A woman looking at pregnancy as a natural result marital relationship, intended and unintended. Most of the other women received a pregnancy as a natural desire and even some women, including teens, the pregnancy is the result of sexual experimentation without using contraception and pregnancy showed no preparation is a problem. This study aimed readiness relationship with the incidence of postpartum blues pregnancy on postpartum mothers in RSIA Prima Husada Sidoarjo. Methods: The study design was cross-sectional analytic, the entire population was puerperal women of 30 people, with a simple random sampling technique obtained a sample of 28 people. the independent variable is the readiness of pregnancy and the dependent variable was the incidence of post partum blues. The instruments used were questionnaires, analyzed with the chi-square statistic. Results: of the 28 respondents, there were 15 respondents were unprepared for pregnancy, most experience post partum blues events. Results of chi-square test with significance level α = 0.05, P = 0.000 found <α = 0.05, H0 is rejected that there is a relationship with the incidence of pregnancy readiness post partum blues. Conclusion: mothers who are not ready to get pregnant may experience post partum blues. Suggestion: the provision of information about the gestation period should be given to the couple before pregnancy.

Post partum blues is a mild effective syndromic disorder that occurs at the beginning of postpartum. Signs of symptoms that arise are sad reactions, crying, irritability, anxiety, self-blame, disturbances in sleep patterns and appetite disorders. Post partum blues symptoms are a multi-factorial mechanism consisting of hormonal factors, physical activity factors and psychosocial factors. This type of research is observational with cross sectional design. The population was all postpartum postpartum second day postpartum mothers in the postpartum Sembiring General Hospital Delitua sub-district in 2019 which was conducted on June 1-30, 2019. The sampling technique was done by total sampling which received 89 respondents and analyzed by chi square test significance level p = 0.05 . Independent variables are psychological and psychosocial factors and the dependent variable is post partum blues. The results of this study indicate that 66.3% of postpartum mothers experience post partum blues. From the variables obtained, each value of p = 0,000 (p<0.05), namely stress coping, self-adjustment, education and income, showed a significant relationship to the occurrence of post partum blues. The conclusions that can be drawn from this study are the psychological and psychosocial factors which most cause post partum blues are low economic factors. Therefore, to reduce the rate of occurrence of post partum blues, it is necessary to improve economic status.

Back pain in pregnant women can disturb her daily activities, therfore she needs much more lying. Wearing a proper BH will help reducing a strain on the back. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship using of the type of BH (Breast Holder) with back pain in pregnant women in Children and Maternity Department of Islamic Hospital Surabaya.  Study design is analytic with cross sectional approach. Population were all pregnant women in trimester II and III by 52 person, the samples were 46 respondents taken by simple random sampling technique. Independent variables is using the types of BH (Breast Holder), the dependent variable is back pain. It’s instruments are observation and interviews, data then analyzed by Chi-Square test with significance level α = 0.05 when ρ <α so Ho is rejected it means there is a connection using the type of BH (Breast Holder) with back pain. The most part (67.4%) of respondents uses the reguler BH and the most part (65.2%) of respondents do have back pain. Chi-square test results obtained ρ = 0.000 <α = (0.05) Ho rejected, means there is a relationship the use of the type BH (Breast Holder) with back pain.  Wearing BH (Breast Holder) gives influence in back pain. Maternity bra can reduce back pain during pregnancy. Hopefully the nurse spreads the educational information about the importance of wearing maternity bra to pregnant women.

Background: Hypertension is the cardiovascular disease that contribute to at least 45% of deaths from heart disease, and 51% of deaths from stroke. Adolescents with high blood pressure have a high risk of becoming hypertensive during adulthood. Objective: This study was aimed to investigate factors correlating with hypertension in adolescent. Methods: This study design was correlational with cross-sectional approach. The number of respondents was 125 people selected by simple random sampling technique. The independent variable of this research is gender, family history, BMI (Body Mass Index), sodium intake, smoking, psychogenic stress, parental income, and physical activity. The dependent variable of this research is hypertension. Data were taken through questionnaires, measurement of blood pressure, weight, and height and data analyzed using Spearman Correlation and Chi-Square test with α

