The study is conducted to highlight the employees’ perspective of CSR in the banking sector of Pakistan and its impact on their job attitudes: job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Primary data were collected from 177 employees working in 22 different banks of Lahore (Pakistan). Stratified random sampling technique was used for sample selection. The population included all the banks in Lahore. Results show the existence of a direct relationship between a) CSR and Organizational Commitment b) CSR and Job Satisfaction.

Jakarta is the place where the largest number of land transportation in Indonesia, according to Djarot in Kompas.com article, vehicles every day increased about 1500 units. And according to an article from Liputan 6, revenue from conventional taxi drivers dropped dramatically after the entry of online transport by 40-50% during 2016 due to the entry of online transport. Conventional taxi companies must immediately anticipate this phenomenon so that their human resources can survive in the company. The purpose of this research are first, to know is there a positive effect from professionalism factors to organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Second, to know job satisfaction factors have a positive effect to organizational commitment. And the last is to know is there a positive effect from rewards factors to job satisfaction and organizational commitment’s factors. This research uses descriptive method with non-probability method. Through judgmental sampling technique, primary data collection was obtained from questionnaire distribution to conventional taxi driver of Soekarno-Hatta Airport. The data has been collected and then obtained by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The result of this research indicates that there is positive influence from professionalism to organizational commitment but the data do not support the hypothesis, there is positive influence from professionalism to job satisfaction, but there’s negative effect between job satisfaction and organizational commitment, there is positive relation of rewards to job satisfaction, Finally there is a positive effect of rewards on organizational commitment. This study is to examine the influence of leadership, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance. Population in this research was the entire employees of Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Besuki, Situbondo, Indonesia which was about 295 peoples. Then, the researcher applied probability random sampling technique to select 170 respondents as the sampling. The researcher analyzed the data by applying multiple linear regression method. The result shows that leadership and job satisfaction contribute positive and significant effect on employee performance, while organizational commitment has no effect on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the influence of reward on job satisfaction in PDAM Tirta Lontar,Kupang Regency. The method used in this study is a survey method with a quantitative approach.The sample in this study was taken using simple random sampling technique with Slovin method bytaking 67 respondents from the entire population. Primary data obtained by questionnaire filleddirectly by the respondent. The results of this study indicate that the reward is positive and significantwith a coefficient of 1.095 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Reward

The main objective of this research is to examine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and work involvement on the performance of employees at Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) in Surakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach and the data used in this study are primary data sourced from questionnaires distributed to BSM employees totaling 60 questionnaires as respondents (according to the number of BSM employees in Surakarta). The sampling method in this study is to use a total sampling technique. Methods of data analysis using descriptive statistics, validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis test, t test, and R2 test. The results showed that partially job satisfaction variables, organizational commitment variables, and work engagement variables significantly influence employee performance at Bank Syariah Mandiri in Surakarta. This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in the Dinas Penanaman Modal and Pelayanan Terpadu satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) of Padang City. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from the questionnaire. The number of samples is 40 respondents where the number of samples is equal to the number of population so that the total sampling technique is used for sampling. The analysis technique used is a multiple linear regression method and hypothesis testing using the t test (partial). The results showed that the Job Satisfaction variable had no effect and was not significant for OCB with the acquisition of the calculated t value of 0.443 &lt; t table 1.687, and the sig value of 0.660 &gt; 0.05. While the organizational commitment variable has a positive and significant effect on OCB, with the acquisition of t count equal to 9.325 &lt; t table 1.687, and the value of sig 0,000 &gt; 0.05. This means that the willingness of employees to conduct OCB behavior is based more on their commitment to the Dinas Penanaman Modal and Pelayanan Terpadu satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) of the padang city than their job satisfaction.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment, the influence of organizational culture on employee job satisfaction, the influence of organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction, the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance, the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance and the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance through job satisfaction. The sample in this study were 68 employees of Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan Kota Sungai Penuh. The sampling technique is census method because the number of employees is only 68 people who fill out the questionnaire. The type of data used is primary data, the data collection method uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Test of research instruments test validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques consist of data description test, classic assumption test, path analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study found that organizational culture influences organizational commitment, organizational culture influences employee job satisfaction, organizational commitment influences employee job satisfaction, organizational culture influences employee performance, organizational commitment influences employee performance, job satisfaction affects employee performance and culture. organization and organizational commitment affect employee performance through job satisfaction. This research suggests that to improve employee performance, a more conducive organizational culture is needed, an increase in organizational commitment and improvement in job satisfaction

