The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of discipline, motivation and performance. Effect of discipline, motivation and performance of employees tested either directly or indirectly. The role of human resources is crucial for the realization of the company's goals to find optimal profits. At this time, employees will be motivated if needs are met, if needs are met then job satisfaction will arise which will have a positive impact on the work needs of employees at the company. This study aims to study the work motivation of employees of PT. Taspen (Persero) Bandung Main Branch Office. The method used in this research is quantitative with a descriptive research type. Respondents in this study were 51 employees of PT. Taspen (Persero) Bandung Main Branch Office, sampling method Saturated sampling technique. Based on the results of research that shows motivation and performance at PT. Taspen (Persero) Bandung Main Branch Office is included in both categories. The results also showed motivation for employee performance. In addition, contributing motivation in contributing to employee performance by 33.8%. So the higher the motivation provided, the higher the employee's performance.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kwalitas Sumber Daya Manusia dan sistem informasi terhadap peningkatan kinerja melalui pelatihan dan motivasi kerja pegawai di lingkungan pemerintah Kota Batu. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai di Lingkungan Balaikota Among Kota Batu yang berjumlah 2500 orang dengan metode penyebaran kuisioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Apakah ada hubungan antara kwalitas Sumber Daya Manusia dengan Pelatihan. 2)Apakah ada hubungan antara Pelatihan yang diadakan di Kota Batu dengan motivasi kerja Pegawai di Lingkungan Balaikota Among Tani Kota Batu 3).Apakah ada hubungan antara Motivasi kerja dengan peningkatkan Kinerja 4).Apakah ada hubungan antara Kwalitas Sumber Daya Manusia dengan peningkatan Kinerja di Pemerintahan. 5).Apakah ada hubungan Sistem Informasi yang dikembangkan di Pemerintah Kota Batu dengan peningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai dan 6).Apakah ada hubungan Sistem Informasi dengan Pelatihan.Kata Kunci: Kwalitas SDM, Sistem Informasi,Peningkatan Kinerja,Pealatihan,dan Motivasi kerja The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Quality of Human Resources and information systems on performance improvement through training and motivation of employee work within Batu City government. The sample used in this study were employees in Balai Kota Among Tani Batu City which numbered 2500 people with the method of distributing questionnaires. The results of this study explore about 1) Relationship between the quality of Human Resources and Training 2) Relationship between the Training held with the Employees work motivation in the Balai Kota Among Tani Batu City Environment. 3). Relationship between work motivation and Performance Improvement. 4). Relationship between the Quality of Human Resources and Performance improvement in Government. 5). Leadership is one of the issues in the management is still quite interesting to be discussed today. The role of leadership is very strategically important for the achievement of the mission, vision and goals of an organization. One such way to impose discipline and provide motivation to work that can be perceived by employees.  The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of leadership, discipline, motivation and performance. The influence of leadership, discipline, motivation and performance of employees tested either directly or indirectly. To examine issues directly above the survey conducted by distributing questionnaires to employees in the General Hospital of the Brothers of Bungo. Data was analyzed by path analysis. The results of this study indicate that the leadership, discipline and work motivation influence simultaneously and partially on performance. Where is the leadership, discipline, motivation and performance of employees at the General Hospital Brothers, where are the good category, Discipline are in both categories, motivation and performance of employees are in both categories. The analysis tool in this research using descriptive method verification. Where the use of a range of scales, while in the verification using path analysis or path analysis.Key words : Leadership, Discipline, Motivation and Employee Performance

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership and competence on employee motivation and performance at the Indonesian Employee Cooperative Center (PKP-RI) Jember Regency.. This research is a quantitative research with a survey approach and uses a measuring instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population is all employees of PKP-RI Jember Regency, totaling 130 people, all of which are used as research samples, so they are called saturated samples. Instrument testing using validity and reliability tests. The analytical technique used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using WarpPLS. The results of the analysis show that leadership and competence have an effect on work motivation. Competence has no effect on employee performance, while work motivation and leadership affect the performance of PKP-RI employees in Jember Regency.

The role of human resources (HR) in a company is very significant and has enormous potential to carry out company activities. Therefore, humans function as the main driving force in every activity carried out by the company. Therefore, human resources should be empowered as much as possible in order to be able to produce optimal output. Good HR management will also affect the increase in company productivity and profitability. And one way that can be taken is by increasing the loyalty and performance of employees to develop companies . This study uses a qualitative method by taking place at Ayee Cafe, Mojoroto-Kediri. The purpose of this study was to determine the operational management Ayee Cafe and how the strategy is to increase employee loyalty and performance. Ayee cafe has a special way to increase employee loyalty and performance that has been implemented for the last 5 years. Ayee cafe also considers all those involved in helping its business as employees. It's just that the owner's job is to manage the business, if the boss makes himself the owner, there will be no discipline. Because what comes to mind is that the owner's name is only receiving the results, that's what the owner of Ayee Cafe avoids. Keywords: strategy, loyalty, employee performance

