The electronic shopping phenomena has created a new breed of shoppers where shop at their own phase. It is a known fact that the younger generation spends more hours online compared to the generation before them. The objective of this study is to investigate the selection of online store by Malaysian generation Y and to understand the kind of information listed on the online website that helps generation Y users in finalizing their purchasing process on online platforms. A qualitative method was used in this study in order to gather deeper and more affluent understanding among generation Y preference for online shopping. The limitation of this study is that it did not intend to use quantitative methods and focused on existing users of online shopping. Based on the construed verbatim, participants would select an online store based on the intended product and would scrutinise all details available before finalizing their purchase. Participants would scan for negative comments first such as the quality of the product, the accuracy of product information and shipment mainly the Last-Mile-Logistics (LML). This study will help in better understanding generation Y purchasing behaviour among Malaysians since Malaysian will be implementing 5G internet soon.

high growth of online shopping in Indonesia gave rise to many onlien websites and platforms in Indonesia. Facebook, which is one of the social networks that many people use around the world, is one of the online selling media that is in great demand because it can reach more people. Shopping online on Facebook in addition to providing benefits for sellers and buyers. Online shopping on Facebook requires a high level of trust from buyers regarding the quality of products and serv ices, and ease in obtaining product information and payments because there are no guarantees such as online shop platforms such as shoope, tokopedia, lazada and others which before the goods are received by the customer, then the money from the buyer can not be disbursed. So researchers are interested in researching online shopping interests on the social media site facebook. The results obtained are variable trust, ease of transaction and quality of information positively affect the interest in buying online on facebook.

E-commerce is a growing phenomenon in Africa. One area of e-commerce that is growing at a very fast rate is online retailing. This is despite concerns that individuals often have in relation to online shopping being associated with more risk than traditional retailing. This chapter looks at practices of online retailers that help in mitigating online shopping risk and the influence of these on customers' levels of trust as well as on their intentions to re-purchase from specific online stores. The findings show that provision of adequate online product information and online store security has positive influence on customers' level of trust in an online store. The findings also show that trust in an online store has significant influence on customers' intentions to repurchase from a store. The findings have wide implications on successful management of online store outlets and these have been highlighted in the chapter.

This paper presents the results of primary research which was focused on specifics of online shopping in the segment of secondary school and university students. This segment is a part of one generational cohort – Generation Y which has its own specifics and characteristics. The main objective is to describe some aspects of shopping orientations of this segment, especially in the online environment. The research results show that young Generation Y individuals prefer online sources of information, mainly price comparison website Heureka.cz and online shop websites. The significant others (family, friends, etc.) are the third most used source of information and the first personal one. When they choose online retailer they mostly take notice of the quality of information about products and the reviews of former customers and online shop comments. As the best benefit online shop can offer they regard short time benefits as a free delivery and a gift to an order.

The growth of the internet as a secure online shopping channel has developed since 1994. With the Increasing number of e-commerce portal, we are now heavily inclined to online shopping. One of the benefits of online shopping is the ability to read reviews about the product purchased. This paper presents a semi-supervised approach for opinion mining using online product reviews obtained from   Amazon website. A semi-supervised model regards identifying opinion relation as an alignment process and gives more precision in comparison to unsupervised model. Opinion mining of online reviews is needed for first-hand assessments of product information and direct supervision of their purchase actions. Manufacturers can obtain immediate feedback and opportunities to improve the quality of their products in a timely fashion.

The objective of this study is to examine the factors that influence consumers in making online purchasing decisions in Malaysia. The focus of this study is related to consumer attitudes, the factors that influence them to make online purchasing decisions. Researchers evaluate the criteria that can motivate consumers to make decisions when buying online. There are three independent variables studied namely, product price, quality of product information, and product reviews to obtain study data. This study was designed using quantitative methods where survey questions were distributed to a total of 122 respondents via Google Form and distributed online randomly requiring Malaysians aged between 18 and above regardless of gender, race, household income, and education someone. The data collected will be analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Overall, based on the study conducted it is undeniable that there are many consumers making online purchases compared to buying directly at business premises as technology today is growing and Internet access is also expanding and easily in line with the changing lifestyle of society busy nowadays.

