This study aims to determine how much influence Compensation and Motivation has on Employee Performance in Langkai Village Office, and can find out which variables are most dominant in influencing Employee Performance. The type of research used is quantitative. The sample taken in the study saw a relatively small number of staff so that the entire population was used as samples called saturated samples. Where saturated samples are sampling techniques if all members of the population are used as samples. Data collection techniques with the questionnaire method. The questionnaire or questionnaire method according to Purwito is "an effort to collect information by delivering a number of written questions that are answered by the respondent". Based on the results of the research on the effect of compensation and motivation on employee performance in Langkai Kota Palangka Raya Village Office namely compensation has a negative effect on the performance of Langkai City Palangka Raya Urban Village Staff, Motivation has a positive effect on Langkai Kota Palangka Raya Village Staff Performance, and simultaneously, Compensation and Motivation have an effective positive towards the Performance of Langkai City Palangka Raya Urban Village Staff. But the most dominant Motivation variable affects Performance in Langkai City Palangka Raya Village Office.

The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an influence of Islamic business ethics with the variables of unity, equilibrium, free will, responsibility, benevolence and the welfare of traders in the Pusat Pasar Medan. This research is a quantitative research and the analysis used is multiple regression analysis. The data collection technique used is the questionnaire method obtained directly from the respondent, namely the Pusat Pasar Medan Trader. Analyzed using statistical tools, namely SPSS Version 22. Based on the results of data processing has shown that there is a significant influence as partially and simultaneously among the unity, equilibrium, free will, responsibility and benovelence towards the welfare of traders in the Medan Market Center. For unity, free will, responsibility and benovelence have a positive effect on the welfare of traders in Medan Market Center. While the equilibrium variable has a negative effect on the welfare of Medan Market Center traders. The adjusted R square value is 0.345. This means that 34.5% increase in welfare can be explained by independent variables, namely the variables of unity, equilibrium, free will, responsibility and kindness. While 65.5% is explained by other factors.

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi kegunaan, kemudahan dan kerumitan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) terhadap data pemicu di approweb, pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Makassar Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer melalui survei kepada 36 orang responden dari account representative di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Makassar Barat. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner data dianalisis dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kebermanfaatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan sedangkan kemudahan berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan dan kerumitan berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap data pemicu di aplikasi approweb. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan teori TAM dari persepsi kebermanfaatan data pemicu di aplikasi approweb bermanfaat bagi account representative. The study aims to analyze the effect of perceived usefulness, ease and complexity of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) on trigger data in the Approweb, at the West Makassar Pratama Tax Office. This study uses primary data through a survey of 36 respondents from account representatives at the West Makassar Pratama Tax Office. Data collection techniques through data questionnaires were analyzed using the SPSS application. Hypothesis testing uses multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that usefulness has a positive and significant effect while ease of positive effect is not significant and complexity has a significant negative effect on trigger data in approweb applications. The results of this study prove the TAM theory from the perceived usefulness of trigger data in the approweb application is beneficial for account representatives.

The purpose of the study to determine the most dominant factor affecting the performance of employees in Department of Revenue , Finance and Asset Management (DPPKA ) Bengkulu City . Data collection method used in the study was a questionnaire method , while the method of analysis using a Likert scale , and the rating scale . By the five factors that affect the performance of employees in Department of Revenue , Finance and Asset Management ( DPPKA ) Bengkulu city , four factors are personal factors, team factors, systems factors, and contextual factors got the perception of respondents agreed criteria, means that four factors affect the performance of employees . While one factor got the strongly agree perception is leadership factors, that greatly affect employee performance leader . The most dominant factor affecting the performance of employees inDepartment of Revenue , Finance and Asset Management (DPPKA) Bengkulu is leadership factors , because they have an important role in nurturing , supportive.

