. This community service activity will try to answer the problem: how to increase the capacity of Inbistro tenants so that they understand the basics of Instagram marketing? Our training was designed in 3 (three) sessions which discussed: (1) the importance of using Instagram as a marketing tool for a business; (2) How to find quality, free royalty photos and videos for Instagram content; (3) How to find products and sell them on Instagram. Keywords: Instagram marketing, Trilogi Business Incubator, Inbistro, social media, online marketing Abstrak:  Di tahun 2018, jumlah pengguna Instagram Indonesia telah mencapai 55 juta pengguna. Setahun sebelumnya, Jakarta menjadi juara di Instagram sebagai tempat yang paling banyak difoto, melewati Sao Paulo, New York dan Madrid. Fenomena ini menunjukkan bahwa Instagram adalah jejaring sosial yang sedang diminati di Indonesia saat ini. Inkubator Bisnis Trilogi (Inbistro) adalah inkubator bisnis milik Universitas Trilogi. Dari pengamatan dan diskusi, terlihat bahwa masih banyak tenant binaan Inbistro yang belum memahami tentang digital marketing, terlebih dengan Instagram. Padahal Instagram telah menjadi media sosial yang cukup populer di Indonesia, termasuk untuk promosi produk. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini akan mencoba menjawab permasalahan: bagaimana cara meningkatkan kapasitas tenant Inbistro agar mereka memahami dasar-dasar pemasaran melalui Instagram (Instagram marketing)? Pelatihan kami rancang dalam 3 (tiga) sesi yang membahas: (1) Pentingnya memanfaatkan Instagram sebagai sarana pemasaran suatu bisnis; (2) Cara mencari foto dan video berkualitas, tanpa berbayar, untuk konten Instagram; (3) Cara mencari produk dan menjualnya di Instagram. Kata Kunci: Instagram Marketing, Inkubator Bisnis Trilogi, Inbistro, media sosial, pemasaran daring
