This study purposed to investigate the influence of service quality on purchasing decisions by employer speedy Telanaipura internet cafe in the district of Jambi. Samples in this study in the set with a survey method. Internet Cafe so set 30 as the study sample. The value of adjusted R Square is equal to 0.338 or 33.8%. This shows that the independent variables explained the dependent variable of 33.8% while the remaining 66.2% is explained by other variables not included in the model. F test showed that variables simultaneously technical, functional and corporate image significantly influence purchasing decisions. While the t test results showed that the variable corporate image significantly influence purchasing decisions, while technical and functional variables partially no significant effect on the capital structure.

Customer satisfaction will be formed if it can meet the customer's basic expectations. Many factors influence customer satisfaction, including service quality and price. The problem that the answer to this research is looking for is the effect of partial, simultaneous and dominant independent variables (service quality and price) on customer satisfaction. Data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption, multiple regression analysis, multiple correlation test, coefficient of determination, F test, t test. The results of multiple linear regression obtained an equation, (Y = 2.936 + 0.098 X1 + 0.246 X2). The t-test results obtained by t count variable service quality 5.434 price 3.704 greater than t table 1.660 between independent variables partially has a significant influence on customer satisfaction. The results obtained from the F test are: F count (75,966)> F table (3,09) means that variables simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. From the regression calculation and t count value can be drawn that the most dominant influence on customer satisfaction is price. From the results of the analysis concluded that the independent variable (service quality and price) has a significant influence on customer satisfaction Cv. Cahaya Bonanza Abadi Lamongan.

Abstract: This study aims to clarify and determine the influce of service quality on customer satisfaction together and partial as well as to determine which variable are dominant influence on customer satisfaction at Bhayangkara Hospital Semarang (Opthamologist policlinic). The independent variables used in this study are reliability, responsiveness, confidence, empathy, and tangible. Dependent variable in this study is the customer satisfaction. This research was conducted at Bhayangkara Hospital Semarang (Opthamologist policlinic) . The population sample used is patients at Bhayangkara Hospital Semarang (Opthamologist policlinic). The sampling technique use Accidental Sampling. The sample used in this study amounted to 80 patients as respondents. Based on the F test results was showed that F Sig  0,000<0,005, which means the Service Quality which consists of reliability, responsiveness, confidence, empathy, and tangible have a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Based on the t results showed that the variables of reliability, responsiveness, confidence, empathy, and tangible significantly influence customer satisfaction. T test results also showed that the empathy (X4) variable have had the most powerfull effect compared with other variables, so the emphaty (X4) variable have the dominant influence on the customer satisfaction (patients).Keyword: Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect oprice, service quality, and customer relationship management on the purchase decision of Asuransi Astra Garda OtoMedan, JL.ImanBonjol. The data used are primary data obtained from the answer of 85 respondents by accidental sampling method. Data collection techniques used in this study used a questionnaire and interview technique. Data analysis techniquesin the study used linear regression, classic assumption  tests, hypothesis testing (t test and f test) and the coefficiecnt of determination. Hypothesis testing results indicate that partially (t) obtained value for t count price of 2,833 > t table 1,658 and sig value obtained 0,005<0,05 which means that price has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions in using Astra Insurance services (Garda Oto). Partially obtained value for service quality tcount 5.152 >ttable 1.658 and sig value obtained 0.000 <0.05 which means that service quality has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions in using Astra Insurance (Garda Oto) services, partially obtained value for customer relationship management t count 8.878 > 1.658 t table and the sig value obtained is 0.000 <0.05 which means that customer relationship management has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions in using Astra Insurance (Garda Oto) services, for the F test results obtained calculated F value = 77.769 > f table (2.69), and a significance probability of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that simultaneously prices, service quality and customer relationship management have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions in using Astra Insurance Services (Garda Oto). Determination of capital structure is very important for companies and parties outside the company such as creditors and investors because it is very basic and has a long-term impact. One important consideration that must be considered carefully before determining the company's capital structure is the consideration of the amount of capital costs from all funds / capital used by the company. In determining the capital structure must be able to reflect the balance or comparison between foreign capital and own capital that is best in a company influenced by many factors, including: asset structure and earning stability. CV Bunga Harapan Workshop in Berau District in the face of tight business competition must be able to establish an optimal capital structure. This is because the capital structure is an important problem for every company, because the good and bad capital structure will have a direct effect on the company's financial position. The initial observation shows CV Bunga Harapan Workshop in Berau District does not understand the problem of the capital structure.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of asset structure and earnings stability on the capital structure on CV Harapan Bunga Workshop in Berau District. Data analysis tools used were normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient, t test and F test. The results of this study conclude that the structure of assets and earnings stability have a significant effect on the capital structure of CV Bunga Harapan Workshop in Berau District. This is evidenced by the results of the F test where F-count is greater than F-table (21.115> 4.74) and significant value 0.001 <0.05. The asset structure has a significant effect on the capital structure at CV Bunga Harapan Workshop in Berau District. This is evidenced by the results of the t test where -t count is smaller than -t-table (-3,078 <-2,365) and significant value (0,000) smaller than 0,05. Earning stability has a significant effect on the capital structure at CV Bunga Harapan Workshop in Berau District. This is evidenced by the results of the t test where t-count is greater than t-table (2.975> 2.365) and a significant value (0.021) which is smaller than 0.05.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product variations, prices and sales promotions on consumer decisions in buying Mitsubishi cars in Surakarta both partially and partially. This study aims to determine the effect of the promotion mix and the variables that have a dominant influence on the income of The Capital Hotel and Resort restaurant for the period 2019. The sample of this study uses income from restaurants in The Capital Hotel and Resort and promotional costs for the period 2019. The data analysis technique used is  multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient determination, F test and t test. The results showed that the results of the coefficient determination were 0.990, it could be said that the five independent variables contributed 99% to the income value, the F test results showed F count> F table (113.135> 3.97), which means that the five independent variables simultaneously had a positive effect and significant to the dependent variable. The t test results show t count (17,779)> t table (2,447) and its effect on the dependent variable (0,000 <0.005), stating that advertising (X1) is the variable that has the most dominant influence on income.