ABSTRACTThe hospital is a capital intensive organization, full of human resources, solid technology and science, and regulation intensive. Solid capital because it requires a high investment to meet the requirements of both physical buildings and other supporting facilities and infrastructure, especially existing health equipment. Solid human resources because in hospitals work a variety of professionals / multidisciplinary with a large number of employees and demanded harmonious cooperation between professionals (team work) to create quality services. Health care providers in the world of health business are increasingly guided to be able to help fast and encouraged services capable of always developing and adapting to changes to win the competition. The purpose of this study is 1) To analyze and explain the influence of leadership, competence, motivation on employee performance and the role of variable motivation to work motivation. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with path analysis techniques. The results of the study show that 1) The competence  on leadership in the Amerta Wing Installation of Sanglah Hospital Denpasar is equal to 0.270; 2) The direct influence of competence on leadership is at the Amerta Wing Installation in Sanglah Hospital, Denpasar, at 0.484; 3) Direct influence of leadership on employee performance at the Amerta Wing Installation at Sanglah Hospital Denpasar, amounting to 0.298; 4) The indirect effect of work motivation on performance in the Amerta Wing Installation at Sanglah Hospital Denpasar is equal to 0.080; 5) The indirect effect of competence  on performance in the Amerta Wing Installation of Sanglah Hospital Denpasar is equal to 0.144; 6) The leadership role in mediating the influence of leadership on the performance of employees at the Amerta Wing Installation in RSUP Sanglah Denpasar shows that getting t count is = 0.208, and is significant with a value of 0.417 > 0.05 so it can be concluded that there is insignificant positive influence mediating work motivation between the influence of leadership on employee performance; and 7) The role of motivation in mediating the influence of competencies on employee performance at the Amerta RSUP Sanglah Denpasar Upper Installation shows that getting t count is = 0.207 and is significant with a value of 0.417 > 0.05 so it can be concluded that there is no positive effect significant mediation of work motivation between the effect of work competency on employee performance.

The purpose of this study are: 1. To explain the presence or absence of influence of leadership style, work motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees Public Works Department and Spatial Planning Padang City. 2. Measuring the magnitude of the influence of leadership style, organizational culture and organizational commitment to the performance of employees of Public Works and Spatial Planning Padang City. This research was conducted in August 2017 at Public Works Department and Spatial Planning of Padang City The samples used in this study were 83 respondents. The independent variable in this research is Leadership Style (X1), Work Motivation (X2) and Work Discipline (X3). The dependent variable is Employee Performance (Y) Data collection techniques are questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using Descriptive Analysis and Inferential Analysis. To know the influence of independent variable to dependent variable partially, used t test. While to know the influence of independent variable to dependent variable simultaneously, used F test. The assumption used in validity test is if R-count> R-table item declared valid. The R-arithmetic shown in the table above, from each item indicates that R-arithmetic> R-table so the item is declared valid. Leadership Style (X1), Work Motivation (X2), Work Discipline (X3) and Performance (Y) Valid. All of the research variables had Cronbach's alpha values above 0.70 and thus expressed reliably or reliably. The value of Cronbach's alpha variable Leadership Style (X1) is 0.857, Job Motivation (X2) is 0.813, Job Discipline (X3) is 0.736, and the performance variable (Y) is 0.844. In the hypothesis testing of the study found the result that the significance value of leadership style variable (X1) is with the value (sign β = 0,049, p <0,05), Work Motivation variable (X2) with value (sign β = 0.001 p <0.05) , and Work Discipline variable (Y) with value (sign β = 0,041 p <0,05). With the finding of sign β above mentioned, it is stated that Leadership Style (X1), Work Motivation (X2) and Work Discipline (X3) have a significant effect on performance (Y) of Public Works and Spatial Planning Official of Padang City. The magnitude of the influence of the three variables on the performance of employees of Public Works Department and Spatial Planning Padang City is 27.8% (R2 = 0.278).

AbstractThis article aims to provide a framework to think about the role of participatory budgeting to improve managerial performance is associated with organizational culture and relationship between individuals at nonprofit organizations. Participatory budgeting process to function properlyand implemented well, if supported by the device work, human resources, individual relationships within the organization, and culture that has taken hold in a nonprofit organization. Each nonprofit organization aims to improve services and performance-oriented but not profit. Several nonprofit organizations have undergone repositioning and development organization which aims other than to provide services to the community also increases the profits from service operations.

The research aims to analyze how WFH influences corporate culture through the availability of work facilities, motivation, work behavior, and employee performance. It is quantitative research using structural equation modeling. Data were obtained from 32 respondents that spread across Jakarta, Bekasi, and West Java. The results of this research show that WFH significantly affects the employee’s motivation. On the other hand, WFH has a significant direct effect on work motivation. Work motivation significantly affects work behavior. Work behavior affects employee performance significantly, and performance has a significant effect on innovative corporate culture. The analysis on the specific indirect effect resulted in significantly influencing innovation corporate culture from home through employee motivation, work behavior, and employee performance. Further research could explore the WFH-implementing mechanism as part of a culture of innovation for sustainable human resource development in the new-normal era of Indonesian companies
