The purpose of this research is to explain the analysis of the influence of work discipline and work motivation of Jambi employees (CV. Adeeva Construction Study) simultaneously and partially this type of research used in this research is associative research which aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The variables referred to in this study are variable X1 (Work Motivation), variable X2 (Work Discipline) and Y (Performance). The results of the study based on the results of multiple linear regressions proved that the variables of Performance, Discipline, and Motivation had a significant effect on Employee Performance (CV. Adeeva Construction Study). Based on the research results that are expected to be input, PT Adeeva should make performance performance a major part of the company so that the company's activities can run even better. And the need for motivation to all employees to work better in the future by giving rewards to employees who excel in order to motivate all employees to work better.

The study aims to: (1) determine and analyze simultaneous influence of work motivation and compensation on employees’ performance at PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama of Palu City; (2) determine and analyze partial influence of work motivation on employees’ performance at PT. Manunggal Bersama of Palu City; (3) determine and analyze partial influence of compensation on employees’ performance at PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama of Palu City. This research uses quantitative approach to explain the relationship between two or more variables studied with a sample of 42 employees. Data analysis technique is multiple linear regressions. The results show that (1) the sig. F value of 0.002 < 0.05 means that work motivation and compensation simultaneously have significant influence on employee performance; (2) the sig. t value of 0.013<α 0.05 means that work motivation partially has significant influence on employee performance. (3) the sig. t value of 0.821>α 0.05 means that compensation has non-significant influence on employee performance.  Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kompensasi secara serempak terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama Kota Palu. (2) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama Kota Palu. (3) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama Kota Palu. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif yang merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih dengan sampel 42 karyawan dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda, disimpulkan: (1) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh sig. F sebesar 0,002 < 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja dan kompensasi secara serempak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan. (2) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel motivasi kerja memiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,013 < α 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (3) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel kompensasi memiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,821 > α 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

This study aims to determine and analyze simultaneous influence of individual capability and motivation on the performance of employees at PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama; to analyze partial influence of individual capability and motivation on employees’ performance at PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama. This study uses quantitative approach to explain the relationship between two or more variables studied with a sample of 32 employees. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regressions. The results of hypothesis testing show that: sig. F value of 0.000 <0.05 means that individual capability and motivation simultaneously have significant influence on employee performance; the value of significance level t sig. 0,000 <α 0.05 shows that individual capability partially has significant influence on employee performance; also, motivation partially has significant influence on employee performance with the significance level of t sig. 0,000 <α 0.05. Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah Individual Capability dan Motivasi berpengaruh secara serempak terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh sig. F sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Individual Capability dan Motivasi secara serempak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan; (2) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel Individual Capability memiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,000 < α 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Individual Capability secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; (3) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel Motivasi memiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,000 < α 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Motivasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

This study aims to examine the effect of compensation, environment and leadership style on employee morale and performance through study motivation at PT. EX. This study used a sample of 95 respondents, namely employees of the production section of PT. EX. which is taken using non-probability sampling techniques from the population or production employees. The data analysis technique used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS) approach using the Smart PLS version 3.0 software. The results showed that: Compensation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on work motivation, compensation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on morale, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and employee morale. Leadership style has no effect on work motivation, employee performance and morale. Compensation and work environment have no effect on employee performance. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work motivation, work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work motivation, compensation has a positive and significant effect on work motivation through work motivation, the environment has a positive and significant effect on morale through work motivation. In addition, motivation cannot mediate the relationship between leadership style and employee performance, and motivation cannot mediate the relationship between leadership style and morale.

This research was conducted at PT Sejahtera Indobali Trada Tabanan Branch. The number of samples taken is 54 employees, with the method used is a saturated sample. Data collection was obtained from the results of interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used the classic assumption test, path analysis (path analysis), sobel test and VAF test. The results of the study are career development has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation. Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect in mediating the relationship between career development and employee performance. This article purports to investigate the relationship – in an empirical way – between the various operational indicators currently used for the management of call centers in Brazil and customer satisfaction. In this context, a set of call centers rendering services to a telecommunications company will be analyzed in order to verify which of their indicators are positively associated with customer satisfaction. A methodological approach based on surveys as well as stepwise multiple linear regressions is developed and applied in order to achieve the objective of this paper. The “First-Contact Resolution Rate” and the “Average Handle Time After the Call” indicators present a statistically significant relationship with customer satisfaction. Some alternative call center operational performance indicators are proposed, in an exploratory way, so as to convey an enhanced relationship between call center performance and customer satisfaction.