The aim of this research is to prove the effect of service quality and price on Shopee e-commerce customer satisfaction at Cendana Polytechnic, either partially or simultaneously. The research method used is associative quantitative method through online questionnaires. The number of respondents/sample as many as 35 students of the Cendana Polytechnic from a population of 408 people with the Accidental Sampling technique. The results showed: (1) Service quality has an influence on Shopee e-commerce customer satisfaction at Cendana Polytechnic, where the T test results, the significant value is 0.005 or less 0.05. (2) price has no effect on Shopee e-commerce customer satisfaction at Cendana Polytechnic, with T-test results, a significant value of 0.105 or greater 0.05. (3) Service quality and price have an influence on Shopee e-commerce customer satisfaction at Cendana Polytechnic with F test results, Fcount 11.488 with F significance of 0.000 or F significance value less than 0.05

The problem in this study is whether the understanding of tax regulations, quality of tax services, tax rates and tax sanctions affect individual taxpayer compliance. This study aims to determine the effect of understanding tax regulations, quality of tax services, tax rates and tax sanctions on taxpayer compliance at the Kebayoran Baru Tiga Tax Office, South Jakarta. This type of research is a quantitative method that uses the Slovin formula as a sample, so that the sample obtained is 100 individual taxpayers. Methods of data collection using survey methods, namely the authors distribute questionnaires directly and using google form. This study can explain the independent variables (tax regulations, quality of tax services, tax rates and tax sanctions) that strengthen or weaken the dependent variable (taxpayer compliance). Based on the results of the SPSS test version 25 of the tests that have been carried out, the t test results indicate that understanding of tax regulations and service quality tax authorities have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. Meanwhile, tax rates and tax sanctions have no significant effect on taxpayer compliance.AbstrakPermasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah pemahaman peraturan perpajakan, kualitas layanan fiskus, tarif pajak dan sanksi perpajakan berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemahaman peraturan perpajakan, kualitas layanan fiskus, tarif pajak dan sanksi perpajakan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Kebayoran Baru Tiga, Jakarta Selatan. Jenis Penelitian ini merupakan metode kuantitatif yang menggunakan rumus slovin sebagai penentuan sampel, sehingga sampel yang didapat yaitu 100 wajib pajak orang pribadi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, yaitu penulis menyebarkan kuesioner secara langsung dan menggunakan google form. Penelitian ini dapat menjelaskan variabel independen (pemahaman peraturan perpajakan, kualitas layanan fiskus, tarif pajak dan sanksi perpajakan) yang memperkuat atau memperlemah variabel dependen (kepatuhan wajib pajak). Berdasarkan hasil uji SPSS versi 25 dari pengujian yang telah dilakukan, hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman peraturan perpajakan dan kualitas layanan fiskus berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak. Sedangkan tarif pajak dan sanksi perpajakan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak.Kata Kunci: Pemahaman Peraturan Perpajakan; Kualitas Layanan Fiskus; Tarif Pajak; Sanksi Perpajakan; Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of profitability and liquidity towards the capital structure on retail companies that are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this research is whole of the retail companies that are listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2015. The method used in this research is explanatory research, and the sampling method used was judgement sampling method. Research hypothesis testing using T test, F test, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 20.0. The partially effect is shown by T test, except for profitability variable and the simultaneous effect is shown by F Test. The result of this research shows that the profitability and liquidity affect the capital structure simultaneously. Thus, the hypothesis of the research is empirically supported.Keywords: Capital Structure, Profitability, Liquidity, and Retail Companies

This study discusses quality of service study in social media instagram of Ninja Xpress against improving the corporate image. The purpose of this research is to know the magnitude of the influence quality of service against improving corporate image on delivery service of Ninja Xpress. The model used in this study is a model of the formation of images. The method used is quantitative. This research using survey method by using a questionnaire. The population in this research is a followes of Ninja Xpress’s Instagram, for the sample Yamane formula using which then obtained as many as 99 of respondents. Sample withdrawal techniques used in this research is purposive sampling technique. The research results showed that test results correlation variable X (quality of service) against the variable Y (the corporate image) of 0,821. Based on the results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination of the obtained results the presence of the influence of variables X against Y variables of 67,4% it means the results of the influences is significant between variables X against Y variables. T test results in apat t calculate > t table i.e. t calculate 14,184 > 1,661 table t, then it can be inferred H0 is rejected and the Ha are received. The conclusion from research that Instagram of Ninja Xpress account must always be active in interacting with their customers and making the latest innovations in Instagram content uploads.