The continuity of laboring process can be seen from the length of delivery takes and do not undergo complications during childbirth. In fact, there are many women who have suffered due to an excessive fearness therefore they had labor disfluencies which can be hindering the delivery process of laboring. This study aims to determine the relationship between mentoring husband with the continuity of labor process in BPM Arifin S Surabaya.The design which is used is analytic cross-sectional study design. The population study is all women who is giving birth in the moment of January to May with 142 respondents. The sampling technique using simple random sampling, 61 respondents. The independent variable (mentoring husband) with the dependent variable (continuity laboring process). The collecting data using partograf. Data anlysis using Chi-Square α = 0.05.The results showed that 85.3%of respondents who accompanied by husband during laboring process, they will have precious continuity of laboring. The results of chi-square test with α = 0.05 is ρ = 0.000 obtained significant ρ < α Ho have been ignored, it means that there is a relation between accompanied husband and the continuity laboring process.The concusions of this study, there is a relation between accompanying by husband while laboring process and a fluency of laboring process. Unaccompanied by husband while labor process will increase the risk uncontinuity of laboring process. Hence, this is truly necessary for husband having counseling about the importance of accompanying mothers while laboring process.

ABSTRAK   Berdasarkan data di RSUD Kota Prabumulih bahwa terdapat peningkatan jumlah kejadian perdarahan post partum, tahun 2014 sebanyak 178 orang, tahun 2015 sebanyak 246 orang dan tahun 2016 sebanyak 151 orang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan umur ibu dan jarak kehamilan terhadap kejadian perdarahan post partum di RSUD Kota Prabumulih Tahun 2016. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi yang digunakan adalah semua ibu bersalin di RSUD Kota Prabumulih, sebanyak 1.296 ibu bersalin dan 306 sampel. Pengambilan sampel dengan mengunakan random sampling, analisa data menggunakan analisa univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan uji statistik chi-square dengan derajat kemaknaan 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dari 288 ibu bersalin terdapat 151 yang mengalami perdarahan post partum sebagian besar adalah ibu dengan umur resiko tinggi sebanyak 43 orang  (40,9%) dan ibu dengan jarak kehamilan resiko tinggi sebanyak 21 orang (17,3%). Hasil uju chi-square umur didapatkan p.value 0,000 < α 0,05 dan uji chi-square untuk jarak kehamilan didapatkan p.value 0,000 < α 0,05. Maka ada hubungan umur ibu dan jarak kehamilan terhadap kejadian perdarahan post partum di RSUD Kota Prabumulih Tahun 2016. ABSTRACK   Based on the data at District General Hospital (RSUD) Prabumulih, there was increasing of post-partum bleeding, in 2014, there were 178 people. In 2015, there were 246 people. And in 2016, there were 151 people. The purpose of the study was to know relationship between maternal mother and the distance and old post-partum bleedingat District General Hospital (RSUD) Prabumulih in 2013. The study was analytic researchwith cross sectional design. Population thas was used in the study was all maternal mother ar District General Hospital (RSUD) Prabumulih. It was about 1.296 maternal mother and from 306. Random sampilng was done in the study, data analyses used univariate and bivariate analyses by using chi-square statistic test with significance level 0,05. The study result showed that from 306 maternal mother, there were 151 mother who experienced old post-partum bleeding, the large of that was high maternal mother 43 people  (40,9%) and mother age high distance 21 people (17,3%). The result of chi-square test was p value 0,000 < α 0,05 and chi-square test for age was p value 0,000 < α 0,05. It meant that there was relationship between maternal mother and the distance and of post-partum bleeding at District General Hospital (RSUD) Prabumulih in 2016.