This study aims to examine the effect of love of money, equity sensitivity, and Machiavellian as individual aspects that influence ethical perception. This research was conducted at Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University. The sample in this study is the 2015 accounting non regular program students. The number of samples used is 65 respondents with non probability sampling techniques. The results of the study found that love of money negatively affected the ethical perceptions of accounting students. This means that the higher the love of money, the lower the ethical perception of accounting students. Equity sensitivity has a positive effect on the ethical perceptions of accounting students. This means that the higher the equity sensitivity, the higher the ethical perception of accounting students. Machiavellian has a negative effect on the ethical perceptions of accounting students. This means that the higher Machiavellian, the lower the ethical perception of accounting students. Keywords: Love of money, equity sensitivity, machiavellian, ethical perception.

Organizational goals can be achieved with the company's HR performance. Poor performance will have an impact on the company's image and certainly slow down the process in achieving organizational goals. This study was conducted to determine the effect of workload and work environment on employee performance and the role of work stress as mediating variables. This study took 42 employees as respondents using a questionnaire, with a saturated sampling method. Path analysis was used. The results of the study indicate that workload has a negative effect on employee performance. Work environment has a positive effect on employee performance. Job stress has a negative influence on employee performance. This study also found that work stress mediates the effect of workload and work environment on employee performance. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that further research is able to examine the performance of employees with respondents and more complex research locations. The results of this study are also expected to be used as a reference and consideration for companies in decision making related to employee performance. The purpose of this study was conducted to determine (1) the development of tourists to the Taman Rimba zoo in Jambi Province (2) to analyze the factors that influence tourist attraction, facilities, accessibility, and service quality on the interest in visiting tourists' return visits. Methods of data collection through observation and distribution of questionnaires to respondents. The data source used is primary data obtained directly from the distribution of questionnaires as many as 157 with 5 question items each. The software used in this research examiner is Statistical Package for The Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of the analysis of this study indicate that simultaneously or together the attractiveness and facilities have a significant or positive effect on the interest in visiting tourists' return visits. Meanwhile, accessibility and service quality has a negative effect on the interest in returning tourists. Partially the average attractiveness, facilities, accessibility, and service quality have a positive or significant effect on the interest in revisiting tourists. This study aims to determine the factors that affect the income of the poorest families in the district Maesan the regency by using the method of analysis Regression (Regression Model Multiplier). Data used in this study are primary data derived from interviews, questionnaire method, the method of observation (cross section) with a research area in District Maesan regency. The regression results obtained from this study indicate that education (X1) and age (X2) has positive effect on revenues. The number of dependents (X3) and the type of work (X4) negative effect on revenue. The probability value of each independent variable is education (X1) of 0.0000, age (X2) of 0.0000, the number of dependents (X3) at 0.0000 and the type of work (X4) of 0.7765. This shows that in the study of factors that affect the income of poor families in the District Maesan Bondowoso,variables that influence the educational variables, variables of age, and a variable number of dependents who have significant influence on the income variable. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of organizational support on organizational commitment with psychological contracts as a moderating variable. This research was conducted at two business places that are engaged in the same field, namely Maritime Tourism Adventure Tanjung Benoa, Bali. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents, where by taking the entire population in the two companies using saturated sampling techniques. Data collection is obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires directly to employees. Analysis of research data using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study stated that organizational support had a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, psychological corntact had a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, and organizational support had an effect on organizational commitment with psychological contracts to strengthen both variables. This study aims to determine the effect of distributive justice and procedural justice on turnover intention with employee engagement as a mediating variable at PT. XYZ The sample used was 83 respondents with a sample selection method using saturated sampling techniques. The study was conducted quantitatively and used a questionnaire to collect data. The results of this study concluded that distributive justice and procedural justice had a positive effect on employee engagement. Distributive justice has a negative effect on turnover intention, but the effect of procedural justice on turnover intention is not significant. Employee engagement acts as a partial mediation in distributive justice relations to turnover intention and acts as a full mediator on the influence of procedural justice on turnover intention. The next finding is that employee engagement has a negative influence on the desire to.