Purpose of this research is to find the effect of NPWP ownership, audit, collection and corporate taxpayer’s awareness to tax revenue in Gianyar KPP Pratama. Technique analysis used in this is multiple linear regressions. Before analysis process, Normality and Heterocedasticity Test were carried out using the SPSS program. The results of statistical analysis, showing the effect of NPWP ownership, audit, collection, and corporate taxpayers awareness with a significance level of t each of 0.039; 0,004; 0.046; 0,000. This means that the taxpayer's awareness bring positive and significant effect on tax revenue. For DJP which assigned to carry out taxation tasks, especially KPP Gianyar Pratama which has carried out its duties well so that in the future it will increase ownership of NPWP by conducting counseling taxpayers who have not registered and counseling to increase corporate taxpayer awareness. So that it can increase tax revenue, especially in KPP Pratama Gianyar

This paper analyzes the moderating effect of organizational climate on the relationship between absorptive capacity and knowledge integration. 183 survey data from 5 regions including Beijing is collected for empirical study using multiple linear regressions. The results show that absorptive capacity has a significantly positive impact on knowledge integration;organizational climate positively moderates the relationship between absorptive capacity and knowledge integration.

<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara beban kerja dan kerjasama tim terhadap kinerja Pegawai dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Jumlah populasi sejumlah 175. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan 158 responden yaitu dari Pegawai Negeri pada Polri di Bagsumda Polres Jajaran Polda Jateng. Alat analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen (beban kerja) mempengaruhi kinerja Pegawai. Motivasi kerja terbukti sebagai variabel mediasi antara beban kerja terhadap kinerja Pegawai.</p><p>This study aims to determine the relationship between workload and teamwork on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable. The total population is 175. The sample of this study used 158 respondents, namely from the Civil Servants at the National Police in Bagsumda, Central Java Regional Police. The analytical tool used in this study is SEM. The results showed that the independent variable (workload) affected the employee's performance. Work motivation is proven as a mediating variable between workload and employee performance.</p><p> </p>

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on employee performance. The effect of organizational commitment mediates the relationship between work motivation on employee performance and job satisfaction on employee performance and psychological capital, which moderates the relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance. The object of this research is the employees of the state civil apparatus. They work in government agencies in the education sector of the Directorate of Senior High Schools in Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach with one hundred and ten respondents, sampling using a saturated sample technique, and a questionnaire as a measuring tool. Data analysis used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method to test the model's suitability in this study with the help of the SmartPLS version 3 application. The results of this study conclude that work motivation, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction affect employee performance, organizational commitment can mediate the relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance but cannot mediate the relationship between work motivation and employee performance, and psychological capital can moderate the relationship between job satisfaction with employee performance.

Human resources are a very important factor in an organization both large and small scale organizatio formulation ns. In an organization or company, leadership is one of the things needed to influence performance results. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between leadership and work motivation with employee performance at the Benda Baru Health Center in South Tangerang City in 2020. This study used an observational analytic research type with a quantitative approach and a cross-sectional design. The population in this study amounted to 48 people and the sample size equal to the total population of 48 people. The instruments and data collection techniques used were questionnaires which filled in directly and independently by respondents via google forms. Based on the research results it is known that the leadership variable has a significant relationship with employee performance with p-value = 0.006 and the work motivation variable has a significant relationship with employee performance with a p-value = 0.010. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between leadership and work motivation with employee performance on employees at the Puskesmas Benda Baru Kota South Tangerang in 2020.Keywords: LeadershipWork motivationPerformanceEmployeesABSTRAK Sumber daya manusia merupakan faktor yang sangat penting dalam sebuah organisasi baik organisasi dalam skala besar maupun skala kecil. Instrumen dan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang diisi secara langsung dan mandiri oleh responden melalui google formulir. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa variabel kepemimpinan memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kinerja karyawan dengan p-value = 0,006 dan variabel motivasi kerja memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kinerja karyawan dengan p-value = 0,010. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja dengan kinerja karyawan pada karyawan di Puskesmas Benda Baru Kota Tangerang Selatan tahun 2020.Kata Kunci:KepemimpinanMotivasi kerjaKinerjaKaryawan