Abstract: Early Initiation of Breastfeeding is the baby starts to suckle his own soon after birth, as long as the skin is left in contact with his mother, at least 1 hour after birth. How to initiate early breastfeeding baby was named after the breast crawl or crawl seek his own breast. This study aims to gain an overview of the relationship between knowledge and attitude of mothers VK (maternity) Prof Dr Irina D BLU. R.D. Kandou Manado. Design of this study used cross sectional method where the entire population is a normal post partum mothers in space VK (Maternity) Prof Dr Irina D BLU. R.D. Kandou Manado with a sample size of 30 responden. Data responde collected using questionnaires and observation sheets then the data presented preformance cross tabulation tables and chi square test with a significance level of 0.05. Based on the results of the study showed that of the chi square test results obtained ρ value ​> 0.05. It states that there is no correlation between knowledge and attitude with the implementation of early breastfeeding initiation (IMD) in mothers post partum in space VK (maternity) Prof. Dr Irina D BLU R.D. Kandou Manado. Cara bayi melakukan inisiasi menyusu dini ini dinamakan the breast crawl atau merangkak mencari payudara sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan memperoleh gambaran mengenai hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap ibu post partum dengan pelaksanaan inisiasi menyusu dini (IMD) di Ruang VK (bersalin) Irina D BLU RSUP Prof. R.D. Kandou Manado. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode cross sectional dimana populasinya adalah keseluruhan ibu post partum secara normal di Ruang VK (Bersalin) Irina D BLU RSUP Prof. R.D. Kandou Manado dengan besar sampel 30 responden.Data dikumpulkan dari responde dengan menggunakan lembar kuisioner dan observasi kemudian data disajikan dalm tabel tabulasi silang dan uji chi square dengan derajat kemaknaan 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari hasil uji chi square didapatkan nilai ρ > 0,05. Ini menyatakan bahwa tidak ada hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap dengan pelaksanaan inisiasi menyusu dini (IMD) pada ibu post partum di Ruang VK (bersalin) Irina D BLU RSUP Prof.Dr. R.D. Kandou Manado. Postpartum hemorrhage is bleeding that occurs after the birth of the baby, placenta, and 2 hours after the placenta is born. One of the causes is anemia. Research in 2015, 60% of 100 mothers giving birth at RSIA Kirana Taman Sidoarjo experienced postpartum hemorrhage. The aim of the study was to determine the relationship of anemia in pregnancy with the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in labor mothers. The study design used an analytical survey with a retrospective method. The population of 206 maternity mothers was taken with simple random sampling technique as many as 136 samples in August 2017. Data were analyzed by Chi Square statistical test with 0.05. The results showed that postpartum hemorrhage was more experienced by mothers with anemia (66.7%) than  those without anemia (26.2%). While those who did not experience postpartum hemorrhage were more experienced by mothers who were not anemic (73.8%) than those who were anemic (33.3%). Chi square test results  (p=0.000  <0.05),  which means there is a relationship  of anemia in pregnancy with the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in labor mothers. Conclusions of the study were the relationship of anemia in pregnancy with the  incidence  of postpartum hemorrhage in labor mothers. It is expected that midwives and doctors conduct early detection of anemia so that appropriate care can be carried out.

The correlation between baby’s suck and breast milk production in breastfeeding mothers in RSI Jemursari Surabaya. The mothers feel reluctant to breastfeed their babies even though the exclusive breastfeeding has become a government’s propaganda. The pre-data taken from 15 breastfeeding mothers inform that 60% had a low breast milk production. Purpose of this study was to find out the correlation between baby’s suck and breast milk production in breastfeeding mothers in RSI Jemursari Surabaya.The design of study was analytic-observational done by applying cross sectional approach. The population involved all breastfeeding mothers as imumnunization visiting the hospital with their babies, totally 18 people, in which 17 respondents were taken by using probability sampling technique. The instrument used for collecting the data was a checklist. The variables used in this study were baby’s suck and breast milk production. The data were analyzed by using Chi-Square test with the significance level α = 0.05.The result of study showed that nearly all of the babies (94.1%) sucked correctly, whereas nearly all of the mothers (88.2%) had sufficient breast milk production. Moreover, the result of statistic test showed that p = 0.018 with the significance level α = 0.05 so that p < α. It also meant that H0 was rejected. The conclusion of study often the babies suck correctly, breast milk is produced. Hence, the breastfeeding mothers to still maintaining for breastfeed their baby with train them how to breastfeed correctly to increase breast milk production.

The causes of drug abuse are complex due to the interaction of various factors, including individual factors such great curiosity to try and unknowingly or think long about the consequences later in life, environmental factors such as family problems or a broken home or social environment / community one even all members become abusers drug. This research is a quantitative research using Cross sectional design. The population in this study is the victim of drug abuse which amounted to 545 people and a total sample of 40 respondents using simple random sampling technique and the data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate by using the chi-square test. There is The relationship of knowledge and family support to the behavior of drug abuse in class IIA prison  Jambi. Expected to be used as inputs in the preparation of the program increased knowledge about the dangers of drugs.
