The aim of this study to know the effect of job stress, job pressure and job fatigue on employee performance at BNK BRI of Muara Bulian Are. Data collecting used survey method, that is to obtain information from respondents by using interview techniques and spreading the list of questions and to measureit by using Likert scale. Population of the research is employees at BANK BRI of Muara Bulian Area. Analyzer used is multiple linear regression, this method using computer assistance through program SPSS 20.0 for windows. From the calculation of SPSS 20.0, it found that is the job stress variable is 2,193, because tcount> from ttable, (2,193> 1.68195 hence Ho accepted and Ha rejected, it means that independent variable has influence to dependent variable, which means there is partial influence between job stress to employees performance at Bank BRI of MuaraBulian Area.Variable job pressure of 0.254, Because tcount<of ttable, (0.254 <1.68195) Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, it means that independent variable has no influence on dependent variable, meaning there is no partial influence between job pressure on employee performance at Bank BRI of Muara Bulian Area.Job fatigue variable is 9.461 Because to tcount> from ttable, (9.461> 1.68195) then Ha accepted and Ho accepted, Ha rejected means that the independent variable has influence on the dependent variable, which means there is partial influence between job fatigue on employee performance on Bank BRI of Muara Bulian Area.

This research examines the existing organizational culture and employee work ethics on 30 employee performance honorary staff. This research also wants to see which variable has the most influence on employee performance. This study uses a survey method in which the population and sample in this study are the same sizes or saturated sampling. The analytical tool in this study is SPSS with Multiple Linear Regression. The results found that organizational culture and work ethic enhance employee performance simultaneously and partially. Meanwhile, the contribution value of the two dependent variables on the independent variable was 53.4%. Further research can continue by adding other variables or can use different methods such as qualitative or mixed methods.

While the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing proved that work discipline and compensation give significant effect for employee performance. It can be seen that coefficient dtermination value (R Square) was 0.676. Thus, it can be interpreted that work dicipline and compensation can effect on employee’s performance 67.6% while the remaining 32.4% was effected by other variables outside of this study.

Purpose - This study aims to determine the effect of each dimension of diamond fraud (pressure, opportunity, rationalization, capability) and personal ethics on the fraud tendency (assets misappropriation) and understanding of religiosity as moderating variable.

Method - The study was conducted by survey method. The samples are amil zakat in Yogyakarta. Data analysis in this study applied multiple linear regression analysis with IBM SPSS version 22. The instruments were adopted from previous research.

Result - The results of data analysis in this study show that there are positive influences between elements of diamond fraud (pressure, opportunity, rationalization, capability) on the fraud tendency (assets misappropriation) but personal ethics do not influence the fraud tendency. The kind of research to research this is explanatory research. The size of the population in this research was 55 employees and The sampling method used is a saturated sampling. Variable free is competence ( X1 ), training ( X2 ) and career development ( X3 ), while variable their lack of roots is a an employee ( y ).Equation of Multiple Linear Regression Y = 0,450+ 0,278x1 + 0,258x2 + 0,402x3 + e; Rsquare = 0,403; F = 11,498, Career development is the most dominant factor in employee performance. Competence, training and career development have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The results of employee performance are 0.450, If X1, X2, and X3, are considered zero, it will affect employee performance of 0.450 if the 1-5 Likert scale is included in the not too good category.

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation variables (X1) and competence (X2) on employee performance (Y) simultaneously and partially in the Public Relations and Protocol Section of the Paser Regency Regional Secretariat. The analysis method uses multiple linear regression. The population in this study were all employees in the Public Relations and Protocol Section at the Paser Regency Regional Secretariat. The sample of this study was 32 people. Simultaneous testing shows that there is at least one independent variable (X), which affects the dependent variable. Furthermore, partial testing is carried out, which shows the effect of motivation (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) of 5.440. While the competency variable (X2) does not affect employee performance (Y). The adjusted R square is 0.472; which means that the variation of motivation (X1) and competence (X2) can explain the performance (Y) of 47.2% while the rest is explained by other unknown factors of 52.8%. Based on the results of the analysis, motivation (X1) is a very dominant variable affecting the performance of employees in the Public Relations and Protocol Section at the Paser Regency Regional Secretariat. This causes competence not to have a significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: motivation, competency and employee performance.