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational justice on job satisfaction and organizational commitment in the Department of Housing and Settlements in Denpasar City. This research was conducted on employees of the Housing and Settlement Area and Denpasar City. Samples taken were 100 respondents. Sampling in this study used proportionate random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 28 statement items. The analytical technique used was an Islamic Path. The results of the analysis show that organizattional justice has a positive also significant effect on both job satisfaction and organizational committment. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. This study also succeeded in proving that job satisfaction mediates the influence of organizational justice on organizational committment in the Department of Housing, Settlements and Land Affairs of Denpasar City.   Keyword : organizational justice, job satisfaction, organizational commitment

The purpose of this research is to find out the description of leadership style, organizational commitment, performance and job satisfaction at the Office of the Office of Population and Civil Registry of Jambi City year 2019. To analyze the influence of leadership style and organizational commitment simultaneously and partially both directly and indirectly to job satisfaction at the Office of the Office of Population and Civil Registry of Jambi City year 2019. To analyze the influence of leadership style and organizational commitment simultaneously and partially both directly and indirectly on performance at the Office of The Office of Population and Civil Registry of Jambi City in 2019 and to analyze the influence of leadership style and employee commitment through job satisfaction to performance at the Office of The Office of Population and Civil Registry of Jambi City year 2019. The population of this study was all employees of the Jambi City Civil Registry and Population Office as many as 95 people. The population has a close relationship with the problems studied. Samples are part of the elements of the population to be examined. In this study, probability sampling techniques were used because the population in this study was not very large. Probability sampling is a sampling technique that provides an opportunity for each member of the population to be selected as a sample member. With probability sampling, it is random or random sampling of the existing population. The sample from this study was all employees of the Jambi City Office of Population and Civil Registry as many as 95 people. The leadership style and commitment of the organization simultaneously has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction in employees of the Office of Population and Civil Registry of Jambi City. Where the influence of leadership style and simultaneous organizational commitment to job satisfaction simultaneously is worth 40.68%. Leadership style and organizational commitment through performance can have a direct and indirect effect on job satisfaction. Where the influence of leadership style on job satisfaction through performance is 14.94%, the effect of orgnaization commitment on job satisfaction through performance of 1.82% and leadership style and organizational commitment together through performance to job satisfaction is 19.97%.

The purpose of this study to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline, work motivation, job satisfaction, and work competence of the organization’s commitment to employees in RSO Prof. Dr. R Soeharso Surakarta. This research was explanatory research with survey research design. Data used primary data. The population of all employees who work in RSO Prof. Dr. R. Soeharso totaling 626 people, were taken a sample of 244 people with purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a scale linkert. The data analysis includes validation test, reliability and multiple regression analysis, t-test, F and R2. The results showed discipline work positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, motivation positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, competence work positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, and the discipline of work, work motivation , job satisfaction and work competence significant effect together against the organization’s commitmentto employee hospital Orthopedics Prof. Dr. R. Soeharso Surakarta

If an organization or business wants to progress or develop, it must have qualified employees. This study uses quantitative techniques combined with descriptive analysis. Primary and secondary data are offered in this study. Preliminary data were collected in the field. The primary data source is a questionnaire distributed to respondents, while the secondary data source is information on the profile of the Indonesian Public Service. Probability sampling is used in this study. The technique used is the random sampling technique. The sample size for this study was 120 respondents. The test used to analyze the results of this research data is SEM analysis. In the Indonesian Public Service, leadership style, work discipline, and organizational Commitment all have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. In the Indonesian Public Service, leadership style, work discipline, and job satisfaction all have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, but organizational Commitment does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In the Indonesian Public Service, leadership style, work discipline, and organizational Commitment positively and significantly affect employee performance as measured by job satisfaction.