Banyuwangi Regency is one of the agricultural centers in East Java province and Indonesia. Mostly,Banyuwangi people work as farmers due to the fertil soil and wide amount of agricultural land in Banyuwangi . Thelarge number of people who work as farmers initiating the formation of farmer groups. One of the farmer groups in theSrono sub-district of Banyuwangi is the "Tan Selo 1" farmers group located in the village of Sukomaju and the "TanSelo 2" farmers group in Sukonatar village. The normal average price of one banana bunch in Banyuwangi is between50-60 thousand depending on the type and quality of bananas. Problems arise when the quantity of bananas in the marketarose, the price of 1 bunch of bananas decreases dramatically. The price of 1 bunch which is usually set at 50-60thousand drops drastically to only 20-30 thousand. This is certainly a problem for farmers in the Tan Selo group. The lackof knowledge of Tan Selo farmers about alternative variants of processed banana based products and the lack ofknowledge of the marketing strategies make it hard for the Tan Selo farmers to increase the economic value of bananaswhich have been used as an alternative income for farmers. Therefore, the solutions offered to overcome the problems offarmers include: equipping and improving farmers' knowledge about the variety of processed banana-based foods andtheir marketing strategies, conducting training to make variations on banana-based foods, conducting training oneffective marketing strategies. Overall, a series of community service programs were carried out perfectly as it expected.The percentage of participants' understanding in choosing high quality bananas is 85%, the percentage of participants’ability in processing banana-based foods is 86%, and percentage of participants who successfully sell processed foodproducts by utilizing online shopping sites is 70%

BACKGROUND Evaluating the master’s degree program in Sports Physiotherapy in order to improve the quality of education in this field. The need to pay attention to the effectiveness and efficiency of the education and improving the system of higher education by becoming more aware of the factors involved is necessary. The aim of this study is to evaluate the educational program for master’s degree in Sports Physiotherapy. OBJECTIVE The aim of this study is to evaluate the educational program for master’s degree in Sports Physiotherapy. METHODS This is a hybrid study in which qualitative and quantitative methods for data collection were used. The research team consisted of faculty members and sports physiotherapy students. In the first part of the study, due to a lack of standard questionnaires, the method of an expert panel was used to build the tools. In the second part, the questionnaire was distributed among 22 professors and students, and the data was collected. RESULTS The findings showed that according to the viewpoints of the faculty members and students, the courses in the program are necessary and facilitates the students to become qualified in meeting their future professional requirements. The findings of other research indicate the desirability of the content, implementation, and educational facilities of the program from the viewpoint of the professors, and unfavourable from the viewpoint of the students. Moreover, from the perspective of the professors and students, the teaching methods is appropriate to the type of course and there is no need to add a new course to the program. The findings of student evaluation methods showed that these methods were considered to be favourable from the viewpoint of the professors, and unfavourable from the viewpoint of the students. CONCLUSIONS As a result, the program of Sports Physiotherapy was evaluated, in terms of its favourability, with the existing courses. Nevertheless, the addition of practical and clinical units helps to improve the quality of the curriculum.

<p><em>The quality of public service is an important and it must have bye the each public service institution. Includes the library as a public service institution giving service for the all visitors. This research aims to know the comparisation of Kepri Province Libraries quality service  and Tanjungpinang City Libraries quality service. The method used in this research is quantitative methods with questionnaire to 40 responden as samples. This questionnaire as an data collecting instruments. These results indicate the quality of two libraries is good. But, if they compared the service quality of  Province Kepri  Libraries is better than  Tanjungpinang City Libraries. This look from average scored  results is 152,61 points  for Kepri Province Libraries, and 150,66 points for Tanjungpinang City Libraries, in the good categories</em></p><p>Kualitas pelayanan publik merupakan hal yang penting dan harus dimiliki oleh masing-masing lembaga pelayanan publik. Termasuk perpustakaan sebagai lembaga pelayanan publik yang memberikan pelayanan kepada semua pengunjung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan kualitas layanan Perpustakaan Provinsi Kepri dan kualitas pelayanan Perpustakaan Kota Tanjungpinang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan 40 responden sebagai sampel. Kuesioner ini sebagai alat pengumpul data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kualitas kedua perpustakaan suda bagus. Tapi jika dibandingkan kualitas pelayanan Perpustakaan Provinsi Kepri lebih baik dari pada Perpustakaan Kota Tanjungpinang. Hasil dari hasil rata-rata ini adalah 152,61 poin untuk Perpustakaan Kepri Province, dan 150,66 poin untuk Perpustakaan Kota Tanjungpinang, dalam kategori baik.</p><p><em><br /></em></p>
